We needed to update the flooring in our front living room. They took care of us. Topher came out on weekend to accommodate our schedule. After picking an in stock carpet, it was installed that same week. The installer was professional and did a great job. We will be using them again for our next flooring project.

Wow, what a mess. I highly encourage anybody looking for assistance with flooring go to any other company besides puckets.

Terrible customer service, We had a dispute with the flooring, and took it all the way up to the top. The owner did not take responsibility for costing us extra thousands of dollars for our project.

Again, please find yourself a better company who is willing to give normal customer service.

Carpet install day has arrived and the installer dropped by for a few minutes and said they would be back in a few minutes. Hours later, after calling the office multiple times I'm forced to drive in to even get status on the install.

Referred to family and clients and we are never disappointed in the professionalism and product.
They come back for any fine tuning quickly. They get the job done nicely and the guys are always polite highly recommended for any of your flooring needs

F**kit Flooring is a more suitable name as it perfectly describes the way they conduct business.  Sloppy install with cracked baseboards, uneven seams, bullet like holes from the stapler and damaged walls to name a few. The floor preparation was not properly done resulting in dips, squeaky spots and gaps between the baseboard and the floor.  But to Kris Dunn, the salesperson overseeing the project, that was a good job that her crew did and all we got was "I am sorry you are not happy" with zero attempt done to make it up to the customer at least in some way. That's the kind of customer service one would receive at Puckett Flooring. 18k later we have less than subpar flooring install and need to hire contractors to fix the damages caused by Puckett Flooring crew. "Thank you, Puckett Flooring" for the wasted time and money.

We had about 3/4 of our house done in Luxury Vinyl. It was a really big job and Jacob and Joe did an excellent job! The workmanship and attention to details were wonderful. They spent a lot of time making sure the floor was even and smooth and it really shows in the finished flooring. They went out of their way to inconvenience us the least they could given it was so much of our house.

Would highly recommend Pucketts for all our flooring needs!

Wonderful experience all around. The office team was great to work with and helped me select absolutely gorgeous product. I needed to do the floors before I moved in and needed work done ASAP. Horrible company. There's a reason they have a D on BBB.com. I'm a realtor and we use to refer Fu**ets flooring to all of our clients(about 10-15 per year). So far in the last 6 months they have lost out on 12 clients of ours, here's why. I had them install "luxury vinyl plank" in my home. When they first finished installing and told me the job was complete I went out to take a look. Other than them leaving the flooring a complete mess it looked okay at first glance. After I started to move in I noticed that there were a lot of soft spots and what felt like lumps under the flooring. They sent someone out to take a look and he said "it is what it is" and they couldn't do anything. I talked to the sales rep Kris and she had another guy come out. He told me the flooring shouldn't be like that and certain spots need to be redone correctly. So the first guy came back out and told me the same thing again and that the floors just need a month or two to settle. It's now been 6 months and they are still the same. I highly recommend you go with literally any other company than this one.

This company was amazing from start to finish. Scott was so knowledgeable, and measured so well, that I only had one box left over.
The tile job was finished in less than 4 days(1900sqft).

The tile installers showed up early, and I have to say, this was the best experience I've ever had having anything installed.
The communication and professionalism was second to none.

If you need tile installed, this is the only company you should ever deal with!!

I was referred to Scott by someone who's company uses Puckett's for most of their flooring needs.  Even though Puckett's wasn't in close proximity of my home, Scott made the trip out, measured the area and gave me some great advice on tile choices.  Shortly after, I visited the showroom where Ted continued to help me with some samples close to what I was looking for.  Once I took the samples home and narrowed the decision, Scott followed up with pictures of how the tile would look in a larger room.  Fast forward...the tile was ordered and completely installed within 10-14 days.  I'm super happy with the process, workmanship and how it looks.  Purchasing new flooring is a huge investment and one that shouldn't be taken lightly especially when it involves a product other than carpeting.  My biggest worry was getting something that was too busy looking or I didn't end up liking at all.  Scott took all of that worry from me!

