This was the easiest transaction ever. The crew was amazing, professional, had their system down to a tee and it was a sight to behold. The price was amazing for the service they provide. They removed two dead trees from our yard and they were done within an hour. I would highly recommend them!

I called Surprise Tree Service because my large Mesquite tree needed a make-over.  There was a lot of work to be done and Juan and the crew did a fabulous job.  I called to set an appointment for a bid and Juan came within an hour or so.  We agreed to a price and scheduled the job for 2 days later.  The whole team is very professional and thoroughly cleaned all branches and pieces to leave a clean yard.  I appreciated that there was no  one goofing off (or checking their phone for the latest text). Alicia contacted me immediately and was at my home cleaning my yard within 24 hours.  The backyard was filled with weeds and were hand pulled within two hours.  Very pleased with the process from start to finish.  Will definitely use this service again!

I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).

I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.

Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I recently had a tree removed from the front of my house that was posing a danger. I have used Tree Pros in the past and had been very satisfied. They came to my home very quickly and removed the dangerous tree.
The only issue I had was that the stump was left there. They came back and removed only half of the stump. I was upset by this, but initially they ignored my request to remove the rest of it, until I received a text by the company to inquire if I needed any more work done. When I explained what happened the previous year, they immediately responded and not only removed the remaining stump, but two others that were there previously at no charge.
They did a fabulous job and regained my trust and business. For a company to go the extra mile, and take the time to remedy the issue, I know I can trust that they will always do a great job.

I called them because I got a flyer left on my gate. Ryan (Owner) was really nice and prompt with a call back.  The estimator came out and took pictures of all of the things I wanted done (cactus removal, Yucca tree trimming, palm frond trimming, etc.).  I felt that the service was great, the guys did everything they were supposed to do, and were very professional. There was no damage to anything (which has happened to me in the past with other Lawn & Tree People) and I would call them again. I would recommend you give them a shot!

Broke my landscape lighting tried to prop it up like nothing happened and did not tell me.  Left 15-20 cigarette butts in my yard.  Hard pass.

I took a gamble on a direct marketing advertisement to have my overgrown mesquite tree trimmed. I am ecstatic at the beauty that was hiding under all the growth. Thanks to Trees For Needs, I have a revived beauty in my front yard!  The front scape of my home is so lovely that I drive up at different approaches just to marvel at the changed look!  All because of a well crowned and pruned tree.

I have used George 3+ times in the last year and he has never disappointed. He is very responsive, even with new customers and always does a great job. I feel I can trust him to be transparent and to do what's right. Unfortunately, I'm sure I will need  him to come out again (due to my sprinkler situation), but at least I know I can expect trustworthy service and great work.

This crew did the work as promised on time and without any changes to the budget for the project. Had my entire front drip system replaced plants pulled and replaced and re-rocked the entire front. Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
