Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

About two weeks ago, we started looking for a company that could "seal" outdoor travertine tiles.  Ours were installed beautifully around our pool, patio, walkway, edges of the driveway and front entry.  It was less than a year old and in great condition, but we wanted it to stay that way.  After an extensive search, we came up with three names - one was a national company that dispatched its crews out of Florida, two were local.  We ended up speaking with only two - the third couldn't get us a quote for several weeks.  The first thing we learned was "you don't want to just 'seal' travertine."  There's a process by which they fill in the naturally porous stone with a fine sand, then go through several other steps to get to the final reveal - a stunning look that brings out all the beautiful colors of the stone.  We told the two with whom we spoke that we especially liked the look of our travertine when it was wet, and both companies said that's the look we'd get.  While we believed both would have done a fine job, we felt most comfortable with Rob - an easy to talk with straight shooter.  He came out a week later with his son, Nick, and helper, George.  They completed the job in one day, and it came out exactly as expected.  Bravo!

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Von and his Team at East Valley Floors were quick and efficient at both, the removal of the old tile flooring and the installation of our new tile. While not the lowest in cost of the bids we got from other companies, East Valley Flooring WAS the company that was the most thorough in their quote, the most informative in terms of educating us on the different options available and the most professional. The workmanship on the installation is nothing short of spectacular! Thank you Von!

Let's just open with Mark is the best!! So, this is a long story, but it really shows you the heart and soul of an honest, compassionate and hard working man and business owner.  So, we came to move my daughter into her new rented condo on Monday, August 15th. When we arrived the house was very dirty, to the point we couldn't move her in (cat stains on the carpet, etc..). Along with the dirt the air conditioning was not working.  I had one day to help her because I live out of state and was on a flight at 6 am the next morning.  I saw Mark cleaning another condo in the complex and begged him to come and please clean our carpets.  He said he was booked for the day, but would stop by to give us a price and when he might be able to fit us in. Mark came over as he promised and gave us a fair quote for carpet.  He could see the predicament that we were in and offered to work late that day to help us out. He scheduled us for an after 5 PM carpet cleaning. And we were thankful to have that time but luck was on our side and Mark had a cancellation in the middle of the day and was able to come early to clean our carpets. Unfortunately for Mark the air conditioning had just started to work and it was not the best working conditions for carpet cleaning, but Mark was professional and did a beautiful job on our carpets and never complained. I will use him again and I would recommend him to everyone I know!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Charlie and his team at No Limits Concrete and Construction...They just finished an awesome job of a driveway and patio expansion along with a post tension slab that will be used for a pickleball court. I rarely take the time to write a review but I am compelled to recognize the outstanding customer service and work of Alfredo. Most concrete companies are so busy they wouldn't even respond to a homeowner who needed a small job done. He not only responded right away but gave me a reasonable bid based on my photos and dimensions I sent him. He followed up by scheduling the work the same day and text me the day before to let me  know he would be there. The attention to detail of keeping everything clean and using the best techniques to assure the would was done properly were amazing. Take a look at the before and after photos. I requested quotes from several businesses and Jose Hernandez's team (his son, I believe) was the only one to read my full request and actually retain it. They requested to come to the property for a full quote (I wanted each wall quoted separately) and while the older gentleman spoke Spanish, his son (?) translated in better English than most people speak for themselves. He was clear, accurate, and had a better recollection of my original request than I did. That alone blew me away. Then they gave me a quote - on the spot - that was lower than any others I got. They later arrived on time with all materials needed and built ~40ft of block fence in less than a day, including a new RV gate and laying a small concrete pad. Furthermore, it all looks fantastic. Cannot wait to have them come back to do the rest of my property.

This company was wonderful!  Ignacio is very professional, honest as well as great pricing.  He replaced a front yard sitting area, walkway and backyard planter.  They look perfect and his attention to detail was refreshing.  He did a great job with the pitch so that when it rains there are no areas of standing water.  Thank you!

Ken and his team just finished remodeling our kitchen and widening our living and dining room walls.  We are so happy with our vision coming true and the quality of work Ken and his crew provided for our remodel.   They were true to our time line and finished the project in just 4 weeks.  I will certainly hire Armstrong Innovations in all our future projects.

Simply the best, professional, hard wood flooring company around!!  Our floor is beautiful.  How does 'on time and under budget' sound?  You don't hear that much regarding construction projects these days.  The other amazing part - we had an unrelated issue with an area of a floor that was located in another room (not part of the project) and mentioned it to Scott and he offered to lend my husband a specialized tool so that we could simply do the minor repair ourselves, saving us money.  We have grown tired of construction companies not doing what they say they will do and not following through - Sierra Hardwood Floors is NOT one of those companies!  Reliable, fair and trustworthy.  The best!  A big thank you to Scott and Sierra Hardwood Floors!  Would strongly recommend.

I would think twice about using this guy. I have gotten a couple quotes ended up going with this guy because he was super nice and lives in Maricopa where I live so I thought it would be super easy for him.First off I asked him twice if I could use a credit card he said both time yes. When he came to get the money it ends up you really can't he said he would take off a couple hundred for the miss information and that did not happen. Work was supposed to start the 11th and be finished the 15th. Come the 11th I hear nothing from him so I text him to make sure he is coming he said yes he was sorry he thought he let me know he would be here at 1. He was late well every time he was supposed to show up he was late EXCEPT to get the money he was early and wanted to move the date up to get the money. So here comes the 11th did about 15 min of work that was it and left. The 12th comes hear nothing from him till 1:53pm he tells me he did to much today he was tired. I asked him what time we would be here the 13th no response. The 13th I text him again advised him if he couldn't do it we needed to cancel I needed this to be done on time. He tells me he can't come but would be done by Friday. 14th comes he says no I can't finish by Friday I could have never done. That so annoying why tell people you can do something and you can't? He tells me again he will take a couple hundred off the price since he can't do what he said.. That again never happened. Maybe if he wouldn't have skipped so much work it would have been done. So now here I sit the 22nd have not heard from him AT ALL and a bathroom that is not finished.  Do your self a favor and find someone else that wants to do the job and finish the job. This guy has an excuse for everything!!!! So I filled a case with the state on his license now we have to wait till June 12th for the inspector to come out so far this guy has not responded. RUN!!!!!!

Quality of work well I could have done better. He does not know how to use spacers or a measuring tape. Tiles have different spacing what takes two seconds to see. Tile is not cut in a straight line at all. Tiled over the water connection and no water was coming out from the faucet he only left a space big enough for the pipe so that part of the tile needs to come down. Drain on the floor was coming so far out of the floor other guy needed to put two layers down to make it higher. Nothing is level. He must have watched a few youtube videos and thought he could call himself a pro so sad.
