Tom (Owner) came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and gave us a rundown of what his team would do with our extremely large and invasive species of tree.
A week later, even though we had other quotes I chose Cutting Edge Tree Services, there was a small scheduling issue with his staff but Tom personally called to apologize and rescheduled us.
They took the tree out yesterday and did an amazing job. The team cleaned everything up and even the leaves that were on the roof.
I would recommend them for any tree services you need.

I HIGHLY recommend SuperTree Services and the owner, Larry Phillips. We have been working with Larry since 2016 when we asked him to inspect the condition of the trees on a property NW of Flagstaff that we were considering purchasing. Just before we were required to sign the contract, a snowstorm dropped 2 feet of snow and the roads were impassable. Knowing we were under time pressure, Larry borrowed a friend's snow mobile and we made the 2.5 mile trip back to the property to do the inspection. That's just one example of how he works. His knowledge, experience, passion, and sense of humor made it easy to decide to take his advice to purchase the property and to take the right steps to make it fire wise. He and his crew thinned our trees and, importantly, made the property safer to be on. I learned so much in our first interaction about trees and the unique challenges in northern Arizona forests. Larry has taken a great deal of time to help us understand what and why he recommends what he does. He is patient, considerate and mindful of our goals for the property and our budget. Very recently we had to have 12+ trees removed due to bark beetle. I think he was almost as upset as we were and rearranged his schedule to take care of the problem immediately to help prevent further infestation. He took only the trees that he needed to and not one more. I always trust that he will take a conservative but responsible approach to each project. Bottom line is hire SuperTrees and you can rest assured your trees and property will be well cared for and you'll learn a whole lot along the way.

We hired Cipres Landscaping to remove the trunk and stump of an old citrus tree. They were prompt, friendly, and accomplished the work quickly and cost effectively.

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.
We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.
They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

The very Best for quality of irrigation related services, as well as pricing, responsiveness and integrity. As long time customer, will not use any other provider for home irrigation. Always a reliable pleasure to deal with this company and its employees.

Our irrigation system was struggling and needed some immediate attention and potential rework. Our previous service provider (who also does landscaping) didn't have our trees set up correctly, so we had Sprinkler Repair come out and check everything.
Within a couple hours Sprinkler Repair had reworked and set up new emitters according to our watering needs at all locations in question. They evaluated our water programing and made some tune-ups at the timer box which they took the time to explain to us in detail. We feel better about the new set up knowing that it was thoughtfully and knowledgably installed and programmed.
Worth sharing on larger trees and shrubs, is the importance of getting the irrigation distributed into the plant's root zone, near the foliage drip line. From there, the correct amount of water for each plant type, (by size) must be established and adjusted accordingly. This is where the previous company didn't quite have things correct. Sprinkler Repair noted that in addition to mixing and matching some components that were causing literal geysers upon failure, not getting the water right at these high demand locations, in addition to leaving things turned off (like our landscaper did) can really do some damage. I feel Sprinkler Repair set us on the right path moving forward.
Upon collection of payment, their lead installer mentioned that they went over their not to exceed price. In my book, this defeats the purpose of walking the job the day before and giving a not to exceed number, which generally includes some level of built-in contingency by nature. Before starting work, we discussed that if they ran into anything major, they would get my approval ahead of time. When they asked for 30% over their original quote (without preauthorization) all it took was a raised eyebrow on my part and a reminder of what we had discussed. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here and not knocking-stars-off because the team lead was reasonable when I also pointed out that they saved labor by coming in under the timetable they had originally estimated. At that point there was a genuine realization and acknowledgment of my perspective, and they honored their quote. I'm chalking this up to the team working daily on multiple jobs, using round numbers, and trying to remember what was discussed with each client. That said, this is something to watch for so that both parties are crystal-clear on the scope of work, price, and materials being used... and this applies to any company honestly; it really needs to be fair for both parties.
All told, we are happy with Sprinkler Repair for the work they did on this project. I plan to have them out twice yearly for seasonal changes and for system health checks, which they offered to perform at a reasonable price when I inquired about follow-up services. There was no pressure in any of our interactions with both field and office, and their payment methods are modern and convenient.
Nice going Sprinkler Repair, keep up the great work!

I had other people come in to fix sprinklers, paid out 1200.00 for nothing, I called sprinkler world as to fed up with run around. Gentlemen gave me the phone number to sprinkler repair llc, spoke with Jackie and set up for review of my sprinklers. Jonothan came out on time and was very understanding to my needs. Figured out the problem and all is very well. I will never call anyone else but this company. I can't thank them enough.

Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease. This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

Jonothan was thorough and figured out what was causing a leak that was next to our new pool. Thank you Jonothan!

At first I gave this company 3 stars because I kept calling wanting to talk to a real person but finally had to leave a message. They got back to me the next day and set up a day and time to come over and fix the two leaks I had in my system. Right on time, a guy named Tim showed up and turned my system on and walked around looking things over. He fixed a bubbler head that had popped off, and told me a pipe was leaking. I had him turn the water off to the pipe as I no longer needed to irrigate the part of my yard it went to. After 15 min he turned the system off, reset it on timer and left. He never adjusted any of the other heads and water wasn't getting to the trees like they should. A little while later the company called to check and I told them everything that was bothering me about the service I had received. They sent Daniel out right away. He made sure the heads where adjusted properly and he even dug a well around both my citrus trees. He put the citrus on a different line and set the timer so all my trees would get the proper amount of water. He also made sure I knew how to work the timer so I could make any adjustments I felt were needed. This company stands behind their work and will make things right if there was a screw-up. The owner himself called and made sure things were right. I can't be happier with their customer service, they are honest and care about their customers. I would definitely call them again, and recommend them to anybody.

The neighbor has asked this company to come at 6am to cut down loads of tree branches.
This is unacceptable when the homes are so close together. We have not been able to sleep thanks to their loud work. If someone asks you to do something that is egregious, it is your responsibility to say no. Before 8 am is absolutely no and even before 9 am, should not be permitted. You have no idea how hard it is for some people to get decent sleep or their work situations.
Be respectful.
They ***lied*** about obtaining permission from the HOA.

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the valley with trees and cactus. I was glad I found him to come out and remove my dying saguaro at s very reasonable cost. When I got the free quote he offered to come back in a few hours to remove cactus. He was very professional and friendly as was his son who helped him. They hauled away all debris and even full filled a couple other garden requests with no hesitation. I highly recommend South Tree service for all trimming and removal tree projects big or small!

Great customer service, prompt response, and great work. They did exactly what was agreed upon and showed up when promised. My tree was cut nicely and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

I called this company solely based on a Yelp review. I wanted to spend my money in the community. I had friends coming in from Hawaii, and needed a yard 'clean up'. I called and scheduled an estimate day. The owner, Jason, came to the house and couldn't have been nicer. Very pleasant. I told him I needed the back yard completely raked, the river rocks cleaned out and some of them re-set because the ¼- washes in during heavy rains. Depending upon the estimate, I said I'd also consider having the front yard raked and cleaned. He said he'd have Laura call me back with an estimate and options for scheduling. I thought that was kinda odd, given he's the owner and certainly knows how much he would charge to do something. Anyway, a half hour later, I got a VM from Laura saying they wouldn't be able to service my property because there wasn't enough work for the crew - and that the minimum charge would exceed the actual cost of the work. WHAT? I've had this done before and it wasn't a 'small' fee. Quite honestly, I think the job was deemed somewhat a pain and the company didn't want to do it. Reading the company's statement of services at the bottom of their Yelp page, I can say it's not accurate.
