It is not like a know a thing about removing trees, but from the beginning I knew I could trust these people.  The estimator knew what he was doing as well as being pleasant, the office staff was helpful setting up a date and the called the day before with a window, The actual crew seemed professional and experienced.  They cleaned up after themselves and the real test, they locked the gate to the alley before they left.  Most landscape people forget to do that and it is important for security.

I'm very happy. Gerson came right over after I contacted him, gave me a quote and said he would be here the next morning. He was here on time and went right to work. My yard looks fantastic. Job well done and by a very nice gentleman. There's not a weed in sight. I would highly recommend him.

We had our front yard and side yard regraveled. They prepped the ground, Installed Weed cloth and distributed all new gravel and sprayed afterwards with weed killer.
The price was very reasonable, they communicated well and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this Company

Ryan and his crew were amazing. He came out next day after initial contact to get measurments and a quote same day. They installed a paver driveway extension up to my RV gate. It went super smooth and all though it was 110 + degrees they were able to start and complete the job in 2 days! I highly recommend if you are looking for quality work here in Arizona.

I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).

I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.

Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

So this place used to be amazing and Anthony was so knowledgeable. However recently no one will return my calls and they don't even answer their main phone line. I even sent them an email with no response I'm wondering if they went out of business??

So far, so good.

I called Lucas on a weekend for a quote. They called me back right away and scheduled me for Monday. On Monday they arrived on time with an employee who was knowledgeable and thorough, we walked the property and I had the quote within a few hours. Ryan Lucas was personable and helpful on the phone and assured me all his employees speak fluent English.

The price was very reasonable, they were less expensive than some other companies by more than $100. I hired them to do a cleanup and trim my 6 queen palms. They came out as scheduled and did a great job trimming and cleaning the front and back yards, so I hired them for tree removal as well, scheduled in a few days.

Update: The tree removal went well. But I discovered later that they had broken the glass in one of my yard lights. On a recent cleanup, the crew severed a string of Christmas lights I had on a ficus, and severed 2 hose lines to the sprinkler system. Cheap repairs but annoying :/

Overcharged for the service done--twice as much as what other arborists later quoted me. Did not remove the branches requested, left many, many dead branches. When I tried to renegotiate the charge, asking him to leave as is, he insisted in continuing to do the job. Did not follow through or respond to texts and phone messages left. Said he would return the next day and he did not. Said he would return 2 days later and did not. No communication about this. Brought his dog without getting permission first. Showed up on my doorstep the night after the job was finished demanding balance of payment despite he sending me an invoice that says payment could be due by end of August, 4 weeks later. Unprofessional.

A friend referred Trees for needs, and we could not be happier.  We have two very mature trees that needed some TLC, and now they looks great.   They will be healthy for a long time.  The team that came to our house was friendly, professional, and even reviewed the work they did with us.  We absolutely will call them again!!

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Based upon our experience, we can definitely recommend Geronimo and his company for any landscaping work that  you might need.

Responded immediately to my request to quote. Scheduled an appointment to walk the property and give an estimate. Showed up right on time.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

I sent a request through Yelp for a quote for landscaping maintenance services (removal of leaves and trimming the trees and bushes) and Geronimo responded within minutes. He came out the following morning with his partner, right on time I might add, and gave me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed to. He said he could come back later that same day at noon. He and his partner showed up at 11:30 and got right to work. My plants were all overgrown from the rain and lack of attention and Geronimo Pacheco Landscaping did an awesome job making everything look great again. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

The team was responsive and did exactly what we discussed. We will be calling them again for our future landscaping plans.

I had mixed feelings about how I wanted to rate this company.  
The good- George is a nice guy, returned my message pretty quick and came out the next day to look at my yard and gave me a quote.  Took about 3 weeks from that initial visit for them to start my project (which I thought was great because at these times, most companies seem to be booked out for months and are not even taking on any new projects.)

The bad- once the project was started, the completion of it kept getting pushed back- he would text me on the day when he was scheduled to come, and would say he would come the following week instead.  This happened 4 times.
Our project consisted of paver placement to widen our driveway and to create a pathway to our side gate, as well as paver steps leading up to our front door pathway.  Design was great.  Quality of work was poor.  There wasn't enough cement applied on the sides of the pavers on the side pathway initially, so the pavers shifted. He did fix this, but when I also looked at the cement applied to the edge of the extended driveway, I have concerns that it isn't going to hold...we'll see how that goes.  There also wasn't enough sand applied in between the pavers- I ended up doing this myself.  The steps that were made for us looked great, but after he completed the work and moved all the rock back, I discovered later that evening that several of the pavers easily come off and were not glued in properly.  I told George about it and it's been 2 weeks and he never texted me back.  Oh and he says there's no surprise costs, but he tacked on another $75 at the very end without advance notice for the steps because it took more work than expected. He didn't even replant my agave that he said he would move for me in the beginning.  I ended up fixing and doing everything myself to make sure things were actually done right and done well.

I would be wary of using this company- they seem to start projects quickly, probably so that you're stuck using them, but quality and completion may not be as expected.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
