HISTORY

We opened our business in 2004 because we were looking to have a company that was run with integrity. Having worked at another plumbing company for many years, it became discouraging seeing the way that many plumbing companies conducted their businesses. We wanted to change that and change the way that our industry is percieved by its consumers. We believe in our slogan, Finally a Plumber you can Trust We remain a family owned and operated company, that is big enough to handle the job, but small enough to remember your name.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I have been in the plumbing industry since 1997.  I started out in the office doing data entry.  I quickly grew to like the industry, and that a necessary service was being provided.  I wanted to experience all I could regarding the field I'd chosen, so I spent many weekends in the vans with technicians assisting with plumbing calls so that I was not just another receptionist on the phone.  I started Robins Plumbing, Inc in 2004 and I take pride in my plumbing knowledge and I am excited to be able to show you what we can do as a company.  I understand as a female that it is important to feel comfortable with the technician that shows up at your door.  I would want a technician that was clean and respectful, and that's what I ensure you get.

We've used Robins Plumbing several times over the years and have always have positive experiences. Scheduling a service call is super easy, and we've almost always had someone come out within a few days (same day for emergencies). They are very thorough in explaining potential fixes for the problems and providing accurate estimates. All their work has been great so far!

I needed a garbage disposal replaced, along with evaluation of a drain issue.  Robins Plumbing was prompt on their responses, was able to arrive earlier than estimated and complete the job at a fair price.  They also performed a safety inspection ,provided some safety tips and education to the family. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Autumn was very professional and on time. She was very informative and knowledgeable. The fee was about what I expected. I feel like this is a company that cares and wants to keep their customers. DO NOT USE ROBINS PLUMBING
We have a one bathroom 2 bedroom house in Maryvale. Not a ritzy area. We are in our very late seventies.  We had a seal break on our toilet and I called Robins Plumbing on 37th Ave in Phoenix AZ.   I also asked him to change the washers in the bathtub faucet. Worst decision I've ever made.  I didn't have a problem with the actual work but with the pricing.  Joey the tech was here for 4 maybe 4.5 hrs.  I left my husband to write a check for the work as I had to lay down.  Joey the tech came to my husband who had just spent the night in the ER after taking a serious fall the day before.   Quoted him  $750 for the toilet and $1,745.00 for the bathtub faucet!  After my astonished  husband wrote a check for $2,735,94 he verified that was a final total. Being assured it was gave the tech the check.  A little while later Joey comes to my husband and says he messed up and forgot to add the toilet flange, stating he needed an additional six fifty.  My husband thought he mean $6.50.  he then handed him his debit card. Joey charged $650.00 plus tax for a total of $690. for a toilet flange! Now we have a $1,400.00 toilet Our total bill was now $3,426.56 for a simple toilet and a low end bathtub faucet that has no flow control.  Its either on full or off.  Very annoying water wasting cheap faucet.  Which I doubt now that we even needed more than the washers replaced.   Unless you are rich do not use this company.  It was an obvious money grab on a senior citizen.  Had I been awake or had my husband not been stressed from the ER visit this would never have happened.  I trusted Robins Plumbing as a women owned business who advertised fair and honest pricing to do just that and got the shaft. They will say 'well your husband signed for it.'  Well yes he did (on the techs cell phone) and he thought he was signing for $6.50.  as he had been assured the check was for the total.  I would say this company should be ashamed of themselves.  They left no paperwork on billing it was all on Joeys cell phone.  
The next day I called Robins Plumbing and they were very smart alec asking me well what did I think the bill should be?  That was all they could manage to repeat several times.  Do not use this company.

Joey was great. Took time to explain what he's doing and answer my questions. My issue of clogged toilet was resolved quickly. I called them at 6:30 and Joey was on site within 3 hours. Perfect when the only toilet in the house is clogged! Very pleasant experience all in all

Woke on a Sunday morning to a hissing sound in my first bathroom. Looked at my water meter and it was turning. Jumped on Yelp and found Robins Plumbing with high ratings and opened on Sundays. Gave them a call and Nathan was out within two hours. He figure out that a pipe (underground) that was coming from the hot water header to the first bathroom had a leak.

Nathan was able to stop the leak and we schedule to have the repair completed a few days later at all of our convince. He ran a new copper line from the header to the pipe in the bathroom faucet.

With all the work done on Sunday, plus a reasonable emergency call fee, and the rest of the work done it was extremely reasonable and affordable price.

Definitely will use Robins Plumbing again!

Eddie from Robins Plumbing diagnosed, fixed and finished our plumbing repair job in 30 minutes! It's at least second or third time we've been lucky enough to get Eddie to solve our problem, but we've had Robin's Plumbing for MANY years....always with top-notch results! It's a great company--fast, efficient service, totally professional, and consistently quality work. We highly recommend Robins Plumbing!

The response time was very fast. Damon was here within an hour and was extremely nice. He was as thorough and knowledgeable as he was nice. The issue was fixed within a half hour. He also gave us some very useful advice on water softeners as well. 10/10 would recommend.

LIFESAVERS!! We had our main line clog, of course at 3pm on Saturday. Called Robins Plumbing and they saved the day! They did ALL.THE.THINGS.RIGHT!!  They answered the phone, they had someone (Ben, can't say enough good things about Ben), here within the hour, although it was the weekend and getting close to the end of the day, they didn't charge emergency service fee when they definitely could have, they send you an email with the technicians photo, let you know what their vehicle looks like and what the uniform looks like. They quote you the price over the phone, and it was actually that price.

Ben was courteous, professional, explained what he was doing and checked to make sure everything was working correct THREE times before he left. Amazing service! and will use them again. HIGHLY recommend.

This is our second time working with Robin's plumbing and it once again was a great experience. Eddy and Mike were not only early, but also they also called and text to let us know they would be to the house soon. They were quick and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Excellent service! Had an emergency as my outdoor faucet literally came off in my hands. Water pouring out everywhere. Got it mostly stopped but not all the way and certainly not permanent. Called several plumbers including the big boys, who couldn't come that night. They were nice, but couldn't come until tomorrow or beyond. Sorry that doesn't work when water is everywhere and there is no water in the house because everything had to be shut down. Called Robin's and they said they would come and did,  Fixed it all, gave good advice, professional from the person on the phone to Damon who came out, and it was great! Definitely, will use again. Even asked about other jobs.  Don't bother with the big guys, just call Robin's and you will be all set on the same day... and as always, that is the truth.

TL;DR Pretty sure techs work on commission--avoid!

Woke to a minor garage flood the day before yesterday. I called American first who couldn't make it out until the next day, but Robin's was able to schedule me for same day service. The tech called when he was on his way, which I appreciated. So far, five stars.

The tech arrived and immediately began to drain and disconnect the water heater. I asked him to wait because we hadn't worked out a price, nor did I know what he wanted to replace the current heater with. After some nudging he gave me a brand and model number and quoted me $1800, which felt too high, but I reserved judgement. He also mentioned he wanted to replace my recirculating pump, but I refused since it was installed just three years ago. As I was leaving to back inside he said he was sending out mitigation to look into rebuilding the the pedestal the heater was on since it had gotten wet. So now my upsell/scam radar is pinging.

