Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. I gave my project dimensions and was sold FOURTEEN extra boxes of tile that they refuse to take back.  My floor looks great but my backyard...not so much with all this left over tile.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

i made an apointment two days before the apointment,i waited for you did not arrive period !!!  you never called me period !!! i called you every 15 minutes till 2pm you never once answered your cell period !!  i called you again the next day 5 times you again never answered your cell period !!   absoutely you are dishonest and not to be trusted period !!  and absoutely no   i would never allow you to bid a job in our home periuod !,   nor do i trust  i simply now know after your lies you are dishonest and the lies are pathectic  do not bother me ever again.as i stated i am thrilled you did not show up,im certain you would of created problems for me,move on .

Bill and his team have now done two remodels of my home. They are on time, thorough, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Their quality is top notch. Very happy with them!!

Mark was very pleasant to deal with. He provided quotes in timely manner and it was very reasonable too. Was always responsive every time we had questions too. He and his crew came and started as scheduled. Every day, they came when they said they would. They did an excellent job. If you are looking for painters, you have found the right company!

warranty repairs before closing.

Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

We've had a great experience with Irving and his company. They have so far tackled our kitchen and baseboard mouldings throughout the house, and we will be adding stone to the fireplace next. They have been very helpful and informative at every step of the project, helping guide us towards making sound decisions. Their workmanship is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. We look forward to completing more projects together!

I hired Infinity Pro services to complete a tiling job of our entire home located in San Tan Valley. The completed job came out as promised. I also referred the owner (Sean) to our neighbor, who had infinity pro redo their shower tile flooring. But before I hired this company to install our new flooring, I expressed to Sean that I was in need of a company that was willing to complete another full house of tiling which was located 6 miles down the street, which then turns into Florence. He said he would be willing to complete both of my tiling job. Fast forward a few months, we reached out to Sean for a quote, it took him weeks for a response. And in his text message he stated "my guys don't want to make the drive" meaning his workers. So just an FYI infinity pro services isn't willing to do work in San Tan Valley/Florence.

Kyle and his company are working on our kitchen, they are amazing. They have done a fantastic job.  They kept the rest of our house clean while working on a very messy project. Their pricing has been completely transparent, and they have been communicating with us throughout the job.  We are so happy with the work.  If you're looking for a contractor who will get the work done right, and on time, they are the company for you. They have also been very accommodating with adding on to our initial idea for the project without a single complaint.  Great customer service, great work, great company!!!

Save yourself a lot of time, travel, and frustration by coming here first!  I wish I would have found Ali and his store right away and not bothered with contractor's recommendations on big box stores.  The exceptional service, ideal selection, and competitive pricing was exactly what I needed to get over "hitting the wall" (pun intended) when it came to remodeling my entire house.  I especially appreciated his forward-thinking and sustainable approaches to flooring recommendations.  He saved me from some very costly and regretful mistakes and I can't thank him enough!

I used Larry and the crew at AZ Floor to do laminate and carpeting at my mother's home, and laminate at my home several years ago. They were less expensive than everywhere else I looked and the crew was professional, clean and quick for both jobs. They even came in on short notice about a year later and fixed a portion of the floor after I had a small flood.  I was so impressed, I called him again to redo the flooring in the rest of my house this year.  Little did I know that the laminate I wanted to extend into other rooms is no longer manufactured, but he went on the hunt and found the last boxes in the country in a warehouse! I highly recommend AZ Floor!

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

When I first called Henley's with questions about tiling a bedroom, they immediately made arrangements for Chris to come out to our home, assess the job and do measurements. We followed up the next day by going into the shop to pick out tile. Since our home was built in 2007 there was no way to match the existing tile. Chris made great suggestions on how to compliment the old tile with a new pattern in the same tones. The result was spectacular. Everyone we worked with at Henley's from our initial phone call, to the installation team, and Chris with his excellent design ideas were a pleasure to deal with. Good carpet. Good job. Fair price. I like that they are a local family business. Good selection of carpet in a simple warehouse sort of atmosphere.

Buyers beware!! This company destroyed my house. Left the job unfinished and the owner refuses to talk to customers that aren't happy with their company. Baseboard installation is trash, they left their food all over my house, they left old demoed material in the front yard, backyard and in the home. Mercedes always talks over us when we are talking with her. She is a horrible manager that doesn't care about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's sad that I wanted to support a small business and this is what I get. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My original review on this company is over 3.5 pages of single spaced Microsoft Word. Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't allow reviews that extensive. If you're really considering this company I'd recommend you find that one at 'Top Rated Local'.

EXACT same experience as others on here! I really wish I'd checked Yelp and BBB prior to signing anything with HHF, unfortunately we just checked reviews elsewhere which they clearly have some sort of control over because they're way too positive. Same bait and switch others have mentioned, same horrendous customer service experience, same lack of care or willingness to make anything right or admit to wrongdoing. My review mentions 24 issues that we had with this company installing 2100sqft of LVP in our home back in late Nov 22' and early Dec 22'. Product we purchased/agreed to have installed hasn't been sold in 20 years, per the pre-inspector. Tile we agreed to have installed was roughly 1/4" thick, stuff we got was slightly thicker than a piece of construction paper. Asked to back out several times, told we could but it'd be a 30% re-stocking fee. Even installers told us we should back out before we explained this fee to them. All employees - design consultant, pre-install, numerous install teams, air duct cleaner, BILLS FROM SHAW have ALL gone to the wrong address. This, even after telling no fewer than 5 employees to fix it for us. Damaged baseboards in numerous locations, air duct "cleaning" was a 15minute joke (only after failing to come the first 1.5 days, damaged appliance parts, failed to put items back where they were, attitude given when asked to do things we had already paid for and agreed upon. "Customer Service" is completely non-existent! have spent hours and hours trying to get some form of compensation, or heck, even contact, with someone to no avail. They simply DO NOT CARE once they get their money. I'm sick of typing about this place, just DON'T USE THEM!!
