Hayward is a very reputable, professional, customer service oriented company.  They came out to give me a estimate very quickly, and were super to do business with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.  They stand by their work and are proud of their reputation.

I had such a good experience with them. They gave me a reasonable price and did a nice job on my tree and cactus. I didn't even need to be home when they came by. Very happy and will use them again!

We have been using Lucas Lawn and Yard care for about 2 months. What a great experience. They are far and away more superior to either of the previous lawn care companies we've used. Plus they are full service, every shrub, tree and our large yard are well taken care of.

I requested help moving through the Yelp app. Bryan was one of the first to respond. His price was a little high but I agreed. They were to unload our U-Box and put it on their trailer and drive a couple miles unload the trailer and move everything into the 2nd floor apartment. They were fast and efficient and also unloaded our SUV into the apartment. It was an extremely hot day and took them about an hour from start to finish. We had mainly boxes, 3 mattresses and box springs. I would most definitely call on Bryan and his crew again. Thank you so much again for all your help.

I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms. Within minutes of showing up, Kyle identified the problem and solution. I appreciate that kind of experience. Kyle is personable and knows his trees. It is refreshing to find someone so competent. Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

I was in major need of having a couple of palm trees on my property trimmed.

I contacted Tree Pros about three weeks ago after doing some research. A lot of landscaping and tree trimming people come to my door and leave me a business card, but when I try to look them up none of them have their own websites or are accredited.

So I reached out to this place after finding them online. I think I've heard radio spots for them too.

I heard back from them the same day and they said they would come out to do a free estimate.

That person came out about a few days later. I got a quote of $160.

I'm sure it could have been cheaper from one of those other unlicensed places, but I didn't want to risk them doing a crappy job.

I told them to proceed with an appointment. They came out about a week and a half later to do the job.

They arrived this morning and I met with the crew very briefly.

They were out there for about 40 minutes and they did a spectacular job.

Our palm trees were out of hand. They cleaned it up really nicely and cleaned up after themselves.

I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Erik Bull is the best! He just trimmed 15 mature palo verde trees at my house - no small job - and they all look great! He is a certified arborist, extremely knowledgable, and pays his workers a good wage. He diagnosed one of my sick trees with bark beetle. Until now I had no idea what was happening to it and several landscapers told me the completely wrong thing.

I have a lemon tree that was out of balance and falling over. Trees for Needs sent a crew quickly and they trimmed and staked it for me. After very heavy rain completely soaked the ground a couple of the stakes came out. I called, and within hours Josue arrived and re-staked the tree with longer and sturdier stakes. I'm very pleased with the speed and quality of service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!  They did wonderful work. Were very clean and neat with all the debris from the 2 queen palms they remowed from my backyard...  Very fast also, they had them 2 trees down and cut up within an hour.  they know what their doing!  Honestly ppl, if yall need trees service dont hesitate and call Hummingbird Trees Care!

Geronimo and his crew were great. They responded to my job request very quickly. He came out next day and gave me a quote. The job was done the next day. 5 stars!

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

This Company never contact me a bit rude. Why offer me a quote if you not going to call after I give my phone number

I have used George 3+ times in the last year and he has never disappointed. He is very responsive, even with new customers and always does a great job. I feel I can trust him to be transparent and to do what's right. Unfortunately, I'm sure I will need  him to come out again (due to my sprinkler situation), but at least I know I can expect trustworthy service and great work.

Didn't use, estimate was crazy high.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