We found Pucketts through Yelp and we are so glad we did. We had about 8 other quotes and Pucketts was by far the best priced quote; Scott Burhorn really helped us out with finding the best quality floor with the best price with still giving us the look of our dream home. This was just the quotation process and it was amazing, Scott was great to work with. Now moving on to the sub-contractors, who were also amazing! With larger companies, sometimes its a gamble on the 3rd party contractors they use to do install; but with Puckett's we received the best installers we could ever hope for. Jeremy and Ryan have been working with Pucketts for over a decade and managed the install crew who floored our 2100 sq ft home with vinyl in literally two days- and that includes demolition and clean up!! Following this, our carpet got completed by a 1-man job; he was such a hard worker and worked morning through the late revening to make sure he completed our carpet as quickly as possible - in 1 day! That is 3 days total for an amazing job! I will give the my most emphatic and enthusiastic recommendation for Puckett's flooring. Thank you guys!

We shopped around at three flooring stores and ended up choosing Puckett's who was the middle bid. Puckett's was recommended by our realtor along with some others flooring stores. We were impressed with how the store personal were helpful and friendly. Once we choose them and gave the green light to proceed, the installation was set up for the next week.

What we had done: we had 1,200 sq ft of carpet removed and tile that looks like wood installed. We also had a back splash in our kitchen done with submarine tile.

The flooring team arrived on time And had around 10 guys come to start taking out the carpet, removing a small amount of tile, then start installing the tile. There 3 to 4 guys in each of the three rooms and they had the carpet out quickly. We were very impressed with how they all worked together. The tile was started on the first day and finished on the second day! Even the backsplash was done on the second day! Everything looks great!!

If you are shopping around for flooring, I highly recommend checking out Puckett's. The price is reasonable and more important, they do quality work.

The sales staff is incredibly kind. The two gentleman that helped us when we showed up with a Pinterest photo and an a wild idea were awesome- they even let us take home a sample on our word we'd return it. I wish we would have been told about the "final sale" policy, though. We've flipped an entire house and large yard and haven't yet been able to bring back unused untouched materials from other places we've purchased from. I would have been happy to pay the shipping fee back to the distributor or a re-stock fee. I'd recommend them and use them again despite this drawback.

Sent Vanessa an email and went in the next day to select flooring as we had worked with them before with mixed results (see pic of 3 of same tiles adjacent to each other looking off--which they refused to do anything about). When I walked in she was with a couple. They all just turned and stared at me, saying nothing. I was wearing a mask and no one else in the store was wearing one. AZ is the #1 hotspot in the WORLD for Covid currently. After staring at each other for a while, Vanessa finally asked me, "Are you here to pick something up?" WOW! Is it because I'm hispanic? A simple "Hello," or "I'll be with you shortly," would have been nice. "No," I said, "I'm here to select flooring." "Well...I'm gonna be a while." "Take your time," I said. They went on and on, talking half about flooring and half about trivialities. Obviously not interested in helping me so I left. I could have chalked this up to me being sensitive, but she also never responded to my email. Not recommended...unless you're caucasian?

Excellent company to deal with.  I was referred to them by a flooring manufacturer to order some very specific replacement parts for my flooring.  

I called and got right through to Vanessa, who was so helpful and patient.  She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and placed the order right away.  She had very good communication skills.

This company is obviously well ran, and I will return here for future flooring needs as well.

Requested a quote from Mark Hamilton. After a few day of nothing I called him to make sure he got my email. Said he did and would have a quote out to me by the end of the day. A few day later after that with nothing from him I emailed him to let him know I needed a quote by the end of the day. This was his email back to me.
"You sit on this for 2 years and then all of a sudden it's a biggest hurry up thing there is. I have other customers besides you that do work with me on a constant basis. I'm sorry but I work the field and the office as well. So why don't you just go ahead and go with someone else"

Not how you should treat a potential customer, no matter how busy you are.
If this was my employee they would be out the door for something like this.

We used Scott Burhorn at Puckett's Flooring back in December 2019 for both our tile floor and the carpet.  Both teams were absolutely phenomenal!  They were very kind and positive and hard working.  The tile floor and the carpet came out looking perfect. They cleaned up daily from the tile demo to the laying of the tile and the carpet. They were very competitive in their pricing.  We would gladly recommend them!!

