Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

After struggling with D.R. Horton on grout residue that was left on my floors I hired Rob and Crew to clean and seal my tile. I have to say they are by far the best contractor I have dealt with. The floor looks fabulous! I have used them three times now. They always arrive on time and are professional. They are a family business that clearly cares about their customers. You won't be sorry if you hire them. Prices are reasonable too!

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

My wife and I were referred to EVF by a friend. We called to get a price quote to carpet the master bedroom, the owner Von came out to the house same day and gave us a fair and honest quote. Just because I like to know the market I had two other flooring companies come out and quote the same space, they were pricier with a cheaper carpet and pad. So we called Von and his crew was over the next week. The carpet went in and looked fantastic, Von even stopped by to make sure the work was up to par. Couldn't say enough about the good honest service that is so hard to come by these days. We are having our two guestrooms carpeted next week with East Valley Flooring and will continue to go for our flooring and counter top needs in the future.

These guys came to remove tile for me to help me get ready to lay down new laminate.  The workers were focused and efficient. They quoted me $1800.00 to do the requested area. The work was more involved than they expected and took longer.  I agreed to pay an extra $200 and in return they agreed to haul off some carpet I tore up.

I took away a Star because they left one room unworkable. They didn't want to damage the wood under the linoleum so they left the floor uneven in one room. I had to call another company and pay more money to have the floor prepped properly. Most of the work they did was as expected... but I did pay extra and have to hire a 2nd company to finish the job

Chris was great!  He was pleasant, courteous, prompt, and did a great job of repairing my carpet.  I would highly recommend him.

Jake and his team were so great to work with. They did a move in deep house cleaning as well as a carpet clean on our new home right after we closed escrow and I felt so much better moving into a clean home. I requested quotes from at least 6 companies and Jake was the first to respond (9pm on a Friday night). He had great customer service and an even better price quote for us. I will definitely be saving their number for the next time I am in need and I recommend you call them as well.

Mark was super quick to respond, was priced right, and is a local business. Showed up early, set up quick and got to work. Great chat with him and gave me lots of tips and tricks on how to clean and maintain my tile and grout, even though he was here just to clean my carpets. Super nice guy, carpets look brand new! Look forward to having him back again next time the carpets are due for a deep clean!

Charlie helped me fix a fence on my house as a condition of sale, I had a really limited window of opportunity to get it fixed. Charlie got right on it and had it fixed that weekend! His guys and him kept the job site super clean and were really respectful of my neighbors, most of all it was quality work!

Alfredo was quick to respond and provided a quote that beat the others that I got. There was a delay in the delivery of concrete, which has more to do with the current construction situation in Arizona and nothing to do with Alfredo. He was quick to explain the situation.
His work was high quality as it shows in the photos. I could tell he knows his stuff and the pads will hold up well.

Reuben and crew did a great job on a concrete patch job. Very responsive over text, good price and good work. Showed up when he said he would. Very nice guy too. Much appreciated!

My brother in law referred me to Lumby Concrete after he had his driveway poured. I needed a walkway from driveway all the back to my patio.  I contacted Mike and he came out the next morning to give me a quote.  Since I knew the quality of their work and the price quote was within what I expected, I scheduled the job.  They called and asked to come out a couple days earlier than scheduled which was fine with me.  They took a day to dig and frame and a day to pour and smooth out the concrete.  It looks great and couldn't ask for a better contractor, on time, they call and keep in touch/communicate with you.

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Ken Armstrong of Armstrong Innovations:  FRAUD ALERT for custom kitchen and bathroom remodel.  The old common contractor practice of fraud is alive and well, and I found it in Anthem, AZ.  He's an underskilled laborer who took our money and hired another equally unskilled subcontractor, and together, they ruined all 3 of our expensive countertops.  Ken's highly distracted and disorganized, and has enormous difficulty staying on any task, so he didn't, with us.  He instead started something else, and never quite finished anything he started, but he had no problem asking for lots more money for his shoddy workmanship while overcharging by thousands.  He kept and hid the receipts to himself, despite more than one request for them, leading to suspicion about his questionable business practices, since he already lied to us about his availability and about showing up for work, and he had covered the damaged wood he installed in our home with blue tape over it.  He called this "custom design."   We would soon discover that we had legitimate reason to confirm our suspicion was true, and to fire him, to prevent further financial loss. "It's no big deal" not to show up for work, he said, with a childish, unprofessional excuse, representing the best of what I saw of his business acumen.  He's excessively arrogant about what he does badly, and he did it all badly.   From the brown water discharge from my new plumbing he installed, to the white tile he poorly grouted and failed to correct, to the stone flooring he discolored with his dirty sealant, to the damaged and scarred wood he installed, to the pocket door he hung wrong per installation instructions he didn't read, to the countertop fiasco with no one using published installation instructions, resulting in uneven and unlevel and unusable surfaces, and to all other numerous issues he created for himself, he blamed his blatant installation errors on everything else BUT himself, offering faulty logic for his costly shortcomings, never admitting he grossly misrepresented his capabilities, and himself as a reputable businessman. He walked off our job during his subcontractor's countertop installation, so he could bid on another project.  I watched as no level and no measuring tape was used, resulting in a sloppy countertop I can't use because of gross height and leveling deficiencies.  "That's just crazy", he said, when I inquired about his need to measure the range for its custom height requirements in preparation for the countertop installation.  Putting countertops on before putting cabinet doors on was one of his very bad judgments.  "Trust me", he said about his countertop subcontractor, whose last name and business card he withheld from us when asked, so that we could follow up with our Silestone 15 year warranty that we will never see that he failed to produce for us after we paid for the material and the installation.  While he was hired to work with us, he was evasive and unavailable.  He offered us whatever we asked for in our custom design, then told us he had lots of experience with it, then left us completely inconvenienced with poor attendance, poor quality work, and failing to honor his word of being available to us for his assistance with our custom project.  He offered to spend some of his contracted time picking up and delivering our tub, toilets, and larger purchases for us, but, he left us to do it for ourselves.  He said that he would help us with design ideas and specific material selections for our custom design, but didn't, then rudely blamed us for delaying him, leaving us hanging and causing us further delays, such that we had to ask for the face to face meeting with him in writing, that he refused.  He refused to guarantee his work, and then insulted us before asking us for 4500 more dollars the next day.  He made excuses for the 3940.00 problem he created with the countertops, then walked away from the project.  Completely abandoned with no contact for over two weeks, he left us with poor workmanship and leaky plumbing and no cabinet doors.  He cashed our 5000 dollar check without depositing any of it.  "When is Ken coming back from vacation?" asked one of his subcontractors, during the time period he was given to fix the identified errors in our home, while time ticked away towards his given deadline.   His lack of integrity and ability to follow through with his approaching deadlines describe his style.  You deserve to know in advance that he doesn't make his own cabinet doors, but he never told us that until just before he abandoned the project, when we confronted him about his poor quality work and asked for that face to face meeting that he refused.  This dog is not worth the filing fee to take to court, but I'd love to show a jury the pictures and video of what he thinks is good work. Underskilled, unethical, and blatantly dishonest is what we experienced. Countertop subcontractor works for business whose license is suspended by ROC.

We bought an old home and we were not sure if the floors were salvageable or if they needed to be replaced. Scott looked it over and was able to restore the existing floors. They look beautiful! I am so happy with the quality work and have amazing floors! We will recommend Sierra Hardwood Floors to all of our friends looking to get their floors done. Thank you!

These people did horrible job. They left one and half inch gap on the edge and then filled it with grout. And when I asked them to clean up the grout film they didn't do anything. I would strongly suggest that you find another tile man.
