Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

I contacted Top Leaf Tree service after looking at their profile on Yelp. A few days after my initial phone call I received an estimate from Jason. The estimate was reasonable given the work that needed to be completed. It wasn't the most expensive, but definitely was not the cheapest.

I decided to go with Top Leaf because Jason seemed to have a good understanding on how to fix my 2 overgrown Mesquite Trees. After accepting their proposal Kathy set me an appointment for 7 am on a Monday.

Fast forward to the the day of the appointment. Usually this would not be a big deal however I was paying cash to the tree trimmers to avoid a 3.5% transaction fee. Therefore, on Monday at 7 am I was waiting at my house to give the money to the tree trimmers. 7 o'clock came and went. After calling the front office (no answer), and finally contacting Jason I discovered they were not going to be there until 7:30 because of traffic from where ever they were coming from. At 7:30 the tree trimmers arrived. Although they were only late by 30 minutes I was not satisfied because of the lack of communication and because I had other things to do that morning. Waiting on them wasn't one of those things.

I will say my trees look good. They definitely are 100x better than what they were. But I feel like if someone is going to a half hour late perhaps a appointment window or a phone call may be appropriate. Because of their tardiness I deducted 2 stars from the rating. Would I use this company again, No. Would I recommend this company to a family or a friend? Probably, but I was warn them on their lack of punctuality.

Great customer service.  Very responsive, and they answer my questions in a very timely manner.  They are always willing to help with special requests and they make me feel valued as a customer.

Quick, fast and efficient. They say they prefer cash. Filled out their online form and a response within hours. Price was reasonable. Only downfall on their part was I asked for a window of time on when to expect them as this was a one off job and was not given a time.

We were looking for someone to come out to clean up our property when the weeds got away from us. Troy came out immediately to walk the property with me and provided a quote during the walk through. Once we decided to proceed with them, they were at our house the next day and did an amazing job. Troy was very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely use them again for all our landscaping needs!

Troy's team did a fantastic job cleaning up my weed-filled yard. The 90 day guarantee is also a big relief I can't recommend enough!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

These guys did a really great job and charged a fair price. They brought a crew out to the house and took care of business. They quoted the job quickly and they rectified a few small issues that arose.
I would recommend this business.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Saw another post on social media (Nextdoor) for AZ Tree Team, LLC, so I called them.  Another neighbor had used them, and was happy with their services.  

Abraham (602) 461-5498 came out within the hour on a Sunday Holiday and gave me an estimate.    They came out this morning (another HOLIDAY) and took care of business (big stump removal) like professionals.  Clean-up was great.    

I would recommend these guys 100%, and plan to use them whenever I need tree trimming done!

Texted to get a quote, they came Wednesday to look at my home and they were able to get me on schedule for Friday. Joana is really helpful and her guys did an amazing job for a good price. Thank you!

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down.

Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again.

Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!!

Best Tree Service in Arizona!!!

If you have palm trees like I do then you are really annoyed at the beginning of June when the seed pods start to open.  Especially if you have a pool.  I've dealt with a lot of Palm service companies over the years and Radley's Tree service blows the competition away.  Let's start with communication.  The owner Sam text me the same day and kept continuous contact throughout the process.   I scheduled the palm trees to be trimmed at the end of June, but they were becoming too messy.  I text Sam to see if we could schedule an earlier time and they came out the next day.  They were here for an hour.  Sam's team trimmed and skinned all 4 palm trees perfectly.  Before they left they cleaned up the front yard (Including the roof).  The final touch was the follow-up.  Sam text me 2 days after they came me how the trees looked and let me know he would come back in a week to make sure no more pods opened up and that he is going to feed my Queen Palm (Nice touch).  Second, Radley's Tree Service is insured.  That is very important to me, especially since 2 of my palm trees are really tall.  Sam emailed me proof of insurance right away.  Last, the price.  Sam's price was extremely reasonable for the work they completed.

Conclusion, you will not be disappointed if you use Radley's Tree Service.  I liked them so much that I recommended them to my neighbors and they are all using them as well.

Our two overgrown mesquite trees needed extensive thinning/pruning. I called Aaron after having had bad earlier experiences with various tree trimmers.  Aaron's team were courteous, professional and listened to all of my concerns. We had one issue with a branch that I wish had not been cut back, but they were quick to listen and moved much more cautiously and carefully afterward. I must say that if you are really nuts about exactly how your trees look, you should stay outside with your tree trimmers the entire time. I was going out every 15 minutes and that was simply too much time away from the job and allowed the mishap to occur. However, even with my sadness over losing that one branch, I was extremely happy with all of the other work performed. Even more so with the team's handling of my displeasure and how they immediately reacted and responded with care and understanding to address my concern. I will definitely have Aaron and his team back to take care of these two mesquites and our numerous other trees. As a tree nut, I really appreciate their understanding, compassion, and knowledge of trees and the immense effort it takes to grow and maintain them properly.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I'm not big on reviews, but I know this will help anyone looking for a great landscaping company. I got David's name and number from Summerwind's nursery a few years ago, and have stuck with him ever since. They have pulled up brick pavers to plant shrubs, flowers, and a tree, then put pavers back in to create a nice well for those planted. They just installed artificial turf, and it is beautiful!  They also trimmed my tree they planted a couple years ago, and trimmed other bushes for me. He even remembers each tree and plant I have how I want them to grow, then trims them accordingly! I looked at other landscaping  companies before getting David's number, and they wanted 5-10 thousand dollar minimum!  Not many people have that kind of money laying around. David let's me do what I can afford each time, and at the end, he will make the thousands off me, just not all at once. He and his crew faithfully show up on time. They all are professional, and YAY they all speak english! Thank you to David and his crew!!