Quality service at great affordable pricing which is really difficult combo. They offer installation as quick as next day service. I worked with Steve since they installed at 1 of my other rental property,  he worked patiently with chaos caused by property manager whom I had to fire after this incident.  They couldn't install 1st time due to metal stairs and had to send another expert for installation and performed carpet installation so smoothly without even me getting to know about any hiccups and charging me not a dime extra. Now both my properties look pretty with brand new carpet without breaking my bank. Highly recommended.

Ron was amazing to work with from start to finish. The paradigm flooring is top notch! I'm so glad I went with Puckett's! The entire team who installed were professional and courteous, all great to work with.  My house is so beautiful, everyone absolutely loves the floors!  They are amazing!

Picket flooring did a thorough and efficient job putting in our flooring. They were the best price we were able to find and worked the week of Christmas (dec 21) to get it done before our vacation. The comparison between the floors we had and have now is like night and day. It is very clean and cut well. Good quality vinyl too- we used coretec. The team was very respectful and hardworking. We had roughly 700 sq ft done and they finished in half a day (granted we pulled out the floors so that we could save some money). One thing you should know is that the baseboards are not painted, so they are easily scuffed. Maybe you can ask to have them painted white?

We used them for the tile and the carpet about two years ago. This year we had a major leak in our upstairs bathroom and we had to go back and redo some of the carpeting so was able to work with Puckets again.

At every turn they are great to work with. They're pricing is amazing and  I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Worked with Vanessa last year to do carpet in one of our bedrooms and also Coretec HD in a couple separate areas in the home. We went to a bunch of different flooring stores and found their prices to be EXTREMELY competitive compared to some of the competition (I was almost worried at how affordable everything was). For the record, we're talking about 4 digit price differences in our case.

Install came and went with no hitches whatsoever. We ended up needing one more box of material when we were short a few planks but this was quickly taken care of with no extra charge. I honestly preferred this approach to places that seem to quote you WAY too much material to simply run up your price (plus do you really want a bunch of flooring you likely never will need sitting around in your garage). Installers were professional, timely and did a good job overall.

We plan on doing a few more projects with them this coming spring to finish off a few areas in our house we want to swap around.

Puckett's removed carpet and installed laminate flooring in six rooms in our home and did an amazing job. Working with Kris on the phone was a pleasure; she was courteous, extra helpful and professional. Their clean up was impeccable, too. We highly recommend them and would definitely use again.

I have used Puckett's  for two projects over the last 5 years - for tile on my first floor as well as laminate / carpet for the other areas of my house.
Kris helped me pick flooring for both projects and she was in touch with me throughout the duration of the install.
The installers were quick, friendly, professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards.  I will only use these guys going forward! Top Notch!

Still working on getting my carpet replaced.  They allowed me to take a few board samples home.  Getting a quote tomorrow.  I am only writing this now because none of the employees wear masks in the store.  If this is something you are sensitive about, be warned.  I asked the first employee who was one of the owners to wear a mask and he found one in his pocket and put it on backwards.  Hoping if I go with them, the installers are less careless about a very serious pandemic.  Stayed tuned for another review if I decide to go with them.

I just had my whole upstairs carpet redone. My experience was fantastic from the moment I talked to Scott and got a quote to the quality of the install by Charley. I will definitely be using them for any future remodels. Thanks Scott and Charley!

I worked with Puckett's three weeks ago and they did a great job. Installers were on time and service was great. Scott sold me carpet for two bedrooms. Price was good. I looked around so I know I got a great deal.

Scott and Jeramie did a fantastic job! The quote from Scott was on point-no fluff. Jeramie did a quick install and finished on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. Very easy and seamless process!

Monica was our sales rep and she is awesome!  I shopped two other flooring companies and Monica gave me higher quality product quote for less. We decided to give her our order.  Scheduling was a breeze and the installers showed up when promised.  They were able to remove 300 sq ft of tile, and 700 sq ft of carpet and then install glue down vinyl plank in one day!  The installers were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up afterward.  I highly recommend Pucketts Flooring and call Monica for you quote

Super smooth, fast, amazing end product and reasonable price.  Will use them for 100% certain on future rental properties.  Monica even suggested a different style/color that would go better with my rental property in Tempe and it turned out amazing !

