Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

We had a tile installer put sealer on our new ceramic tile--it was a mess! I was so upset--Desert Tile and Grout saved my new floor!! Rob, Tim and Nick worked so hard, made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. I cannot say enough good things about them and their service.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. This is a long review, but necessary in order to understand how wonderful East Valley Floors truly is.
First time homeowners here. We made the classic mistake of purchasing expensive, nearly impossible to install [well] 40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile to replace the drab shag carpet in our 40 year old midcentury modern home. In an attempt to make-up some of the material cost, we skimped on the install and hired an unlicensed individual. We immediately realized our mistake after the first room. The tile was not level, grout lines were all over the map, cuts were poorly made. We were forced to forfeit our deposit and spend the next month on our hands and knees, prying up each tile one-by-one, in order to start again.
On our 2nd round, we sought a licensed and bonded contractor (he will remain nameless), who boasted of his 20+ years of tiling experience, and how he'd laid football fields-worth of our precious wood-look tile. We felt confident that we were in good hands and our nightmare would soon be over. To our utter dismay, his work proved to be even worse than the first guy, and he was dismissed after the first room as well. Feeling heartbroken and defeated, we spread a large area rug over his tile job, left the remaining 850sqft of boxed tile on two pallets in the garage, and lived with bare concrete floors and smelly carpet for another year.
Enter Von and Luis from East Valley Floors - our saving grace and light at the end of the tunnel. After a very positive recommendation from a colleague, we decided to give it one last go. Von, the President of East Valley Floors, met with us on a Saturday, as we were very apprehensive and insisted we both be present. Von listened to our sob-story, measured our rooms, made great suggestions (direction of the tiles, trimming off and laying the tile under the door casings that we plan to replace, etc.) and ensured us his company was up for the task at hand. We were cautiously optimistic at best, but decided to put our trust in Von and signed another contract.
About a week after signing the contract, Luis arrived to install our 4x40" rectified edge porcelain plank tile. He was prompt, prepared, and very pleasant. First, he used a concrete grinder to grind down and even out high and low spots on our base floors. Then, he utilized leveling system clips (which are not cheap) to ensure all the tiles were level - in addition to the grout spacers. He worked quickly and I'm not sure he ever took a break. He began our install on a Thursday morning, and even worked on Saturday to keep the momentum going. We were instantly impressed by his craftsmanship and ethic. Luis not only did beautiful work, he did it in record time. He briefed us at the start and end of each day, so we always knew what to expect. Luis laid the tile, grouted, and we were moving back into our rooms in under a week. The "it's too good to be true - I must be dreaming" feeling lasted for a while before our wonderful new reality sunk in. These really are our gorgeous new floors. We've already started planning our next project with them.

Wow, Mike and his two helpers were fast.  They removed a little over 400 sf of ceramic tile and thinset in about 5 hours. They also grinded down a couple cracks in the cement slab under my carpet so it is level.  They left the floor of the house clean and vacuumed, almost dust free:)  I would definitely recommend this company.

Tip: I have a hoover floor cleaner, so I poured a little water on the cement and vaccuumed it up.  It was surprising to see how much cement came up with this cleaning, several cups.  To prevent the cement chalk from getting on our shoes, I sealed the walk ways of the slab with high gloss cement sealer. Goes on quickly with a window squeegee and hardens the top layer.

Very satisfied with Chris and definitely recommend him and will use his services again in the future.   Found him via a Google search, sent me to Yelp, messaged him in Yelp and he promptly replied, set up a time, easy breezy.

The work itself was just two spare bedrooms of carpet that needed restretched.   Chris texted me with his ETA, showed up right on time. All I had to do was move the light weight stuff out of the way prior to his arrival, he took care of moving the beds as he needed.  About 90 minutes later he was done.  Wrinkles gone in the carpet, beds moved back into place.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Besides the good work, Chris just seems like a nice, professional guy, willing to chat about tangential subjects (for instance he noticed a potential water leak coming thru a window into the wall).   Need some carpet service?  Definitely call Chris!

I've been using start cleaning for several years. I found them on yelp. They are always on time do an excellent job and are very fair priced.

Mark is reliable and affordable! He is super friendly and gives any advice to cut costs. Thanks Mark for a great job on my carpets!

These guys are great to work with! My block wall project was challenging  overall to say the least. Between the weather delays, neighbors, and some of my own changes - Charlie and crew worked hard and kept pushing forward to complete the wall with amazing results. I hope to have them back for some concrete work in the near future.

Alfredo did our job with no assistance, but completed it fast and the work was good.  We had a small job, so many companies had no interest.  Alfredo completed the job in one day, adding a concrete section 17' x 6' to match the existing patio.  All communication was by text and there was no written estimate.  I am happy with the work.

I needed to have a block walls made for our new entry door and Rueben was happy to help.  The price was reasonable and he definitely knew what he was doing.  Throughout the process he was constantly making sure the block walls were straight and equidistant apart for our new door.  Whenever I decide to do concrete pavers in my patio I plan to call Silva Brothers Concrete again.

Call Mike when concrete is what you need. Family business, him and his son Travis make it happen. We contracted Mike to demo a portion of our existing back patio and go back with colored concrete. Mike made it happen, start to finish, 3 days. Cleaned up afterwards like it didn't happen. Mike's got my business, you should give him a call.

We hired Diamond Stone to revamp our back yard- it started out as a giant dirt patch with a busted aluminum shed, and became a beautiful, comfortable backyard oasis that we can now LIVE in. But not only was their work great, their customer service was fantastic. Rafa was responsive, diligent, and communicative throughout the whole project, and made it a low stress experience over all! See pics attached- we couldn't be happier!

Jose is amazing. I've been using him now for over a year.  He responds in a timely manner and always shows up when he says he is going to.  He does do more than just concrete (although that's his specialty). I've used him now for several projects and he always does an amazing job. He's reasonable in price.  He's my official go-to guy for concrete, brick, gates, etc.

If you are looking for a company that is exemplary at pavers, this is the one to contact. They are a small business who do a very professional job. Everyone who visits comments on how nice the pavers look. Workmen who come to my house often ask for their contact details.

I had them widen my drive, replace the front sidewalk, add a sidewalk on the side, and expand the rear patio so I had more entertainment space.

My daughter had them replace her front walk and patio, plus the entertainment area in the back.

Both of these paver installations look great and upgrade the properties.

Ken was a true professional. He was prompt, called before he showed and was prepared for the job.  He brought ideas to the table I had not considered, which in turn made the outcome that much more impressive.  He is incredibly skilled at his work.  He takes his time, is thoughtful, and above all, takes pride in his work.  We were extremely happy with the work he did and continue to hire him for additional jobs.  We will of course refer him to everyone we know as well!  Thanks Ken!!!

Simply the best, professional, hard wood flooring company around!!  Our floor is beautiful.  How does 'on time and under budget' sound?  You don't hear that much regarding construction projects these days.  The other amazing part - we had an unrelated issue with an area of a floor that was located in another room (not part of the project) and mentioned it to Scott and he offered to lend my husband a specialized tool so that we could simply do the minor repair ourselves, saving us money.  We have grown tired of construction companies not doing what they say they will do and not following through - Sierra Hardwood Floors is NOT one of those companies!  Reliable, fair and trustworthy.  The best!  A big thank you to Scott and Sierra Hardwood Floors!  Would strongly recommend.

Shannon did a fantastic job installing my kitchen backsplash.  He was on time, knowledgeable, clean and friendly.  I will defiantly be using Amazing Flooring solutions again.
