Needed some yard cleanup after the recent storms, these guys came out same day, gave a reasonable quote, did the work the next day. Very happy with them - would absolutely hire them again. Prompt, reasonable, hard working.

They quoted me a price to remove a mesquite tree (based on pictures) and then nearly doubled it when they showed up to do the work and saw the tree. They were supposed to be at my house at 6:00am to do the work. At 6:00am, they told me it would actually be 9:00am. Then they showed up around 7:45am while I was dropping off my daughter. When I got home they were already it my backyard. This could have been very bad. I had not locked my dogs in the house, because I though I had another hour. The price they adjusted to was not dissimilar to other companies' quotes, but I had them leave because I didn't like the way they did business.

I am pleased to recommend Arborvision.  Jesse did a great job.  He's very skilled, properly insured, and fairly priced.  He was meticulous about debris removal and even skimmed the pool to collect the small particles that were disbursed during the process.  I contacted Arborvision based on the great reviews left here by other customers.  I've used others in the past, but will not consider using anyone else going forward.  Great job Jesse!  Thanks again!

Needed tree transplanted.   They Contacted me quickly and got it done!
I thought it was a mesquite but it was an acacia.   Very efficient.

This past summer Ryan and his crew removed our massive 30+ year old Oleander hedge which had succumbed to the dreaded blight. Ryan quoted a reasonable price for a massive job (300+ linear feet of 15 foot high hedge)  and completed the job on time and as promised. Incredibly, no other vegetation or hardscape was damaged in the process, even though there was limited area to work in. I am very pleased to offer the highest recommendation of Ryan and his crew!

I had Joe trim up four of my trees that needed a lot of work. He and Chris were super thorough on the first three of them, and it look longer than they thought it would, and my mulberry tree was really heavy, he said. They removed 6000 pounds of stuff - 3 tons, that's a lot. The last one still has some dead undergrowth that I want to get cleaned up. Today, Joe said he only quoted me on elevating the tree and separating it from the other tree and the house and the wires. He did all of that really well. Getting rid of the dead sticks was not part of the work. So, if you're like me, and you want all the dead sticks and branches removed when your tree is trimmed, make sure you let Joe know that and he'll include it in the price.

I wish the communication had been better. The job also included getting compost added to the yard. It didn't happen when the trees were trimmed, which was what I was expecting. So then I was texting about when the compost would happen and I asked several times about the dead undergrowth, but that aspect was never acknowledged (today, I found out that Joe was planning on bringing a saw along with the compost, so it's nice to know that now). The compost job was attempted one week later, but it didn't work out because the City of Tempe ran out of compost. Joe told me he heard there would be compost in the next week or two. I called Tempe the next morning, and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I can't wait that long, so I'll just have to buy bags of compost and top soil and hope for the best. Since the compost job wouldn't happen, I texted Joe about that undergrowth, and ten hours later, Joe replied that he would do it in a week. This was yesterday. I'm not going to wait a week, though, because I need to plant my grass seed this weekend. I'll attempt to remove those dead branches tomorrow with my crappy ladder and pole saw. Joe and Chris do great work, but we faced some unfortunate circumstances--my job was more difficult than he expected; I had wrong expectations that all the dead branches/sticks would be removed; the compost job was delayed and then canceled; and communication was less than ideal. The work they did was great, and they cleaned up really well too.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

We recently moved into a new home and the backyard has about 20 palm trees. We decided to have 10 of the Phoenix Roebelenii trees removed because they were dropping little dates into the pool.

Yesterday I put a request out to about 10 different companies on Yelp for a quote. Joe sent a message within about 10 minutes with a quote that was literally 25% of some of the other quotes I was receiving.  After a few messages he scheduled to come out this morning to remove them and said he would be here by 9:00 am.

At 8:15 I got a text from him that he was here, which I appreciated so much over a doorbell ring that would have woken up the kids.

Joe was quick to get to work and had the job done within 90 minutes.  He also took some time and gave me a quick education on how to maintain my Queen Ann palms and keep them healthy.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Joe for tree removal. He even did a phenomenal job of cleaning up the yard when he was done.

I received an in person quote and then was scheduled for service 6:30am yesterday. They no showed. I called around 7:30am inquiring what happened and if I was still in the schedule for the same day. I was told I would receive a call in hour- nobody called. I tried calling again and left a voicemail hoping to get service even if it was moved to the weekend. Have yet to receive any type of response back.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

The crew is top notch.  They deserve 5 stars. Giving 3 because I'm not a fan of Jason (estimator). His communication, follow up, professionalism, customer service is sub par at best.  And I have good reason to believe he over estimates to put more coin in his pocket ... will continue to to business with Top Leaf but told the office to never assign Jason to my account again.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
