These guys are the ones to call. I had two other companies come out to provide estimates. They were reasonable but I still did not want to pull the trigger. I didn't feel quite comfortable. I was wishing (actually praying) that I could find or make the right decision. One of the trees had a huge limb probably as big around as a large frisbee going over my house. So I drove past an apartment complex that Hayward was at and they were doing tree trimming and I was stuck behind a school bus. So while I was behind a school bus I was watching these guys and I was super impressed. I called the number on their huge truck set up an appointment and they were a little more expensive than the other two companies but I will always call Hayward. Their work is perfect. There was a crew leader named Manny. This guy is five star. Any year when I have them come back out to trim again I am going to request Manny.

Did a great job of handling my irrigation issues and getting it fixed. He was here on time and explained what was needed, he even gives free estimates.

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Hired Lucas lawn to trim our 30 foot mesquite and removed a nearly fallen 15 mesquite in our newly purchased house. They did stump removal as well which is why we chose them.
After agreeing to the price they showed up about 3 weeks later with no prior warning. Trimmed and removed the trees causing damage to The surrounding plants and yard lights which I did not know about until getting home after work.
When calling to discuss the damages, instead of taking ownership of the damages or offering any solutions it was quickly dismissed and stated that the damages were not possibly done by the trimmers and that I obviously was crazy. The damages was not extensive, but being dismissed so quickly left a truly bitter taste and I would not recommend them to any family or friends and will not be using them on the future.

text after hours ,response was quick , got a call and was asked for info and pic , I sent them got a quote, receive great fast and most of all no hidden charges , what he told was what was done  I highly recommend ,also he was one of the few to proceed without a lot of hassle , others wanted me to fill info and paperwork  for a simple one item move

Needed to have a large pine tree removed. I watchd them for a while and they knew exactly what they were doing! Real pros. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

These people are truly pro when it comes to getting my trees looking great! Clean, professional, great communication. No complaints - just happy!

Did not do a complete job, had to come back. Paid over $350.00 to have weeds pulled, weed killer sprayed and pre-emergence sprayed. I have weeds everywhere still. In fact my backyard has more and bigger weeds than I had before they came. They even sent me a late payment bill before they even finished the job.

I have a lemon tree that was out of balance and falling over. Trees for Needs sent a crew quickly and they trimmed and staked it for me. After very heavy rain completely soaked the ground a couple of the stakes came out. I called, and within hours Josue arrived and re-staked the tree with longer and sturdier stakes. I'm very pleased with the speed and quality of service.

I took a gamble on a direct marketing advertisement to have my overgrown mesquite tree trimmed. I am ecstatic at the beauty that was hiding under all the growth. Thanks to Trees For Needs, I have a revived beauty in my front yard!  The front scape of my home is so lovely that I drive up at different approaches just to marvel at the changed look!  All because of a well crowned and pruned tree.

These people did exactly what they said they would do.  I contracted to have two palm trees removed.  Johnny contacted me with a bid that was very competitive to others I had received.  He and his crew showed up when they said they would, worked very professionally, and completed the job in about three hours.  They hauled away all of the trash from the job, including all of the trees.  They also ground the stumps to several inches below the ground level.  They were considerate of me and my neighbors and were careful to have their COVID masks on anytime they needed to talk with me.  I highly recommend this company.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I contacted Roman based on a neighbors suggestion.  Being new to AZ I didnt have a clear idea of the work that needed to be done.  Roman scheduled the appt for next day.  When he arrived he walked around my 1.5 acres and explained that trees and bushes needed to be trimmed. And the ground cover needed to be cleared.  He and his crew showed up the next day and performed a masterful job of getting my property looking awesome. I highly recommend Roman....

This Company does great work! They cleaned/landscaped the front and backyard, and it looks wonderful. George is very nice are friendly and pricing is very reasonable.

We were so happy with the work that they did in the front and backyard that they will be doing our landscaping on a monthly basis.

George came out to give an estimate on some irrigation repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable so I had him give me quote for bi-weekly maintenance which was very reasonable. I discussed specific details of how we like our half acre lot to be maintained and he has followed through without needing to be reminded. We have tried several landscaping companies in the past and have not been satisfied until now. The Astonishing Landscape crew shows up as scheduled and does a great job. We are extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
