Pablo is super reliable, honest and goes the extra mile for his customer. He has helped us to realize our vision in our yard and is fair on pricing.

This was the first time we used Pablo but he came by way of recommendation from a friend. For the estimate, Pablo showed up on time and he was reasonably priced. We agreed to trim a variety trees and palms at different heights and states of overgrowth. Day of the work, Pablo was again on time and well prepared. For tree trimming he was diligent and safe. I noticed that he used all the proper safety equipment, dropped branches with a safety line plus used ladders to trim the palms (as opposed to climbing with spikes). Once the work was complete, they were also just as considerate in proper cleanup. On time, safe and reasonably priced! Pablo has earned all of our tree business...

Not a big reviewer but I also know how hard it is to find a reliable landscaper. Pristine Green has been amazing for several years now. I never wonder if they'll show and am always impressed with their quality. Its been a long time since I've had to give my landscaping a thought!

We used this company and was not impressed.

They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died.

They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway.

The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote.

I don't recommend this company

Recommends Pristine Green LLC - We've had them do our bi-weekly yard maintenance for a while now, and they are great!! They respond quickly to issues, like sprinkler leaks, and are fairly priced. Recently, many of my neighbors were complaining about receiving notices from the HOA for weeds after recent rain. We didn't get a single notice!! In addition, they have done some landscaping work at my mom's place that is just beautiful. Great job guys!!

have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Professional in every area of the company.

Update: Wish I could give this team ten stars. Decided to move forward with my backyard overhaul and the team did an incredible job. I. Love. It. I have been saving for over two years to get this done, so i was a bit of a wreck. This has been by far the best contractor experience I have had in all my renovations, and I will be hiring them for all future jobs.

Two key folks to shout out:

-Dallon is amazing. He was not only patient with all my plan changes, but also always went the extra mile such as taking the time to meet me at Monteray Tile to pick out my stone and providing great recommendations every step of the way. He has been a fantastic communicator and eased any nerves I had. Just a stellar human all around.  
-Also couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Nick. Every chance he could he went above and beyond. Whenever I had a decision to make he was graciously patient when explaining all my choices, and he made the entire process completely stress-free. From start to finish I felt like I was in very good hands.

So to summarize: If you want exceptional work done by incredible people, hire them :)

As the relationship with this company has continued, they've done increasingly more work for me. Recently some significant landscape changes in the front. The pricing was great, the work was done extremely well an extremely fast. This is a quality team with great leadership.

I requested quotes from a few companies to have some mature palms and red yucca removed from our front yard, along with a whole yard front/back clean-up.

Brandon responded the most quickly, looked through a lot of pictures and gave me an excellent quote same day. While the other companies responded in a still reasonable timeframe, I just felt that the interaction with Brandon was the most professional (thorough, patient and open to me waiting to make a decision).

I made the right choice when I went with this company-- the crew showed up in the timeframe decided on, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The team also pointed out a leak in our irrigation system, which we appreciated.

I would gladly hire them again. Thanks guys!

I was informed by my HOA that my tree was not in regulation of an 8 foot canopy  rule... I contacted this company they gave me a very reasonable quote and I hired them.. The quote was so reasonable that I was a little sceptic, sometimes you get what you pay for... I was EXTREMELY pleased at the wonderful job they did,  how quickly they did it AND actually not so upset with my HOA because the tree did look amazing...  THANK YOU Brandon and crew... I had these guys come out this morning to seed for winter grass and they were great. Easy to work with and professional. Did the job fairly quickly and left everything clean. They even picked up the dog poo around my yard which was amazing! Thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend to others and will hire again for future landscaping needs. Thank you!!

James was very knowledgeable about types of trees and their characteristics. Among several companies I interviewed for my project, he was the only one who explained what options I had with short vs long term benefits, etc. His rates were also the most affordable and reasonable. He definitely earned my trust by sharing his knowledge, responding in a timely manner and providing detailed instructions on how to take care of the tree after he cut it. He's also a very friendly person, so it was really easy to communicate with him throughout the whole project. I would definitely use his services again.

