They were on time,did everything we had asked for, were pretty expensive, but on the walk through discovered more to repair than I thought, and the cleaned up nicely afterwards. My only complaint might be some of the wood splices were not as clean as they could have been, which is the main reason I didn't give them 5 stars, and I thought the price was a little on the high side.

Fabio was great to work with along with Aracruz Granite! Beautiful work! Made a special trip on a Sunday to make a deadline.

Two guys from Roys Trees came today to remove a broken Palo Verde.  They were very fast and efficient.  It was obvious they had worked together a long time.  They did a great job and the clean up was great.

Andy and his crew are professional, on time, and listened to what I requested, KEEP THE SHADE  They quoted me over the phone for thinning out the branches for the 25 year old TEXAS EBONY.  The tree has many thorns but Andy climbed the tree and the results are just astounding. i can see the blue sky when standing under the tree which will help during the monsoon storms.  The tree has been thinned out and the branches still provide the shade.  They know what they are doing and could not be more satisfied with the price and job performance.  Highly recommend.

I requested a few quotes via Yelp. Kudos to this company for coming out and giving me a quote in person. This company seems very knowledgeable and the price was high but not the highest. The only reason I did not move forward with this company was the way I was dismissed as a woman customer. Things were going fine until I was told by the sales person on what I should have my husband buy at Home Depot and what my husband can do to reassure the stump is really dead and what my husband can do to maintain the area. Instead, I simply told my husband that we were going with a different company.

Arbor Care came out, gave me a through assessment of my tree and didn't try to upsell me on services my tree didn't need. The price was fair and the work to be done was well explained to satisfy my expectations.

The work was scheduled for the week after the assessment and was completed on the day it was scheduled. The tree looks great; all the deadwood removed and branches were thinned .

I am very pleased with my experience with Arbor Care; the work was completed on the date that it was scheduled, the representatives I dealt with were professional and friendly, and  all for the fair price that I was quoted (no added fees or unforeseen problems).

Will be using again when needed.

Said he would come by to give me a quote per our phone conversation and haven't heard back from him after a follow up text. Maybe it's because we only had one tree to trim and he wants big jobs only????

After my post we received a call from the owner to come by which he did the next day. Price was not competitive however for one tree and we were able to have our one tree trimmed for 1/2 the price he quoted the next day.

I had a question about a newly planted tree, not by them. The lady took my question and said she will give it to their expert which she did. They asked for pictures which I sent and they got back to me explaining what it was that I wanted to know about. I am very impressed because most businesses today want to come out and charge you for any question. While I didn't have any work done, I wouldn't hesitate on using them in the future.

Just bought seven trees. Wes and Eric were great and treated us respectfully. They took their time helping us and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come the next time we need more landscaping.

They were very friendly and did great work! They removed three trees (two small and one medium sized) and grinded all the stumps in just under 3 hours. The price was very reasonable / competitive. They showed up on time and left the yard super clean like they weren't even there - highly recommend

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Our landscaper said our big Acacia tree in front of the house had to be removed and all other trees pruned.  Thanks to a quick response and walk thru with Eddie, neither had to be done!  He was on time, knowledgeable and gave me Fish Fertilizer to help the tree.  Eddie didn't charge for the service call or the fertilizer!  I will call AZ Desert Tree Care for all of our arbor needs.  Will refer to my neighbors! Needed to have a 30' ficus removed from our yard. Saw great reviews about Bassett Tree Service and gave them a call. Joe, the owner, got back to me quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to move our appointment up a week ahead of schedule when his schedule opened up. His crew of six came out the following morning and attacked that tree with more hustle and efficiency than I've seen during any project we've had done at our house. In less than an hour the tree was gone, stump ground down, and yard cleaned up. Would never know a tree was ever there. Couldn't be happier and gladly endorse Joe and his guys to anyone needing a large tree project handled quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price.

Excellent communication.  I needed to fan palms trimmed and a diagnosis of my tree in the front yard.  Stephen showed up promptly, worked diligently and have my trees looking excellent, all for a reasonable cost.  Will use him annually to maintain my palms.

Jose and his team were excellent.  He was very responsive and communicated well.  He speaks English and Spanish.  Jose was quick to take a look and give me an estimate for a small palm tree removal and trimming of my large date palms.  He showed up the next day to quickly take care of it.  They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.  For me, that is a big deal.  I appreciated his team and will use them on a regular basis for trimming now!!

This is our second year in a row using Valentin and his company to trim our palm trees. They are communicative, respectful and efficient. The day before they arrived to trim our trees, Valentin called to confirm their early morning arrival. I mentioned they may wake our sleeping baby. Unbeknownst to me, he heard that and instructed his crew to not use power saws. They spend more time and energy doing the work to accomodate a passing remark, not even a request. They're my guys for the foreseeable future.

hayward is not an arborist...he is a tree hacker that says 1 thing & does another. i had the worst experience with hayward tree service. he quoted me price to trim my olive trees so no pollination or olives. a complete hack job which didn't complete what he agreed to do .... then wanted to charge me extra to finish. avoid hayward tree service - the worst in the tree business.
hire a reputable arborist!!!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!
