Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

We reached out to quite a few places to get a quote for our bathroom floor, shower and tub. Dustbusters was one of the few that were willing to do the remainder for our shower and our whole tub.

Others had responded with a long wait time of 3-4 months or tried to make it seem like we were getting a great deal on the job.

When Mike, the owner reached out, we unfortunately had a COVID scare in our house and didn't get back to him that fast. Nonetheless, Mike fit us into his schedule rather fast. When he and his crew showed up, they were absolutely professional and courteous. They were completely understanding of us having young children in the house, protecting our carpet and getting the job done efficiently and quickly as well as explaining why it would've been that much harder to do myself.

As they were getting done, Mike came down vacuuming every inch of carpet they had gone near. Other than seeing the bare subfloor, it was as if they were never there because it was so clean. We absolutely plan on calling them back in the future when we're ready to start remodeling downstairs and need to remove the tile flooring from multiple rooms. This was money well spent.

Excellent work and a very nice, professional guy! My dog ripped up the transition from tile to carpet after getting stuck in a closet and Chris made it look good as new. He had the exact match of carpet and took care to transfer the padding so it would feel the same from from one piece of carpet to the next. Very impressed!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Following up on my last review. This awful cleaning company ruined my viscose rug ($3,400 rug). They cleaned it with the wrong cleaning solution and soaked the rug leaving it yellow, crusty, and with brown marks everywhere. The owner Jake asked me to give him a chance to fix it, so I allowed the owner to take it to a shop and fix it even though viscose is one of the most sensitive fabrics and should NEVER be soaked because it weakens the fibers. The owner Jake said he would have it back to me in about a week. It took him three weeks to get it back to me. I had an email exchange with the owner, and he said if I am not satisfied with the rug, he will replace it with a new one. I gave him a chance. Three weeks later, Jake didn't allow me to come to his warehouse, and he said he would come to my house with another guy and see if it was to my standards. He wouldn't even send me a photo of the rug before coming over because he didn't feel like unrolling it. Two men show up at my condo, Jake and another worker. The second they started unrolling the rug in my living room, I saw the damage caused, and I said I am not accepting this rug. The material was shedding EVERYWHERE, and the edges looked incredibly worn. Jake started to gaslight me, saying it looked great, and I said this looked nothing like the rug I had. He continued to gaslight me, even saying it was an old rug (HE NEVER EVEN SAW IT IN PERSON BEFORE THE CLEANING, so he was utterly gaslighting me). Side note I am a woman, and I was home alone, and he was taking advantage of me being alone and fighting for myself. He refused to listen to me, so I told him to leave with the rug and replace it. He laughed at me and said he was not replacing it and kept unrolling it, so I can now see even more damage to the rug. It's piling ALL over and looks like an old sweater that has been washed 100 times. I am furious at this point, and he did not do what he promised, "I will replace your rug if it's not to your standards." I told the men to leave my home, or I will call the police. It was a horrible experience. After they went, the rug was unrolled completely, and I just started crying. The shape was destroyed too. The edges are no longer straight (due to the shrinking of the rug from being soaked). And I noticed the viscose was much lighter than it used to be, and later I found out that soaking a viscose rug with remove the dye. There are still yellow/brown spots on the rug. The owner took ZERO responsibility for ruining my rug. And the worst part is that all the damage has been done, and the fabric is now SUPER weak. I can never clean the rug again because each time, the fibers just fall apart. I am so upset about how I was treated by this owner, Jake. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and sent them photo evidence and our email exchanges, but the owner, Jake, has not responded to the Attorney General yet. I gave a couple of weeks for him to respond before I wrote this review, but now since he is ignoring the Attorney General's emails and letters, I want to warn everyone not to use this company. Save your rugs and stay away from this company!!!!!

Called who I assume is the owner about their $39 groupon special. He quickly informed me that the carpets wouldn't be fully cleaned this way and this is basically a wasted service. The only way the carpets would be fully cleaned is with an additional $0.25/sq ft pre-conditioning treatment.

Why are you offering a half of a service, then trying to pull a bait and switch?

The No Limits crew did an amazing job on my patio and walkway.  They came in on time and knocked the work out in no time. They provided great communication and handled their business.  They were very transparent from beginning to end and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done.  My family could not be happier with the work they did to our home!

We had Alfredo out in 2020 to install some concrete around the outside of our house where we were having rodent problems. He and his crew created a great usable patio space that has done an excellent job keeping pets and moisture out of the crawl space. They also added a sloped barrier to one side of the home where we were concerned that irrigation could get in. Highly recommend him and his team as they are creative and do solid work.

I needed to have a block walls made for our new entry door and Rueben was happy to help.  The price was reasonable and he definitely knew what he was doing.  Throughout the process he was constantly making sure the block walls were straight and equidistant apart for our new door.  Whenever I decide to do concrete pavers in my patio I plan to call Silva Brothers Concrete again.

Great work and great price compared to all the other companies I had bid our project! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Travis gave wonderful customer service!

Loved these guys ! Very professional and completed my job in a timely manner. Have since had them come back to do warranty work with no issues like you hear about from other companies who once the job is done and they have your money won't honor the warranty on their work. I've had them back to add on to what they did and I will use these guys again for all my outdoor projects ! Top notch! Well done DSSG!

