Paul was quick to come out, quick with a quote and flexible with the job.  His crew don't look like you'd think however they were professional and great at their jobs.
I would hire them again.

We had our dated kitchen counter tops and 2 bathroom counter tops replaced with beautiful new quartz ones installed by Petrus in December 2017. They also installed brand new sinks, which they were able to source at better prices than we could find. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the service. Fabio was easy to work with and highly professional. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up the site very well. We highly recommend this business.

Great work and excellent communication. They came in at a price that was half of other companies but did great quality work. I'm very satisfied with the trim work and the clean up work.

What an amazing company! I had some extremely overgrown oleander trees in my backyard that were threatening the integrity of my block wall.  After a simple and straight forward consultation with one of the company owners, I was given an honest bid; which was lower than the other competitive I had out. 2 days later,  the crew was out and made quick work of the problem trees.
They did an outstanding job on every aspect,  including to make sure the entire work area was cleaned up prior to their departure.  Thanks for a job extremely well done!! I'll definitely be calling again for any and all future landscaping needs here at my home.

Really great communication and follow up. Gentlemen who came to remove tree were so efficient...tree was down and all was cleaned up in no time.

My 93 y/o neighbor has a 60' Eucalyptus Tree in her front yard, that hadn't been trimmed in years! I called several companies (5) to give me bids on trimming and cleaning up the tree!

After looking at the bids, I decided to go with Arbor Care. They actually had the lowest bid, but I don't always go with the lowest bid. Thatcan get you in trouble. What sold me on them, were their reviews. It took longer for them to get to it than I preferred, but they were booked up 3 weeks out! That should tell you something, right there!

On the scheduled date, Samuel and Kevin (Pruners) showed up at 7AM and got started setting up and started trimming. The rest of the crew, showed up about 7:45 w/the wood chipper and truck. It took them about 4 hours to give the tree a Crown Reduction and Thinning it out by about 25%!

However, when they left, you wouldn't have known they were even there, unless you'd seen the tree earlier. They cleaned EVERYTHING up and chipped it up! Then took theirs blowers and blew the rest, into my other neighbors yard!  I was fully satisfied! I never have liked him!

This was a pleasant experience from the initial phone call, through the completion of the job! My 93 y/o neighbor said, they were very nice and accommodating to her! She was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Arbor Care and I will use them again when I need. If you're in need of Tree Service, don't hesitate to call Arbor Care! Had some difficulty connecting as he missed first appointment window 9:30-11:30 on a Saturday  and lost my phone number (it was in phone calls, texts and the initial request). The screen shot he sent of the phone call attempts didn't show any calls until nearly 5PM on Saturday.
When I messaged him Monday he apologized and came out promptly.
Did a great job - fast, professional and a great job cleaning up.
It would be five stars except for the communication mishap.

I went in today to look at Indian laurels. Jake was very helpful in showing me the different options and prices. He also gave me the information for delivery as well. He was kind to let me know there was a location closer to the city I was building in and I will be sure to order.

For this trip I  bought me some aloe vera soil and I'm excited to update my garden.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had an open complaint with Moon Valley since June. They refuse to address my concerns. I filed with the BBB and the representative from MV has lied to the BBB that they have been in contact with me and that I signed off on service calls. I was not at home both times a crew was sent out. The second crew was sent out because the sales person was NOT happy with the job when she drove down my street. I contacted 4 individuals within the organization and not one person has contacted me back. My complaint stemmed from the fact that they billed for services not provided. I agreed to pay for what was done..but not what wasn't. Beware..they take your money upfront and proclaim satisfaction guaranteed but if you have issue with work done...it's crickets. Many other nurseries out there that deserve your business over MV.

UPDATE: MV continues to provide false information to the BBB about this dispute. They have stated that I was present with all work and signed off on it. Easily disproven by my employment records. Besides poor customer service, add dishonest to the list. I will say that this may just be dishonesty of the one employee responding on behalf of the company to the BBB, but their actions are determining the companies reputation.

Great service. Jose did an excellent job removing a dead palm tree in our backyard -- roots included. He did it in a very timely manner and was professional and frien. Definitely recommend

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Our sweet acacia tree, half of it just broke off aNd needed soon wine to come remove the broken piece and assess the tree. I called and they came soon after. Very professional. Good price. They came promptly the next morning andter envied the tree and stump. They had all the equipment and crew. Cleaned up nicely. Excellent job.

Joe and his workers are AWESOME! Highly communicative, quick and efficient, and very professional from beginning to end. I did a lot of research into other arborists, and Bassett Tree Service was my top choice- and I was not disappointed! I am SO impressed with this company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional tree service specialist.

Stephen and his crew are great. Used them for trimming our four 40'+ palm trees and wrapping them in lights. They also wrapped our three 20'+ cactus in lights. Excellent job. They arrived as scheduled, communicated any questions, cleaned up after, and had fun while doing it. I highly recommend them!

I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. Fabulous from start to finish! Swift , free estimate, no pressure, excellent ofc follow up, great ease of scheduling. Jon Bora and his team are the best- they professionally trimmed our very overgrown and twisted front palo brea tree and backyard tangled Chilean mesquite without butchering them. Trees look amazing and just in time before the big storms- certainly we would have lost at least one tree with likely property damage had they not trimmed them so expertly. Yard areas completely cleaned up when finished, and neighbors' yards cleaned up, too.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
