George was extremely honest and very helpful. Our job was minor and not major like we expected. We reached out and he responded to our house the following day. He showed us exactly what we needed to do and how to do it, saying it would be a cheap TLC project. He was a rarity in today's world. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.

Wow! I'm not used to people being so kind and honest these days. We requested a quote for a roof leak that we noticed when we saw a ceiling stain in the bedroom. George was responsive, came out for a quote the next day, and then proceeded to patch the problem areas immediately- for free! Amazing and knowledgeable roofer. Thank you!!

When we bought our house we had to get a last minute estimate for our roof. GPS was able to accommodate us and get us a quote quick.

Years later I contacted them to paint our home. George came out and personally gave me a quote. The price was more than fair, and he came back the next day with a contract. His guys came the same day and pressure washed the house. The next they came and finished the job. Start to finish in only three days, one full day of painting.

The result was amazing! They painted all of the details and George's suggestions on the color were spot on. They even threw in another color for the front door.

The entire experience was great! Would definitely recommend!

GPS Remodeling was recommended by a friend when I had a leak in my roof on Christmas Eve. The owner came out within a few days to assess what the problem was. Within a week they were out and roof repaired.  The owner took photos of what was wrong and the repair he did.  He and his crew did an excellent job.  The repair was done in just a few hours. Will be recommending them to anyone who needs a new roof or a repair.

We recently had our house painted by George and his amazing crew . We were so impressed & pleased with his craftsmanship , work ethic and prompt service. Our house had a red tile roof that was a complete eyesore & GPS painted over our roof and it made a complete world of difference! The family owned business did a wonderful job at painting my house. They were efficient and repaired all of my nature ware and tears. My window leaked when it rained and at no extra charge they were able to repair it before painting it. They were a true pleasure to work with. I was grateful that they were able to get the job done in such a sort time frame. I got an estimate, called back a few weeks later letting them know I would like the job done ASAP. The response was that they could do it the following weekend. The rain kept that form happening, but then they made it a point to come back the following weekend. I was amazed by there customer service. I totally recommend this  company & will be using them for future home improvements.

I had a leak from a vent when it rained very hard. With monsoon season upon us , I wanted to fix it fast!  George came out right away and found the problem area   He explained everything thoroughly.

He was knowledgeable, explained that we needed a new roof after years of patching, and he and his crew arrived on time the day of the job and completed the project in just one day. They were working on my next door neighbor's roof I figured I should get them to inspect my 20 yr. roof. Glad I did. Replaced several broken tiles and resealed roof over the porch. Remember repairs are cheaper than replacements.

In late 2018 I received two bids to patch and apply a new elastomeric coating on the roof of a home I had recently purchased.  One of the bids came from a roofing contractor my realtor recommended and the other,  GPS Remodeling, I picked from positive reviews on Yelp.

I went with GPS because their cost was in line with what I had expected and considerably better than the first contractor who I thought was way overpriced.  Normally I get three bids for a job, but in this case I felt it wasn't necessary after talking with George, the owner.  Something in the way George presented himself and the work that was needed he convinced me he I could trust him.  

The work was completed on the schedule he proposed with no surprises.  When I did my final inspection and called George with a few questions, he said he would stop over later that day so we could walk through my concerns.  He came prepared to address everything I had any concern about on the spot, most of which in hindsight probably did not represent a real problem, but George was more interested in making sure I was fully satisfied.  

Lastly, 18 months later during an unusually wet and windy winter the tenant renting the house called the property manager to report some water leakage around a window.  He sent out a roofing contractor to investigate, who came back with a proposal to re-coat the entire roof again. Not believing the contractor had diagnosed the problem correctly I called GPS back out.  George was out within a day and came to a different conclusion that I thought made much better sense.  Again he took care of the proposed fix on the spot without addressing whether it was a warranty issue under the original job or outside of the original scope.  I believe it was outside.

I used Yelp to get in contact with some roofers just before Christmas and GPS was quick to respond!  We were in a jam and needed to get our roof replaced and the exterior of our house painted ASAP!  George came by the house to take a look within the hour and two days later he had his crew there. They replaced our roof and painted in only two days!!!!!  And, it looked great. There were a couple small issues but George and his son were quick to fix them. If you need a trustworthy roofer and painter, then look no further than George and GPS Remodeling!

George and George Jr. were fantastic. They came over, saw what I wanted to do, recommended some things and then basically took care of it. I had a couple issues which they came and talked and addressed them and they worked with me and didn't think I was being unreasonable or paranoid.  They understood where I was coming from and took care of the problems for me.  Great guys, would definitely do business with them again.

Great Service. I called this morning left a message and he got right back to me. Came out looked at what I needed with my roof and took care of me today. I am grateful to have this completed and not be wondering if some would call. All done is a few short hours.  Knowledgeable and friendly!

I had to replace the entire roof on my shed and wanted something that would last with the wind and rain. George and George Jr. were so helpful in explaining what they were going to do and did such an amazing job. They also fixed a few issues on my main roof that could have become troublesome in the future. Now I don't have to worry about my main roof for at least a few years. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

George came out this morning to give us an estimate for our roof. His response time, and the time it took to come was less then 24 hours. He was detailed in the explanation of what we needed and of all our opinions. Placed a fair bid and we were very happy with how prompt he was.

George came out right away and gave me an estimate. He was good at communication and when I do decide to replace roof I'll be calling.

After reaching out to several contractors and either getting no one to return my calls or put through a customer service center and talking to a robot I was very pleased when I heard the owner answer the phone (george) who answered my request within minutes. George came to my home at a scheduled time. And was very understanding of the work I wanted done (complete exterior remodel) including roofing,gutters, and exterior painting. He gave me a fair estimate with a price breakdown for each of the three projects . He was very accommodating with my schedule and very prompt and professional with the project. I have and will recommend GPS to everybody who needs roofing or painting done to there home or business!!!

George and his dad came out and gave us a fair bid (not the highest or lowest) relative to other roofing companies to replace our roof. Within a day of accepting the bid his crew was out, had the roof stripped, and completed the job a day later. The roof looks awesome!! His crew was respectful and hardworking. The crew cleaned up around the back and front yards to the point that both yards were cleaner when they left than when they started. We're very happy with the work and highly recommend GPS remodeling.

I'd highly recommend GPS Remodeling. Recently had leaking on the inside of the house after 2 valleys near our front entrance failed (was told from numerous companies this was very common with valley homes). While their were a couple communication issues initially, the job was quoted and came in similar or just under others. On top of that, George worked with me and gave me an additional discount which sent his bid well lower than the others. Work performed was quick and seems to have solved our leaks as it's rained twice since and all appears dry. I can't speak on other work GPS performs but if you're needing a roof repair, look no further.
