I can only give the Phoenix store a negative t stars. Just horrible customer service.once they received my money with my order. Promised me delivery of my cabinets in 2 weeks. It also promises this on their website too. It 6 plus weeks and nada. Meanwhile the demo in my kitchen, baths and laundry room was done based on when I was told I would get my cabinets. I was also promised assembly and installation at a confirmed price only to get an invoice for more than double the price. I went into shock when the invoice was over $15,000. That is in addition to the cost of the cabinets. Just unbelievable. Tried and still trying to contact the "higher ups" at this company appears to be a scamming company, at least at their local Phoenix store front.

This place is a total SCAM. 9 months of no communication, cabinets installed with damaged panels, measurements don't fit appliances, they won't honor their warranty, and ghost all my communications, refuse to give my money back or fix the problems. I lost $8k to a CROOKED company.

I was in the design center in mid October  Salesman was rude to my husband and while I did proceed with him we did a design that day but did not complete.   after I left the showroom communication with him was spotty.  He would not return a call.  I moved on to look for another source.  I did not find one I liked as well as cabinets to go product.    On Oct 31 We went back in the center and asked for a different salesman.  I was promised he would not treat us like the previous salesman.       we did design picked cabinets. He called to make sure they were in stock and promised delivery in next two weeks. We paid in full and signed contract.  We left the store   Oct 31.   any and all communication between Rick salesman and store manager Brett has been generated by us.   They do not return calls, do not respond to messages and on the last week in November store manager left my husband a voice mail telling us how busy they had been. He said they had 20 pallets if cabinets they had not had time to deal with.  This is my attempt to contact some of those other buyers like ourselves who are waiting and being fed bullshit.   I also would like to keep anyone else from having to experience this frustration and stress and added expense.  I would not recommend to anyone   you can buy custom cabinets and have installed in less time than dealing with this.

Here is an UPDATE!! It is now 2022 and this location has NEVER CONTACTED ME and they have all my information, when I contacted the store I was informed that IC no longer is there so I guess I will never see my REFUND!! This is the most rudest company I ever went into, they lie right to your face and then they have no customer service at all!! Stay far away from this company for any reason!!! They are thief's!!!!

I like the small stuff they have (organizers) so I go sometimes. This store in Glendale, AZ makes me uncomfortable. I find it snooty. I do not get the same feeling with the store in Phoenix. It is just carboard and plastic. I do not see the point in being frown upon. Because I chose to opt out of their maling, I was not offerd a bag to carry my stuff. I opt out of all mail correspondence. It is not personal. A sale is a sale.

Another flakey cabinet shop!  Went in there on September 1st.  Here it is on the 18th and they can't price what I asked for.  I even drew it for them because the had it drawn wrong and they still can't figure it out. Mark Johnson is the salesman, doesn't  get it.  I called for the GM and asked him to call me back.  O.C. Giddens.  No word from him, or her, either.

Don't wast your time here...

I went in to the Camelback location twice and did NOT get approached with a friendly smile or an offer to help. Two guys and no customers in the store. This is clearly a leadership mistake, if you want sales than approach your potential  customers!

They need to scrap ALL employees and get people that actually want to make money. Their approach to business is all wrong. Don't waste your time.

Ask for Mark! Although we weren't able to make the purchase, Mark was customer centered, energetic, fun and easy to work with. He explained many details of layout, design and pricing. Great deals! He made our experience very pleasant.

I purchased cabinet for my kitchen last year , and now I need the same cabinet for my restrooms.
I went to Phoenix location two times , but because of very bad costumer service I changed my mind.
Still I need the cabinet , but I am waiting to see new faces in the store.

First, Lisa in design, she is fired.   OC as manager, he is no help because I went thru a contractor.  Then there is Rick, who, because of downsizing and moving people around, tried but had no clout.   YES, the material I bought was past the 30 days return, BUT, at the very least, store credit for unopened merchandise; Brian UDart is a total failure, but his boss is more of a dolt.   No one has customer service on their mind, thus total failures in life.  One star is two stars too many.   Absolutely disgusted with this company, but I doubt in they care.

Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience was very pleasant.  Brad helped us design everything we needed down to the smallest details. We would recommend to anyone looking for solid wood cabinets with the soft close doors.  The showroom made it easy to decide on all our style options.

I read a lot of the reviews on this company, a lot of them were dated and old. I went to them to get a quote for my current project, after my consult I talked to the manager about reviews. He confirmed that the current reviews are old as they currently have an entirely new sales team besides one. By the end of my project they had me sold and I am a happy customer, he thanked me for my business and that sealed the deal.

They don't deserve any stars. I am so disappointed and upset with this company. A gentleman below explains exactly what happen to me. I wish I would've checked their yelp before dealing with them.

This Phoenix store needs major help with communication skills and customer service. I'm in the middle of doing a big home remodel. I called them up for an estimate. They mentioned "they" would come out to do measurements at a cost but it would be returned to me. They hire private contractors to come out and they pay them with your funds. Next day they came out and the following day we got a design. I had questions and that's when everything went downhill. My questions weren't answered for a few days, I had to follow up repeatedly. They responded days later with a bad attitude and like I was a bother. The responses were very short and didn't seem to care much. Nothing was ever over the phone besides scheduling the measurement service. I never knew who I was talking to. It was not personal at all. When you're going to make a big purchase you want to feel like you have a rep/sales person. I felt like I gave my money to anybody and never got what I needed. I finally received a quote with cabinets that I did not pick. They just picked any cabinets. I told them what cabinets I wanted from the start and now they can't provide me with a quote with those cabinets.

To top all this off, I called corporate, spoke with a Sonja and she was not helpful and hung up on me because I said "i have received a shitty service and want my money back." I told her I wanted to speak with someone else. I mentioned that I didn't want to leave bad reviews but that this was getting ridiculous. She said "you can do as you feel." You would think someone would care about the reputation of their company but I guess not with this company. So, here I am. Hopefully they hire people that care about their customers and company.

It's very unfortunate to go through all of this when you're pregnant and trying to get cabinets ordered.

Please stay away from this company as a whole. You will get nowhere.

I got a few quotes, this was by far the most detailed experience only negative was the long wait to get in the store. But the quality was good and got the information i needed my contractor had asked me to stop by to look

I wanted to do business with Cabinets to Go.  I TRIED to do business with them, to no avail.  I called and spoke with someone who basically, just said "Send an email with your measurements, you will be contacted in 72 hours."  That was April 30th, nearly 1 month later and NO contact.  I call again, speak to another guy, who doesn't apologize or sound the least bit interested in my business, I Had to re-confirm the email (He certainly wasn't going to do it and YES, I had the right one the first time!) So, I again send an email, complete with attachments with measurements and am told 72 hours.  Well, that was 5 days ago and NOTHING.  I can take a hint Cabinets to Go, you obviously do NOT WANT business. Too bad.  To Others--- Don't waste your time, they aren't interested!

He has the patience of a saint and reduced our stress during this process but also gave us an amazing deal on our cabinets.
OC went above and beyond customer service and made the purchase of our cabinets a breeze.

It seems my feedback for Cabinets To Go is similar to many others. The process started off great, but steadily took a decline in customer care as the experience went on. Our kitchen had a flood due to a burst pipe. We sought out the assistance from Cabinets To Go to drafted a cabinet layout based on measurements we provided and we disclosed we would be reusing the granite counter tops since they were not damaged. They insisted we get the Pro Measure for $99. So we did. Brian Pena from Cabinets To Go in the Phoenix office called and said the measurements from the Pro Measure were the same as the ones we'd provided to him, and no changes to the cabinet layout needed to be made. Awesome. So, cabinets were ordered.