I left him to continue draining the heater and went back inside to look up RUUD model #PROG50-38N-RU60, which I found online listed for $639. I headed back out into the garage to ask him why the installation was so expensive, and could he please give me a breakdown of the charges. He stammered a little bit, started to look defensive and refused,  insisting it was a lump sum. I said I realized they had to add a markup and labor and I wanted to pay a fair price, but $1200 over the price of the heater seemed excessive. He said, I don't know what to tell you, this is just the charge. So I said, ok then I'm not comfortable with that so charge me to finish draining the heater and cut it off. He said, that'll be $350 (!) LOL

I called the office for clarification and the guy on the phone was seriously pissy. I let him rant on about how much work is entailed (that he refused to detail) and how no one in five years has ever had a problem with this tech or their prices. Once he wore himself out I asked him if he would be satisfied with a lump sum of $1800 for a brake job. No breakdown, no explanation. That it's bad policy and that oh, BTW I'll pay a fair price for the service call but I'm not paying him $350 to drain some water. He said not to worry because the tech was already pulling out. Fine with me.

PS went elsewhere--American has 5 stars on Yelp, which they deserve. They installed a nicer Bradford White heater (model #rg250t6n)
for $1200 out the door, no mitigation needed. They were terrific and I would call them again.

Use DiamondBack Pluming!!!

Robins came out; the plumber was nice and cordial, but you can tell they're business model is to upsell.  He was in the house for 10 minutes and I left after deciding that I'm not willing to open up the walls on a Friday as my tenants are there and he can't even be sure that is the fix.  I got a call an hour later when I was at a business lunch and apparently he was still around the property.  After affirming that I DID NOT want holes in the wall on a Friday (with no plans to repair) , he asked for a $65 fee.  This was not mentioned during my inital call etc.

I'm so happy I got multiple quotes as a reputable company performed a water pressure and leak test and found that the pipes aren't leaking, our tenants are only filling up the tub too high and my overfill tubes and hot/cold handles needed a $200 part replacement, not an Insurance  case or $4,000 out of pocket.

I'm so discouraged that business are out there robbing people of their money.  This company could have simply checked the water flow.

I had urgent situation that pipes under sink needed replaced.  I called Robins Plumbing and within 20 minutes Josh was at my door. He was absolutely awesome and literally saved the day!!!  I plan on having them again to place other old sink pipes.  They are my forever go to plumbing!!!  If you are looking for the best.....take my advise and call them.  You will not be disappointed!!!!

Called and explained our concerns and issues. We had several. A leak from our water softener, an issue with our hot water heater and we figured we may as well have them look at the RO system! Eddy called 30 minutes before arrival. Assessed the situation, explained what needed to happen, asked if we had questions and proceeded to complete the tasks. Notifying us as each item was complete. He was extremely professional, polite and competent. Would highly recommend Robins Plumbing and Eddy.

Finally, hot water throughout the house.  We found out that the new water heater in out newer house was 20 years old. Damon set us up with a hybrid water heater and now I can finally use the new tub we put in.  As always, he was fast, clean, and professional.

NATE came out and did an excellent job of fixing the leak in my yard , he was very thorough and checked everything before he signed off . Very professional and skilled at what he does . I would say the BEST  plumbing company I've dealt with so far !
I need to add that since this is an emergency and my yard was starting to flood they were able to get NATE within the hour and he called to tell me he's on his way .
He explained the situation and the possible solutions . As you can see it's a tough job , very time consuming to get to the leak . This kind of problem separates the men from the boys in my opinion . Most plumbers can change faucets and toilets easily but a difficult job like this is when you want the best !

I've lived in my house for 10+ years now.  I had such poor service from other plumbing services.  I went through many of them.  I happened upon Robins a couple years ago.  They have been great to me.  1) You can make an appointment online.  For some reason I hate picking up the phone now, but you can also call them if that is your preferred method.  2)  They are always on time.  This is something I rarely see in any service industry.  3)  They get the job done and even do a final inspection just before they leave to double-ensure that everything is working properly.  4) The odd occurrence when something was wrong, they came back and made it right.  They are my go-to plumbing service.

Just had Ben out to look at a part of our bathroom wall that was showing signs of water damage. He was so thorough, professional, and hard working. He took his time and even dug up part of our front yard looking for our water meter (our fault it was covered up!). He explained everything that he found and made great suggestions for next steps. I recently had a pipe in my shower crack. The water ran down inside my wall and ended up in my light fixture downstairs. I wasn't going to be able to use my shower, and I work in property management. That would not have been good. Robin's plumbing saved the day and their tech was incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and very efficient. His name was Josh. I would definitely recommend Robin's Plumbing, especially if all of their techs are as professional as him.

This morning I woke up to water all over my first floor condo. Turns out the toilet tank in my upstairs bathroom had completely cracked open and collapsed and leaked through the ceiling vents of the first floor. I had called Robins plumbing in a hysterical state. It was Saturday morning very early and they sent Eddy out within 90 minutes of my calling them. He did a fantastic job.  He was very informative and educated me on where to turn off the water supply to the house as well as the main valves. He replaced the toilet and hauled the old one away. I would recommend Robins plumbing in a heartbeat. It's very stressful enough when something like this happens on a weekend but they came out and got the job done. I am so thankful for their service And I will be using them again for my plumbing issues in the future!

Called on a Sunday to inquire about services. Person who answered was polite and professional and TRANSPARENT about the Emergency service fee if they came out on a Sunday. I declined the Sunday because who needs to shower these days? LOL... But they were able to accommodate with an appointment the next morning. I was quoted a window of 8-10am. I was advised the plumber/technician, JOSH, would call when he was on his way, so to expect a phone call possibly before 0800 Monday morning.

Given it was Sunday night, I promptly emailed my 10 am Monday meeting participants to let them know my plumber would probably show up minutes before the start of the meeting, and I sat the expectation, I would likely be late.

At 0720 on Monday Morning, JOSH phoned to let me know he was en route and would arrive within a few minutes of 0800. I asked him to not ring my doorbell, as I have a one year old and a 3 month old, and crazy dogs. He text as he arrived as requested. He clearly outlined what needed to be done, and gave me approximate pricing for everything before starting anything. He was efficient, and 36 hours later, everything seems to be working very well. I had installed a fancy new water heater a few days before, and had hoped that we could keep it as a DIY and save some money kinda situation, but during the install, I realized the cold water intake value wouldn't shut off. It was obvious I needed to replace it, but figure that I could hold a bucket and get it aligned and going into the tank. I was able to pull it off, but the faultiness of the valve made it where it was impossible to tell how much water was going in. The inconsistent flow, made the water heater keep throwing codes and shutting off for safety.

Josh made the recommendation additionally to regulate pressure flow into the house, which was something a previous plumber had suggested the week we bought the house 5 years ago, but we had previously declined because, you know... it was the week we had just bought the house. I did not feel pressured to do this, but opted to do so. He outlined the benefits of adding this additional plumbing fix.

Prices were comparable to other plumbing quotes I've received before.

Very polite. Clear communication. Followed my request to engage me via text as, like many folks, I work from home.

Had a valve in the shower that was not working.  The plumber came out and fixed it in a few minutes and I am very happy.  He was polite and very professional.  Sorry, I don't remember his name. I found the price very reasonable and was told ahead of time.

Wyatt came out within an hour of being called. Extremely friendly and professional. Fixed our problem quickly, triple checked his work. 2nd time I've used Robin's and if I ever have plumbing issues, they will be the first place I call.

