He came over same day to give me a quote. He measured everything. I told him what I wanted. He quoted me at 13,000 for the work needed to be done. I even sent him alternatives for a quote. However when he sent me the official quote after he asked for my email he sent me via TEXT MESSAGE basically the same thing which did NOT include my neighbors half and broken out according to the different options I was considering. Am I supposed to foot the whole bill???? EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

They left everything very clean and neat. While they were there, I asked about some concrete work I wanted done. They stayed the extra time to complete the work I requested. We hired Cactus Curbing to install a new drip system, install artificial grass, plant a tree, repair a block wall, and build new planters using updated curbing. I highly recommend Colorworks Landscaping. Jon did an amazing job designing our project. We really had no clue what we wanted to do with our front yard after our remodel and Jon had a perfect vision for it. Once we decided on using ColorWorks the CAD drawings they provided really sealed the deal and got us really excited about the project. Jon and Abe were great to work with and Abe checked in with us daily to make sure we were satisfied along the way. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

My backyard needed an overhaul after years of inattention. Manny and his crew were fantastic - they worked with me on price, showed up when promised, and did a great job. They accidentally missed taking down a small tree, but Manny got right on it to make sure that it will be taken care of. From the quote process to the final project day Cristo and his team were nothing but awesome! Initially I had Green Valley remove two trees, they were on time and did a fantastic job. A neighbor commented to me that you couldn't even tell a giant old pine had been there. Their work was so good I contracted with them to do an entire front yard renovation. Cristo listened to my ideas, gave me suggestions to improve and made my dream front yard come true. They were always on time, super friendly (even to my 3 crazed chihuahua's), fair price, quality work and every day they cleaned the job site so you couldn't tell work was being done. I have nothing but positives to say about this company. Use them, you will not be sorry!

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

Ron Casey is tops for concrete! He worked with us flawlessly every step of the way. He went out of his way to communicate with us. He was punctual and arrived when he said he would. His suggestions were fantastic. If you want piece of mind, then Casey's Custom Concrete is the business to hire. Ron does the work himself along with his crew. My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with how our patio turned out.

Robert communicated very well and was on time and did an awesome job. Although our job was small compared to some of his others jobs Robert took the time to do precision work and it turned out beautifully. We will be calling him back for more in the future.

We contacted Adis with Premier Concrete Resurfacing last October to have our concrete slab ground and leveled prior to installing large format porcelain tiles in several areas throughout our home.  Adis did a terrific job with our slab.  After he finished grinding our slab, the large tiles went in very flat.  Nine months later and we are very happy with the end result.

Adis was very careful to keep the dust either contained or routed outside our home.  However, when cleaning up after grinding for 18 hours, Adis' crew spilled concrete dust on our walkway,  We were a little concerned because water alone didn't appear to be able to remove the concrete dust from our dark pavers.  Adis assured us it could be removed and, true to his word, he returned the next day with a stiff scrubbing broom and some soap and personally scrubbed our walkway pavers clean.   We were so impressed with Adis' work as well as his work ethic and honesty.  

If I ever have a flooring issue I would definitely contact Adis first.  And I can confidently recommend PCR for demo, dustless grinding, baseboard, and/or tile and natural wood flooring installation.

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

JNK Landscaping did an amazing job on our backyard. After getting several estimates, we chose JNK because not only was the pricing reasonable, Devin's energy and professionalism really resonated with us. He listens to what we wanted and then literally walked through our backyard measuring the space, giving suggestions and asking questions. We have no experience in designing backyards and our backyard is small so we basically wanted to create an outdoor space for dining and hanging out by the fire. Devin was great in helping us throughout the process!!

From start to finish, it took about 8 days,  the crew was always on time and always made sure to check in with us to confirm our decisions/preferences. We never used our backyard much at all and now we're enjoying the space daily! We are so happy with  their service and work, I recommended them to my mother! Thanks again!!!

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.