I was never given the Pro Measure documentation to compare to the cabinet layout Brian created. I was asked to sign the cabinet layout document that Brian created without being able to compare it to the Pro Measure document. I just trusted Brian when he said it all aligned correctly. Once the cabinets were installed we placed the counter top on and it was off by 3 inches. When I confronted Brian with this error he admitted to changing the design measurements to make the cabinets align with the light fixture on the ceiling. The Pro Measure was correct with our kitchen measurements, but Brian made an executive decision to change the cabinet measurement based on what HE felt was more aesthetically pleasing. He never even called to consult me on this change, he just did it. My kitchen is old and the layout is a bit off-center but it never bothered us. Apparently it bothered Brian. Also, Brian denied having knowledge that we were reusing our counter tops (even though I told him on two separate occasions). Why is a Cabinets To Go employee making changes to my kitchen without consulting me first?? Especially when I'm the paying customer!

Brian Pena escalated my grievance to his Regional Manager. The Regional Manager declined to do anything to help. I then escalated my concerns to Brian Pullin (Director of Customer Care). On the phone Brian Pullin seemed eager to help and assured me not to worry, he would fix this issue. He sent me an email follow up saying Cabinets To Go would fix my kitchen, but I would have to pay for the correction. Nearly $800 in changes were suggested. Or, new counter tops for $3,000. Both estimates made me sick to my stomach. I was taken advantage of once, and now Cabinets To Go was trying to get additional business out of me for their mistake. It was completely unethical. In the end Cabinets To Go gave me a $400 credit and basically told me to deal with it.

Don't waste your time hiring Cabinets To Go. They will only stress you out and disappoint you. And no matter how high you try to escalate your legitimate concerns, nobody wants to help. The culture of this company is to blame the customer when they make the mistake. I'm stuck redoing my kitchen again after paying thousands to Cabinets To Go.

I am very satisfied with the service and quality of cabinets we purchased from Cabinets to Go. We were remodeling a 3000 square feet home. All of the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms needed to be replaced. Brad was very helpful in creating the design for each room based on the the measurements I provided. I changed the kitchen design 4 to 5 times but Brad never complained about making the changes. The cabinets were delivered within a week of ordering. Their recommended contractors delivered and assembled the cabinets very efficiently. We have remodeled many homes. Working with Brad and Cabinets to Go team was the best experience.

Some of the doors did not have self closing inserts. They provided the missing inserts immediately. They also provided touch up paint. I would definitely buy from them again.

We heard about this company from a friend and decided to check it out. The showroom had a nice selection of cabinets and counters.  Brad was the salesman who helped us figure out the bathroom cabinet layout that would work for us. He was very nice. We were able to walk out with an estimate that day, which was great.  After weighing our options, we decided to go with CTG. We had the cabinet installer (Ben) come out and do a measure before install.  He was nice as well.  We ordered the cabinets and they were in in less than 2 weeks! These are quality cabinets with all soft close drawers & doors! Very reasonable too. We did have an issue with the master bath cabinets and the layout.  After a few phone calls with Evan the Manager & a visit from Ben the installer, the issue was resolved.  

All these guys are very professional and nice. They took the time to answer all our questions from start to finish.  If you called the store and if they were helping a customer, they would call you back that day.  Can't say enough about their great customer service skills.  I would have no issue recommending this company to anyone.

These guys are car dealership of cabinets. Poor customer service, the product you want not in stock, and don't want to deal with you if they can't make the sale. Don't waste your time!

Like many people at some point in time it's time to make some upgrades. For us, it was time to do the kitchen. A huge expense as doing the kitchen meant doing the living room, hallway, and spare bathroom. Cabinets to Go was amazing I worked primarily with Bryan Pena who went out of his way to make this remodel process as easy as possible. Cabinets to Go has a nice variety of cabinets and we fell in love with the Victorian Ivory. Not only was Bryan  amazing but the whole staff. I had car troubles there and one staff member went out of his way to help me in the hot Arizona sun. This kind of hospitality and help is unheard of today and I was so pleased with this company, store and staff from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them, it is worth checking out.

