We just finished a gut remodel to our house with Integrity Luxury Homes and got LEED Certified. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. They were committed to helping us get our LEED certification at the highest level possible. They went the extra mile to make sure that we will be happy with the outcome for years to come. Jerry is professional, hard-working, and friendly. He is great at negotiating the best price and keeps a close watch on the sub's he is managing. Great GC!

This place is amazing.  They have a terrific variety of tiles from all around the world, at very reasonable prices.  They have designers, such as Deb, who helped me transform my bathrooms into beautiful places to be.  I will recommend them, and Deb, to all.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We hired Derren to re-do our shower. He did a great job and was able to get it done quick. They were knowledgeable and professional through the entire job. Would definitely recommend Derren to friends and family.

Bill and his team have now done two remodels of my home. They are on time, thorough, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Their quality is top notch. Very happy with them!!

I spoke with 5 companies about my job and ultimately went with Lumby Concrete. This is a family owned company, Mike, his son Travis and 2 employees Carlos and Alex. I'll start off by saying if I could give them 6 or 7 stars I would. I'm no stranger to the building trades and am knowledgeable in those areas. So, to that extent I'll say if you want a top notch concrete job with reliable people Lumby Concrete is the company to go with. They were prompt, if they said they would be there by 8 am they were there. They were good about calling and keeping me informed during the entire job, also very courteous. Their workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. They listened to what I had envisioned and worked to make it happen just that way and were good at letting me know if something I was thinking about would not be a good idea and would lead to trouble down the road. I thank them for the good job and there is no doubt I would call them again. By the way they do pavers and other finishes to.

What a great job and a good price. Mark and his crew just painted the interior of our house and it looks great. They go above and beyond, they are personable and provide a high level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

warranty repairs before closing.

Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

Irving did a great job with our laundry room cabinets and countertop and an amazing job on our 24 foot accent wall. He has a high attention to detail and he shows up and is super reliable. Highly recommend

We hired Infinity Pro Services after interviewing 6 other contractors (most of whom didn't even provide us estimates after we had requested them).   Right off the bat, my husband and I were blown away by Sean's professionalism, knowledge of the remodel process and his ability to provide us with an accurate estimate within a day of meeting with us.  
From the day we hired Sean, he went above and beyond in his responsiveness, meeting us at various locations to help pick out material, answering texts at all hours of the day and being able to work with our schedule for getting services scheduled, based on us having a tight window for needing the project completed.    
The project started on the day he promised and Sean continually stopped in to check on the progress and subs to ensure everything was going smoothly.     We did a pretty extensive project including new tile flooring in multiple areas, a new master bathroom walk-in shower, expanding our kitchen island and adding new tops, new paint in multiple rooms and removing soffits in our main area.    Not once did Sean make us feel uncomfortable by just walking in as other "reviewers" mentioned, as it's pretty standard that if you have subs in your home, the contractor is and will come in to check on the work.   If he had not, I would have been worried.    

The project was completed in the timeframe promised and everything turned out better than we could have ever expected.   Our only regret is not having him do more of the projects that are still on our list.    I am quite honestly blown away by the negative reviews Infinity received as we received nothing but the best service in a manner that went above and beyond any other contractors we have worked with.   We highly recommend Sean and Infinity Pro Services and will hire him again for future home projects as we trust his expertise, experience and work ethic.

10:30 am We ordered two ceiling fans and a remote on Amazon thinking we would take advantage of their new Amazon Home Services Group. Our experience was horrible outside of Amazon's normal amazing delivery speed. The day of the installation we received a window of between 11am and 2pm. Kyle from I'm Gonna Fix It called and said they were wrapping up with another client and would be there around 3pm. A gentleman named Chris showed up at 4:30pm and started to work on installing our fans. He pulls me aside before he is done and says "We can bill your second fan through Amazon, or if you can pay cash we will do it for 80.00 instead. Amazon charges us a 20% service fee so we can offer a cash discount."
We are so far behind schedule my wife has time to stop and grab the money on the way home from work. Right before he leaves he comes back and says "Hey I don't have a screwdriver to put the batteries in the remote." He then leaves without testing it, so we had no idea if it would work. Needless to say, the remote won't sync with the system he installed so I call them up and ask them to fix it or remove the unit so we can send it back.
Chris comes out again, this time, he doesn't have a ladder, even though he needed one the first time, so we let him use ours. (What kind of a service comes without a screwdriver or a ladder?), tests the unit, then tells me "Because the unit is defective we have to bill you 65.00 for the hour I was here, but not to worry Amazon will most likely cover the error because the unit was defective." So now they want Amazon to pay us back for their mistake.
His office calls to bill us and I ask them "Why are we paying you to remove something that you didn't test on installation. If the tech actually tested the unit and didn't just leave, then we wouldn't be having a second service call." She says, "Ok I'll call the owner and ask what we can do."
Less than five minutes later Chris shows back up at my house asking me, "What's the problem, and that it was ok to bill us because we let him leave without testing it." It's not only extremely unprofessional to send a service tech back to your front door (not to mention the same one that didn't test the unit) to try and argue on behalf of the company, it borders on intimidation. I wouldn't agree that it was our fault that he didn't test the product he installed and I asked him to leave. The then promptly charged us the 65.00 for the hour.  I will never be using Amazon's Home Services again; I'll stick with hiring my Rosie on the House certified contractors.