I requested quotes from several businesses and Jose Hernandez's team (his son, I believe) was the only one to read my full request and actually retain it. They requested to come to the property for a full quote (I wanted each wall quoted separately) and while the older gentleman spoke Spanish, his son (?) translated in better English than most people speak for themselves. He was clear, accurate, and had a better recollection of my original request than I did. That alone blew me away. Then they gave me a quote - on the spot - that was lower than any others I got. They later arrived on time with all materials needed and built ~40ft of block fence in less than a day, including a new RV gate and laying a small concrete pad. Furthermore, it all looks fantastic. Cannot wait to have them come back to do the rest of my property.

This company was wonderful!  Ignacio is very professional, honest as well as great pricing.  He replaced a front yard sitting area, walkway and backyard planter.  They look perfect and his attention to detail was refreshing.  He did a great job with the pitch so that when it rains there are no areas of standing water.  Thank you!

Ken Armstrong of Armstrong Innovations:  FRAUD ALERT for custom kitchen and bathroom remodel.  The old common contractor practice of fraud is alive and well, and I found it in Anthem, AZ.  He's an underskilled laborer who took our money and hired another equally unskilled subcontractor, and together, they ruined all 3 of our expensive countertops.  Ken's highly distracted and disorganized, and has enormous difficulty staying on any task, so he didn't, with us.  He instead started something else, and never quite finished anything he started, but he had no problem asking for lots more money for his shoddy workmanship while overcharging by thousands.  He kept and hid the receipts to himself, despite more than one request for them, leading to suspicion about his questionable business practices, since he already lied to us about his availability and about showing up for work, and he had covered the damaged wood he installed in our home with blue tape over it.  He called this "custom design."   We would soon discover that we had legitimate reason to confirm our suspicion was true, and to fire him, to prevent further financial loss. "It's no big deal" not to show up for work, he said, with a childish, unprofessional excuse, representing the best of what I saw of his business acumen.  He's excessively arrogant about what he does badly, and he did it all badly.   From the brown water discharge from my new plumbing he installed, to the white tile he poorly grouted and failed to correct, to the stone flooring he discolored with his dirty sealant, to the damaged and scarred wood he installed, to the pocket door he hung wrong per installation instructions he didn't read, to the countertop fiasco with no one using published installation instructions, resulting in uneven and unlevel and unusable surfaces, and to all other numerous issues he created for himself, he blamed his blatant installation errors on everything else BUT himself, offering faulty logic for his costly shortcomings, never admitting he grossly misrepresented his capabilities, and himself as a reputable businessman. He walked off our job during his subcontractor's countertop installation, so he could bid on another project.  I watched as no level and no measuring tape was used, resulting in a sloppy countertop I can't use because of gross height and leveling deficiencies.  "That's just crazy", he said, when I inquired about his need to measure the range for its custom height requirements in preparation for the countertop installation.  Putting countertops on before putting cabinet doors on was one of his very bad judgments.  "Trust me", he said about his countertop subcontractor, whose last name and business card he withheld from us when asked, so that we could follow up with our Silestone 15 year warranty that we will never see that he failed to produce for us after we paid for the material and the installation.  While he was hired to work with us, he was evasive and unavailable.  He offered us whatever we asked for in our custom design, then told us he had lots of experience with it, then left us completely inconvenienced with poor attendance, poor quality work, and failing to honor his word of being available to us for his assistance with our custom project.  He offered to spend some of his contracted time picking up and delivering our tub, toilets, and larger purchases for us, but, he left us to do it for ourselves.  He said that he would help us with design ideas and specific material selections for our custom design, but didn't, then rudely blamed us for delaying him, leaving us hanging and causing us further delays, such that we had to ask for the face to face meeting with him in writing, that he refused.  He refused to guarantee his work, and then insulted us before asking us for 4500 more dollars the next day.  He made excuses for the 3940.00 problem he created with the countertops, then walked away from the project.  Completely abandoned with no contact for over two weeks, he left us with poor workmanship and leaky plumbing and no cabinet doors.  He cashed our 5000 dollar check without depositing any of it.  "When is Ken coming back from vacation?" asked one of his subcontractors, during the time period he was given to fix the identified errors in our home, while time ticked away towards his given deadline.   His lack of integrity and ability to follow through with his approaching deadlines describe his style.  You deserve to know in advance that he doesn't make his own cabinet doors, but he never told us that until just before he abandoned the project, when we confronted him about his poor quality work and asked for that face to face meeting that he refused.  This dog is not worth the filing fee to take to court, but I'd love to show a jury the pictures and video of what he thinks is good work. Underskilled, unethical, and blatantly dishonest is what we experienced. Countertop subcontractor works for business whose license is suspended by ROC.

The owner and I had an unpleasant exchange when he came to our home for an estimate. We chose not to use Sierra Harwood Floors in our new home due to this.  I was planning on doing a severe review plus giving Sierra a one star rating, but later in the evening after the unpleasantries, the owner called my husband and per what he said, seemed apologetic.  We did not contract with Sierra Hardwood Floors so I am unable to give a review on their workmanship.

They did a wonderful job. From providing the initial estimate to doing the demo and install, they were quick efficient and professional. Would highly recommend Amazing Flooring Solutions. Courteous staff And the price was right!!!!
