We lost water pressure! Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair! Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

We had several issues related to a house recently purchased. The problems were all fixed and in some cases we were advised to wait until we remodel the bathrooms in order to save money. They completed a difficult underground plumbing problem and identified and repaired everything. They were able to explain every step of the way so that we understood exactly why the issue was happening. They included several jobs that were going to be add ons with another company's quote and their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job. They also completed in 1 day what was estimated as 2 days with the other company. They were professional, hard working and Kyle did an excellent job at every step. We called for a second opinion and they gave us a free estimate and we went with them immediately and we are so glad we did. Highly recommend

I really appreciated their quick and professional service. I'd been told by other companies they couldn't send out anyone for at least four days. Kyle from Desert Foothills Plumbing came out the same day, was early and even wore a mask due to COVID19 concerns. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently. DFP replaced two leaky sink faucet's for me. Prior to doing the repair they advised me to contact Koehler to see if the parts were covered under warranty, which they were. This saved me about $100 in parts. Ruben arrived on time and promptly and professionally got to work. He checked the shutoff valves for me to make sure they were free and working. It took extra effort to remove one of the designer faucet handles that would not come loose without damaging it. Ruben was able to free up the frozen handle without damaging it. He replaced both valves and stems in short order, cleaned up the sink area and took care of the used parts for me. The pricing was very fair and the service was great. I have used DFP in the past and will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Greg from Desert Foothills Plumbing is wonderful. I had a number of plumbing issues that all happened within a week......water heater pilot light. Replacement of water heater options discussed (I felt very well informed), shower head and water pressure improvements, instant hot water replacement unit installed.

He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I am going to request him from now on.

Had a sink and faucet replaced. Job looks nice but had to call back two extra times for leaks.
First leak was in seal around pipe where the threads were.
Second was in the fitting.
Pretty bad to get paid over $800.00 and have sub standard assembly then leave without a good leak check.
Paid two guys labor for a one man job. BEWARE.
Guys were nice though.

These guys are a joke. Been without water for 4 days ans still counting and they still aren't any closer. This is a small low end operation. Do yourself a favor, hire a large company not these unqualified clowns. They will also look you in the face and lie about getting done. Then as soon as your back is turned, they will hop in their trucks and leave without anything fixed. Worst experience we've ever had with a plumber.

I have used DFP several times, including today. I called them at 7:30 AM; the guy was at my house by 8 AM. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly took care of the immediate problem. At my request he checked the other toilets to verify that they were working okay, and he even fixed one that had always been problematic by installing a new ball-thingie (technical term): it's working great now. The price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in again (especially Jamey). :)

A friend asked me to house sit while this outfit worked on the house. The estimate was less than half the total bill. They never called the owner to inform them of the cost, just presented a bill for more than twice the estimate. Can't say much about the work, I'm not a plumber, but the business tactic leaves much to be desired. If you're going to deal with them, get the estimate in writing!