2:00pm I added this in response to the owners comment.

I can tell you for us the service was nothing like 100% satisfied. It doesn't do me any good to yell at a technician coming to my house for being 2.5 hours late, it does let me know that maybe the company I am working with isn't 100% reliable. It doesn't do me any good when I tell the tech that I have a screwdriver available to put that batteries in, and he says it's fine and goes home. It wouldn't have done me any good this morning to send the man away because he showed up without a ladder when I had one he could use. It definitely didn't do any good to ask your company to make the service call right, because then I had a tech show back up at my house to blame me for his inability to put in batteries, and properly test something he installed.

The good news is there are companies out there that go above and beyond to make things right. Amazon refunded us your service fee of 65.00 and for the remote within the hour when we emailed them. Personally, I was shocked that they would cover a fee, that should have never been charged. It wasn't Amazon's fault we picked the wrong company off of the list to have come to our home. None of that mattered to Amazon, they made it right, and did it quickly, securing our continued business with them for a very long time.

As for offering to put in the new remote for free well I think you can see how we might not think of that as a plus. The last one cost us part of the initial 80.00 (fan installation), and an additional 65.00 (due to reasons listed above).

I appreciate the quick response to my review but fixing the issue when I called and spoke to your company would have been better. Instead, I talked to someone on the phone that said she would talk with the owner, had a technician show back up at my house to argue the point (which is not great service or professional), and then got a call three minutes later to pay because you felt it was due regardless.

Again I can't say enough good things about Amazon for erasing most of what turned out to be a horrible experience.

2:37pm Finally made it back in my bedroom tried to turn on the fan to take a nap and it doesn't even turn on manually now.

2:55 After a little investigation it seems the tech wired the fan to a different wall switch for the light and the fan, which he didn't do before. We are hiring another company to check the work.

Replaced all our ugly carpet with beautiful Karhs wood floors.  Easy to work with, very professional.  It was a big job and took a few weeks to finish, but every night the house was left clean.  The floors look great!  Even replaced some molding and grout in other areas for me.   Will definitely recommend/use again.

I used Larry and the crew at AZ Floor to do laminate and carpeting at my mother's home, and laminate at my home several years ago. They were less expensive than everywhere else I looked and the crew was professional, clean and quick for both jobs. They even came in on short notice about a year later and fixed a portion of the floor after I had a small flood.  I was so impressed, I called him again to redo the flooring in the rest of my house this year.  Little did I know that the laminate I wanted to extend into other rooms is no longer manufactured, but he went on the hunt and found the last boxes in the country in a warehouse! I highly recommend AZ Floor!

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

We happened to find this flooring company as we received a previous quote that was too high.  Henleys helps ups pick out flooring - scheduled a time to measure - showed up as scheduled and answered all my questions.  What a nice surprise!

DANGER! Bought carpet at 32nd St. Phoenix store. Good price, good installers, timely install and paid to have furniture moved, even liked the carpet. BUT morning after install carpet began to smell and I mean bad! Burning eyes, headache, couldn't breathe, dizzy. Tried airing out home, baking soda, steam cleaning.  Long story short going on 3 weeks later smell still bad and salesmen washed his hands of the problem. Promptly slammed the phone down after my second call to store to complain about problem. Haven't been home since. Will have to pay to have someone rip it out. Be careful what you buy from this place.

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times.  Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything!

I had Larry out for a carpet estimate. He was nice and all but, at the end he didn't offer and when asked would not give me a written estimate. He told me the price and, when I wrote it down in my notebook, Larry said "there you have it in writing"   When I asked how long the estimate was good for, he said carpet is petroleum driven and cost fluctuates with oil. WTF DUDE!  The icing on the cake was when I told him I'd talk it over with my wife. He got all concerned that I was making color choices and all without her there! This is a rental property! She could care less what color the carpet is as long as the house rents. I do however need to discuss a large expenditure with her. Yelp reviews here are either great or really bad... my experience was not great, in fact bad. Don't waste your time with these guys.
