This was our second year to have tree trimming. The guys are nice and super fast. Our trees look like a magazine! They have the right tools, and I would recommend them highly!

Gerson did a great job tearing out our old drip lines and installing new lines and new valves for both our front and backyard. He provided a warranty for his work as well.

He provided a fair price, was professional, timely and we will definitely call him again for future landscaping needs.

I called Surprise Tree Service because my large Mesquite tree needed a make-over.  There was a lot of work to be done and Juan and the crew did a fabulous job.  I called to set an appointment for a bid and Juan came within an hour or so.  We agreed to a price and scheduled the job for 2 days later.  The whole team is very professional and thoroughly cleaned all branches and pieces to leave a clean yard.  I appreciated that there was no  one goofing off (or checking their phone for the latest text). They were serious about doing a good job.  That's not easy to find.  I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them.  Thank you to Juan and the entire team at Surprise Tree Service.  I'm glad you are in the Surprise, AZ area.  I will gladly send business your way.

Ryan and his team are responsive and listen to what the customer wants. Always willing to go the extra mile. Ryan is very knowledgeable with regard to plants, trees, lawn care and all things landscaping. Been with them for 5 + years and happy!

Had to do a last minute, same day move and these guys were lifesavers. Arrived early, moved quickly and I was completely moved in an hour and a half. Price was fair as well for a guy living alone, half of what I was quoted by some other companies. Appreciate Alicia and Bryan working with me, and I really do think they deserve 5 stars. Nothing to complain about.

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

Don't believe a word these guys say.  They don't give out written quotes for a reason - so that they can later balk on what they have promised after you have paid your bill.  They are liars and cheaters.  Don't trust them as far as you can see them.   Check out all the complaints they have on Better Business Bureau.  I wish I would have before I hired them.  Nasty Nasty business.

I just had a great experience with this company. Initially:  I got an immediate response to my inquiry.  Ryan came the next business day, assessed the problem and provided a solution to a drainage problem.  The bid came the following day, I found it reasonable, and the work was scheduled within the next two weeks.  The work and workers:  the lead person of the small crew was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills and was polite and caring.  All procedures were carefully explained and the end result looks great. I am very surprised to see any negative reviews - mine was a totally different and positive experience.  I would highly recommend Lucas Lawn and Yard Care.

I have a lemon tree that was out of balance and falling over. Trees for Needs sent a crew quickly and they trimmed and staked it for me. After very heavy rain completely soaked the ground a couple of the stakes came out. I called, and within hours Josue arrived and re-staked the tree with longer and sturdier stakes. I'm very pleased with the speed and quality of service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!  They did wonderful work. Were very clean and neat with all the debris from the 2 queen palms they remowed from my backyard...  Very fast also, they had them 2 trees down and cut up within an hour.  they know what their doing!  Honestly ppl, if yall need trees service dont hesitate and call Hummingbird Trees Care!

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
