I will never do business with this company again. They were sent to me through my home warranty office twice, and both times they failed to fully fix plumbing problems. The worst part, however, is that Paul was dishonest with me. He told me I didn't want a certain kind of recirculating pump because it was the cheapest made, and that they carried a much better brand. But, when the technician came to replace my pump, he was sent out with the brand that was 'the cheapest made'. So, I'm stuck with that unless I want to replace it myself with something better. Then, when the technician verified that the water from the heater is brownish, he told me that means the heater is rusted out and needs to be replaced. My home warranty states that water heater replacement is covered, but Paul told the technician to tell me it wasn't covered because the unit had not completely failed, i.e., it is still heating and delivering hot water. I contacted the home warranty company and they told me it was because Paul said. I asked them why the plumber was telling them what they covered! Since I don't plan to wait until the heater completely rusts and dumps water everywhere, and because I do not wish to shower, bathe, wash dishes, etc., in 'dirty' water, I will pay to have it replaced without the assistance of my home warranty (One Guard). There are other things about dealing with Stellar that I have been unhappy with, but I will leave it at this.