Do NOT purchase any large tile or carpet services through them. They falsely informed us that we could do the first year no interest financing. Really it was if we didn't pay it off in the first year the interest would be deferred and then tacked onto the balance later. That was the first problem. They installed the carpet and tile in our home and did not put the cost of the tile on our invoice or on the financing card. When we paid everything off a year later, they decided that they needed that money for the tile they put in our house and told us we needed to pay $1,800. We refused due to it being their mistake that they had not put it on the invoice and charge us for it when they had first installed it. They refused to regard their mistake, and turned us into collections.

The crew was very sloppy and spit sunflower seeds all over the place. You can feel the seeds under the carpet. Someone on the crew also stole the change that was in a box in the bathroom. The box also contained my wedding ring. The manager denied that it was stolen and suggested I forgot where I left it. She also stated that her crews are accused of stealing all the time but and it never turns out to be them. WTF.  Unless you want a bad job and robbed go somewhere else.

Went on the website last week and filled out a form saying please contact me as I would like to set up appt to get a quote.  Email says allow 2 business days.  That has passed.  Called this morning at 830am 6/5.  Person who answered phone said will give message to sales reps who come in at 900am.   I guess Puckett's has so much business they don't need new customers.  If you aren't going to respond to requests via your website - don't offer that option.  Not sure if the breakdown for today is due to person answering phone or sales reps.  Definitely an interesting business model.

Update:  three strikes and you are out.  I decided to go by the store in person since I had no response to my yelp email request and no response to my call.   Got there approx 1030 am on a Wednesday (6/6).  There was no one in the showroom.  I stood around for about five minutes then followed the voices to the "office area" toward the far side of the store.  A woman asked me "have you been helped"?  To which I responded "no, not yet".  She said she would be right with me.  Ten minutes later she still did not appear.   So I have decided that they really do not need my business - right.  How many chances can I give them!!
Sadly a friend referred them as she had such a good experience.   I could not refer this store based upon my personal experience.  My search is still on for my new flooring.  It is now 6/8.

We were extremely pleased with our entire experience at Pucketts. We had wood floors installed in 5 areas.  Very competitive pricing and a huge selection to pick from.

Our salesperson Lindy was attentive, detailed and a joy to work with. The installation with Keith and his crew couldn't have gone any better.  We had some challenges with the height of our existing tile next to the wood and they came up with the perfect solution. Our transitions from tile to wood are so much better than anything else I've seen.

I purchased a brand new townhome in Mesa in Fall of 2017. It was not until summer 2019 that large carpet ripples started appearing EVERYWHERE. I contacted the builder's warranty department who got me in touch with Puckett Flooring, the company that installed the carpet in our townhomes. I was told by the warranty representative that this was a common issue that other homeowners were experiencing in my same development. I was eventually contacted by Mark Hamilton from Puckett Flooring. I immediately called him back and was assured he would bring this matter to his "supervisor's attention." I never received a return contact from Mark or any other Puckett Flooring employee. The giant ripples that keep popping up in my carpet are due to Puckett Flooring's faulty installation. My carpet was never stretched when originally installed, which has been confirmed by an outside carpet professional. I have called Mark Hamilton several times since I was first connected with him 7 months ago. He answers my calls but won't give me the time of day. Mark Hamilton tries to hang up as quickly as possible and always assures me he will speak with his supervisor, over and over again. I know this has not been brought to anyone's attention as I am consistently dismissed by Mark Hamilton and this disreputable company. I will be leaving this review on every social media platform available in hopes of preventing prospective customers from doing business with Puckett.

Place was great I buy all my tile here. I moved here from Vegas about a year ago. I got all my wood tile there. 5+ all the way around. They have great installers and there office lady's were super nice. I tell all my friends to go here if they are looking for flooring stuff...

OK.... how this business doesn't have a million 5 star  reviews is unbeknownst to me.

