I was very satisfied with the work that paul and son did on renovating my deck and stairs and railings. Couldnt have asked for better. It was done exactly as requested, better than i expected in fact. It was done on time and on budget. Cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for a few other things i have in mind. Excellent work and excellent service..

I got a couple quotes to have a large mesquite and small palm tree removed from backyard.  Roy responded to my messages in a timely manner.  He stopped by house and gave a quote which was a fair price.

Arbor care sent a certified arborist to actually educate us before we made a decision to either trim or remove a very large mesquite tree damaged by more recent monsoon.  He was fabulous and personable.  We decided to have it removed. It was scheduled a week later. The crew arrived earlier than we expected, they came in and never just stood around, they were all hands on deck , cleaning as they were going. We were AMAZED at how they worked as a team with a 'mission'.  They got the job completed quickly and left nothing for us to clean up. They were VERY reasonable and we will absolutely refer them and use them again.

The ultimate in professional service and the tree they trimmed looks fabulous.  Al and his crew went above and beyond what was expected.   They called the night before to confirm they would be out; they did an exceptional job of trimming my fan palm; and they also blew the china berries off my patio and then for good measure,  did the same for my driveway.  They were courteous and respectful in all regards.  I give them two thumbs up!  Additionally, they are bonded and insured.

These guys were great. They were super responsive and very knowledgeable about what I needed. They were very fair with the quote and gave me several solutions to my problem and didn't try to up sell to get me to choose the most expensive option. They got me on the schedule within a week and did an amazing job. Since I was at work, they sent me photos of everything that had been done and recommended future work in the spring and summer.

I will definitely recommend these guys going forward!

At first he appears to be very nice and willing to complete the work but then became polar opposite, unresponsive and indifferent to the work. Leaves yard rubbish behind. Lacks clean and detailed service. Several occasions I had to remind him to please take the garden waste they had left from last time they were here. Gave him time (6 months) for the opportunity to show value to his services but continuously fell short from. I told him I would pay extra, but that we just wanted nice detailed work. They would not rake the pebbled yard.

We had a very good experience with AZ Desert Tree Care - from Julie the receptionist, Ed , Sonny and the team, we were very pleased with their professionalism and with the outcome of the tree trimming/pruning and mistletoe removal services.  Left our yard in pristine condition.  Highly recommend them!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Ed and his team did an amazing job with removing the overgrown branches of my neighbors tree over my pool as well as grind the stump of an 80 ft pine tree we had removed.  He also removed a branch from the neighbors tree that was hanging over my flat roof garage.  As his team was working, multiple neighbors came out and hired them to do work on there trees as well.  I couldn't be more pleased and will use them in the future and recommend them highly!

We had to arrange for someone to remove one tree and trim three others at my 91 year old Mothers' home in Mesa AZ. We live in California and plan to drive our RV there next year when it's safe but for now needed to get bids on the phone. Also needed to be sure we could park under the trees when we arrive next year. See the pictures for how overgrown it was!

Called a number of places before speaking with Joe from Bassett Tree Service. Their price was reasonable and Joe sounded both professional as well as knowledgeable. I accepted their bid later that day and Joe said they'd try to schedule it within the next week. They were actually able to be there two days later and did an amazing amount of work in less than a couple of hours. Very hard working team. Great job. I am so impressed with Drew and his team! I had a giant pine tree that needed to be removed and Drew and his team were very professional to work with and did an absolutely fantastic job! They cleaned up every night before they left, great communication and the work got done on time and better than expected! I would recommend to anyone looking for tree work and will they will definitely be my first phone call for the next tree adventure. Thanks Drew!!!

Fast response and quick service.  I called to have 4 palm trees trimmed, and when the crew arrived, I noticed that we had a branch from a different kind of tree partially broken and about to fall onto wires.  The crew was able to take care of that on the same trip.  They hauled out all of the trimmings and left the yard looking better than when they got there.  Price was very reasonable.

Really impressed with this company! Did a great job with our palm tress and very considerate of my time. I only had two palms to trim, and most companies didn't even bother calling me back. Always gave me a heads up about the time they'd be coming, who was coming, and very reasonably priced and knowledgeable about lawn care - happily answered a lot of my questions about more trees that needed trimming, replanting grass seed, etc. Will use them again!

We recently worked with Hayward to remove a 50 foot tall eucalyptus tree from our backyard, and they were great!  The team member that did the estimate was on time and friendly, the schedulers were easy to work with (rain delayed our removal a few times, but they were in consistent contact with us to find new dates/times), and the removal crew was careful and meticulous.  We had a small issue with the giant crane compacting some of our driveway pavers (again, due to the recent rain), but Hayward had someone come out and fix the issue right away.  Hopefully, we won't be having any other trees removed soon, but if we do, I'll be calling Hayward again!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
