I asked Hayward Tree Service to remove a palm tree that was planted immediately next to my house that was a danger to the structure.  I called and they were so professional and friendly and willing to schedule the work two weeks out.  The owner himself came, on time, to give me an estimate.  The job was a small one actually but, that did not matter to him.  He took my concerns seriously - that the porch screens may get damaged during the removal so precautions were needed.  Most outfits would have passed on the job.  They sent their estimate immediately and called to schedule.... very friendly and helpful office personnel to deal with.  Their tree crew came out on time and were very professional and friendly and did a great job in a timely manner.  They were careful about the screens and cleaned up everything.  I highly recommend this outfit for every tree removal job!

Great service. Good price, came when they were scheduled, cleaned up before they left. This is my second time using them to trim my palm trees and won't be my last. They're great!

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Ryan and his crew were amazing. He came out next day after initial contact to get measurments and a quote same day. They installed a paver driveway extension up to my RV gate. It went super smooth and all though it was 110 + degrees they were able to start and complete the job in 2 days! I highly recommend if you are looking for quality work here in Arizona.

Bryan and Alisha responded immediately to my inquiry on Yelp. Then showed up 30 minutes later on Friday night. They were friendly, professional and competitively priced. They arrived on time and did precisely what they said they would do. They removed two 75' Oak trees and ground down the stumps. I would absolutely recommend them for any job they say they can do. Thanks again for the great work.

I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).

I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.

Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

The recession has obviously hit Tree Pro's.  But instead of trying to retain its customers, Tree Pro's has raised its price more than 25% since last Fall.  And if that's not enough, they have tossed customer service out the window, too.  They did not show up for the estimate the day they were scheduled.  And even after they did do the estimate, when my husband so foolishly agreed to this figure, they never called back to schedule the trimming.  I can get Tree Amateur's for this level of service.

If you have big trees, you need to call this company.

I have 4 trees at over 20 years old and my gardeners have been trimming them for years. They didn't know what they were doing and actually cost me money and damaged my trees. Their ignorant cuts meant faster growth in the wrong areas and directions which weakened the structure and meant a) more trims and b) more limb breaks.

Eric gave a very reasonable estimate to trim them. His crews were on time, professional and cleaned up the yard, being very mindful of my dogs and thorns from my Palo Verde.

Eric got my trees on a maintenance schedule that will result in less costs in the long run by properly trimming my trees.

My opinion is this company is knowledgeable, professional and reasonable.

Really happy with the service Eric provided with No Bull Trees. We had a HUGE pecan tree that other companies did not want to take. Eric came out and quoted us at a fair price. He was honest, genuine and kept his word to us which we appreciated especially when working on such a huge project. He responded really quickly and was easy to communicate with. We Will definitely use him again and recommend his services to the whole block!

Trees For Needs was a pleasure to work with. Used their services for some maintenance work on my 20+ ft tall Palo Verde. As soon as Carl arrived for the initial quote, I knew I was making the right decision. I was explained the work to be done, how it was to be done, and why. Employees are prompt, polite and professional. As a contractor, I was glad to see the measures taken to ensure the safety of workers. If you want a company that knows and cares about their services, I highly recommend TFN.

5 star service!!! They came back the lowest bid for a very hard dig. Geronimo and his crew were on time and did even more than what I asked of them.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Jorge was amazing! I can't say enough good things...I am telling all my friends about him. I stopped on here last night looking for someone to trim one of our palm tree's. Jorge was the only one to respond within minutes (not that I expected that)...he was super responsive, was able to come out today and did a better job than I could have dreamed up, hauled all the trimmings away and completely cleaned up, even using the blower. The cost was WAY less than anyone else and others couldn't come out for a week. I will be using Jorge at Roman Landscape for all our tree needs. A+ service and work. Thank you Jorge!

Sergio is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detailed and thorough in every aspect of his work. Excellent quality and amazing value. We had a full landscape cleanup and now have ongoing maintenance. We are consistently impressed w his work!

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
