Alex has been to our home 2 times do do work for us, 2 days ago he laid sod in our back yard. He always very professional, knowledgeable, timely and clearly takes pride in his work. He and his crew go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect as well as sharing tips on the care we should be doing to our lawn and plants in between his visits. Thank you Alex for another beautiful job!! We appreciate you!!

Exceptional service!!  Came out on Friday evening, gave me a very reasonable quote, returned Saturday morning and did everything I had asked him to do -and more.  He went above and beyond doing what he quoted and made the property look amazing!  I will definitely call this company again!!

Disappointed with their follow through.

Contacted these guys about having work done. They came out quickly to give a quote, prices were average and we then gave the go ahead on a Friday.

I had to question them with any sort of time frame of when they would be coming out. The response I received was Sometime next week, Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll call you before were coming out. Still a vague appointment, but manageable.

Wednesday afternoon rolled around and I hadn't received a phone call. Called the guy I previously spoke with and wanted to touch base on when they would be coming out. He responded with Uhhh I'm on a motorcycle right now I'll have to call you next week. I questioned the next week and was very confused, it was only Wednesday and he basically responded with some we got pushed behind generic response. I expressed I was very disappointed considering we needed this work done before the following Monday, and now they obviously wouldn't be making that deadline. Waiting a week just to get another possible phone call is very unprofessional business.

They were hardly apologetic, didn't even offer to confirm an appointment for next week, it was just another ill call you. After I explained we were on a deadline he finally apologized and I declined having them call next week to then set an appointment.

Anyway, whether it be the case or not with them getting behind, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication. Please call your clients and update their status. I shouldn't have to call and retrieve updates, and sit here wondering when this company is going to come do my yard. Horrible follow through, and I'll be finding another company that can do the work they commit to, when they say they will. Freeing up your schedule and willing to spend a lot of money for a company that stiffs you is ridiculous.

Ok, I've added a star although it was not as quick of a response as I would have hoped for, they did come back out and finish the stump grinding in my front yard, in time for my yard to look nice for the holiday weekend.

Just had Tree Workers of Phoenix out to trim some trees that had got out of hand.  When I got the estimate, Rick explained what needed to be done to everything and he did an excellent job of making them look beautiful again. A lot more expensive than  regular landscapers but what a difference.  He also deep fertilized and took care of a diseased tree. We're  delighted with the results. They arrived punctually and did a great job cleaning up before they left.

They blasted me with calls, emails, and texts. I finally gave them a chance and they didn't show. I gave them a second chance and they left the front door wide open because I gave them access to the house to get to the backyard. I would NOT recommend this company ever. And if you get on their spam list, just run the other way. This company is complete trash!

I did get an response from him but after asking for my info and telling me he might be able to do the work that day, I never heard from him again.

They did a great job and their prices were reasonable.  They did a full clean up afterwards and the trees are all balanced and ready for monsoon season.  I will be using them again!

A friend referred Howard and Treewise for some tree trimming. I was hesitant because I knew that calling a real arborist would cost me more than calling one of the local landscapers. I was pleasantly surprised that a professional was affordable. I didn't even have to be home for him to drive by and get me an estimate. We agreed on a price and scheduled the job. When Howard and his team showed up, he told me what he planned on doing and what was best for my trees' health. It's obvious that Howard knows trees and cares. I appreciated his knowledge.
Great job and a very nice guy. I've already referred him to friends.

Fantastic customer service and top notch work! I used the Yelp app to communicate with Jose which worked out nicely. Antonio showed up on time and was very friendly. Antonio chopped down my slightly overgrown grass and put down winter seed for me. He cleaned up very well and even helped me program my sprinkler system before leaving. I highly recommend these guys!

We purchased a home and moved in 3 weeks ago. The home was vacant for months, which meant the front and backyard were not being taken care of. We had several companies come out and give us a quote. We ended up going with Lili and her team and we are so glad we did. They gave us a very fair price (less than any other company) and did an amazing job. We will be using them for our monthly service and any landscaping job we may need in the future.

I asked yelp for help getting a quote.  This company responded.  They were always very responsive to messages.  
They ended up not coming because a truck needed repairs.  However the fact that they messaged me and let me know... was a big plus in my book.  
So this review is of their business practices... and not of their actual work.

Can't say enough. Great customer service, responsive and great pricing. Got a quote from four different places and Octavio and his crew got the job done right. Fast and efficient and couldn't even tell that the trees were even there. I highly recommend Octavio and Three Trees Service!

These guys are FABULOUS.  They did a fantastic job removing a palm tree and 2 big thorny trees from my yard.  They also gave my Pine tree a nice trim.  They are fair in pricing, provide excellent service and are absolutely reliable.  I would not hesitate to use their services again.  Very highly recommended.   You won't be disappointed.

Responded to my request and we set an appointment via email for 11am 9/4/18. At 940am on 9/4 I receive an email from Lillian asking if I was available the next day. Since this appointment was set up a week ago I had put aside the 4th from my work schedule and was not available on the 5th.I responded at 10am explaining i was not available on the 5th and if she was cancelling today's appointment. I received no response..or phone call  explaining anything. While I understand last minute issues can happen but not to contact me or respond to 2 emails is not the way to conduct a business.  Like your time Lillian, mine is of equal value

We love BJ's Landscaping!  They do a fantastic job keeping our yard looking great! They are reliable, pay attention to detail and are able to adjust to our specific yard needs. We highly recommend them!

Philip has done a few jobs for me and they have always been executed extremely well. I have recommended him to both friends and neighbors who have also been very happy!  Can't recommend highly enough.
