1. He missed 5 appointments. I was waiting for him each time. He was pleasant when he did come.
2. He tried to find the leak and finally told us we had a plumbing issue. Well, he left a valve on so there was that. A plumber could find no leak but our irrigation system has a big leak.
3. We paid 475. We did find someone else to repair the problem.

My wife and I live adjecent to the National Forest so we're always concerned about the spread of fire around our house.  We called Supertree to give us an estimate to Firewise our house.  Larry came promptly and walked the 2.5 acres with us and gave us a quote and timeline.  It was a lot of work including tree felling, brush clearing and removing ladder fuel.  His crew (up to 5 depending on the day and type of work) was professional and worked quite hard.  It was a big, multi-week job.
One of our concerns with fire was if a large firetruck could even get up our tree-guarded driveway.  Larry went so far as to have the local FD drive their big truck right up to our house after the tree work had been done.  Awesome service.
Larry and his crew did excellent work and came in right on budget.  I highly recommend Supertree.

Professional family owned business, came out on Halloween, and before I could say Boo the tree was gone! Very nice family, cleaned up as if the tree was never there. Left us with helpful information on whether we should remove the stump and what to do if we decide not to, I appreciate their friendly demeanor, and talent to get the job done! We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I called Sprinkler Repair LLC a few days ago and they sent Jacob out today to diagnose & fix our irrigation system. Over the years we have experienced numerous issues with our complicated sprinkler system. After losing our hibiscus hedge & numerous pigmy palms we asked our landscaper why this was happening only to learn the line had been broken & leaking for months & he neglected to tell us.  Jacob immediately diagnosed and repaired the leak in a very short time. I noticed my tree wells were not filling up with water this morning.  We had another major power outage a couple of days ago ... and I made the connection ... it has been two years since I have required the services of David at Sprinkler Repair.  I made the call, they scheduled me for Monday, but indicated they may be able to fit me in today.  Within a few hours, Ken came by and reset/reprogrammed my sprinkler box.  Ken was kind, efficient, professional, and there was no charge!  These are the reasons I continue to refer individuals to Sprinkler Repair, LLC.

Had them out today to fix a sprinkler shooting up like a geyser and two leaking pipes in our front and back yard.  The repairs were done super quick and WAY cheaper than originally estimated - they had given us a worst case scenario cost (basically a cost/time estimate) given that the two leaks didn't have obvious causes.  Super professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about landscaping repair.  We will definitely call them out if we have other issues!

Had a 30 foot saguaro fall onto the roof just before 5:00 PM called Mark at 6:00 PM sent a picture and he gave me a quote that was very fair. Made an appointment for the next morning which he showed up for on time. We had some landscaping features underneath the saguaro that was leaning onto the roof that could not be moved and Mark was very upfront in stating that it was possible that the saguaro or parts of it might fall and damage the landscape features but he would do his best. He was able to avoid any further damage in the removal and they cleaned up after the removal. Super job , more than fair on price and very professional. Thanks to Mark and his sons.

We decided to use PV Trimmers to clean up our many palms and large Sissoo tree. We feel as though most people over trim their palms and we wanted to hire experts, rather than random guys who make them look wimpy. We loved our experience and our trees looked great.
