I had an underground sprinkler leak that I was looking to get repaired. I found this company on Yelp and quickly heard from Gerson. Gerson came out and gave a quote which was fair. Gerson came out to repair the fix and was extremely quick and professional. We found a second leak that needed repair as well and Gerson took care of that immediately. Gerson was flexible with scheduling, quick and professional with the work. I will be contacting this company for all of my sprinkler needs going forward.

I put out a request for a quote through yelp yelp automatically selected several landscapers to quote the job.
This company replied by message through Yelp and set up a time for a phone consult. How they can do a phone consultation when they really need to see the yard and the scope of the work I have no clue?
They never called for the phone consult.  Several hours after the time they were supposed to call A gentleman called and wanted to set an appointment for the next day between six and eight in the morning.
I told him I would not wake up until 8:30 so he said I'll be there between 8-9. He obviously didn't hear me when I said I don't get up until 830 which tells me that he doesn't listen to his clients.
But I agreed to the appointment time of between 8-9 o'clock. I got up early and waited and waited and waited they did not bother to call to say that they needed to cancel or reschedule.
In the afternoon I messaged them through Yelp telling them that they missed two appointments.
Within a few minutes they called wanting to come over right then explaining that they slept in. I would've liked to have slept in too. So that showed me that they're inconsiderate of their clients And that they're unreliable.
So the reason I'm giving this rating is
1.  they don't listen to their client
2.  they don't show up when they say they're going to
3.  they're inconsiderate of their clients time.
4. They are unreliable
I believe this is a brand new business and they obviously won't be in business long with these types of practices. I don't think they realize that if you can't make it on time to your appointments or at least called before you're going to be late that It shows that you're unreliable
Hiw can I trust that they would show up on time to actually perform the work when they dont when trying to get the job.
I can't and I don't have time to play around with people that really don't want the business

Ryan and his crew were amazing. He came out next day after initial contact to get measurments and a quote same day. They installed a paver driveway extension up to my RV gate. It went super smooth and all though it was 110 + degrees they were able to start and complete the job in 2 days! I highly recommend if you are looking for quality work here in Arizona.

After using their services for my office move, I hired Bryan and Alisha to move me across the country. Their team handled packing, cleaning, and moving for my large two-bedroom apartment at a rate much lower than the big corporate movers. They were professional and very pleasant to work with, and showed that they can handle any surprises that come along the way. Highly recommend these guys.

I hired them to do some soil injections, trim some trees, and provide some fertilizer. They trimmed the trees fine but left before doing the rest (I have cameras in the front and back yard).

I called and they explained that the tech got had to leave but they'd come back the next day. The tech came, dropped off the product and left. When I called to ask about the injections, they told me the tech didn't realize he had more to do and he would come back. It sure started to seem like the $1000 soil injections were just a sham service.

Lastly, it happened another time. Tech came for 5 minutes and left. Emailed the company and called multiple times. Said a supervisor would come out, but then stopped responding. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff, fast response, fair pricing. Scheduling was convenient and easy, crew showed up right on time, and the quality of work was just right. Will definitely use Tree Pros in the future -- and recommend them to anyone who needs a palm tree cleaned up.

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

A year ago we called Tree Pros and they did a great job for a fair price.

This year we have been calling and emailing for the last 2 months trying to get an estimate. They have promised to get back to us with an estimate within a week THREE DIFFERENT TIMES.

At this point we are done. No customer should have to wait two months to get an estimate to trim one palm tree with an easy access road.

