This review is long overdue. I hired Arborcraft months ago to remove 3trees and stumps. One of the trees was a 30-40ft pine tree. I requested an estimate online and a rep came out to my home days later and emailed me over the estimate. Arborcraft was by far the lowest out of the 3 estimates I requested. They were also the most reasonable, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or being overcharged. Scheduling with Patricia was a a breeze!
Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the mess as best they could. FYI - stump grinding does leave quite a bit of residue behind.

Hey these guys were great! They gave me the most competitive price, arrived when they said they would, came in and did the job rapidly, cleaned up, and were gone before I knew it. They were nice guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. I had a lot of replies to my inquiry for a quote on here. Most wanted to send someone out to give me a quote. These guys accepted photos I took on my phone and quoted me through Yelp. Some people quoted me prices that were more than triple of what they charged me. So, I will be using these guys next year and I highly recommend them. They are internet capable.

We had a Palo Verde tree crack 3 limbs in a wind storm recently leaving tree branches in the street.  I called a number of places and nobody but Core Tree Service would respond to the emergency the next day.  They came out the next day, wrote a quote for a cleanup only option and tree removal option.  They did the cleanup immediately and came back at a more convenient time for the full tree removal.  They were fast, fair priced, and communicated all options clearly.  Highly recommended and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

I wouldn't hesitate to rehire Next Level Tree. I had them remove a moderate sized tree that had several large limbs hanging out above our above ground spa and a neighbor's large glass lamp. Due to their experience and expertise, neither object was ever in danger. They also suggested that another tree be removed that was suffering from malnutrition and did it for a nominal fee. They also ground both stumps and although they include a disclaimer about not being responsible for underground impediments that could be damaged, they still took the time to carefully explore such possibilities. The project was very reasonably priced to boot. Hiring Next Level Tree was a great way to start the year.

I sent an inquiry about removing two trees in my backyard, I  guy will not say his name replied to the email. He gave me a phone number to text pictures of the trees to, I sent the pictures he then requested a picture of the entire yard told him that is the entire yard. Long story short never heard back from him or anyone else at this company.

Showed up on time, cleaned up after and did a great job with a tree removal. I would definitely hire Misael again!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a great job with removing a palo verde tree that fell during a windstorm. They came out the same day to give us a quote (more on price later), and removed it early the next day. However, you should definitely get multiple quotes before using this company. We felt the need to do it quickly since the tree was leaning on the house, and the owner gave us a price that was way too high, despite saying it was neighbor pricing.  In the end, it's my fault that I paid too much, but I don't appreciate companies that try to swindle customers when they do a one-time job. This company was good at what they do, but dishonest in their quotes.

We are very happy with the service we received from Bassett for tree removal and stump grinding. Very professional, informative and a competitive rate for the services. The crew removed all debris. Looks great!

Not only did the team show up early to when they said they'd arrive, but they did an exception job at an extremely affordable rate and was very quick to finish (they cleaned up so well afterwards you couldn't tell that they were there). Will certainly use these guys for future tree trimming needs!

They did OK service, but very dishonest business practice.  I had storm damage tree branch that fell on my neighbor's driveway.  I called and agreed to a price with the owner Jose.  Even texted him picture of the branch.  He texted me a price to cut and take branch to trash with them when done.  I had to go to work, but my wife was home.  When they arrive, they told my wife price was only to cut branch and leave it at our curb side for bulk trash pickup, which was probably not for another month or 2!  That was not an option.  If we wanted them to trash the branch, it was going to cost more.  This is only one branch, not even a huge branch, which he has seen picture before giving quote.  Since we had to get it done, I was not home and had stop looking for another service when we made the appointment with him, had no choice but to pay him the extra.

We were upcharged when Valentin arrived to trim and clean up palo verde trees. They damaged a cactus and would not replace or compensate. As it was bulk trash collection days in my neighborhood they did not have to pick up limbs, etc they just had to place on curb. You'd think there would have been a discount for that since they didn't have to haul the limbs and trunk pieces away. Nope. Be careful when you order services over the phone. Be prepared to pay a different amount then quoted.

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