I highly recommend Robin's Plumbing for all plumbing issues. After having another plumber come out, charge me a $75 service fee and basically do nothing except tell me that they would have to pull my toilet out and get to the clog that way. I called other companies for a second opinion. The gentleman that answered the phone at Robin's was very courteous and helpful and was able to send Wyatt out to my home within an hour of my call. Wyatt was awesome! He informed me every step of the way about what he was going to do and what things I should do to keep the older pipes in my home working properly to stop having future problems. The prices I was quoted/ charged were reasonable.  If you are having plumbing issues don't hesitate to call Robin's Plumbing. As much as having plumbing problems is not a pleasant experience, Wyatt and the team at Robin's main the experience  less painful.

We woke up to water under our kitchen sink, on the floor under the dishwasher and were lucky enough to call Robin's Plumbing who send out Ben to fix our problem. Not only did he do an excellent job but called a restoration company for us to come out and check to see if we had any wet areas that could lead to mold. I highly recommend their plumbing company.

Our garbage disposal broke so we needed to have it replaced.  Eddy from Robins plumbing arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.  He did follow Covid guidelines and wore a mask the whole time.  He answered all of our questions and did a great job replacing our disposal.

OMG!! Wake up to a plug toilet in both bathrooms . Called Robins Plumbing and Spoke to a very nice customer service woman. Had a shower valve break....the valve stem broke off of the cartridge leaving the cartridge stuck in the valve in the wall, behind the tile...nightmare. Called Robins Plumbing and they sent Steve and Matt over promptly. They even called to see if they could show up early!
After making an attempt to get the cartidge out, it was determined that a valve replacement was in order. Steve and Matt took off to get the remodel kit needed to fix it. They were back quickly and got busy opening the wall enough to make the repair, taking care to not do any extra damage....the new valve is working great and the remodel kit saved me from having to take out alot of tile.
The guys were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Everything was tested and cleaned up after they finished.
I highly recommend Robins Plumbing. My first time using them, but not my last!

At 2 pm on a Friday, we encountered an outdoor issue.  Water had to be shut off.
Robins sent Josh within the hour!
He was knowledgable, wasted no time to make the repair.  Josh is honest, polite, a good guy and has a sense of humor.

Called them at 6 am and we had a someone come to the house just 2 hours later. He was very polite and even brought us Starbucks!  He got right to the job, found the problem and fixed it. Having found a water leak seeping water under my floorboards, I called Robins plumbing and spoke with Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful and sent Damon out that day. Extremely quick response for which I am very grateful. Damon gave me several options to repair the leak. Long story short, they referred me to National First Response to tear out the drywall and pull up the damaged flooring and they came out the next day. The leak was found immediately and I was informed that the repair was much less serious than was originally thought to be. They were honest with me and I was saved the cost of a pipe reroute. Because of their honesty, I contracted Damon to do several plumbing jobs that I had been putting off. Damon was honest, informative and professional on every level and Robins Plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Eddy was the technician that was sent to install a kitchen Faucet, RO system, and new Large Toilet.  Although he had problems because of a manufacture's defect in the RO system he was able to create a work around and get the system installed, thank you for the one price system, he had to spend a lot of time on that system and it would have cost me a lot more with a by-the-hour plumber.  Over all Eddy was a joy to have work for me, professional, friendly and efficient.  The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I asked for a Large toilet as I am a 6' 300lb guy.  The one they sent was only 2 inches bigger than the tiny one I had.  Not worth paying $500 to get another bigger one tho.

Having a need fulfilled regarding home upgrades or repair can be a little intimidating. However, for our household the issue no longer exists having previously used Robin's Plumbing for a water spigot replacement.

We wanted to proactively replace our 15 year old water heater. I called and spoke with Janet who was informative and very helpful and knowledgeable. (Thank you, Janet!) Damon was scheduled to come out two days later to discuss water heater technology. Damon was on time, knowledgeable, professional, kind, PATIENT and a pleasure to work with. He offered options for us and not his opinion, which is a very valuable skill. I did have a second appointment scheduled for the following day from a company who provided our original manufacture water heater brand but cancelled after working with Damon.

I made a decision on the spot to go with Robin's Plumbing not because of price, water heater brand or solution, I chose to work with Robin's Plumbing because of Damon.

I actually had to email Janet after the appointment and ask for the model number of the water heater having know clue what model I just purchased. How's that for earning someone's trust.

The installation was schedule for two days later and again, Damon arrived on time and was proactive with his pre-arrival communication. The water heater, new hose bib, circulation pump and bridge were all installed as promised in a timely and neat manner. Great workmanship, too.

It's been a week know and the water heater and circulation pump has performed as promised. The time spent waiting, where we would capture the wasted cold water before going down the drain to use on our plants is no longer necessary. The water warms within 5 seconds and achieves maximum temperature within 10-15 seconds. The additional hose bib solution (which Damon option over mine saved us $1,200) has been so helpful. They even tightened a leaking connection for no charge.

My wife is so impressed. You made me look really good Damon and Jason. Thank you for your patience in answering all of my questions. You made me smarter and provided a wonderful, lasting solution for our home.

Thank you team Robin's Plumbing. Janet, Damon and Jason are great examples of who you want representing your company.

Let me preface by saying I have own multiple properties in different states and like to plan /coordinate very far in advance any repairs that I need to have done so I can shop and pick up any parts I need at the best price.  I called this company in May 2018 to request a quote on installing a garbage disposal (that I would purchase myself and have onsite waiting on scheduled date of installation), on a home in AZ as I live in California and was given an installation quote price of $147.00.  This to me was a good price considering Home Depot would charge me $150.00 to have it installed.

I also asked them how far in advance I need to schedule this and they told me they could install it as quick as the next day after I called to schedule the installation.

I planned my trip out to AZ for first week in June as I would be in town for 4 days, and scheduled the installation (a week in advance) for the second day I was to be in town giving me time to purchase the unit the first day I arrived in Phoenix, and the office confirmed the install price with me over the phone.  On the day of install the plumber coming out to install it calls me an hour before arrival and tells me I was quoted the wrong installation price and that it would be $187.50 to install it!  What a bait and switch operation this is as it is a little too late for me to re-schedule with Home Depot to install this as I am only in town literally for 2 more days and had already scheduled Home Depot to deliver and install a dishwasher for $79.00 the day before I was scheduled to leave plus I had made plans and paid in advance to attend a concert that day as well!

This left me high and dry and over a barrel with no choice but to pay the higher price to have the disposal installed!  Well I guess Robins plumbing will lose a customer for life over $47.50 because I will never ever call them for service again!  I use Belsito Plumbing as they are faster, less expensive and a lot more knowledgeable and upfront with their pricing.  I should have just stuck with Belsito but because they service mostly Scottsdale and Paradise valley area I assumed Robins plumbing was closer to the Glendale home that needed the installation done.  Boy, was I stupid!  

Moral of the story, If you find a good plumber stick with them, why change tires in the middle of a race when you are winning the race!

Lastly to add insult to injury, due to an emergency leak,  I had them also install an outside hose bib faucet that I purchased, that had to be soldered on and they charged me $85.00 for a 10 minute fix! So much for good customer service, huh???

We had a sink without a stopper in it, so it was no surprise that I eventually dropped something rather large down the hole (it was a screw-type clasp that's used in jewelry bearing).

