I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

Just got my kitchen countertops done and they are absolutely gorgeous! Fábio, Cesar and Ellen did an amazing job! From beginning to end they were professional and patient with me as I had some kitchen delays due to my kitchen installer being late on the project.

It was an easy and enjoyable process! The finish of the slab is beautiful. They also left everything clean once they left.

Wow! These guys are awesome. Not only are they professional and efficient, they went above and beyond today. They cleaned up my husband's unfinished projects in the yard and helped him troubleshoot a leak we've had for years. They absolutely did NOT have to do that. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a tree trimmed... or a husband.

The ArborCraft team was great to work with.  I needed a large Elm tree removed and ArborCraft provided me with a fair quote for removal and stump grinding.  They were also able to accommodate my scheduling request.  The crew is kind, professional, and knowledgable.  There was a small mishap with a landscape light but ArborCraft went above and beyond -- going to Home Depot to buy a replacement and installing that replacement the very next morning.

****Update*****The owner, Jerry, reached out to us and was very apologetic for my experience and asked if he could make this right for us.  He not only cared about the service we got, but he was also patient in waiting for me to get back to him to schedule this.  He came out and took a look at what was done and offered a partial refund for what we had paid for services AND to make it right.  He followed through on all he promised and cleaned up the trees, made sure the job was done right and they look great.  He's now also serviced some of our neighbors too.  He really cares about his company and assured us he addressed any issues with his crew who had fallen short of the standards he expects to deliver to his customers.  I have since recommended him and will call him again next year for trimming.  *****

I could not decide on two or three stars and here is why.  I initially called another tree company who advertises pretty heavily for a quote prior to contacting Arbor Care.  The other company gave me a pretty high quote and the representative seemed pushy to make a sale and gave me a long list of things he said I needed to do.  I searched online and found Arbor Care and saw all of the great reviews.  When Clayton came out exactly on-time, he was VERY nice, professional and most importantly honest.  I was so impressed with Clayton that I didn't hesitate to choose Arbor Care. The website even showed photos of their certified arborists on actual job sites. I did later ask if certified arborists also do the work as well as the consultation, and was a little concerned to hear they didn't but was assured the crew had proper training.  

The reasons for my lower rating is that the crew that came out did not have an certified arborist there to at least oversee what these guys are doing and that seemed to become obvious.  When they advised me they were done, I noticed that one of my trees still had two large branches rubbing and growing into each other.  Something Clayton advised would have to be remedied.  When I asked the worker about this, he said he'd have to call his boss to tell him what he should do.  He did some additional trimming to relieve what was happening with these branches after checking with his boss.  I felt that for the fee that is charged to trim these large trees and to advertise as certified arborists - they should also be there to at least oversee the project to ensure all proper trimming.  The guys were nice, but I felt like I had regular landscapers there to actually do the work.  It left me concerned about the care and trimming of all of the other trees without something obvious to see and hoping the others were trimmed as they should be.

The second reason is that I had three large trees removed.  The workers removed the trees and just buried the drip lines to where they were no longer even visible.  I called later that day about this to ask if they had capped those lines and was told they aren't irrigation specialists, so they don't do anything with those.  I could later tell they didn't, as I started to try to dig for them myself and all I've reached so far is wet dirt.  So the ground is being watered where the trees used to be.  I now have to have a landscaper find these lines and cap them hoping they haven't been cut as I did find a couple pieces of irrigation lines in the leftover debris after all the trimming. The mess they left could have been better cleaned up too.  There was a lot of left over tree shavings all in my rocks and grass.

I'm still hoping for is that there is no damage to my irrigation and that since they had to call to ask what to do about one tree, they knew what to do and did the proper trimming on the others.  

Great representative out doing the consults who gave us confidence in what we were getting.  I expected the actual work to be the same and was a little disappointed.

Every year, I've had to find yet another company to do our annual palm tree maintenance and every year I've had some issue (whether scheduling, cost, quality, or attitude) that caused me not to go back to the same company. Not this time! This crew was responsive, gave us an upfront price, fit us into their schedule quickly, arrived on time, did the job fast and well, and just seemed like really nice, professional guys. Next year, I finally know who to call!

I needed two trees removed that had been over trimmed by another landscape service.  Moon Valley Tree Removal was quick to respond, and the two guys that showed up were not only courteous and respectful, but also went over and above to complete the job in a timely manner.  They even made sure any debris was cleared from my neighbors properties.  I highly recommend Moon Valley Nursery for any landscape job.

Loved that I was able to handle everything remotely for my rental property. Tammy was very helpful and responsive.  The crew that came out to complete the work called ahead of arriving, took care of removing a few large bushes and sent pictures of the completed job. Very satisfied!

Nice work removing a 20 year old Jacaranda that was taken down by the past couple of hot/dry years. Trunk ground and all debris removed. Quick, thorough, clean and reasonably priced, thanks guys

Very nice men, good communication prior to appointment and showed up on time, and was a good price. One downside is they did not remove the shrubs and just shaved them down. They will now grow back and we will have to redo the process. Did not catch this before they left.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Edward helped tame a palo verde tree was was left un-kept for several years due to the fear of trimming after a previous poor prune.  With the recent storms several neighbors trees broke due to wind and limb weight.  I was nervous about trimming my great shade tree, but did not want it to also get broken.  Edward came out and explained how he was taught to trim my particular tree - pointing out the effects of the different cuts.  When he was done I was very happy with the results, and really like how the tree looks.

First time we utilized Bassett Tree Service was in May 2020 to remove a tree that was spewing crap into our pool. We also had his crew trim all the other trees. Joe is very responsive via text and will give quotes by text once you send the necessary photos for his review. His prices are fair and reasonable.

In June 2021, we utilized Bassett Tree Service again for additional tree removal due to more spewing of crap into our pool.  We also had Joe's crew plant additional trees. Joe and his crew were professional, friendly and fast. They also cleaned up all the left over debris. Super pleased with Bassett Tree Service! Of course, we would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a great experience with Murphy's Trees. For the initial inspection an arborist came by to explain the various options for what could be done with my tree which did not do well with the heat this summer and provided a competitive quote (I love the bulk pickup discount). On the day of service, the team showed up on time with all the right tools for the job. I was very impressed with how skillfully and efficiently they were able to trim off the dead parts of the tree and clean up after themselves when they were done. The tree had some live branches intertwined with dead ones, as well as being in a narrow entryway surrounded by walls, windows, and bushes. None of the surrounding things were harmed during the service and I couldn't find a single cut on the live branches that had been wrapped around the dead ones which were removed. I was so happy with the job they had done that a few days later I had them do more work on the backyard for me. I highly recommend Murphy's Trees and plan to continue using them for my future tree service needs.

Trying to get a quote for new service. Very non-responsive. If they don't respond to potential new clients, that doesn't bode well for communication with existing clients.

Great work, but only gave 3 stars because Valentine promised to call us back to set up monthly yard service and we never heard back from him. Left a couple
of messages, but our calls went unanswered.

Hayward removed an large ash tree in my front yard which was wedged near the corner of a block wall. They arrived on time & removed the tree that partially hung over my roof without any contact with the roof, which was a big concern for me. Using a crane, the tree removal is done swiftly & efficiently, fed to the chipper & hauled off. They cleaned the entire area afterwards. all debris on my private street, gone. This is an A + professional team. Personable, friendly, addressed every concern I had. Highly recommend. Huge relief this is over! Whew!!!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
