Took down 7 overgrown, out of control, and un-cared for pines in our yard to make way for new privacy hedge. Amazed how orderly, clean, and neat the work was!!  I'd highly recommend their service to others. Prices were very reasonable!!!

I took on a back yard project that ended up being a little more than I could handle.  I reached out to Landscaping Professional Service on Wednesday, Gerson got back to me almost immediately and was able to come by and provide an estimate that night (price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be completed).  Communication was excellent!  They were able to complete the job on Saturday.  They showed up on time (6:30am) and worked until everything was complete.  They installed lighting, a new vacuum breaker, an irrigation line that they found was old and needed to be replaced, planted two good size Hercules Agaves and moved about 13 tons of rock (included filling a few gabion baskets with rip rap).  Cleaned up after they were done and did a really nice job!  I give them my highest recommendation!

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Lifelong professional landscapers and family-own/operated business that does amazing work.  I used Lucas Lawn to come out an fix a HORRIBLE install done by a different company 4 years ago. This was no small job as I am on an acre of land with 10,000 sq ft of grass.

I was going to rip the entire lawn, sprinklers and everything out.  But Ryan, the owner, came up with a much better solution that was less invasive and destructive and SAVED me a TON of money.  He not only fixed and updated the irrigation system, HE SAVED THE ENTIRE LAWN AS WELL!

They all wore company shirts, used professional equipment (including trucks and trailers) and kept the job site clean at all times.  They have many crews and at times multiple trucks showed up to knock out the work quickly.  

I 100% recommend Lucas Lawn for regular maintenance, installs, repairs or just to help out with head scratching issues.

These guys did a great job at removing the weeds from my yard. And there were a lot. Would highly recommend!

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

It was very easy to schedule the appointment and the quote was crystal clear regarding what would be done and what each component cost.

I got a reminder call the day before. When the crane showed up (on time), the gentleman talked to my husband through the door bell system and was very professional and made sure the crane was parked in an appropriate place that wouldn't obstruct our ability to get in and out of the driveway.

The job took about 45 minutes. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and they did a great job.

Stump removal happens tomorrow!

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

They pruned a large eucalyptus tree on our rental property several years ago and did a fine job. But last year when the same tree needed trimming they insisted these trees needed to be fed something special (for a great expense) prior to pruning, even though the tree was healthy.  We followed their advice.  This year the tree is dead.  We called them for tree removal (they started of course, by saying that  there's no guaranty after the tree treatment and pruning) and they wanted to charge a huge amount (even though my son offered to provide the crane work).

As far as I'm concerned,  they killed the tree.

Ryan Lucas and his team did an outstanding job with our phase one landscaping project with mounding dirt and placing large boulders in our front yard area.  We are excited to use them for the second phase of placing plants and cactus with irrigation.  They do exceptional work and are enthusiastic about meeting your needs and expectations.  We highly recommend their team!

My residential property in Peoria Arizona has 14 mature queen palm trees. For the past seven years I have been trying to keep them green and free of brown palm fronds and frizzy palm fronds. Last year I noticed a couple of the trees appeared to be in distress and two smaller ones quickly died.
I received a flyer in the mail for trees for needs and gave them a call. I had a free consultation and recommendation to fertilize the trees and give some anti-fungal treatments to three of them. As they will tell you with palm trees, you may not see an immediate positive reaction to the treatments; however, in three months I can tell you I have new growth and all of my trees are looking very healthy. I would rather pay for professional fertilizer treatments than to have to pay for a removal and replacement of a mature tree. I am very pleased with this company and their services, and if I ever need more fertilizer for my queen palms, I will definitely use this company.

We had some serious tree trimming that need to be addressed in our front and backyard, including a couple tall Mexican Palms. Chris and his team were professional, prompt, and did an excellent job in caring for the trees. We will use Trees for Needs again and highly recommend their service to others.

Was looking for general cleanup and trimming for my yard. Geronimo replied promptly and was able to set up a time within a few days that fit my schedule; and at the agreed upon time the crew that arrived did a great job completing the work. He also pointed out some items that I was overlooking and took care of them under the same quote as well. I also was able to set up a reoccurring service and trust that it will be completed timely and accurately.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Did a GREAT JOB.  Cleaned up all the mess from the palm tree.

We hired this company to do yard work and just clean up the yard from weeds, grass, and trim the trees. The first time they did a good job, the second time was not the best but it was okay. We made a deal with the owner George to come monthly. The third time George came by himself with no other works. He did the bare minimum, left all these weeds, and did not even finish cutting the grass in parts of the yard. He did not trim any of the trees. When we tried to contact him, he didn't respond to any calls or texts. We even gave him snacks and water, which he ate and drank and threw the garbage in the backyard on the ground. He left that morning without saying anything. We sent him pictures of our yard and the trash he left, he never responded or returned any calls.

Definitely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this company to do your yard work. There are companies that can do a better job and actually pull the weeds from the ground instead of just mowing over them and leaving all these dead weeds everywhere. There was no sort of clean up, just basically cut grass and left.

You definitely get ripped off from this guy. Do not pay him until after the job you hired him for is actually complete. He never does the job fully and it doesn't even get done good.

George and his guys were great. The beginning process was very simple, George came out gave me an estimate on my yard work, I accepted the job and the pricing was very reasonable. He offered to come out the next day, his guys showed up on time, eliminating all of the unwanted weeds and grass, and cleaned up well. I agreed to continue using them on a monthly basis as they were very professional and showed excellent work. Thank you George!

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
