Pablo is super reliable, honest and goes the extra mile for his customer. He has helped us to realize our vision in our yard and is fair on pricing.

This was the first time we used Pablo but he came by way of recommendation from a friend. For the estimate, Pablo showed up on time and he was reasonably priced. We agreed to trim a variety trees and palms at different heights and states of overgrowth. Day of the work, Pablo was again on time and well prepared. For tree trimming he was diligent and safe. I noticed that he used all the proper safety equipment, dropped branches with a safety line plus used ladders to trim the palms (as opposed to climbing with spikes). Once the work was complete, they were also just as considerate in proper cleanup. On time, safe and reasonably priced! Pablo has earned all of our tree business...

Not a big reviewer but I also know how hard it is to find a reliable landscaper. Pristine Green has been amazing for several years now. I never wonder if they'll show and am always impressed with their quality. Its been a long time since I've had to give my landscaping a thought!

We used this company and was not impressed.

They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died.

They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway.

The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote.

I don't recommend this company

Recommends Pristine Green LLC - We've had them do our bi-weekly yard maintenance for a while now, and they are great!! They respond quickly to issues, like sprinkler leaks, and are fairly priced. Recently, many of my neighbors were complaining about receiving notices from the HOA for weeds after recent rain. We didn't get a single notice!! In addition, they have done some landscaping work at my mom's place that is just beautiful. Great job guys!!

have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Professional in every area of the company.

Update: Wish I could give this team ten stars. Decided to move forward with my backyard overhaul and the team did an incredible job. I. Love. It. I have been saving for over two years to get this done, so i was a bit of a wreck. This has been by far the best contractor experience I have had in all my renovations, and I will be hiring them for all future jobs.

Two key folks to shout out:

-Dallon is amazing. He was not only patient with all my plan changes, but also always went the extra mile such as taking the time to meet me at Monteray Tile to pick out my stone and providing great recommendations every step of the way. He has been a fantastic communicator and eased any nerves I had. Just a stellar human all around.  
-Also couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Nick. Every chance he could he went above and beyond. Whenever I had a decision to make he was graciously patient when explaining all my choices, and he made the entire process completely stress-free. From start to finish I felt like I was in very good hands.

So to summarize: If you want exceptional work done by incredible people, hire them :)

If we could give 20 stars I surely would. Dallon and his crew have worked at 2 of our homes and we can't say enough about the quality work on our zero landscaping front yard and just this week 2 patios installed to extend the living area around our pool. Anyone who would like to come and see the beautiful and creative workmanship is welcome. There is no reason the look any further. We couldn't be happier with the communication, quality work, attention to detail, cleanliness during the installation, and the final finished patio.  We are so proud to show off the work of Pristene Green LLC has done for our home and in the coming weeks we will be having a new front yard patio installed and continue to rave about the new love and comfort we have for our home. I requested quotes from a few companies to have some mature palms and red yucca removed from our front yard, along with a whole yard front/back clean-up.

Brandon responded the most quickly, looked through a lot of pictures and gave me an excellent quote same day. While the other companies responded in a still reasonable timeframe, I just felt that the interaction with Brandon was the most professional (thorough, patient and open to me waiting to make a decision).

I made the right choice when I went with this company-- the crew showed up in the timeframe decided on, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The team also pointed out a leak in our irrigation system, which we appreciated.

I would gladly hire them again. Thanks guys!

I called the tree doctors not knowing exactly what services they offer since some places only cut trees and others actually treat them.

I really really hate companies that have terrible receptionists and this company definitely does. Getting information from their receptionist was so painful and such a waste of my time.

I couldn't get her name because she wasn't speaking clearly. I specifically asked if they have experience treating trees that have some kind of burn damage. First she said their fees are $90 just to look at a tree then she said she didn't know, then she went to check, then she said again I have to pay $90 for someone to come look at the tree and it took 10 min to get a clear answer as to weather they have experience or not.

She was exhausting!!! She kept saying I'm not an arborist so I don't know.

Well, you don't need to be an arborist to know what services the company you work for offers and if they have experience with burned trees.

Terrible customer service such a waste of time. Luckily I found another company took three minutes to get my answer, and set an appointment.

My GOD! CHANGE YOUR RECEPTIONIST! She's a nightmare!

It's been over two years now and once again I needed help with an extremely large Palo Verde tree, the tree was starting to show stress cracks on the trunk because of the weight, and this tree was about 5 feet over the roofline on a two story house. I called Medinas Landscaping and they were here the same day to quote me and set up a schedule, the following week they showed up as planned and literally in one hour the job was complete. These guys are just amazing and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I very much appreciate it and I know they saved me more money down the road because monsoon season is coming and I don't want this tree toppling over and causing damage to the house or other property. I would definitely recommend these guys.

James was very knowledgeable about types of trees and their characteristics. Among several companies I interviewed for my project, he was the only one who explained what options I had with short vs long term benefits, etc. His rates were also the most affordable and reasonable. He definitely earned my trust by sharing his knowledge, responding in a timely manner and providing detailed instructions on how to take care of the tree after he cut it. He's also a very friendly person, so it was really easy to communicate with him throughout the whole project. I would definitely use his services again.

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I just moved into our new house and needed help with some trees we weren't sure what to do with. I found Phoenix Landscaping and Pools on here with great reviews and they were one of the few that were open on Sunday! So I called them and they were here within 10 minutes to give us an estimate! They came the very next day and were on time, very reasonable and very professional. They did an excellent job and we are very impressed with the service we got for the price we paid! We'll definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

Pablo (and his team) works for us in many capacities and we're always thrilled with his work.  From annual trimming of our huge Eucalyptus and palm trees to front yard landscape re-design and installation. I've referred him to several clients who are super pleased with his work. He's reliable, honest, and great to work with! He brings advanced landscape expertise to the table and is very competitive on pricing.

If you want your landscaping done right look nowhere else but here. Prestine green is reliable, responsive and professional. I'll be using them again for sure.

After I had a bad experience with the biggest landscaping company in town, I tried out Ruiz's Landscaping and had a great experience. I've used them twice now and they have good prices, are very friendly, and do good work. I'm glad I gave them a chance.

Left two voicemails and two different call-back numbers; have not heard back, so moving on.

If someone is booked out, they can still let you know rather than just not follow up. I realize landscapers are very busy at this time; still, there is time to extend that courtesy.

Obviously they saw my initial review and still couldn't be bothered to call; just left a sorry for the inconvenience comment, which tells me all I need to know about this company.

Prospective customers beware.
