After struggling with D.R. Horton on grout residue that was left on my floors I hired Rob and Crew to clean and seal my tile. I have to say they are by far the best contractor I have dealt with. The floor looks fabulous! I have used them three times now. They always arrive on time and are professional. They are a family business that clearly cares about their customers. You won't be sorry if you hire them. Prices are reasonable too!

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. If you're a do-it-yourselfer, please read.  I have removed carpet and installed a floating hardwood floor and have gotten a lot of compliments on it the professional looking job- even from professionals.  This made me extra confident when I thought I could rent some tools for a few hours and remove the tile and hardwood from my house.  Luckily, I did not try.  Three people with the proper tools and know-how took three days to remove my flooring - the hardwood was glued down with some adhesive that had the ability to hold extremely firm to the concrete slab yet soft enough to let every joint separate and look terrible (the original install was definitely a DIY job - a poor one too)  They were able to remove the flooring and remove all of the glue and thinset from the slab to prep the floor for a vinyl tile installation.  My house was treated with respect and was clean every single day.  The workers showed up on time every day and they worked a full day.  They definitely earned their money on this job.  I highly recommend.

They are booked because they are awesome.  Charlie gave me a bid over the phone according to my square footage measurement for a driveway.  Charlie came out a couple of weeks later to look for himself what the job was.  The bid did not change.  Everything was included in the original bid even after they found an old tree buried in the area.  They dug it all out and hauled it off and set the forms.  It was just him and his son.  Concrete came 2 days later and they brought the finish guy.  They all did great work.  I am very happy with the whole process from beginning to final clean-up.  Highly recommend.

I contacted Alfredo through Yelp and he responded with a text not long after. He gave me a quote and luckily someone canceled and he was able to pour a pad for my hot tub 3 days later. He showed up and we went over where and how I wanted the pad poured and they went right to work. They worked hard all day and when he left I had my pad completed other than having to water it 2 times. It's worth mentioning he was $700 or more cheaper than the quotes I got. I would definitely recommend Alfredo to anyone needing concrete work done!

Excellent service and job. Could easily tell that Ruben has been doing this for years.  Just an excellent process from beginning to end.  Price was not steep. They were in and out in one day. Can now enjoy our area. Thank you guys!

We had Mike and Travis pour concrete for an extended driveway, and it turned out gorgeous.  They were exceptional at communication and got the job done in a few hours.  They were on time and very reasonable on price.  We will have them out again to do more work in front of our house.  Best of the best.  Thanks guys for a fantastic job!

We love the results of our Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass project.  It was said that our back yard now looks like a resort!  Daniel was wonderful to work with.  He & the top-notch workers where AHEAD of schedule.  It was amazing how quickly the project was completed & so well done.

WOW! Can't believe the work Jose, his son Alejandro, and friend Julio did today!! First, they were here bright and early right when they said they'd be, 6:30 am. They reinforced the base of our pool wall facing an alley that was crumbling and becoming unstable. We talked with other craftsman and decided to go with Jose because of his well-thought our solution and reasonable estimate. And they are really nice.  They worked efficiently, and got the task done with a minimum of noise and disruption. Nine hours our wall is fixed - with a sturdy, rebar-reinforced bumper the length of the section. They cleaned up so nicely after themselves ... all I can say is WOW!! We would hire Jose every time we needed concrete or paver work done.

