Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

After struggling with D.R. Horton on grout residue that was left on my floors I hired Rob and Crew to clean and seal my tile. I have to say they are by far the best contractor I have dealt with. The floor looks fabulous! I have used them three times now. They always arrive on time and are professional. They are a family business that clearly cares about their customers. You won't be sorry if you hire them. Prices are reasonable too!

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. Von and his Team at East Valley Floors were quick and efficient at both, the removal of the old tile flooring and the installation of our new tile. While not the lowest in cost of the bids we got from other companies, East Valley Flooring WAS the company that was the most thorough in their quote, the most informative in terms of educating us on the different options available and the most professional. If you are looking to remove your flooring, these guys & their dustless removal process are worth EVERY penny!

Our neighbors had remodeled only their bathroom and they have horror stories about the thick layer of fine dust & particles during that and how still, to this day, they are dealing with it to some degree.  (Allergies, still cleaning, etc.)

We had Capital Tile remove the flooring from our entire house, while we live and work in it during our reno.  I know our floors were a mess when they started (hey, we knew they were getting ripped out) and these guys cleaned up after they were done.

I would highly recommend chris. He did an excellent job with my repair. He arrived on time, communication was consistent, repair was done quick, and he was able to work within my price range. Hopefully i will not need any repairs in the future, but chris will be my first call if I do.

Starr cleaning did a great job on my furniture, the prices are very reasonable. The Service tech was  professional and  friendly.

Mark was awesome in finding a time that he could fit us in so last minute.  He was even a little early for our appointment.  He did a great job, our carpets look almost new! His prices are very reasonable and when it comes to a reliable trustworthy businessman, I would recommend Mark!  We will definitely being using him again in the future!

I cannot recommend Charlie and his crew enough. When I called to get an estimate, he scheduled me within a couple of days of that call to come out and provide the estimate. Charlie gave me a very thorough explanation of the job, cost, etc. I could tell he had great pride in his work and great attention to detail. He was booked up for quite a while, but great work is worth waiting for. We had our driveway and patio extended and we love it! Charlie kept his time commitment (actually started prepping earlier which worked out wonderfully) and started and finished the job when he said he would. He and his crew worked efficiently and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. I was so impressed with everything from this company: price, communication, work, speed. Thanks, Charlie for having such a great business!

I usually don't write reviews but Alfredo did an amazing job repairing my concrete. He was fast to respond and gave a reasonable quote. I will definitely use him again. Great job!

Ruben came out and not only beat two previous quotes but offered to take out a tree and beat the quotes on that as well.  I had to wait until HOA approved and when we got the approval Silva Brothers started the job the very next day!  Ruben and crew were professional and definitely have experience laying concrete.  They were meticulous to detail even digging out the water meter box to make it level.  I would highly suggest you talk to Silva Brothers for your next concrete job!

I cannot say enough good things about Lumby Concrete. Travis was honest from day one about what he could do and he did an outstanding job!! You will not be disappointed!! I'm so happy that I can't stop staring at my concrete :).

We had mainly rock throughout our whole yard and wanted grass and travertine. Diamond stone did a great job and super happy with the results!

Jose did fantastic job, more than what I had asked.  He kept me updated about his arrival time, gave me a 30 minute window.  Got to work quickly finished the job and cleaned up.  Very polite, professional and honest, you can't ask for much more in a contractor.  I will definitely use him again, and will recommend his to my friends.

Nacho and Jose are truly first class! Their professionalism and attention to detail sets them apart! They are on time and on budget. Nacho is truly an artist! I highly recommend them for any paver job you have! Honest, trustworthy and just nice people!

We have used Ken for over a decade and on at least 15-20 projects.  Great guy with great communication skills.  Always happy with his work and his prices.  He has worked in our home while we on vacation and we never had any issues.  I have also flipped a couple houses and used Ken on those projects.  I would recommend him to anyone.

His work is professional and well done.  That's the end of the good news.  Scott is a full on nightmare to deal with, he trashed the house and refused to make repairs, he left the place a filthy mess while his "assistant" sat on the floor playing video games and I had to threaten to take him to court in order to finish the work.  His idea of finishing the work was to stand there and watch my GC do his work.  He is also an inveterate liar and not to be trusted - not to mention expensive.  Go elsewhere.

Hired Shannon to lay tile and do a shower renovation. He quoted 7-10 days to do the job. One month later we had to fire him because the job wasn't even half way done and he estimated the amount of tile needed wrong . We had to order more expensive tile twice and it still was not enough  due to his bad cuts and waste.

We ended up having to demo his work and hire a new contractor to fix all of his mistakes. His work ethic is horrible late every day or missed several days. He is very messy and deceiving would definitely not recommend this guy.
Ended up costing us an additional $5000- $7000