I searched Yelp to find a nearby plumber; fortunately, I found Robins Plumbing and saw a lot of good reviews. I am pleased to add to these great reviews! I called that morning (it was a Saturday) and was given a two hour window for that afternoon.

Ryan was running a little late, but he did a great job calling me and keeping me posted as to his expected time of arrival. Then he came and fixed the sink. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. We couldn't have been more pleased with his service! We will definitely call Robins Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Great job!

Great job! Fixed the leak very quickly. Same day. The plumber who came out was nice and explained everything. He fixed the problem and checked his work afterward.

I subtracted one star because I felt the lady on the phone when I made the appointment was rude. Robin's quoted me $315 for the job whereas another plumber quoted $198. I called Robin's back to see when they could come out and asked if they could come closer to the other quote I got. The lady told me if price is the only thing that matters to you, then go with the $198 guy. She said this to me twice. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. She didn't give any explanation for the price difference than that. I only went with Robin's because they could come out right away and other places weren't available until after the weekend. Otherwise, I wouldn't have used them. Not a good impression of customer service from the person your customers interact with first.

These guys are awesome!  I know the owners personally and they are amazing people and it flows right through to their company and their workers.  We have a puppy who was teething and she decided the water pipe to the outside hose looked like a good place to take out her aggression.  Needless to say, OLD FAITHFUL was spewing out of the side of my house in no time!  Robins Plumbing not only came out right away and fixed it but put in a copper pipe so the puppy could never do that again!

My bathtub faucet broke off today.. water would not turn off.
called Robins Plumbing after finding them on Yelp. They had someone to my home within 2 hours and accessed the situtation and gave my the best case, worst case and a 'third idea' in case the first and second situation did not work.  I agreed to move forward and Chris was able to fix it the right way using the 'best case' scenario.

Because we needed a new plumber, a more knowledgeable and available than our last service, & the same day, I searched online reviews in my area. Robins Plumbing came up with excellent reviews. I called & Chris is who came to install  my bathtub diverter valve & all the new trim . He is very smart & has common sense when it comes to his job. Chris treats customers polite & educates to you his progress when needed. I did find a defect that bothered me after he had completed & left.

We called other plumbers and they couldn't fix our problem. I saw Chris from Robins Plumbing working across the street. I got his card and called him twice since then.He fixed the first problem very quickly and the next day I cancelled my Home warranty as they sent 2 people to try. First of all....who is calling you back while you are leaving a message on their voicemail...Robin's Plumbing that's who!
We were in a pickle with a leaky water heater late on a Saturday night.  After getting the water stopped and cleaned up and putting in a call to our Home warrentee .....finally getting approval to seek out an independent plumber.... we called Robin's Plumbing. Chris was at our house in less than 2 hrs. He assessed the problem, gave us an estimate that the insurance company readily approved and got us back to normal with a RUUD water heater that was superior to the 4 year old one that had died. In addition he answered a lot of questions and was an excellent resource of information about our many  Plumbing questions....and on a Sunday no less. We are very satisfied with our decision to use Robin's Plumbing and look foward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks Chris!

Best plumbing company out there!

We had a large plumbing issue in our condo. The cast iron pipes that drain all our plumbing in our master bathroom were cracked and needed to be repair. Damon and his intern Nathan came and did an outstanding job! They did everything they could to not destroy our newly remodeled unit to access these pipes. Damon is an incredibly skilled plumber and the got the job done in one day (he had to replace three cast iron drain pipes). The best part about working with Damon is he will try his absolute hardest to not have to damage your stuff in order to access the pipes. He saved our shower (didn't cut into it as most plumbers would have), our kitchen cabinets (went around even though it made his job harder), and also our vanity (just cut behind it without having to rip it out - most plumbers would have just ripped it out). 10 out of 10 would recommend! And be sure to ask for Damon, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Robbins plumbing was amazing and professional. It was last minute on a Saturday and a job that should've been easy to do by ourselves turned into the need for professionals. Our water was turned off all day so I was grateful that they were able to get to us the same day. Their tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain step-by-step what he was doing so that we would know for future reference. The expense of a plumber was not something I was looking forward to but they were reasonably priced and even gave us a small discount for having everything already taken apart. You simply cannot find a better plumber in the valley. We had a mainline plumbing emergency happen late Sunday night and I called Robins plumbing. Brian, the owner, actually picked up my call and scheduled an appointment for to come out and fix it the next morning. Ryan came out on time and was nice and courteous. He got right to work right to work, fixed the toilet and pipeline issue and was out in a few hours.

Payment was super easy as well. No paperwork or handwritten mess. He took my CC and I signed for the work right on his phone. I love seeing trade organizations who adopt technology to make people's lives easier. Lastly, he handed me a loyalty rewards program card. I never hope to need a plumber often but it's great to see a company that appreciates and gives back to their customers. Highly recommend!!

Our last experience with a plumber did not go well.  We were in the market for a new plumber.  We felt fortunate, in the course of our business AJR Public Adjusters, betterclaimresults.com while representing a homeowner with their insurance claim against the insurance company for a hot water heater that busted, we were introduced to Ryan.  We immediately recognized while at our client's property, Ryan was knowledgeable and understood how to help our client.  

We called Robins as the day ended and set up an appointment for the next day.  Speaking on the phone to Stephanie was a pleasure.  As I explained my previous experience, she made me feel very comfortable this would not happen with them.  Ryan came and addressed my immediate issues and we ordered some new toilets.  As Murphy's law has it, the next day something else broke in my house.  This time another tech Matt came out to address the issue, a leaky water faucet leading to refrigerator.  He took great care to fix the issue.  

When completed I like the fact that the tech takes pictures of his repair and you sign off that it was done satisfactorily.  After he finished the repair, we looked at the lines connected to the toilets that were to be replaced by Ryan.  We turned some of the water line valves to check them.  Unbeknownst to us, the one we were concerned with which was older, after we turned off stayed shut.  When we came down in the morning, the toilet no longer worked.  Unfortunately, we couldn't wait until our toilets were to be replaced in a week or so and had to call again to have Matt come out to replace the valve.

Finally, today our new toilets were installed by Ryan.  I am thrilled with the service and responsiveness we received from Robins.  They call to check on the service performed to ensure you were happy with their services.  I also like the loyalty program.  For every visit you receive a sticker and after 5 stickers you are entitled to 20% off your bill.  After all our repairs we are close to that goal.

I cannot say enough about the service, professionalism, and courtesy provided by all employees from Robins Plumbing.  We are thrilled to have been introduced to them and look forward to not only continue calling them for our own needs, in addition to providing their name if given the opportunity with our adjusting clients who may need a reliable plumber, Robins will be the call.

I gave them two stars instead of one because their plumbers seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. However on their first visit they didn't have all of the necessary equipment to assess my sewer line blockage, gave me vague and useless information, and when they had to return to clear the line again a week later made several promises that they did not follow through on.  I know they are a business and are looking out for their bottom line but if they didn't intend to provide me with the results after paying for their service they shouldn't have offered. Now I have spent over $460 to clear a sewer line twice and in order to get additional quotes will need to pay all over again for the full service. Since I will have to pay again there is no reason for me to stay with Robins.

