Bought all new flooring from Baker Brothers. I had the best experience with both Deborah Nelson who helped me pick out the flooring and setting everything up and the Installer! Best customer service ever. I highly recommend!

Garage floor looks great!!  Excellent service and product. We also had our back patio done (different product) and that turned out just as good as the garage floor.

They did such a good job, we are now using them to install ceiling racks in the garage.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. We have been using Cruz for everything for more than 9 years. He installed all of the new air conditioners in two houses we bought, and maintained and repaired the units in our current house. He always explains the costs, and never pushes a more expensive repair. He is prompt, courteous, and very personable. We would never consider using anyone but Cruz.

Kevin is an expert craftsman and consummate professional. He was communicative, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Kevin for quality work at a fair price.

We do not have enough great things to say about Alejandro Garcia! He completed a whole guest bathroom remodel for us and it turned out perfectly. He was super patient and kind throughout the whole process- brought over tile trim samples when I was indecisive and listened to all my design ideas! He moved our shower drain, added plumbing for the vanity and rotated the toilet as well. He's definitely a Jack of all trades and does high quality work at a very reasonable price. We are recommending him to everyone we know!

We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

I highly recommend Dave Richardson and his crew for care and restoration of saltillo tile floors. They're punctual, professional, and really know the business. My floors look terrific!

Joe was GREAT to work with and on top of it!  Frank did a beyond EXCELLENT job with my kitchen back splash!  A hard glass tile was used, making the job that much more difficult.  It turned out perfect!  We could not be more HAPPY with the outcome, the cost, and GRATEFUL for their work ethic and Franks passion for perfection.  We highly recommend Envy Flooring LLC!

My realtor recommended Master Stone Care to repair our travertine floor. Steven came out on short notice to give us a quote. He gave us a quote on repairs but recommended that we also consider having the floor polished and sealed. Based on a quote I received two years ago, I knew his price was more than fair.

He squeezed our project in right before he started a new one and it was well worth the money. The floor looks good as new. Our only complaint is that we took so long to do it in the first place. I wish I had before and after photos because the difference is astounding! Would highly recommend him!

We have used AZ Classic Floors for a number of projects, they have all turned out amazing!  Daniel is professional and takes great care in his work.  We are very happy!

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional.  The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business.  I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY!  Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out.  I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later.  Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

5 Stars all the way around!!! And 10 Reasons why.

1. Heath showed up at our expected appointment time, he did not keep me waiting for my estimate. He gave me the price before he even left my home. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything!

2. Heath and his team showed up at 8:00AM on the dot, the day of our appointment,  as promised.

3. Heath worked one on one with me regarding my preferred color of stain, he worked on it until I got exactly what I wanted and never made me feel like a bother for being particular.

4. Very gracious regarding my obnoxious barking dogs I had locked up in the bedroom while they worked the 1st day.

5. Completed the job a day ahead of schedule and I could NOT be happier with their work! They took my 85 year old wood floors (that I was told would have to be covered up with laminate or new wood) and they made them gorgeous again.

6. Pricing is beyond fair for the level of professionalism, quality of craftsmanship, and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Very competitive pricing.

7. Absolutely no additional or add-
on fees. I knew exactly what I was paying before they even began the job.

8. Heath and his crew were very kind and gracious men, I was so happy I chose them over all of the others. As a former home renovation worker, I noted the high quality tools they provide their team with.

9. Heath graciously educated me regarding any questions or concerns that I had. I felt very comfortable with him even before the job began.

10. After finishing it the job, They Never solicited an line review, or anything from me. This is why they are getting one now. Use This Company. You will not regret it. All the way around excellence.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.

We recently ordered carpet from Lowes at the Carefree Highway/Cave Creek location. We then received a text from the designated installer Eclipse Flooring. We were horrified to see the terrible reviews on them at Yelp.  We immediately called Eclipse to tell them of our concerns based on their reviews and the completion of the installation- patterned carpet, angled rooms, and dozens of stairs. They promised to send their best installer and they did! Jose' Francisco Luca and his son did a fantastic job!  He recalculated the installation because Lowes computer layouts were for a standard carpet, not patterned.  Jose' is an artist- not one visible seam and a continuous pattern throughout. Good man, great personality, and professional carpet installer. We highly recommend him and his son, and suggest you request them for your installation.
