Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

Desert Tile & Grout was highly recommended by a friend so we had no doubt that the results would be sterling. As it turns out, this company exceeded our expectations. Our travertine floors have never looked so sparkling and the grout stain is a perfect match. We give highest marks to this family-owned and operated business. We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

This is a long review, but necessary in order to understand how wonderful East Valley Floors truly is.
First time homeowners here. We made the classic mistake of purchasing expensive, nearly impossible to install [well] 40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile to replace the drab shag carpet in our 40 year old midcentury modern home. In an attempt to make-up some of the material cost, we skimped on the install and hired an unlicensed individual. We immediately realized our mistake after the first room. The tile was not level, grout lines were all over the map, cuts were poorly made. We were forced to forfeit our deposit and spend the next month on our hands and knees, prying up each tile one-by-one, in order to start again.
On our 2nd round, we sought a licensed and bonded contractor (he will remain nameless), who boasted of his 20+ years of tiling experience, and how he'd laid football fields-worth of our precious wood-look tile. We felt confident that we were in good hands and our nightmare would soon be over. To our utter dismay, his work proved to be even worse than the first guy, and he was dismissed after the first room as well. Feeling heartbroken and defeated, we spread a large area rug over his tile job, left the remaining 850sqft of boxed tile on two pallets in the garage, and lived with bare concrete floors and smelly carpet for another year.
Enter Von and Luis from East Valley Floors - our saving grace and light at the end of the tunnel. After a very positive recommendation from a colleague, we decided to give it one last go. Von, the President of East Valley Floors, met with us on a Saturday, as we were very apprehensive and insisted we both be present. Von listened to our sob-story, measured our rooms, made great suggestions (direction of the tiles, trimming off and laying the tile under the door casings that we plan to replace, etc.) and ensured us his company was up for the task at hand. We were cautiously optimistic at best, but decided to put our trust in Von and signed another contract.
About a week after signing the contract, Luis arrived to install our 4x40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile. He was prompt, prepared, and very pleasant. First, he used a concrete grinder to grind down and even out high and low spots on our base floors. Then, he utilized leveling system clips (which are not cheap) to ensure all the tiles were level - in addition to the grout spacers. He worked quickly and I'm not sure he ever took a break. He began our install on a Thursday morning, and even worked on Saturday to keep the momentum going. We were instantly impressed by his craftsmanship and ethic. Luis not only did beautiful work, he did it in record time. He briefed us at the start and end of each day, so we always knew what to expect. Luis laid the tile, grouted, and we were moving back into our rooms in under a week. The "it's too good to be true - I must be dreaming" feeling lasted for a while before our wonderful new reality sunk in. These really are our gorgeous new floors. We've already started planning our next project with them.

Wow, Mike and his two helpers were fast.  They removed a little over 400 sf of ceramic tile and thinset in about 5 hours. They also grinded down a couple cracks in the cement slab under my carpet so it is level.  They left the floor of the house clean and vacuumed, almost dust free:)  I would definitely recommend this company.

Tip: I have a hoover floor cleaner, so I poured a little water on the cement and vaccuumed it up.  It was surprising to see how much cement came up with this cleaning, several cups.  To prevent the cement chalk from getting on our shoes, I sealed the walk ways of the slab with high gloss cement sealer. Goes on quickly with a window squeegee and hardens the top layer.

If you need your carpet replaced/repaired/looked at. I would call Chris. He did an excellent job, was affordable and on time.

I always call Starr Cleaning when it's time to get my carpets cleaned. They do a great job! Brandon showed up today and was so very professional and polite! He showed up on time, and you can't beat the price they charge. I'm a very happy consume.

