Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

This is my first negative review because my experience with this co. upset me and could have cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.  In May, I called a handful of companies to tend to a large Ficus tree that was causing problems in my yard.  Only 2 called back.  Top Leaf's quote (by Levi) was nearly THREE TIMES what the other co. charged me.  This would have put the cost in the thousands vs. the hundreds I paid!  The other company didn't even know I already had a quote either!  I suggest getting at least one more quote if you're thinking of working w/Top Leaf.

I've used them for years. However, they are not good now.

I called two weeks before last scheduled appointment. They sent a quote. But, scheduled two weeks later. (Ofcourse weeds are gonna grow while you wait). They came to a house, decided it was too much work by one hour. They decided not to do any work, and rescheduled for one week later while raising the price from 350 to 500. I did not complain at this point as their initial quote is just an estimate.  I noted some concern, that they should have atleast started the job, or considered that weeds grow when it rains. But, I was willing to let it slide.

A week later, during rescheduled appearance. Kyle came to my house and said the gate was locked. (It was NOT LOCKED, though I was not 100% certain at the time) I was at work at a meeting, they couldn't wait 10 minutes to talk to me on they phone (even though they also had the whole front yard to do as well). They forced a reschedule again. I am pissed at this point as I need my yard cleaned up before it gets worse. This was their second chance so I left the first version of the review at this point.

Their office then said they would come back and fix it by the end of the day. I took off work to ensure gate was open (And it was the whole time). Then, after saying they would fix it, they recscinded their offer and that they weren't going to come and clean up my yard because of the negative review I had written (I had already given them 2 chances, and I would have retracted it if they made it right), and because I made their employee feel uncomfortable. (I did not call him anything derogatory). It was on the phone and it was one sentence paraphrased below with curse words not in shown.

Bugger off, this is bloody ridiculous After they cancelled working on my yard twice due to their own incompetence. I then hung up, because in my opinion their worker was just trying to be lazy. I then sent an email to their management which obviously did not help as we are here.

Quick, fast and efficient. They say they prefer cash. Filled out their online form and a response within hours. Price was reasonable. Only downfall on their part was I asked for a window of time on when to expect them as this was a one off job and was not given a time.

Troy helped our family out during a challenging time amd our yard looks great!

My husband is a double amputee, and this winter he also had major shoulder surgery. Yard work has gotten harder and harder for him, but this last winter it became impossible. We had several broken sprinklers throughout the yards, and a half-dead lawn, and it was all my daughter and I could do to keep most of the weeds at bay. The timer was also broken on my garden soaker hose system!

We scheduled Troy and his crew to come out. They were one of the few companies that actually committed to a day and time and showed up. I had tried several before.

We were out of the house most of the day and I was actually shocked to get a phone call in the afternoon that everything was good to go! Troy wouldn't give me a price over the phone. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap with all the extra repairs they had done on top of what I had asked (finding hidden sprinkler lines, fixing those, etc!)

The next day he and his wife came by and told us they wanted to help us out since they knew we were having difficulties, and wouldn't take any money at all for the job!!! We were completely floored, but also very grateful.

I am not exactly sure what extra magic Troy put on this lawn because it stayed green all winter and that has never happened before. On the other hand maybe it is the miracle of a functioning sprinkler system! Look how green it is!

Troy's team did a fantastic job cleaning up my weed-filled yard. The 90 day guarantee is also a big relief I can't recommend enough!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

Initial contact was prompt and there was no follow up. Did not hear from him again! Went with a more responsive business.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

The team did a fantastic job! Got an appointment within 24 hours, team showed up a half an hour early , and was done in less than an hour taking the tree down and grinding the stump. The clean-up job was amazing!

Price was very affordable-lowest bid we got. Worth every penny-and even more.

They are incredibly quick to respond and by far the best landscapers we've had!! They do a great job. Quick, friendly, and super reliable. Would recommend to anyone!!

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

I received a very fast response from Aispuros, and they were able to schedule our yard cleaning very quickly.  They showed up on time and followed all of my special requests.  They were quick and professional and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Radley's walks the walk!!!  We bought a 1936 house with many old growth trees that had not received proper attention.  We interviewed 10+ separate tree companies and Sam stood out as more straightforward and knowledgeable than all the rest.  He knows his trees!  There was work others said needed to be done that Sam said was unnecessary.  Sam was always communicative and honest. Sam and his team were always on time and focused on the job. When they were done the results were better than we could have imagined.  (Strangers have stopped to compliment the house and trees!  This never happened before Radley's made it look awesome.) We've called them back time and time again as needed.  No more looking around... Radley's Tree Service is the best!

Our two overgrown mesquite trees needed extensive thinning/pruning. I called Aaron after having had bad earlier experiences with various tree trimmers.  Aaron's team were courteous, professional and listened to all of my concerns. We had one issue with a branch that I wish had not been cut back, but they were quick to listen and moved much more cautiously and carefully afterward. I must say that if you are really nuts about exactly how your trees look, you should stay outside with your tree trimmers the entire time. I was going out every 15 minutes and that was simply too much time away from the job and allowed the mishap to occur. However, even with my sadness over losing that one branch, I was extremely happy with all of the other work performed. Even more so with the team's handling of my displeasure and how they immediately reacted and responded with care and understanding to address my concern. I will definitely have Aaron and his team back to take care of these two mesquites and our numerous other trees. As a tree nut, I really appreciate their understanding, compassion, and knowledge of trees and the immense effort it takes to grow and maintain them properly.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Alex and his team are honest and did a great job for my Mom's irrigation.  My Mom is an elderly woman living on her own.  She had problems with her drip system leaking and had called another local landscaping company which told her the valves were leaking and told her a large portion of the system needed to be replaced running $600-$800.  Alex came out assessed the situation and revealed the valves were not leaking, didn't need to be replaced and completed the repair for $85. I'm glad we called Alex's service because they are honest, reasonably priced, courteous and professional.  Thanks for taking care of my Mom!!!

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

Saw a couple reviews on Yelp abounorth valley that were positive so I decided to have them come out and look at my irrigation.. I had a irrigation leak that I seemed more involved than my skill set. He sent me appt time and hourly rate, I can't really give a comparison on rate because I didn't get another estimate but I believed it was a small fix.  They came out fixed the issue checked it prior to leaving. Initial Set up was not really done correctly. They were personal, on time and educated me on some irrigation items, which I found helpful. Thanks again. Would recommend!