I notified them of my concerns and spoke to the plumber giving them time to rectify this problem before writing any negative review. Unfortunately I have waited twice to receive the information promised and never received it. And I have not gotten a response from my email sent four days ago.  It is apparent they don't intend to follow through on their promise.

I would say go with someone else despite all of the high reviews. Plumbers charge a lot and it isn't worth the risk to deal with someone who conducts business this way.

Because we are not professionals in the services that we need, the uncertainty of not knowing if you're getting the right information and quality of work can be terrifying (costly and frustrating), so I rely heavily on referrals and reviews to help me pick companies - and so this why I needed to take the time to write this review.  

I've used Robins Plumbing several times now and each and every time, they do not disappoint!  I trust and know that I'm getting quality work with knowledgeable owners and technicians.  They've given me their professional advice through the years and I trust in the work that they do. In regard to my most recent service, the technicians were Damon and Grant and both were tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me understand what my situation was and what was needed.

Seriously.  These guys are the best!  Fast, efficient and friendly.  They really take pride in their work and it shows.  They only allow the best plumbers to represent them, and arm them with the best equipment.  
Brian was at my door within 2 hours of our call. Unlike the guy from the home warranty that took a week to show up only admit failure after half an hour.  Of course he (home warranty guy) recommended more expensive repairs.  Brian had the whole issue fixed in under ten minutes.

Our last water bill was much higher than normal, so I had to find our water leak.  It didn't take long, water was bubbling up under our driveway.  I called AC by J, who we have a monthly maintenance plan with and they said the leak was from the pipe to my water main and we had two options.  Opt 1 was digging up and replacing a portion of the driveway to replace the pipe, Opt 2 was to burrow under the driveway and replace the line.  They quoted me $4,300 and they didn't know when they were available to do the repair.  
Knowing that wasn't in our budget, I called a friend who said his house had the same issue several years ago and they routed the pipe up and over inside his garage door and it costed much less.  
I went to our great neighborhood site of course, and found very high ratings for Robins Plumbing.  Grant came out within a few hours, recommended the over the inside of the garage door fix and quoted me $2,500, which included a regulator and new shut off value which had never installed on our house.  
Grant and his partner Mustafa arrived the next morning, worked from 8-7 with only one short break and their solution was great!  No more water leak, a water regulator which was never recommended by the other company and will save my pipes from future leaks, a new shutoff valve and a great relationship that has been established for future repairs.  
I am now looking at installing their Nuvoh2o water softener system and will be saving up our money and Loyalty Program Member points to save 25%!  Thanks Grant, Mustafa and Robin's Plumbing!

We had a leak near our main water line and called Robins Plumbing the morning after Christmas.  They were able to arrive the same day at 2:00 and were on time.  Ryan was the plumber assigned to our house.  He was very thorough, showed me the problem and fixed it. I had Damon come out on an emergency call and he was here within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and extremely reliable. We had an emergency repair done quickly within the next 48 hours my choice. They did an excellent job and they stopped the leak in my front yard. I wanted to thank you guys for not only giving me a military discount but also taking care of me last minute and being reliable as there are not very many trustworthy companies these days. If i could give them zero stars I would.I had hired them to do a checkup and a clean out of  a backup  that our tenant was having in a rental property we have in Glendale.At first they tried cleaning out the backup using  a snake to unclog the drainage.After unsuccessfully trying to unclog the drainage  they recommended  using a camera to see what was causing the blockage. I agreed without hesitation to  have them go in to and use a camera to see where and what was causing the blockage.
To make a long story short the plumbing tech claimed that  the he believed that A bush i had in the front yard had gone into the plumbing and  the roots had  gotten into the system. He recommended that I needed the front of my yard excavated and  I needed new piping and a outside access  installed. The price they  quoted me was a little under $4000.00.
I live out of state  and i had to  fly out in order  to have other estimates for the repair. The other companies i had  called all said that It was hard for them to give a proper estimate since Robins plumbing never marked  where the  problem area was. I had to call Robins plumbing back in order to have them  show me  (since they claimed) that they had   put a marking when they originally came out. When the  plumber came out to the property again he pointed and said that he had sprayed  underneath the bush leaves as a marking.
There was no marking  or spraying visible. So he ended up putting a real marking  upon his second visit.
I ended up  hiring another company to come out to do the repair. Surprise! Surprise!. There was no roots in the system. And   the repair of piping was not  really needed. All it needed was a  better drain cleaning. The trip from Chicago to Phoenix Arizona ended up costing me thousands of dollars. I personally  believe they was trying to scam me for unneeded repair work. I would not recommend them to anyone EVER!.

Here it is a Saturday, figured I would change the bath spout since the diverter was really hard to pull up due to calcium build up.  Simple task, done it in the past.  Well as I was trying to unscrew it was corroded to the copper pipe from the wall and I twisted that pipe and broke it within the wall.  This simple DIY job turned into something that was above my skill set.

I called Robins Plumbing after looking at several companies here on Yelp.    10:47 AM the call was made and 11:33 AM Ryan with Robins plumbing as at my door.  It only took that long because he just finished a job in another part of the valley.  

A quick look at the problem he was able to give me the estimate and how he would be able to replace the pipe without removing any of the tile.  The entire job was done and he was gone by 12:15 PM.  So less and a hour and a half from the time the pipe broke till it was fixed.

Ryan was very friendly and wanted to ensure we had no questions before he left.  You can tell he cared about the work he completed.  The price was a little higher then I excepted but a little cheaper when I look at websites for emergency service.  So they are probably fair on their prices.  I've been lucky and haven't required much plumbing help but I know in the future who I will call.

I had an extremely positive experience with Robins Plumbing. I found them here on yelp and happy to have found them. I called in and was able to get an appointment right away. The technician was actually early, courteous and knowledgeable. He even wore covers on his shoes to not track in dirt. I've never seen that the level of respectfulness before. He immediately fixed my clogged kitchen sink. He walked me through the issue and what he was doing. Gave tips if I have issues in the future. He gave recommendations for the house and quotes. There was never any pressure to do anything more than what I called them for. I'd gladly use them again

We had a tub valve that started leaking and I found Robins Plumbing on Yelp and couldn't believe the 5 star reviews and figured we would give them a try.......Best call that I ever made !! Chris came out at the scheduled time and was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the entire process and showed me the problem and fixed it in no time and also had him replace my old shutoff valve shut off to our home at the same time. I discovered  Robins Plumbing  when they were in my neighborhood doing work for a neighbor ( the bright truck gets your attention). I needed a plumber to change out my washer and dryer valves, and they were able to come the next day (unlike the other plumbers that had no time that week). I checked the online reviews, and they were good so I took a leap of faith.... and they are great! Steve showed up on time, was friendly and very professional. The best plumbing experience ever. From the time they answered the phone they demonstrated friendly and professional service.

Ron took care of my immediate plumbing need and also checked all areas of my home to make sure trouble was not lurking. This was much appreciated as a single lady who can't easily take time off from work.