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

We had a great experience with Phoenix Landscaping & Pools. Branko was very responsive & came to meet me the same day. We had a number of things that needed to be done & their price was reasonable. The crew came out the next day & they were very friendly & asked questions about what we wanted done. I would highly recommend this company!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

Pablo has taken care of our property for 5 years.  His services have been outstanding.  Not only does he take care of the lawn and tree trimming, he also has taken care of additional needs of our yard.  He has added a gated fence to separate our citrus trees, taken down a short wall and built an incredible fire pit.  When problems occur, Pablo is very attentive to our needs from water leaks to down trees.  I highly recommend Pablo's Landscape and Tree services. Pablo Gutierrez is honest, fair priced and very reliable year in and year out.  Our lawn and trees look great every week!

Long overdue review from a very happy customer!

My husband and I hired Pristine Green to redo the mess of a backyard that we inherited from absentee homeowners that rented out this home to tenants for 10 years before deciding to sell. We knew we were in for a challenge with this backyard when we purchased the home, but Dallon made it so easy to transform our hunk of junk yard into the oasis that we so desperately wanted!

After living in our home for a couple years and envisioning what we wanted out of our backyard, we finally mapped out the vision of what we needed and wanted in a yard in our heads. We contacted Pristine Green for a quote and Dallon met us out at our house. We showed him the yards and told him what we envisioned. He took some measurements, sent us a quote, and we put down a deposit to schedule the service! Within a matter of days, Dallon and his extremely talented and professional crew brought it all to life. Better than we ever imagined. Everyday after the crew left for the night, we'd go outside and just be in awe of the process they all made and how different the yard looked day after day.

We are so incredibly happy with our yards (backyard and front yard patios, the walkway connecting the yards, turf, and putting green), that we plan on hiring Pristine Green again in the future to extend the backyard patio even longer (up to our bougainvillea bush). We also plan on having them add a little seating area outside of the backyard window looking at the putting green and another little area for our garbage cans along the walkway near our gate. We also talked to Dallon about re-landscaping the front yard, by bringing in new rock and plants to spruce up our curb appeal! We went from hating our home because of the unlivable yards, to never wanting to leave this oasis.

Also, we were so happy with Dallon's attention to our ideas, suggestions, and professional opinion from the moment we met him, that we never even contacted other companies for their quotes. We knew we wanted to stick with PG, and I'm so happy we did. He remained professional and responsive throughout the process, and we can not speak more highly of their company.

We also use Pristine Green for semi-annual yard cleanups where they trim up our bushes and trees and clean out a lot of the dead leaves and any weeds. This is how we originally found out about PG, and their flawless yard cleanups lead to us eventually reaching out to get a quote on redoing the yards.

You need to hire Pristine Green for all of your landscaping needs. Trust us! Five star company!!!!!

I sent photos, he visited and gave me a quote, we arranged a time, and his guys came and did a great job. His was the lowest quote out of the three I got, and it was $50 lower than the next highest quote.  I have no complaints.

DO NOT USE THEM! They aren't BBB accredited so they don't care about complaints.  The pool service is contracted out to another company but their website says they are one bundle.  They recommend a family member that started his own business.  The quoted landscaping cleaning was $250 for 926 sq ft home, in which say they will buy weed and grass spray from lowes for $80 a piece which will take two containers to kill the yard and back to rocks.  I canceled after the pool guy from Pool Daddy comes and charged me $150 for cleaning leaves off the bottom and surface of pool, 5 chlorine tablets where put in floater and he cleaned the pump filter using my hose and my water ($30), along with telling me I needed a brand new filter bc mine was broken.  An hour after he left I pulled the filter out to clean, it looks exactly like my old, not broken, and a rock the size of my fist was in the bottom.  Before he left he wanted to charge another $175 for just chemicals.  I use the shocker I had after he left and its clearing up as I write this.  I called both him and the owner and they made me feel like I was dumb and confused and everything they did was normal.  I lost $145 (I was short $5 in cash so he gave me the tablets) in cash and my day away from my family because of their shady dealings.  And they only take cash or check, which put emphasis on cash.  Also, the business name says & Pools which you would like they do both... No he recommends a shady service and claims he has nothing to do with the business.
