Larry Phillips at Supertree Services went way beyond the call of duty for me. I recently bought an older home in the Village of Oak Creek with four larger trees on the property. The property had been a rental for many years and the trees had been neglected. Durning a recent monsoon downpour, one of the branches on the Mulberry tree cracked. I called four companies that listed themselves as Arborists and only one of them replied, Larry Phillips.

He came out and gave me a fair estimate. He educated me about how to water my trees properly and went out of his way to pick up the proper hoses for me, at his cost. He told me how my Mulberry had been topped by an uneducated trimmer and what we could do about it to make the tree healthy again. When his crew came, they were professional, safety-oriented and really cared about my trees. They did a fabulous job.

Larry spent his time, at no charge to me, to help clear out a drainage pipe in my front driveway which constantly clogs and floods my carport. His crew cleaned the mud left by the last monsoon as it hadn't dried enough for me to move it, and replaced much of the dirt that had created an unwanted gully. None of this was a part of his tree service, nor did he charge me any extra. This guy is the best. I love the way he does business and am grateful to know a service provider of Larry's caliber.

Professional family owned business, came out on Halloween, and before I could say Boo the tree was gone! Very nice family, cleaned up as if the tree was never there. Left us with helpful information on whether we should remove the stump and what to do if we decide not to, I appreciate their friendly demeanor, and talent to get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed, quickly and professionally. Thank you!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. I usually do my own repairs but could not figure out the source of my current issue.  I scheduled Sprinkler Repair to come out based on other Yelp reviews.  AJ came out this morning and walked through the issue I was having and what I had done on my own.  He checked my work and then did some more diagnostics and figured out the real problem quickly and demonstrated to me why he was confident that was the issue.  He was honest about it and gave me options for making the repairs that included me doing it on my own as it was a pretty easy fix after he did the tough diagnostic.  I decided to do it on my own.  I had one follow up question later and he called me back and walked me through it.  Super honest.  Super customer friendly.  I highly recommend this company based on my first experience and will go back to them when I need professional help.

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

Jonathan (sp) and his coworker were prompt and pleasant during the repair.  They were very attentive to our description of the issue and what we wanted to have repaired.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. My front yard looks amazing with new spot lights that change colors and we don't have to worry about leaks for a very long time. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone. Thank you Sprinkler Repair for a stellar install. I'll be back next year to finish my backyard.

Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

I am VERY impressed with this company!!! We had a landscaper install a new timer and set the timer for our yards. Big FAIL. We had a different landscaper program the timer. Big FAIL. We had multiple other landscapers attempt to program our timer. ALL FAILED!! Our grass was flooded or left with an inadequate amount of water. We had MULTIPLE plants die!!

We had to completely replace all plants in our front yard!! Granted our big tree got blown over in a storm. Anyhow, we watched as our new plants slowly were dying!! The neighbor's landscaper attempted three different times to properly set the timer to water our plants. I gave up on a landscaper being able to help us!

I looked under Sprinkler Repair on Yelp. I discovered Sprinkler Repair Company. So many good reviews!! I knew it was a good option. I called and explained that all of our new plants were dying. There were out two days later, on a Saturday!!

The guy showed up and I immediately knew that he was VERY knowledgeable based on just a few minutes of communication!! He had a can do attitude!! He identified several problems. He changed out drip system pieces to the correct size, front and back. He found problems we didn't know we had. He discovered that not only that our timer wasn't programmed correctly, but he also identified that our drip system wasn't done correctly in the front yard. Some plants were not getting any water!! We had been hand watering knowing that there was a problem, but not realizing it was the drip system itself.

Fast forward. An hour later, ALL PROBLEMS FIXED!! I am confident that our plants will thrive!! I highly recommend this company!!

Sprinkler Repair did a really nice job repairing our busted sprinkler lines.  Jose came out gave a quote then found it was a much larger repair job than expected but he didn't charge me much more than what we originally discussed.  He did the job thoroughly.  I would absolutely use these guys again and totally recommend them.

Great service. Their team was friendly and efficient. I had a large Sissoo tree in front of my house that had a lot of dead limbs and was dropping leaves like crazy. I needed it thinned out and taken in. Jeremiah was a great man for the job, I can see through the canopy again. I always prefer to hire work out to veterans if I can. Very reasonable price as well.

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great customer service, prompt response, and great work. They did exactly what was agreed upon and showed up when promised. My tree was cut nicely and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

This company does not stand up to their Garantee as stated in web. They wouldn't even come look at the problem. Instead just made excuses not to come and look at The Job the non English speaking employees did to my property. I will never use a company that lies to its customers. They get no stars from me. Don't uses this company Jason  Plavala owns What a waste