Ron was such a pleasure to deal with and explained things clearly. Also learned about a water softener just for the dishwasher that is helping with the hard water strains on glassware.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better company. First off prices are very fair. I was leaving for work when I heard the sound of flowing water. A valve outside my house some how broke and water was nonstop. I had to duct tape the valve down to stop it. I called Robins first then 4 other places. Mind you its 730am. 3 of the 5 places didn't pick up. Called Robins again, I had previously said it was an emergency and they had given me a 2 hour window between 11am-1pm. Asked if any earlier and the front desk said they will try and get there at the top hour of that window. Behold Brian shows up at exactly 11am. He was very knowledgeable, as while I was waiting I had sent photos to a buddies dad, who is a jack of all trades of whom I trust. When Brian broke down what was going on with the setup, it was right on the money of what my buddies dad was saying. Had it cleaned up looking new in about 45min. Was able to head back to work like nothing happen. Almost a week later and no issues. I'm a new homeowner and they just a earned a loyal customer.

Despite all the typical reviews of restaurants, I felt like it was worth mentioning that I had to post a review about Robins Plumbing. Having moved here to Pheonix recently, I should amend that there are some projects around the house that my husband eventually hopes to get to. Well, a faulty toilet handle in our master bathroom was on its last leg and my husband's repeated attempts to fix the issue weren't helping. I contacted Robins and got an appointment set up immediately to come out within 24 hours. The technician arrived promptly and was able to fix our toilet in less than 2 hours. In that span of time, he was able to also answer my questions about our hot water heater, in addition to sharing advice on how to clear out the kitchen faucet (to help improve the flow of water pressure) and bathroom tub. Highly recommend!

We got charged 600$ to install a toilet and have a new spicket attached on our hose outside. Then the toilet didn't work and they charged us another 119 $ to come fix the toilet that didn't work a few days later...  beyond dissatisfied .. will never use again

Ron came within an hour of our call on a Sunday right before Independence Day. He was both professional and friendly. There was a flat fee rather than an hourly rate, so we appreciated that he took his time over the necessary repair. He complimented my husband's initial repair attempt, and he demonstrated extensive knowledge of an Arizonan's plumbing needs. Second but more importantly, thank you Brian and Robin's plumbing for saving me from all of the horrific estimates I got from water damage companies and a possible insurance claim.

I called Robin's regarding some obvious water damage to my ceiling we noticed after purchasing a new home. Brian arrived spot on time and assessed the situation. His initial concern was addressing all of the potential problems that could contribute to the leak rather than immediately ripping open the ceiling for an expensive repair.

Brian's thinking was exactly what we needed to identify the problem. After Brian scoped out the location of all upstairs plumbing fixtures relative to the leak, he identified an unsealed section of the flat foam roof outside of the area of the upstairs plumbing fixture but exposed to the elements. There had been rain recently but we had not seen any leak activity since as we had stopped using the upstairs fixtures the same time. I heard a loud Derp sound in my head and then it was obvious. Brian had nailed the problem.

Experience, concern with saving me from unnecessary work and the skill to properly identify the real problem. What more can you ask from a service? This is what we got calling Robin's today. Call now...

This review is 2.5 years after the service date....   Two months after moving into our new-to-us house, the main polybutylene (gray plastic) pipe failed. Since this type of piping had such a bad reputation (which we found out AFTER the purchase of our house...no thanks to the shoddy work of our home inspector, but that's a separate review), we decided to replumb the entire house with PEX.  We did our due diligence and got two bids from friend/family recommendations, and then found Robins Plumbing on Yelp for our third bid.  Robins was slightly higher than the others, but after talking to all the companies, we felt they had the best experience for the job.  Steve was awesome!  We had lots of questions/concerns, and he walked us through each one of them.  Yes, there were a lot of holes in the drywall.  No way around that, but after it was all done and we inspected their work, we were amazed that they did not have to cut more holes than they did.  Steve and Ryan were true professionals! This is not a review on a toilet replacement, this was hardcore plumbing, and they did an awesome job.  We have recommended them several times, and they were also happy with their service.  We hope we never have to use them again, but if we have another plumbing issue, we will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Robins Plumbing.  Thanks Steven, Ryan, and everyone at Robins Plumbing!

I previously used a great plumber when my bathrooms were remodeled a few years ago. He told me when the last one was remodeled in 2016 that he would charge me $300 to replace the kitchen faucet. He said the increased cost for kitchen vs bathroom was due to the disposal etc. I did not want to budget $300 for this so I searched Yelp for plumbers near me and found Robins. After reading the reviews I called them. They quoted me $187.50 for the install.

I bought a Delta faucet online that was similar to mine but only glanced at it in the box. Chris came out at the appointed time and when he began to install it he noticed it was damaged so he uninstalled it and put my old one back.  I called Delta and they sent replacement parts under their lifetime warranty policy. I will call them again when those parts are installed.

A day or so later I felt water on my feet as I stood by the kitchen sink. Since I had a big water leak a few years I felt sheer panic. I called Robins at something like 4:30pm & they said they would send someone out.  My first thought was that during the faucet install maybe something came loose but based on where the leak was in the pipes that is highly unlikely. Either way Chris came out and it was a simple fix with no need to panic.  He did it as a courtesy call which definitely helped my stress level.

When I get my faucet parts changed out I will be calling Robins. I rated their service with 4 stars which is high for me since I rarely give out a perfect 5.

I then called them in the morning and they came out the same day, as promised. I got charged the price quoted over the phone, and the work was done well, and timely.

Called company on Sunday because after using my washing machine, I ended up with water on the floor and in the laundry room AND kitchen sink.  There was a clog in the line and they ran a small line to clean out kitchen line, which did the trick.  Price was $289.50, which seemed high but this was a Sunday so there was an upcharge of $150 because of that.  Then the service tech strongly suggested that a camera be inserted and a jetter be used to better clear out the line, as if that wasn't done, likely the line would clog up again at some point, perhaps not that far in the future.  Quoted price for that additional service which he said was needed was an ADDITIONAL $260+, which would have brought the total charge to about $550.  I felt that was egregious and a rip-off since the gentlemen was already at my home and working in the line in question and the work the tech said should be done wouldn't have taken him but another 10+ minutes.  The tech was questioned and asked to reduce the fee, but he said the fee was the fee, or words to that effect.  I DECLINED.  My experience with making the appointment was pleasant and the tech's demeanor was acceptable, but I question how the job was handled.  I would think that it would be standard to hydro-jet a line when a problem like this arises in a home that is over 20 years old and that is what he should have done in the first place.  I think the pricing and the way this was handled was to put me in a bad position, with work already having been done (which, in essence, was putting a band-aid on the issue) in order to up-sell me.  I do not appreciate it, and unfortunately I now question the integrity of this business and/or the technician.

I originally called for a leak in my sprinkler system and the gentleman in the office was super kind! He advised it may be best to have my landscaper look at it, however I pressed on because it looked like it was coming from the main water line. He answered all my questions and scheduled a technician to come out to ease my mind. Damon came out and told me it was a super common thing, no need to panic and if I had a landscaper, it would be best to have them fix and be much cheaper. Thank you for being honest & looking out for my wallet- who does that nowadays!?  While he was there, I had him check out my main water shut off because when I bought the house 4 years ago the inspector said I should replace it. Damon agreed and also inspected my water heater. It was 17 years old so he suggested it was time to replace it. He wrote me a quote on the spot and scheduled me at a time that was convenient. His communication was great as he called when he was en route. Damon is friendly, knowledgeable and patient... I asked him a million questions! He also taught me how to turn off my water heater in case of an emergency and explained routine yearly maintenance. This has been a great experience. No one likes spending money on plumbing stuff but they made me feel good in my choice. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Clean, on time, friendly and priced fair! I had help today with some soldered joints going into my sprinkler system. I originally felt like much more work was needed then what reality was. Robins plumbing was honest and worked a new price for me according to the work that was actually needed. Both our bathrooms were stopped up Sunday morning, and we suspected a sewer blockage. We called several companies, but only Robins was able to get someone out right away. They had someone here within an hour who was very friendly and able to help us with our problem and get the lines cleared out. I would give Robins more stars if I could! Damon was beyond great! It was Friday evening and our drains were clogged.  We have an older house so one line only...meaning: no sinks, no toilet! We called at 5:30 PM and by 7 PM all was done!  He didn't hem-haw around, he came and he fixed it! No games, no muss no fuss. He is very personable and even had a short conversation with our child about reptiles (which made her day!)

