ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

My name is Paul Wagner and I first began installing carpet, vinyl and wood flooring in 1985 as a pilot project for two Home Depot stores in Florida. Clearly it worked out well as all Home Depot stores throughout the U.S now provide installation services. Ten years later I went into commercial flooring installing millions of sq.ft. of flooring in high profile profile projects including the Orlando County Courthouse, N.A.S.A. Space Center, FAO Schwartz and dozens of grocery stores, retirement homes and hotels.
In 2003 I came to the Phoenix valley area and I have worked with countless Builders, Property management companies, Landlords, Businesses, House flippers and Homeowners.
I truly enjoy the transformation that results from a quality installation of a new floor.

There should be more stars to reflect the exceptional customer service and outstanding results by Cal and Integrity carpet cleaning! :-)

We have a wool area rug in our family room in a bright pattern that is gorgeous but there is no hiding spills and stains. We had this rug cleaned by other carpet cleaning services but never with the superb results by Integrity carpet cleaning. Our rug looks like it did when it was brand new. It's brilliant and fresh!

Cal is so polite, responsive and accommodating. He truly believes in Customer First. We highly recommend Integrity Carpet Cleaning and they have loyal and happy customers in us!

Great service. The price was unbeatable. About half the price of competitors. The installation was quick and the result is perfect. Paul went out of his way a couple times to deliver and pick up carpet samples. I would highly recommend Integrity carpet and flooring to anyone looking for a great service at a great price.

I am so glad to have found Paul, owner of the establishment to install my wood floors. I was first referred to another flooring contractor by my painters and was weary when I found out that they quoted me materials claiming to be "contractor price" upcharged at 100% margin.. I started to talk to 4 other flooring installers after that including Paul, 2 of them could not make timing work. I knew that Paul would do a great job once I talked to him.. it's a craft in my opinion to put in wood flooring and I knew he was not going to make everything matchy matchy but actually would take time to make my floors look amazing which he did. His price is also very reasonable compared to other installers and he was patient in helping to walk through every question that I had being first time in a project of this sort. When the glue that I bought ran out, he even went as far as finding a match that would work closer to the one that I ordered online that was not carried in any other stores. When I re reviewed his video, I would like to vouch that it truly encompasses his mission...honest and there to please and do a good job for his clients. He is indeed a gem and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or family. 6 stars if I can!

We had our downstairs carpet replaced with Integrity Carpet & Flooring. The company called us back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. Paul, was very helpful in picking out our carpet of choice. Clean-up and installation were excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. So happy we found a company we can count on, and look forward to working with them again.

Paul is honest, professional and saves you time, money. I am Realtor and investor and can`t explain how important to work a guy that you can trust and work gets done. I believe Paul help me with 6 homes less then 6 months.
