We had a water leak at our main water main. These guys were the first ones available to take a look. The following day Ron came out and did a great job fixing the issue.
They were prompt, professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance.
We highly recommend Sunstate Plumbing!!! They have been great helping us navigate our new shampoo bowls for our salon with the new heavy duty traps they installed. They have made several trips out to help us trouble shoot.
After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate. From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!
Our toilet flooded and we absolutely could not get it unclogged ourselves. We did not know if there was something else going on with our plumbing system. Thanks to these guys they came to the rescue and solved the problem!!
Outstanding company and service. Have called them twice for separate plumbing issues. Both times they recommended practical, effective solutions that were reasonably priced. For one service, they were half the price of another company. They are honest professionals that take pride in their work. They respond quickly to calls and are a pleasure to work with. I was in a panic. Clogged sink and a house full of childcare children is NOT a good mix! I spoke with both Shannon and Jessica, both were attentive, courteous, and professional. Derick preformed the service and was just as wonderful. Highly recommend!
We had the valve that controls the water in our master shower break and I called Sunstate out to fix it. Awesome service, awesome work. I would highly recommend this company any day, any time!
I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in. Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day. All of the others had a 3-4 day wait. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
I had been remodeling my house and was down to the final step of having my dishwasher and sink connected in the kitchen to outgoing piping. Most of the pipe was already present. I was told a $45 service charge will be deducted from the price if I decide to go ahead with the job. Well the plumber said he didn't have some of the pipe he needed so he had to go buy the pipe that connects the dishwasher to the out going pipe and connector. He came back quickly not to far away. When he was done I noticed the connector between the pipes was screwed on crooked on an angle. When I mentioned it to Mike the plumber he said the pipe was crooked and it would not leak. The pipe did not look crooked to me. So the job was $229. When I asked about deducting the service fee he said it is already deducted and he had to go get a part. Well my husband saw it and he is not happy with the crooked fitting. So he will be contacting the company. Honestly I think plumbers pull charges out of the air. You never know the real price that should be charged.
Disappointed to say the least.
Sunstate Plumbing will move heaven and earth for there clients. I strongly would recommend anyone to them who need plumbing work. Tom and Dave know there stuff, and the years of combined experience show it.