I attempted to repair a leaky garden hose faucet (there is a name for it but it shows my knowledge).  So after working on it from 1 in the afternoon,  200.00 dollars and 4 trips to Home Depot I decided to call it quits at 11 pm.  I yelped Emergency plumbers and Found Robins Plumbing and Thank God that I did.  Steve answered and was very helpful and got to my house quickly (mind you I live in far West Glendale and he was coming from Gilbert at 11 pm on a Saturday night). He also gave me some pointers as he fixed the issue; even though my plumbing days are behind me cause I am definitely calling Steve again when i have a plumbing.

He completed all repairs and even checked out other potential issues that I was unaware of and made adjustments. The final cost was very reasonable... less than I anticipated. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to share my pleasant experience with Ryan at Robin's Plumbing. First, they showed up on the same day I called and was at the house until almost 9PM. At no time, did I feel that Ryan and his colleague were trying to rush through the job, despite it being late in the evening. I even bought the guys pizza for dinner. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They problem came back two days later on a Saturday. Ryan showed up the same day I sent the e-mail and got the rocks that were obstructing the line to clear to the main community drain. There was no charge for the subsequent visit. The guys did a great job. I will definitely use Robin's plumbing again for future plumbing problems.

Actually Zero stars but it won't post without a star. I called about a leak in my water softener. While I was trying to explain that it was cracked and where I thought the leak was coming from and then the guy rudely interrupted me saying let me speak. The only thing he wanted to know was if my system was in the garage or not and and then he said a standard replacement would be $3500! Really? That's my only option? No thanks. Another company will be getting my business. Worst customer service ever!

called them from a recommendation and their reviews.  Very nice guy, professional. BUT, he looked at my problems (kitchen faucet not turning freely and garbage disposal just humming) for about 1 minute and proclaimed that I needed a water softener system (3,000 +), and replacement of both (1,000+).  WOW.   I paid the $85 service call fee, and called another plumber.  Garbage disposal fixed (one of the wheels was jammed), and the faucet replaced for 200$.  Yes, we have hard water, but he just tried to sell a softener system (which was not reviewed well, and was rated as not effective for very hard water, plus cartridges that cost $60 to replace).  I appreciated that he was very nice and very professional, but really felt like he was focused on selling the system instead of fixing the issue.  Disappointed.
Followup - got a return call from the manager - who was very kind and listened to me.  He is going to look into the estimate given, and see what went wrong.  
So - they are concerned about their customers - I do appreciate that. This just didn't work out for me.

The young man did a great job.  We had to redo the original plumbing in the shower to add plumbing for a jacuzzi tub.  He got it all done and didn't get irritated by my husband's involvement.

Just replaced my water heater in an interior utility closet.  Tight space in the middle of my house.  Clean and neat. No problems.  Had everything on the truck including the replacement water heater that I would not have had to purchase had the problem not been a leaking tank on the old water heater.  So, one stop did it all!  Service is excellent and the price is right.

Needed a plumber quick due to a leak with our water softener. Called at noon on a Saturday and was told Ryan would be available between 2 and 4. Got a call at 3pm and Ryan was here by 3:30. After a quick explanation of my issue he got right to work and was done in less then an hour. Very polite and courteous young man. Cost was reasonable and service was top notch. I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Alex and Steve from Robin's Plumbing.  This was my 2nd time using Robin's and everything was just as good as the 1st time.  I will continue to call Robin's exclusively for any plumbing issues I have.  I should add that even though my service call wasn't an emergency, they were still there just a few hours after I called.  I would give more than 5 stars if possible!!!

Don't even waste your time trying to replace your 15 year old Moen cartridges on your own.  Chances are, the thing is cemented in there, and you'll just pull out the center, leaving the outside of the cartridge stuck inside the valve body - like I did, back in December '16 (I left a review then, but it vanished).  I found these guys on Yelp, and reached out to them due to the high ratings, and they more than lived up to the reviews.  Brian came out on the weekend, and he went to work on it with a pair of pliers and a blow torch - seriously (I suspect some plumbers would have told me they had to replace the whole assembly, which would have been a fortune).  He was very personable, professional, and was clearly a master plumber.  They've got a customer for life.  I just had another similar issue (low pressure on the hot water valve, at the master tub this time), at the same rental property, they came out the next morning and knocked it out.  I highly recommend these guys!

This is an excellent company. I felt totally comfortable letting them come and go as needed into my house. They did perfect work and I never even knew they were. The house was just as I left it except for the pipes were fixed. They did a whole reroute    and my house was perfect when I got home. Alex from Robins was right on time and had diagnosed the problem with the shower valve leaking down the wall within 5 minutes.  30 minutes later he had fixed it and was gone.  Very reasonable price too.. I will definitely use Robins again for any plumbing needs.

We had Robins Plumbing come out after two other plumbing services stated that they could not clear out our stoppage because we didn't have a clean out installed and they could not do roof entry. One was through our home warranty and one was not. Steve not only cleared the stoppage from the ground after confirming that it was not an issue requiring roof entry, but clearly explained the issue and gave us excellent advice on how to keep the pipes from clogging up again. Apparently, the previous plumbers did not want to deal with the pipe intersection between the kitchen and bathroom that was the culprit (and they didn't even tell us that we had an atypical joint). Robins is now going to be our first and only call in the future! And the cost was far less than we were preparing for!

We had our drains inspected and cleaned this week.  Robins Plumbing was most prompt with a competitive quote and offered up a helpful suggestion.  They did good clean up and provided photos of the insides of our drains.  They provided the location of our hiding clean out and identified a low spot in the drain near to the street where water was pooling.  Very professional

Robin's Plumbing and Steve their GM rock!  On Sunday my main kitchen sink/disposer backed up and I scheduled the service call for Monday.  And I mentioned to the scheduler that I had 4 or 5 other plumbing issues at the house that I'd like them to evaluate/ repair.  Sure enough, Steve kept in touch throughout the afternoon, letting me know when he thought he'd be at my house.  Once he arrived, he took off his shoes, inspected all of my issues, presented me with his plan, then quickly got to work on repairing them all.  The great thing is that they carry most parts commonly needed right on their truck, so there is no need for a 2nd repair call.  All 5 of my problems were repaired with new parts he had on hand. Steve was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and really nice. Steve made a stressful day for me very easy and agreeable and I totally trusted his judgment.   So much so that we already scheduled the next service call for a new leaky faucet we identified in another area.  There is no need for me to shop around for another plumber ever again!

