Honest, Professional, Respectful is what Windmill Landscaping is about. They are the only company that responded / kept appointment out of the 7 that I contacted on Yelp.   Juan is the most professional landscaper that you could hope to hire.  On time and follows up to all communications within a day.  He was infinitely patient with all of our changes, as our smallish project turned into a huge one.  Anything and everything I wanted a change on (many of those) was met with Juan's Not a problem, we can do that.  We ended up with two new fake grass areas (dogs LOVE their doggy grass), new back wall, huge paver patio, planting of my cocktail grove (lemon, orange and lime), many palms and most importantly, fixing my ancient irrigation system.  If Juan wasn't happy with the work done he would call it to my attention and have it fixed.  Worth every penny having the peace of mind that your contractor is ethical and knowing he expects the same amount of professionalism from his sub contractors.  Soon it is the front yard re-do and I would never use anyone else.  I have already referred him to a friend.

My wife and I decided it was time to have our pool deck resurfaced, (approximately 600 sq ft deck), so we solicited bids from 5 different local companies, including the  pool manufacturer who originally installed the pool in 1979. (See my separate review for that  company). From moment we first contacted Daniel Baeza with Copper Sky Concrete, he was completely attentive and engaged with us as we outlined the project work scope.

Of the 5 bids, three of them were very competitive, as they were literally within dollars of each other, had similar timeframes on the project completion time, and all offered a 2 year warranty on the pool deck resurface. But my wife and I both agreed that we should go with Copper Sky for the job.

Daniel was very attentive to my follow up questions, as I contacted him several times during the selection process, as well as in preparation for the commencement, starting, during, and after completion of the project. I can't say enough about his genuine consideration and professionalism that he displayed to us.

The work was started exactly on time, and was actually completed a day ahead of schedule. (We were told 3-4 days and the work was actually completed in 2 days, with the crew returning on the morning of the 3rd day to remove the protective cover from the pool and clean-up the entire work area).

The quality of the pool deck resurfacing was all that we could have asked for, and we are very pleased with the product. I would highly recommend Daniel Baeza and Copper Sky Concrete for your pool deck resurfacing project, or any other project that this company contracts to do for you. We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Jared's for nearly three years now to clean our water feature, a waterfall and small pond. They have replaced our 12 yr old pump which had gone completely out, and now come out on a quarterly basis to clean and maintain the waterfall. Sylvester and Arianna are wonderful, hardworking, and trustworthy people with reasonable servicing prices. Highly recommend.

All Terrain Landscaping is amazing in every way!  They came out today to do a clean up of our yard and trim some trees.  We just recently moved into our home and it was terribly overgrown and a mess.  Adam came out to give us a quote.  He was super nice and very professional.  I received the quote from him very quickly and it was easy to talk back and fourth with him when I had any questions.  They were here bright and early this morning and got right to work.  I loved that they walked the yard with me first to tell me what they had in mind and to ask my opinion.  All the people working in the yard today were awesome and friendly and I couldn't believe how fast they worked!  Our house has been completely transformed and I couldn't be more happy!  We will absolutely have them back to help us maintain our beautiful yard!  Thank you All Terrain Landscaping!  You guys are AWESOME!  If we could give you more than 5 stars, we would!

Very good with communicating with us thru phone calls texts, photos and videos.He came to us as a referral and we've already given his info out to another neighbor. Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. ~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.