I had ceramic tile and carpet throughout my home and I really wanted hardwood but I didn't want to do the work to maintain it. So i search and search on line and finally found the brand and style of tile that i wanted. I actually went to a different tile store down the street from these guys and on the way back decided to stop in.

Well... I was greeted by Kris who was very professional, asked what we were interested in but definitely was not salesy. She gave us a free sample and her card so we  could try it out in our home and some very rough estimates of how much things would cost. She offered to come out and do a free estimate and I accepted.  I did some more window shopping and found an even better version of the tile that I wanted so when she came to do the estimate (on time I might add) I asked if she could get that tile and she said no problem.

She was VERY patient with me because we should've started the work in March and I kept pushing it out and we finally started at the beginning of  May. But the entire time, she was completely understanding and not pushing to close the deal.

Now, because I have tile that looks like wood I wanted to get the smallest grout line possible,1/16 of an inch, I was VERY nervous about their ability to get it done right but at some point I needed to bite the bullet. Turns out I was nervous for no reason at all.

My floors came out ABSOLUTELY amazing. Like better than I could imagine. My floors look like they could be featured on Houzz.com lol.  They sent a VERY professional crew to our home, they showed up on time, explained what they were doing every step of the way, cleaned up at the end of their work day, even worked on Saturdays. It was all around a WONDERFUL experience. Carlos and his crew and PHENOMENAL! You're lucky if you are able to get those guys to do your install.

If you are thinking about getting any flooring done, do yourself a favor and call and ask for Kris. You definitely won't regret it.

Ray and his team did a GREAT job for me!  Tile and carpet was installed in my 1800sq. ft home and it looks awesome.  Thanks for a job well done.

Love Puckett Flooring - great flooring at a great price.  Our carpet still new after 5 years!

Scott Burhorn was honest, polite and fast and also had the least expensive product and the job was done so fast. I remodeled our kitchen, bath and flooring and it turned out beautiful!

I had a great experience with Puckett's.  The cost for carpet was lower than I expected which is why I didn't waste time to shop around elsewhere for comparison.  Scott was friendly, helpful, and inviting.  He was at our home within days to measure and quote.  The carpet was installed days later.  The installation crew actually works for Puckett's which I like, rather than being bid out to an independent.  Salvador brought his father and brother and they did a good job.  He was also courteous through the day and remarkably still energetic to the end.  Good customer service from beginning to end at a good price.  I'll go here again when my other home needs carpet.

Went in, picked an in stock carpet - they were there the next day to measure and 2 days later to install.  Easy, fast and good quality!

I needed new carpet ASAP for selling my house.  My realtor recommended Puckett's.  I went in on a Monday afternoon, had help choosing an affordable carpeting, and on Wednesday morning it was installed.  It looks great, the installer was on time, and everything was cleaned up perfectly.  Thanks, Puckett's!!!

They were great, very fast and did the job on a specific day It was all taken care of so fast. I made the call to them about installing carpet, arranged it all and the first time I saw anyone was when they were installing. I would highly reccomend this company. At this point, I'd have to give them zero stars. After a couple of attempts, I couldn't even get them to call me back to schedule an estimate for a house a mile from their showroom. I guess they don't want my money.

Diego Jr. came in on time, did a great job putting in a rubber strip to hold down our carpeting (as the old metal strip had been coming up since we moved in and we have an 8 month old who's ACTIVE). He was very polite (the other company our complex hired were rude and they claimed we pulled up ALL our carpet) and he just generally did fantastic. We are impressed! Thank you Diego Jr and Puckett's!!! You deserve your high rating on Yelp. Now my baby can crawl around with abandon without fear of getting a nail in her tiny knees.

After completely redoing the floors in 2 houses, I can only say that I'm ecstatic about the results. Kris is simply wonderful to work with and so patient! She always has a beautiful smile and a very calm demeanor even when I am changing the tiles at the last minute or the time frame. In the end it all turns out better than expected.

I highly recommend this company because not only do they have great products, they have the best team of designers and installers. All are extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly.

Kieth's team of tile installers is amazingly efficient, always on time and truly does superb work. Thank you to all for the fabulous job you have done in both homes.