After my tenants of 2 years moved out, I needed to have the tile and grout cleaned at my rental property within a short window of time to correspond with other repairs.  GCS promptly responded to my request for a quote and was able to do the cleaning service within one week of reaching out to them, which I greatly appreciated!
GCS was completely transparent about the cost of their services when I spoke to them over the phone- and no additional fees or hidden charges were incurred beyond this when they came to the property to measure and do the work.
Mark showed up on time for our scheduled appointment (15 minutes early actually), and he was very professional, knowledgable, honest and overall a very friendly, hard-working guy.
My floors are roughly 10 years old and consist of a light brown tile with tan grout and now look fantastic- like brand new! I had some paint splatters on the floor that Mark was able to get out and overall I am extremely happy with the work and my experience with the company from start to finish.
GCS was the most affordable for tile and grout cleaning that I came across- so give the price, quality, and outstanding customer service I received, I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

When things fell through with our landscape designer, my wife and I were looking for a dependable contractor to help us transform our backyard.  Our main focus was to have a section of concrete replaced along with installation of our new paver patio and bbq island foundation.  We had several contractors give us bids, however, Charlie (owner) was probably the most thorough and spent time to explain everything and answer all our questions.  

Charlie is one of those old school contractors that say it how it is and will take the time to explain everything. You can tell that he's experienced in his craft and is willing to share his knowledge. Although his crew was booked solid for a few months, it was well worth the wait.  Charlie shot me a text 2 weeks out and confirmed the start date. He showed up on time and completed the job a day early.  There's no doubt in my mind that he and crew have a strong work ethic and are willing to make the customer happy.

Don't be afraid to give him a chance. If this review didn't convince you to use him, then maybe the other 50 5-Star reviews will.  We have several other projects lined up with him, except he doesn't know it yet ha.

Excellent service and job. Could easily tell that Ruben has been doing this for years.  Just an excellent process from beginning to end.  Price was not steep. They were in and out in one day. Can now enjoy our area. Thank you guys!

Used this excellent company to put in a walkway through my gravel along the side of my house to the back patio and a separate pad for a garden shed. They showed up on time. They did a great job and the walkway looks wonderful. Travis and his father were easy to work with. Their helpers were very hard workiThe cost was reasonable. We are very pleased with the concrete pads and synthetic grass installation done by Diamond Stone.  We liked that this operation isn't a one man show.  There are people to answer the phone, give quotes, multiple crews to do the type of work requested and a final cleanup crew.  The representative doing estimates took a picture of the areas, inserted exact measurements and perimeters and emailed it along with a detailed scope of work.  From past experiences with contractors, this is far better than relying on memory.  This wasn't the cheapest bid we got, but believe it to be fair market price with warranty guarantees for labor and product.  All the staff were friendly and respectful.  How much did we like doing business with them is simple! We hired them again in a week for additional turf!  We've had multiple neighbors come by to say how nice it looks and ask for a referral. Thanks to Diamon Stone for giving our home some curb appeal.

Got back to me with an estimate for adding blocks to our block fence within hours. Sent them pictures. Thank you.

We have used Ken for over a decade and on at least 15-20 projects.  Great guy with great communication skills.  Always happy with his work and his prices.  He has worked in our home while we on vacation and we never had any issues.  I have also flipped a couple houses and used Ken on those projects.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Simply the best, professional, hard wood flooring company around!!  Our floor is beautiful.  How does 'on time and under budget' sound?  You don't hear that much regarding construction projects these days.  The other amazing part - we had an unrelated issue with an area of a floor that was located in another room (not part of the project) and mentioned it to Scott and he offered to lend my husband a specialized tool so that we could simply do the minor repair ourselves, saving us money.  We have grown tired of construction companies not doing what they say they will do and not following through - Sierra Hardwood Floors is NOT one of those companies!  Reliable, fair and trustworthy.  The best!  A big thank you to Scott and Sierra Hardwood Floors!  Would strongly recommend.

I totally recommend amazing flooring Solutions, Shannon Cash did an excellent job my wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The tile was perfectly laid and set within 2 days. He was thorough in explaining the process and care for tile. Shannon even went over and Beyond to explain future tile patterns to help us decide the direction of the flow.