We are general contractors remodeling our own home and went to Cabinets To Go for an initial consult and was sold immediately. I started the process with Mario who assisted in every possible way he could in configuring the right cabinets given my design desires. And my purchase was sizable- roughly $18,000.00. When the state instituted the retail restrictions in response to Covid-19, Mario was furloughed with a number of other employees leaving a skeleton crew to accommodate all existing and new customers seeking assistance. Wow! I couldn't believe the company left so few employees to handle ALL the business in the state of Arizona. I believe it is the only store. Well, they were fantastic!! Yes, I waited periods of time during my appointments because the phones rings off the hook. But O.C. was fantastic in apologizing and getting to my delivery needs and any other requests I had. My takeaway- I can get cabinets anywhere but the customer service and concern even in the face of enormous pressure from what was clearly understaffing sold me on this store. Good job O.C., Mario, Alex and the whole team at Cabinets To Go, Phoenix. Thank you.

HORRIBLE. I stopped in tried to get some information on cabinets. I wanted to understand what the materials were in the cabinets how its stacked up against a Home Depot cabinet etc. Just basically asking common sense questions. I personally dont know anything about cabinets Im trying to learn. The guy in the back right who was helping me was extremely aggressive on every question I asked kept saying I dont know this is just the way we do it. Umm ok buddy. If u dont I dont know either Im the customer. At the end he made a sacrastic comment and after an akward silence I just walked out. Stay away unless u want really bad service.

I purchased cabinets for the first time from Cabinets To Go for a flip property that I was renovating. I must say, I really like the quality, look & price! Brian, my sales guy was able to create a layout for me based on my measurements & give me a price right away. When the cabinets arrived, there was a small issue with the size of one Cabinet but the management staff was able to rectify the issue fairly quickly. My flip property is now on the market & everyone loves the kitchen! I'll be back for my next project for sure. Thanks Cabinets To Go!

We were quite surprised when we picked up our bathroom vanity to discover that it was not assembled. It's three separate pieces, so I could see if they were not attached. But we had to assemble the doors, mounting hardware and drawers! The guy at the store said to my husband "you don't have a cabinet installer"? NO! We're DIYers, so we ARE the installers, but as it turned out, we were the assemblers, too. Fortunately, my husband has the skills to complete this project. But were totally blindsided. Three sales people in the store when we ordered, we interacted with all of them, nobody said anything about this.
I would give a lower rating, but the quality of the product is very good. Just Beware, you need an installer, or the skills to do it yourself.

Yesterday, I visited your Phoenix location to get a quote for my kitchen cabinets. When I got there Oc helped me bring my project together, I was unaware that they were able to take care of my whole project as I had assumed they just did cabinets. He showed me what my kitchen would look like which was really helpful being a visual person. I was satisfied with my experience, they have nice quality cabinets and descent pricing. Unfortunately they didn't have the colors I needed, because the were out of stock. His custom line was out of my budget for the time and price I needed.

Probably one of the worst sales experiences in my life, and we spent a total of 5 minutes in the store.  Information on pricing and customization was in a small booklet which is fine, but the salesperson looked over my wife's shoulder and said that the pricing wasn't "real world".  So we asked what the pricing would be, and he just said it sounded like we weren't far enough along yet to need that information.  We close on our new house in 3 days and aim to start demo within the month.  Pricing would be pretty handy right now.  He directed us to the booklet of apparently made up prices, and said to look online.  Just a weird experience all around.  Hopefully it's a bad egg, but it seems like that's how the sales team here does it.  Ah well, guess we will just go elsewhere.

I just went into the store to ask questions about cabinets for an upcoming remodel. The question I am left with is: what did I do to make the salesman go back to his desk and make me come to him with any question I had? I was also told to "find it online" when I asked about sizes. Not very helpful. But the cabinets look good.