Kris deserves so many kudos for her hard work, kindness and she always follows up wanting the customer to be the happiest possible even if it means to change the tiles or flooring materials within a short time period. Kris you are the best!

The prices are very competitive and the job always well done so don't hesitate to call Puckett's for all your flooring needs, they can get any tile or flooring you have seen somewhere else and they can match or beat the prices of the competition.

Ron Howe was our sales person and did a phenomenal job. The carpet install was beautiful, seamless, and is so comfortable. We had one mix up with baseboards but they came right back and made it great. We will be using them in the future for sure when it's time to do the tile.

We had received many estimates for having the carpet redone in our house and decided to get one more estimate with Puckett's.  We are so glad we did!! We worked with Vanessa and she beat all of the other estimates we had received.  She was great to work with and really worked around our schedule on when we could get the carpet installed.  We would definitely recommend Vanessa and Puckett's to anyone looking for tile or carpet.  We love our new carpet!!  Dee A

So I am stunned this place has five star reviews. We called another company to do an estimate, and they sent Ray out to us. He in turn told us about Puckett's and said they could do the job for a little cheaper so of course we said yes.  Not only did they send one poor man out to do a large tile job but they assured both me and their employee that the job could be done in three days (he called after I said something). The man who was very professional and helpful stayed late into the night to chip up all our tiles just so he could keep the timeline.  

Once the tile was done, it looked gorgeous. My husband waited around till 10 am on the day of our carpet install and when we called asking where the team was they said that they didn't have us scheduled. I called shenanigans and asked to speak to Ted who i was told was the owner. He bumbled about on the phone saying that they could do Friday which was unacceptable due to our jobs and the fact that we had been promised a three day turn around. Once I asked for a discount on the price all of a sudden a very capable team of four men came to my house with my new carpet.  The job was done efficiently enough accept that I had to call them back after stepping on a nail that wasn't covered correctly (ouch) but it was fixed quickly enough.  The workers are great but Ted and Ray left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't be putting up much of a fuss accept that I was told multiple times by both that it was a three day job, just admitting we got lost in the shuffle instead of hemming and hawing would have gotten them at least three stars but I had to get pissy and ask for my money back to get any sort of positive action.

Unfortunately being my first experience with new flooring, this turned out to be the most horendeous experience ever.  It took about two months for final completion, including all the return trips that had to be done.  First, the tiles were mislabeled so when the contractors came, they were the wrong one.  They had already torn up all the flooring, so this started with a one week backlog. Finally got started, contractors did not show up on a couple occasions, and i got no call until late in day. As i work, my son was the lead person to make sure all was going right. The ripped out the baseboards, as i was going to have these replaced, but they did not care how they came out, nails were left in, dry wall was ripped off the wall. Once they finished the job, which was now about 3 weeks of living in dust and dirt, and unfinished tiling, we went through and noticed that tiles were not flush around the room, meaning that corners were sticking up and that some tile was higher than others.  Also a number of them had hollow sounds, meaning not enough glue was put down. Started texting workers, and did not hear back. Had to contact Puckett's, who contact the GC, but he did not call back for days. Had to keep calling Puckett's to get in touch with them. Workers came out and tried to fix issues i had, had to remove some tile and put grout in places they missed.  Also, tile did not bump up to the wall in some areas.  Finally had Puckett's and the GC come out so I could show them what i was talking about.  Put blue tape on every issue i had, that believe me that covered a lot of area. GC was supposed to get in touch with me and set up appt to fix. Took about a week, never heard back. Finally called him again set up appt. for 3 weeks later. I took off of work to be there, but they could not come that day. Took another couple calls and times to finally get them there.  I could not take off again, so my son walked them through.  He said they did not fix all items, just what they thought they should.  So as of now, whatever is not right, it is what i have to live with.  Even though the sales person at Pucketts was helpful and tried to get things done, I cannot recommend this company.

These guys did a fantastic job on my tile and wood laminate install. I'd recommend them to my family and friends.

We recently had wood laminate installed in three bedrooms. The installer, Robin and his helper were meticulous in their work. They also cleaned up the rooms after each day. The showroom had many selections. All in all, very positive experiences with the saleswoman and the installer.  I would recommend this company!
