Stapleton Roofing is a family business, owned and operated by 3rd generation roofers. Pat Stapleton is actively involved in each job to insure the highest quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. A rating on BBB, excellent standing with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. As a licensed, bonded and insured professional roofing contractor located in Peoria, we handle roof replacement, new roof installation, and re-roofs. Pat Stapleton is a 3rd generation roofer and has spent the majority of his adult life in Arizona. His vast experience in the roofing industry expands to all roof types. From flat to high pitched roofs, Pat has the expertise to determine what is necessary to repair or replace the roof. Pat began is career with his father and uncles in Texas as a Laborer at an early age. He has been involved in all aspects of roofing.
While being involved within the roofing industry for over 35 years, there isn't anything that Pat doesn't have the knowledge in.

I am so comforted after my experience with Stapleton Roofing. I had them redo my flat roof home in Scottsdale. I live in California so I get particularly nervous dealing with contractors out of state. They however were very responsive, fair priced, most most importantly, did extremely high quality work. This particular house means a lot to me, and I will be using them for ongoing maintenance on that roof to help me sleep better!
Had a roof resealed and coated in 2020 for $10,000 and a 10 year warranty. After 8 months it started leaking again. Took 4 calls and 2 weeks for them to show back up. They puttied up some areas where they didn't seal it correctly and in 2 months it leaked again. This time it took 3 weeks to get someone to come back. They said it was leaking from under the AC so they pulled the AC unit off and refoamed underneath. Now our bedroom is leaking again from the exact spot we originally called them for and they refuse to do anything about it. They won't let me talk to the manager and now the foreman is on vacation. Meanwhile our carpet is ruined the wood floors are buckled and it's raining again today. They are are ignoring my calls now....What a bunch of cowards. STAY AWAY!!
They were great when we needed our roof replaced, but when we needed a small repair done they are just like every other company it is all about the money they do not care. They get the job and then will not call you back. Run do not use them!!
Garbage company... came to give me a quote and went on some MAGA Trump rant for 25 minutes. Won't be going with this goofy guy since he seemed more worried about politics than my roof.
In June Josh came out from Stapleton Roofing to inspect and give us an estimate on our roof repairs. He gave us an estimat at that time, which wasn't the lowest nor the highest. We mentioned that we had a leak on the back patio roof that another roofer tried and couldn't fix. Josh said, No problem, we'll take care of it. Ryan came out three times to stop the leak on the patio and it still leaks. After leaving several voice mails with no response, we got someone on the phone. We were told Ryan had left the company and that that particular repair was not written in the contract and they would give us an estimate to repair it. We asked them to talk to Josh and were told it wasn't necessary because it was writtten in the contract. It is clear this company does not stand by their word. I would not use this company again nor recommend it. I feel that took advantage of two senior citizens. Very sad.
We just had Stapleton Roofing replace our tile roof. Fairly priced, terrific attention to detail, delivered on all promises. If you are fortunate enough to get the team of Ernest and Venancio you couldn't do any better. They work clean and quick. Highly recommend.
Watch out for this company. Stapleton Roofing completed a roof repair for us in 2019. We had a new leak after recent winter rains. Tried multiple times to contact Stapleton to have a representative come take a look and make repairs. Offered to even pay for any new coverage areas. Terrible customer service; makes us question our warranty if they won't even return a phone call or messages left with the business.
From start to finish Stapleton Roofing has been fantastic!! Took me a while to decide between quotes and roofing options...I always liked the idea of a foam roof and so glad I trusted my instinct and went with this company! Experience was smooth from day one thru out the entire process...arrived as planned, each team had decades of knowledge & experience, worked professionally each day and yards were cleaned up daily! They suggested waiting out a rainy weekend and they were spot on back on Monday for the final coats. When it came time to spray they even covered the few cars parked near my home just in case! Each foreman gave me a daily update & what to expect next...all questions or calls were returned within an hour!! My neighbors were so impressed that Stapleton is replacing their tile room right now! I encourage you to call for your roofing needs...you will be glad you did!!
I watch over my fathers home here in Surprise AZ while he's away. It came to my attention that he would need a new roof as he was experiencing roof leaks and the house was over 16yrs old. We called Stapleton Roofing and they came out fast. When they looked under the tiles they saw that all the wood was beginning to rot and it would not make sense to just do repair service, he needed a new roof. Stapleton Roofing gave us a great estimate, started work quickly, kept to the timeline they gave us, and cleaned up the house and yard after the work was complete. These guys know what service is and definitely know their craft. Thanks Stapleton Roofing was an amazing new roof. My Dad loves it!!!
Stapleton Roofing called to advise materials were being delivered, showed up on time, completed their work on time, cleaned up after the job so other than seeing the brand new roof you wouldn't know they were there. They were also very competitive with pricing. I highly recommend this company.
Just finished roof last Friday and I was very impressed. Pat came out and gave me a quote and I believe that for what they did it was fair. It wasn't the lowest quote but it was the most comprehensive. The crew showed up on time and worked for 5 days straight to complete the job. The quality was amazing compared to what the builder had done 24 years ago. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his crew at Stapleton for any tile roofing job. You won't be disappointed.
Spending a ton of money on a roof isn't appealing to me so I'm at least thankful that the overall experience was extremely pleasant. I believe Pat was out to do a quote in less than two days, and as soon as we were ready to commit, they were ready to start working. The work was completed as promised, and I'm pleased to be able to put our roofing woes behind us. Should we need roofers in the future, I'd call Stapleton first! =)
Needed a new roof (tile) and after receiving 4 bids, selected Stapleton. When your having a large purchase like this you look for friends or referrals to help guide you in your decision. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but I liked the way they presented what work would be done. The roofers showed up on time and worked extremely hard. The foreman were around daily to make sure everything was going according to plan. It took about 7 days to complete but each day the area around the house was cleaned before they left. As the work was being done Jeff would check with me and make sure I didn't have questions or concerns. At the completion of the job Jeff said he would come back after a couple years just to reinspect the roof at no charge. Couldn't be happier with the job and would highly recommend STAPLETON if your in need of quality roofing work on time and on budget.
