Hayward did an awesome job, renmoved 2 queen palm trees under 30 minutes and cleaned up area as if they were never there.
A+++ job.  Hire these guys, best job done.

Thought I had a main line leak deep underground and was quoted $70 but once we turned on the water it was only a loose sprinkler head that popped off.  I felt bad and offered him $20 for his time coming out.  He then demanded $25.  I gave him the $25 but thought this was an odd way to endear his business.   Not a big deal but I have certainly worked and continue to work with other service businesses that would have handled it differently.

Juan and his Team did a great job taking down a tree with invasive roots in our yard. They did such a good job cleaning up afterwards, you would not even know there was a tree there before. I am really impressed with their work and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Lucas Lawn Care. We worked with Ryan on designing and implementing a very large job at our home (new construction, so NO landscaping so far) Ryan had a lot of great ideas and implemented them perfectly. He always called and/or showed up when he said he would.  Very pleasant to work with and his entire team was as good. Negotiated great prices on our behalf with the various vendors and delivered on all of it! We would absolutely use Ryan and Lucas Lawn Care again and plan to in the near future. Needed to have a large pine tree removed. I watchd them for a while and they knew exactly what they were doing! Real pros. Highly recommend!!!

Ryan was extremely responsive to my ask for 12 tons of rock to be spread in my back yard. He suggested also digging out and resetting the rivers (the drainage channels of large river rock) which was a great suggestion as they now look great.

We agreed price and a target timescale a few weeks out and he stuck to it. Ryan arranged the rock drop location with the rock company so I had nothing to do there and his guys showed up on schedule to take care of the spreading.

My tree was scheduled to be removed on 7/25 and the stump was supposed to be removed on 7/26.  Tree Pros rescheduled the stump removal 3 times (over a period of three weeks) using a variety of excuses.  On the third reschedule, they simply did not show up.  In addition, half the tree was still in my yard!  I finally had enough and fired them.  At that point, I had to rent a trailer, haul rest of the tree (2  1/2 tons of wood) to the dump on my day off and hire another company to grind the stump.  Tree Pros then attempted to charge my credit card without my authorization for a slightly reduced remaining balance!  This company is not reliable.  Their business practices are unethical and their communication is terrible.  I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

We have a very large Mesquite tree in our front yard. Over the last 10 yrs we have had several different tree companies hired to trim it back into shape. Love that tree. Others have butchered it. It's like they kicked your dog! Really felt sorry for the tree. There are a few who are not allowed on our property!
I stopped by our neighbor's house to get Eric's number where No Bull Trees had done a great job a few weeks earlier. They had used them before and were very happy. And now we're happy too! Eric's team was prompt, informative on how they were proceeding, worked well as a team, conscious of keeping each other safe and great at cleaning up.
So happy we have found our Tree Service.  Thank you Eric and crew!

We needed significant clearing of our alleyway of brush/weeds/even a pack rat's nest. Mike was super helpful and responsive. The work was done well and as quickly as promised. We were impressed!!

We have used Trees for Needs for years and could not be happier.  The knowledge and care that Carl puts into his work is amazing.  Carl is a Botanist, not a landscaper, and can address problems you can't begin to imagine.  Every single encounter has been professional and on target.  His crew has saved our trees time and time again by proper trimming, correct watering amounts and speed and certain specialized fertilizers.  You get what you pay for, and we were tired of having to replace trees.  His prices are very competitive.  If you are clear about your concerns during evaluation by Carl, he then sends his crew on the appointed day and they do a wonderful, top notch job.  Too bad you don't have more stars!

I was referred to Lucas Lawn and I have to say it was the best referral I could have received.  They not only are SUPER honest but extremely professional.  Jourdan was prompt and did a very neat and detailed job taking care of my palm trees.  He even went out to his way to make sure my property was secured and safe before he left.  I look forward to utilizing their services throughout the year.  You get what you pay for!  If you want quality work from some guys that truly understand the needs of each tree, then you want to give Lucas Lawn and Yard Care a shot.  You will not be disappointed.

North Phoenix, AZ - Trees for Needs is one of the few highly professional businesses we have dealt with in the Valley. Kerry and Kory were very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process of removing one of our tall white pines. Andy provided the initial details of the process, including the company's insurance information so we were at ease about coverage if something went wrong. Nothing did, as their crew has a totally safety conscience work ethnic and took all the necessary precautions to protect the home owner's property as well as their professional crew. After the tree was removed, the stump was ground down to our satisfaction. They checked in with us so we knew what was going to happen and after, triple checked to see that we were totally happy with the results.
