They did an excellent job with the complete roof replacement.  After they had quoted they handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and getting permits.
The communication was good and they did the job earlier than the original promise date.
The crew arrived early in the morning, worked hard, completed the job as promised and cleaned up the property well.

Every person I spoke to at Arrow was professional, responsive and reliable, including my representative Gregg Embley.  The job was completed on time and Gregg worked directly with my insurance company to provide them everything that was needed. The entire process was absolutely seamless and I would not hesitate to use them again.

12/16/22 no response regarding my 10/24 comment. I did receive a formal quote for $500 to replace this frisbee shaped cover from them. Seems excessive to me. The verbal quote I was given was first $125 and then $250 during my discussions with Rich.

Paul was upfront about the reasons why the delay in starting the project, but was spot on with his estimate.  Work was done quickly, efficiently and with only a few straggler nails found.

Arrow Roofing is by far THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY in all of Arizona! First of all they answer the phone when you call. Then a contact's name and phone number is texted to you. My contact was Gregg Embley and he was fantastic! He too answered his phone and welcomed questions! He showed up on time and early at that! His team not only repaired our roof but also the drywall inside so perfectly that you would never know there was a leak! As far as I'm concerned Arrow Roofing is the only company to call for roof repairs and any other roofing-related issues.

From start to finish this was a professional transaction.  Arrow is not one of the just passing through roofing businesses.   They have been in Prescott Valley for many years.   They have a nice office here with very helpful friendly staff.  They did a quick  professional job and we were very thrilled with the result.

Arrow Roofing came to our rescue after the hail storm last July 2021.  They are a family-owned business that truly cares for its customers.  We met with Middleton who accessed the damage to our roof and helped us out with our insurance company. He even came back and met with our adjuster and walked the roof with him and went over all our damages and concerns.  The roof was installed in one day.  The workers were polite and the cleanup was impeccable, even walking through our yard with a magnet to pick up any nails.  We used Middleton as our general contractor who worked with the window company, painters, gutter company, and garage door, alongside with the insurance.  He was easy to contact at any time and we stayed in touch through text messages as all the work was being done.  I highly recommend Arrow Roofing.  Professional, friendly, high-quality work.

These guys have really gone all out for us. We've got a Santa Fe style house with a flat roof. The rolled roofing material looked to be in reasonable shape but it leaked all over the place. Really bad in some spots. Middleton proposed an elastomeric coating for the existing roof, but we had to wait until Spring when it warmed up before it could be applied.

We had lots of weather come through before Spring arrived, but anytime we had a problem Middleton would have his guys come out and patch it up for us - no charge. When they could finally do the work they applied three full layers of the elastomeric coating. What a difference. It's basically a new roof and no leaks! Beautiful roof that looks like it will last a long time. Better insulated for sound too.

Recently we had them come out to replace our turbine ventilators with a newer, better design. And while they were up there they noticed an area that needed maintenance work. They did the work and covered it under warranty.

Arrow has looked after us from the very beginning and made our house so much better for us. This roof is the best investment we've made in our house.

Arrow Roofing was in the neighborhood and they did a great Sales job and promised to address all of my concerns.

My existing roof sheathing had a buckle and bow and needed repairs .  Stated that they recognized the issue and it would be fixed during the roofing process.

I even offered to pay for any extra work needed. They roofed over the problem and I still have a buckle and valley in my roof.  They said it wasn't rotten so it was not their concern.  It was a big concern to me and it still remains.  Everytime I drive up to my home I see this mess.  

They had me sign a very cursory Proposal which didnt describe the materials to be installed or any warranty.  

Supervision was lacking during the entire roofing process.  At one point, it was asked via a telephone call that I personally intervene and stop the roofing process that was going awry.

Several attempts were made to address  the materials of their installation.  Stated a manufacturers description of the materials used and their warranty would only be disclosed upon my final payment of amount due for the new installed  roof.  

I am 73 years old, have been around a long time and am personally embarrassed that I fell for this new roof job that is much below than my expectations.

Colby was very helpful and thorough in advising us on our needs after a bad hailstorm--even walking us through the insurance claim.   A large crew came on time at 7 in the morning and finished by about 3:30 p.m.   They cleaned up meticulously.  I went on the roof and inspected the job--looked great.  Definitely recommend Arrow Roofing.

Arrow Roofing took excellent care of us on two roofing jobs. Charlie, gave us a prompt and professional estimates on a complete tear off and re-roof and a roof tie-in on a house addition, all in between his nationwide galavanting. He's an amazing Roofer Hero! Arrows crew swarmed the job sites, completing each job expertly and promptly without leaving a trace of debris.

Arrow Roofing sent an estimator right out, explained everything, gave fair estimate. I accepted and they used premium underlayment and best composite shingles on the market, completed tear off and installed new roof in 1 day. Cleaned up properly. Very satisfied and reccomend Arrow Roofing.

Beautiful job on my new roof and skylight tubes! Very professional team. I highly recommend them. Only complaint, if there is one, is I keep finding roofing nails on the ground where they weren't before, even a week after the install! Guess they are blowing off the roof. Anyway, great guys, kept me informed, and were very nice to work with.

Arrow Roofing is a top notch company !  I highly recommend them!! They are small family run business and take things very personally.  In my experience they did warrant work on my home even past the two year labor warranty deadline.  You can tell they take pride in their work past or present.  It has been very easy to communicate with them and I would highly recommend them!

These guys are great. They gave an estimate right away and they got the job done very quickly. The also communicated with us every step of the way. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews here because we had great service from this company and our roof looks wonderful. My husband is a General Contractor and he was very pleased with their work.

Would not recommend! Poor response time and lack of communication. After an on site inspection was performed for a full shingle roof replacement and I received an estimate which I signed, they called me 1-2 days later saying the price would be significantly more due to them not being able to repair the patio portion of the roof which was metal.  I feel this is bad business because I provided them a copy of the insurance papers which had dimensions as well as descriptions of the different parts of the roof requiring replacement, they saw the roof in person, and then provided me with an estimate. They are in the roofing business and should've brought any discrepancies to my attention immediately or if it was their mistake they should have honored their written estimate that I signed. After asking them to honor it I was verbally mistreated and then hung up on. A third party ended up contacting them on my behalf because they would not answer or return my calls and I had them cancel the contract in writing.

I can't say enough about Charlie Ponter at Arrow Roofing!  He has provided the best customer service I've ever received!  Not only did he handle every aspect of the project from start to finish but I had a beautiful new roof in one day!!!  He evaluated the roof, found I had hail damage, and gave me insight into filing a claim with my homeowners insurance co. Then he met the adjuster at my house,  had the ladder up for her and they both looked at the roof together.  The claim was approved and he handled all the rest of the paperwork and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward!!!  He has helped several of my neighbors and we all agree that Charlie is the best!!! I would highly recommend Charlie and Arrow Roofing!

I called Arrow for a roofing repair job. After some time they finally came out for an estimate.  They looked things over, took photos and said they would send me an estimate.  I never heard from them again.  Not good customer relations.  I hired another company for the repairs.
