Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

We are so happy with the look of our floors, especially the kitchen floor.

My husband was set on tearing out the tile in the kitchen, but Rob (and team) made it look so beautiful with a much more affordable, timely, and comfortable approach than my husband's upgrade idea.

We will have the team out to work their magic on the rest of the house in the near future.

Oh I forgot to mention that we previously had Rob's team fix and brighten every tile counter, including the grout. Of course all of these surfaces look fantastic.

They really added a special sparkle to our entire hacienda.

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

This is a long review, but necessary in order to understand how wonderful East Valley Floors truly is.
First time homeowners here. We made the classic mistake of purchasing expensive, nearly impossible to install [well] 40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile to replace the drab shag carpet in our 40 year old midcentury modern home. In an attempt to make-up some of the material cost, we skimped on the install and hired an unlicensed individual. We immediately realized our mistake after the first room. The tile was not level, grout lines were all over the map, cuts were poorly made. We were forced to forfeit our deposit and spend the next month on our hands and knees, prying up each tile one-by-one, in order to start again.
On our 2nd round, we sought a licensed and bonded contractor (he will remain nameless), who boasted of his 20+ years of tiling experience, and how he'd laid football fields-worth of our precious wood-look tile. We felt confident that we were in good hands and our nightmare would soon be over. To our utter dismay, his work proved to be even worse than the first guy, and he was dismissed after the first room as well. Feeling heartbroken and defeated, we spread a large area rug over his tile job, left the remaining 850sqft of boxed tile on two pallets in the garage, and lived with bare concrete floors and smelly carpet for another year.
Enter Von and Luis from East Valley Floors - our saving grace and light at the end of the tunnel. After a very positive recommendation from a colleague, we decided to give it one last go. Von, the President of East Valley Floors, met with us on a Saturday, as we were very apprehensive and insisted we both be present. Von listened to our sob-story, measured our rooms, made great suggestions (direction of the tiles, trimming off and laying the tile under the door casings that we plan to replace, etc.) and ensured us his company was up for the task at hand. We were cautiously optimistic at best, but decided to put our trust in Von and signed another contract.
About a week after signing the contract, Luis arrived to install our 4x40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile. He was prompt, prepared, and very pleasant. First, he used a concrete grinder to grind down and even out high and low spots on our base floors. Then, he utilized leveling system clips (which are not cheap) to ensure all the tiles were level - in addition to the grout spacers. He worked quickly and I'm not sure he ever took a break. He began our install on a Thursday morning, and even worked on Saturday to keep the momentum going. We were instantly impressed by his craftsmanship and ethic. Luis not only did beautiful work, he did it in record time. He briefed us at the start and end of each day, so we always knew what to expect. Luis laid the tile, grouted, and we were moving back into our rooms in under a week. The "it's too good to be true - I must be dreaming" feeling lasted for a while before our wonderful new reality sunk in. These really are our gorgeous new floors. We've already started planning our next project with them.

Wow, someone shows up exactly when they say they will??? These guys did. They did everything we agreed upon at an exceptionally reasonable price. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. These guys rock! This is not a friend or family review, completely honest, you'd better hire them if you need flooring removed.

Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt and easy to schedule. He is very knowledgeable with carpet. He fixed mine perfectly and even went above and beyond with tacking areas down that poked your feet if you stepped just right and reversing a tack strip that was installed wrong. I was so appreciative of the extras he did. He gave me an estimate based on rooms that needed help and stuck with that....NO surprises.
He even sent me the before and after pictures.

This is my second time using Starr Cleaning. They are on time, professional and courteous. They are great with pet spots and make our carpets look brand new. They also touched up on a large area rug. Their prices are fair and competitive.  I highly recommend!

Needed to clean floor tiles urgently since our furniture is arriving the next day. Called GCS at 11am. Mark was very polite and professional; I told him about the furniture situation but forgot to tell him I had 20 boxes that had to be moved. Mark showed up at 3pm with cleaned my tiles thoroughly. He refused to charge more for having to move the boxes. Mark is professional and more importantly, honorable. I couldn't be any happier with his work and will definitely give my future tile or carpet cleaning jobs to GCS.

Charlie and team are super awesome. My veterinary clinic needed to have our drive way resurfaced and they came through. It wasn't a routine resurface as we found out we had a water main leak and some underground electrical issues. They were super helpful with both and our parking lot is going to look fantastic. Thank you guys!

I usually don't write reviews but Alfredo did an amazing job repairing my concrete. He was fast to respond and gave a reasonable quote. I will definitely use him again. Great job!

I needed my den filled with concrete as I had a 8 step down.   They were timely and professional.  They cleaned up when the job was completed.  The work was done very well.  I highly recommend them.

Mike was easy to work with and got my job done quickly. Communication was prompt and he answered all my questions. His crew is professional and his products are great quality; pricing seemed on point. I would use them again for our next project.

I reached out on their website and filled out their forms for getting an estimate.  I didn't hear back in a few hours so I called and left a message.  That was 2 days ago - still nothing.  Really disappointing as I have an insurance claim that we need to get a bid for repairs to a wall that a truck drove through.

This company was wonderful!  Ignacio is very professional, honest as well as great pricing.  He replaced a front yard sitting area, walkway and backyard planter.  They look perfect and his attention to detail was refreshing.  He did a great job with the pitch so that when it rains there are no areas of standing water.  Thank you!

Ken and his team just finished remodeling our kitchen and widening our living and dining room walls.  We are so happy with our vision coming true and the quality of work Ken and his crew provided for our remodel.   They were true to our time line and finished the project in just 4 weeks.  I will certainly hire Armstrong Innovations in all our future projects.

The owner and I had an unpleasant exchange when he came to our home for an estimate. We chose not to use Sierra Harwood Floors in our new home due to this.  I was planning on doing a severe review plus giving Sierra a one star rating, but later in the evening after the unpleasantries, the owner called my husband and per what he said, seemed apologetic.  We did not contract with Sierra Hardwood Floors so I am unable to give a review on their workmanship.

The guy can lay tile but didn't complete the entire job we paid him to do. He's extremely unreliable. We paid him up front for work and he didn't complete the job but never reimbursemed us the money we gave him. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.