I was working with another plumbing company through a home warranty contract for a broken bathtub faucet.  The other company didn't know how to fix it and then wouldn't even show-up or call me back with a solution.  So, I decided to call Robin's Plumbing.  Wow, am I glad that I did.  They were onsite at my home two days later...and right on time.  They called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way, just like they said they would do.  The faucet turned out to be more difficult than expected but he stuck with it and eventually got it fixed.  Thank you Robins!  This is truly service at its best!

Service was prompt and professional. One of the best experiences I've had with a plumber. My gate valve had broken at my main valve and we had no water. Upon scheduling, they offered to squeeze me in first thing in the morning. I asked for something after work and they were more than accommodating. Tech Steve came about and was very helpful and efficient in his work. He even took the time after the original call to come inside the house and inspect all the plumbing for any potential problems down the road. Very satisfied customer. Robins Plumbing has been out to our site on multiple occasions to solve problems with our old and neglected sinks, faucets, and toilets. (The building sat empty for quite some time before we moved in.) We couldn't be happier with their service. Stephanie is so friendly and easy to work with. Unimpressed.  I schedule an appointment for this morning.  He said he would be here at 8am.  My cell phone for some reason didn't ring and I missed his call.  When I called him back as soon as I saw it (about 30 mins later), he tells me he has to call me back and is on another call in an irritated voice.  When he calls back he tells me he has to reschedule because I didn't answer the phone.  I explain that I had been waiting for him to arrive.  He proceeded to scold me for not answering my phone.  At which time I told him I would not be needing his services.  If a company is not willing to give any type of customer service, and to scold a new customer who hasn't even used them before, I don't think  you should hire them.  Sometimes, technology simply doesn't work and your phone doesn't ring.

OMGosh!!!!  I love Robin's Plumbing!!  I was referred by my realtor when I bought my home.  The water in Arizona is so bad, I wanted to put in a water softening system & RO system. I called Robin's Plumbing and spoke to Brian who immediately sent me the info on the Nuvo salt-free system.  SOLD!! Made an appointment to have it installed.  Ryan came to first give me an estimate, then came back to install my new water systems.  I have never been happier!!  Not only is the system awesome, but so is Ryan!!  I have called them 2 more times for plumbing issues and they have always come the same day I called.  I won't use another plumber!!

We had a pipe  break and flood our kitchen and into another room.  We shut the water off and called Robins the next day.  We received prompt service and the service tech was very efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Initially my insurance company denied my claim and Robins wrote up a work order and explanation of the problem and faxed it to the insurance company who then reversed their decision and covered my claim.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good reliable plumber.

I would give the plumber, Shane, five stars, and the office staff one star. I called on Sunday (given that they claim to be open 24/7) and explained that I had a water leak from an old sprinkler system that was flowing into the backyard. I asked to be put on the schedule for Monday, and was told the answering service would let the office know to call me Monday morning. After noon on Monday I had to call again, and after stating twice that the answering service said they would ask the office to call me and it didn't happen, I finally got an apology. No explanation, no commitment to following up to see what went wrong, and no follow-up. Shane did a good job of fixing the water leak, and promised that the office would email me the paid invoice on Tuesday. It would be a good guess that that didn't happen. For heaven's sake, everyone makes mistakes and things screw up, but respond appropriately. Also, have the plumber print out the invoice at the home so the customers have it for their records, just like everyone else.

This review is way past due. I never write reviews. I just purchased my house 3 months old to me...but it is a typical 1950s Phoenix home with carport and separate laundry room and water heater. Needless to say, I thought I had a slab leak. I called both my home warranty and home insurance...INSURANCE companies suck by the way...but thank god for Stephanie and Brian and their patience...turns out the water heater was leaking...a NO BRAINER to replace...right?...well it was a debacle b/c my HOME WARRANTY insurance sucks and gave me and the plumbers the run around...4 hours later which should of simply of taken at most 2 hours. The insurance company finally agreed to Robins price. The home warranty wanted Robins to pick up a water heater that they would pay for and to install...what a joke...when Robins had one available on the truck...Thank you Brian for your patience and sticking around for the insurance approval...and for your excellent service!

Our homeowner's insurance sent this company to our home to take care of a drain issue in our showers.  The tech they sent out was wonderful!  He was so nice, professional and efficient!  He didn't waste anytime getting to work.  Before he left he cleaned up his mess, including the marks his boots made in the bottom of the tub, and ran the shower for a while to show me that the drains were working.  Every one we spoke with, at Robins Plumbing,  were incredibly nice and professional.  They know their stuff!  The best part, other than being able to shower, was that not once did any one from this company treat me as if I was an idiot or act like they needed to use small words for me to understand!

We had a kitchen water leak under our floor... The restoration company recommended this company to diagnose the issue. How fortunate for us! Dr. Tim was fabulous! He was efficient, thorough and very helpful throughout the whole process. Additionally, Charity was very responsive and compassionate. I called Robins Plumbing last Saturday for a quote to install two new toilets.  They were very friendly and actually gave me a quote over the phone.  Only one other company would give me a verbal quote but they were much more expensive than Robins.  Other companies wanted to send out a tech for an in home quote which I did not feel was necessary as my job was a straight change-out to a new toilet.  The only additional charges that could  have been involved would have been a new water supply line or new shut off valves and would not have changed the price that much.  The price Robins quoted is exactly what they charged.  Ron came right on time after calling that he was on the way.  He did the exchanges and left the areas clean as they were before he arrived.  I would highly recommend this company.  Honest, clean uniforms, very professional and extremely mannerly.  If I could add another star, I would.

I had a pipe freeze and burst and Robins came out the same day to take care of the problem (and it was probably the busiest day of the year because of the freezing temperatures in Phoenix).  The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable.  Although the part needed was back ordered (everyone in town needed the same part) he was able to restore the water to my home and just shut off the one pipe until the part came in.  He returned only a couple of days later and took care of the problem as promised.  Robins was recommended to me and I will recommend them to others!

I had Robins Plumbing come out to look at an issue with the guest bathroom toilet at our rental property. I knew I was looking at least needing the wax ring replaced and possibly the flange. Ron, the consummate professional, was upfront about the costs of each to set my expectations right away. Once that was out of the way he got to it and began his work, thankfully just the wax ring needed to be addressed and not the flange as well. After he was finished, while bringing his gear back to his truck, he noticed the water meter box appeared to be flooded and offered to take a look. Of course, it was full up to the top with water so he manually pumped it and we determined it to be leaking right near the meter. He was able to tighten the pipe to stop the leak but suggested I still reach out to the City of Phoenix to have them take a deeper look. He did that gratis and also gave me a few things to check out in regards to our foul smelling dishwasher in our own home. Overall, Ron was very professional and entertaining to boot! I would certainly recommend Ron w/ Robins Plumbing for your needs and will use them in my own home if the need arises.

we woke up in the morning and found out that our sewer was backed up and leaking into the front patio into the street, city of phoenix suggested to call plumber immediately so I found a magnet card with the first name on the fridge from Robins Plumbing West valley area, so i called at 10am and they told me they will be coming in 2 hours, by 12:30pm they was at my front door, they took care of the problem in 1hr and the guy was nice and very knowledge,  no big time uniforms, no big time clip boards and paper work and big time talking, he was down to earth and told us exactly what the problem was, took care of the problem, gave us the paper work with the bill and it was the best affordable bill that anyone could expect. I will recommend this company any day of the week or year. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, and your workers are fantastics love it.