I have been using the service for almost 3 months. When I first moved in I found Lucas Lawn service's card in the irrigation systems timer. On the back of the card it had the zones written out for the system. I assumed they must be the ones that have taken care of the yard before, so I would give them a try. When I called in I spoke to Tammi and she confirmed they use to service the house. She said the owner Ryan would give me a call. He called me later that day. He said the house use to be serviced and he didn't need to come out and see the yard. He would just give me the price the old house owners had. It was $60 bi-weekly and that included mowing the back yard, weeding the yard and flower beds, and rotating the trimming of the front and back yard flower beds. I agreed to it and they started. A few weeks in I saw there were weeds coming in and I called Ryan about it. I told it was grassy weeds. He said there was a chemical for grassy weeds and his lead was the only one that could apply it because it was expensive. He sent his supervisor out the next day to look at the yard. His supervisor agreed it was grassy weeds and he would take care of it on the next visit. A few weeks went by and the weeds just got worse. On June 1st I responded to an email from Tammi letting her know I was not happy with all the weeds in the yard. She asked me to send pictures, which I did. She said it would be taken care of. By June 30th, I was beyond frustrated. The yard is not very big, and half of it is now weeds. I let them know to cancel my service because they did not take care of the weeds, nor was the yard showing any sign of getting better. I get an email back from Ryan saying it was the first he had heard that I had a weed problem and wanted to send his new supervisor out. I told him I wasn't waiting another month, while paying to see results. He came back with another email with a threat of my contract and technically I needed to give 30 days notice. Whatever, I let him know I didn't appreciate that since he didn't hold up his end of the contract. I finally just called him to get to the bottom of it. He was polite but acted like we had never talked. It was the first time he had heard of the grassy weed problem and he didn't think they serviced the house before I started. Really!! He agreed they dropped the ball on communication, but said there wasn't much they could do with grassy weeds. Why didn't you tell me that 2 months ago Ryan??? Why was today the first I heard of that and that you charge extra for that kind of weed control. Anyway, they aren't a terrible service if you just want mowing and trimming (but there are others just as good and cheaper) but I can NOT recommend them for customer service, lawn and especially not weed control.

Highly recommend this company! When we moved into our home two years ago we had three large trees that hadn't been professionally trimmed in more than 5 years. We first used a different tree company and didn't think twice when they quoted us for the job. We brought them out this summer and when they arrived I was told they didn't know why they were here because they'd quote us the same. At this point I knew I needed to check with a different company. That's when I was referred to Trees for Needs. When they came out they talked to me about the health of the trees and advised I held off on trimming until we could get one of them healthier. It was apparent they weren't just trying to get my money ASAP. The quote was at half the price of the other company. Their workers are professional and do quality work. Clean up everything after and make sure you don't have any questions or concerns.

I took a gamble on a direct marketing advertisement to have my overgrown mesquite tree trimmed. I am ecstatic at the beauty that was hiding under all the growth. Thanks to Trees For Needs, I have a revived beauty in my front yard!  The front scape of my home is so lovely that I drive up at different approaches just to marvel at the changed look!  All because of a well crowned and pruned tree.

Was looking for general cleanup and trimming for my yard. Geronimo replied promptly and was able to set up a time within a few days that fit my schedule; and at the agreed upon time the crew that arrived did a great job completing the work. He also pointed out some items that I was overlooking and took care of them under the same quote as well. I also was able to set up a reoccurring service and trust that it will be completed timely and accurately.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Gave me a fair estimate and scheduled sevice two days later. Again showed up right on time. Very kind and professional, worked quickly and got the job done.

This is my first time hiring a landscaping Company, and I'm very appreciative that it was so easy with Geronimo, especially as so many other Companies are not quick to respond to requests to quote and/or do not show up on time.

Loved how they cleaned up my yard.  Also fixed my irrigation system. While definite use them again and would recommend them.  fair Price and great work

I highly recommend George and his crew! We had two oleanders that were diseased and needed to be removed. I got several quotes and theirs was the best and he stuck to it. He was very responsive and helpful and they worked quickly and did an amazing job. Really great costumer service and great work. Will definitely be using them again!

George came out to give an estimate on some irrigation repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable so I had him give me quote for bi-weekly maintenance which was very reasonable. I discussed specific details of how we like our half acre lot to be maintained and he has followed through without needing to be reminded. We have tried several landscaping companies in the past and have not been satisfied until now. The Astonishing Landscape crew shows up as scheduled and does a great job. We are extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Littering my neighborhood with stupid flyers stuffed into front doors is not welcome.  I called and asked for someone come remove the unsolicited flyers.  I was transferred to someone else who said it would be easier to just throw it away.  When I said I'd report it as littering as they were blown about the neighborhood, he said I'd like to see how that goes for you.  That's a great way to earn business.

These flyers are unwanted, a total waste and create a more negative brand impressions than positive.

These guys are great if you just need a basic trimming or removal. If you need anything else they're largely useless as they seem incapable of following simple directions.

The first time we had them out they were trimming some trees and were supposed to remove a dead one. The trees looked nice but they forgot to remove the dead one. The next time we asked them to come give us an opinion on whether one of our trees was killed by bugs or by sunburn from overtrimming (by a different company). They gave is a quote to remove the tree and nothing else. The wind a couple days ago partially knocked over one of our trees so we had them out to give us a quote on how much it would cost to save the tree. This was communicated to the office as well as in person and yet we only received a quote for removal. We'll be finding a different company with people that actually listen.
