had two RV gates and a standard gate installed in July of 2022.  quote was fair. installers were good. two weeks after they were installed numerous boards warped significantly.
sent at txt to Abraham he said he'd replace them just give hI'm some time.  gave him a month txt again. said he would be out soon.   gave him another month. txt again. then he said if I replaced them he'd pay me. I said I wasn't going to do that. I wanted the boards replaced.  no response.  txt agin said when can I get them replaced. then he said I caused it because I didn't let them dry before I stained them.  I said that I didn't  stain them. they are just as they were installed. no response. this was over the course of 6 or 7 months.  I have all the txt communications and the pics I sent him.  i guess I should have know to not hire off Craigslist. Lesson learned

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

So happy they were able to come out and do this right before Thanksgiving.  More room for folks to eat outside!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

I did just that and envision landscaping came in with a very competitive quote so along with this and after meeting Rafa I decided go go with this company. Strongly recommend and when I do my front yard I'll be calling them back.

I am so happy with the work Colorworks delivered.  We had a vision and they were able to make it happen.  Jeff, Jon and their crew were easy to work with, delivered quality work, were able to work with us despite some hiccups with the permitting process and the cost of the overall project was reasonable.  Will definitely call again!

I contacted Green Valley via Yelp on Sunday to take care of a large downed limb and to do some cleanup around the same tree. I got a reply saying he would be there at 5pm to give me a quote. By 5:30, he hadn't shown up or messaged or anything, and it was starting to rain and blow. It is kind of hard to do a quote in those weather conditions, so I messaged him to see if he wanted to do it the next day. (If he had been there by 5:00 like he said, he would have missed the bad weather).  He asked me how early I could be available the next day, and I said 7:00 am. He replied that he would be there at 7am to give me a quote. By 8:00 am he hadn't shown up, no call or messages, so I headed in to work. He arrived at my house after 9:30am, and since I was already gone, my father-in-law had to give him the rundown of what I wanted done. He gave us a quote, we agreed, and he scheduled the work to be done at 1:00pm the next day.

The next day, I get home for lunch around noon and the crew is onsite and started. So they actually showed up early, which was great.  When they finished, we had to call in to make the payment. The lady we spoke to wasn't ready or able to take the payment, so she called us back later. Later, as we are about to make the payment, we find out they charge an 8% fee to use a credit card. This seems really high, and our original bill was $450, so it adds up quite a bit. This fee is also not advertised on their site anywhere. We asked if the fee could be waived, and we were told that the credit card processor they use charges them that much. I've worked in point-of-sale information technology and I can't say I've ever seen a fee that high. Even the big companies, like Square, charge around 3%. So this didn't seem right. I don't like the idea of paying extra on top of the quote. Obviously the business owner knows that the fee is 8%, so why not build that into the quote in the first place? This would be a better alternative to slapping the customer in the face with it at the end of the job. So we negotiated a bit and agreed on a total price of $430 if we pay in cash.

We agreed to this, and the lady said she would stop by our house between 8:00am and 8:30am to pick up the cash. Unsurprisingly, by 10:00am no one showed up. We went about our day, and got a call at noon from the lady saying she was at our house waiting to pick up the cash. Four hours late!

Based on the company tacking on fees on top of the quote and not seeming to be able to stick to a time commitment, we will not be using them in the future. These behaviors are all the things I don't like about working with these types of companies. I was hoping they would be different based on the reviews, but I was unfortunately disappointed.

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

Great customer service. We're able to work with my schedule and reasonably priced. Lucky they are available.

Ron Casey is tops for concrete! He worked with us flawlessly every step of the way. He went out of his way to communicate with us. He was punctual and arrived when he said he would. His suggestions were fantastic. If you want piece of mind, then Casey's Custom Concrete is the business to hire. Ron does the work himself along with his crew. My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with how our patio turned out.

Robert responded to my quote request very quickly. Unfortunately he didn't offer the service I required, but he was super-responsive, which indicates to me at least that he is a stand-up fella.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our back fence with a sturdy brick wall 90 feet wide. They took great care on not doing any damage to our property and built a fantastic wall. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your wall needs.

I called this AM (the day after Christmas), got a response immediately. Frank and his crew were out within hours. I had heavy furniture, a shed full of junk and some stuff in the garage. He got it all on the truck and was gone quickly. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.