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Ken Armstrong of Armstrong Innovations:  FRAUD ALERT for custom kitchen and bathroom remodel.  The old common contractor practice of fraud is alive and well, and I found it in Anthem, AZ.  He's an underskilled laborer who took our money and hired another equally unskilled subcontractor, and together, they ruined all 3 of our expensive countertops.  Ken's highly distracted and disorganized, and has enormous difficulty staying on any task, so he didn't, with us.  He instead started something else, and never quite finished anything he started, but he had no problem asking for lots more money for his shoddy workmanship while overcharging by thousands.  He kept and hid the receipts to himself, despite more than one request for them, leading to suspicion about his questionable business practices, since he already lied to us about his availability and about showing up for work, and he had covered the damaged wood he installed in our home with blue tape over it.  He called this "custom design."   We would soon discover that we had legitimate reason to confirm our suspicion was true, and to fire him, to prevent further financial loss. "It's no big deal" not to show up for work, he said, with a childish, unprofessional excuse, representing the best of what I saw of his business acumen.  He's excessively arrogant about what he does badly, and he did it all badly.   From the brown water discharge from my new plumbing he installed, to the white tile he poorly grouted and failed to correct, to the stone flooring he discolored with his dirty sealant, to the damaged and scarred wood he installed, to the pocket door he hung wrong per installation instructions he didn't read, to the countertop fiasco with no one using published installation instructions, resulting in uneven and unlevel and unusable surfaces, and to all other numerous issues he created for himself, he blamed his blatant installation errors on everything else BUT himself, offering faulty logic for his costly shortcomings, never admitting he grossly misrepresented his capabilities, and himself as a reputable businessman. He walked off our job during his subcontractor's countertop installation, so he could bid on another project.  I watched as no level and no measuring tape was used, resulting in a sloppy countertop I can't use because of gross height and leveling deficiencies.  "That's just crazy", he said, when I inquired about his need to measure the range for its custom height requirements in preparation for the countertop installation.  Putting countertops on before putting cabinet doors on was one of his very bad judgments.  "Trust me", he said about his countertop subcontractor, whose last name and business card he withheld from us when asked, so that we could follow up with our Silestone 15 year warranty that we will never see that he failed to produce for us after we paid for the material and the installation.  While he was hired to work with us, he was evasive and unavailable.  He offered us whatever we asked for in our custom design, then told us he had lots of experience with it, then left us completely inconvenienced with poor attendance, poor quality work, and failing to honor his word of being available to us for his assistance with our custom project.  He offered to spend some of his contracted time picking up and delivering our tub, toilets, and larger purchases for us, but, he left us to do it for ourselves.  He said that he would help us with design ideas and specific material selections for our custom design, but didn't, then rudely blamed us for delaying him, leaving us hanging and causing us further delays, such that we had to ask for the face to face meeting with him in writing, that he refused.  He refused to guarantee his work, and then insulted us before asking us for 4500 more dollars the next day.  He made excuses for the 3940.00 problem he created with the countertops, then walked away from the project.  Completely abandoned with no contact for over two weeks, he left us with poor workmanship and leaky plumbing and no cabinet doors.  He cashed our 5000 dollar check without depositing any of it.  "When is Ken coming back from vacation?" asked one of his subcontractors, during the time period he was given to fix the identified errors in our home, while time ticked away towards his given deadline.   His lack of integrity and ability to follow through with his approaching deadlines describe his style.  You deserve to know in advance that he doesn't make his own cabinet doors, but he never told us that until just before he abandoned the project, when we confronted him about his poor quality work and asked for that face to face meeting that he refused.  This dog is not worth the filing fee to take to court, but I'd love to show a jury the pictures and video of what he thinks is good work. Underskilled, unethical, and blatantly dishonest is what we experienced. Countertop subcontractor works for business whose license is suspended by ROC.

Last year in July my I pad exploded..leaving a whole in the floor that went all the way to the floor joists. I was devasted...I loved my Historic oak floors. Insurance would have replaced them all..but I was grieving for the original floor, it seemed to me that nothing could replace them. After contacting many contractors, none of them would support the idea of salvaging them..I tried to accept the Idea of new floors..Just agonizing the loss.

Then I called Scott. He came out right away! On a Sunday! finally there was someone who got it! Scott and Bob did not only get the job done, They are wonderful people with a very strong work ethic. they did a beautiful job and and I could be more pleased with the out come. After they completed the job..I wanted to give them more money than agreed to..In a world of ripoff contractors...these guys gave me hope again. needless to say they are highly recommended!
