horrible business. horrible people. care about nothing but the money and so SELFISH!!!!!!! do not use them for any kind of business!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Had a great experience with this business.  Courteous, quick to act, professional and knowledgeable. They brought their tall 70foot bucket truck to trim my three giant Eucalyptus trees, fed and treated all my trees including Eucalyptus, Pine, Acacia, Ash, Palms and Citrus.  They chipped/shredded and hauled away all debris and cleaned up better than my yard guys do! The certified arborist himself did all the trimming and treatments. If your trees are struggling, give these guys a call. They offer services and knowledge your typical yard crews and tree trimmers won't have.

Just had Tree Workers of Phoenix out to trim some trees that had got out of hand.  When I got the estimate, Rick explained what needed to be done to everything and he did an excellent job of making them look beautiful again. A lot more expensive than  regular landscapers but what a difference.  He also deep fertilized and took care of a diseased tree. We're  delighted with the results. They arrived punctually and did a great job cleaning up before they left.

I recently had Rick and his crew perform tree trimming, pruning and general maintenance of the large trees on our property.  They did an excellent job, did the work in a timely and professional manner.  The property was cleaned after their work and the trees look much better after their attention.

Rick and his team spent 5-6 hours shaping and fertilizing every tree on our property. True, they aren't the cheapest, BUT, what a quality, thorough job! Our trees have never looked better. Before starting, he walked the entire property with us,  outlined exactly how he would shape each tree and reviewed his estimate with us. He also diagnosed a sick tree and treated it appropriately. He has all the right equipment and knows what he's doing! He and his team are polite and prompt. Well done!

New to the area and needed help with landscaping and pest control.  Received 4 bids from Angie's List to remove trees & shrubs.  3 of the bids were in the $1200-1400 range for complete work.  Tree Workers of Phoenix was $3350.  Make sure to shop around for what works best for your budget.

I have used Tree Workers of Phoenix for a few years; Rick Hunter is an arborist and does all the work himself. He trims our very large sisso, mesquite, and olives. He has a bucket truck, so he can trim, thin, and shape branch-by-branch. There are no wild chain saws flying; each branch is trimmed individually. He reviews each project before we begin....then as he works.....and at the end, to be sure his work matches my expectations. He has a partner who thoroughly clean up branches and leaves as Rick works. I tried other vendors - they simply could not work in large trees; and so many of the other vendors leave trees looking like huge mushrooms. My trees look beautiful and natural.

Very expensive! We were lead to believe that they were going to do more work than they provided. The work was okay and the cleanup was good. Would not use them again.

Called them twice and they did not return my calls.  They are listed with Angie's List which males me wonder why, given the fact that they did not return my calls.  I turned to Chip Off the Old Block who did an excellent job of removing a large pine tree at a very reasonable cost.

Yikes...I've been taken advantage before but Rick takes the cake. Paid dearly for four hours of tree service--and he would have been gone in two hours if I hadn't taken the day off work and pointed out all the limb problems he missed. Only showed enthusiasm at grabbing my check and running to cash it. To top it off, he treated his laborer badly. This is one small business to avoid....

This company does not show up.

First scheduled day they no call no showed. I had to reach out multiple times to get that they weren't coming, but would be back Friday. Same thing happened Friday but they said maybe Saturday. I said it had to be Saturday or to just not come. Saturday obviously happened again. They begged for another chance and said they had another crew they could send. I allowed them one more chance. Wednesday rolls around and I haven't heard anything. I again have to be the one to reach out and they tell me they'll be there for sure on Friday. Nope. No call no show again. Maybe they're just over extending themselves and are great once they're there, but I'll never know and neither will you. Don't waste your time.

Great work by these guys.  Would use them again. Came when they said they would, cost was good.

I dont know how they have the review, but I can testify that they miss the service every single week at least for last 3 months. I have all the text they sent and every week there is an excuse. I am writing this review because last week they sent me a picture and invoice but my camera never recorded them meaning they were not in my property. This is the red line you passed and not acceptable. I have recorded all pictures, text, invoice and my 4 cameras recording to support my claims. Not reliable and trustable at all. ​

Was able to schedule quickly and swing by the next day. Did a great job cleaning the yard. Price was a bit high for the time spent but oh well worth it for the great job. They will come back in a month if needed to follow up their cleaning.

Wasn't able to make it the day of our original appointment.  Appointment was set for two days later, they show up unannounced and didn't check in.  Left 20 minutes later without checking with me for inspection, and also didn't trim any of the bushes in the backyard.  I reached out to the phone number and they said they would come back onsite, but that there was an extra charge.  Spend your money elsewhere, this company is a joke.