Our sales person, Bryan, spent hours and hours answering every question and making sure we had the very best results, all the way through the installation. Our lead installer, Ben, saved us many headaches right from the start with the pro measure. He always came through with multiple solutions to any problems, and kept us informed and involved. Working with these two professionals made the project a complete joy for us. Oh, and we love our new cabinets.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If I could put negative stars I would.  This is my experience and it's very disappointing (should have looked a yelp first!!):  

I was very excited in the beginning and even more excited when we first received our cabinets. What is disappointing is the communication with this store and every time we would call in, either Mike or Patricia would answer and 9 out of 10 times we would not receive a call back OR we would have the sense that we (my husband and I) were being ignored once we mentioned our name (which is why the last two times I called I waited on the line and then the last call I refused to give my name and wouldn't you know it, I got Alex. Alex is the sales rep we've been working with).  It was sad that I had to resort to e-mail in order get some sort of response.  We were told, by Patricia,  that the handles and the soft close hardware would be mailed separately.  Handles comes in, but come to find out the soft close hardware were supposed to be with the cabinets when we drove to the store location and picked the cabinets up (the correct info came from the third party contractor Rob).  The original measurements of the kitchen were off, but that was due to the warped pantry wall, and Rob not seeing that issue when he first came out.  

NOW, we have to change two of our bottom cabinets, return the crown molding (No where in the instructions, and none of the reps informed us that we needed to place two by fours behind the upper corner cabinet, to make up 3 inches on either sides to make sure all would align and so that the crown molding would not bump into the cabinet door), and STILL have to wait for these items to be shipped to us. I requested a refund for the entire setup via email AND verbally, but they sent the contractor to "remeasure" and resell us on solutions (which we've been asking for solutions for the past 2+ weeks!).  

In the long run, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This has been a learning experience and I will definitely be using a different cabinet company in the future.

This is our second set of kitchen cabinets we have purchased from CTG. Mario has helped us both times, he is very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. We are very happy with CTG. I have recommended them to everyone I know that is doing a remodel, and will continue to do so. Kitchen and bathroom remodels should only be tackled by someone  experienced as it can be a real chore especially if your remodel is in an older home.

My boyfriend and I came here because we need a new bathroom vanity due to a flood. Upon walking in we were barley greeted with a shameful hello. There were three men all sitting at computers, not one of them got up or asked us what we were looking for. After walking around the small show room we were asked if we needed anything at which point I asked if they had any thing l could look at for bathroom cabinets. The man that stayed seated pointed to one wall with doors and pointed to the other side of the room and said those were the doors with raised panels and said nothing else. I decided I would leave since customer service doesn't seem to be a priority at this business. Would never step foot in this place again. I would rather overspend at Home depot or Lowes than give this place my money or business.

I'm an investor in the valley and honestly don't know what I'd do without these guys. They have quality cabinets at extremely reasonable prices.. not to mention the can have a full set of kitchen cabinets ready within a week or two. I use them in my projects and also used them at my personal residence - I stand behind the quality (dove tail, full wood construction, soft close, etc). Be sure to give them a shot when shopping for your cabinet needs (They also sell counters, floor, etc.. just haven't had a chance to try them out in that department yet).

Great quality at bargain prices. Soft close and dovetail construction with great selection. We redid our bathrooms and can't wait to start in the kitchen. Yeah, you have to order your cabinets and put them together- there's a bit of a wait and you'll have to have some common sense and a bit of skill - but the design staff is fabulous and really helped maximize our space to get the most out of it.

I actually like these cabinets and have used them 3x's in the past, as I renovate homes for a living. However, they're wasting our time these days. They say they open at 9am. However, no one is available to help you or wait on you until 10am. Also the website is messed up on the first page and links don't take you to their Facebook page. So as I stand in their showroom from 9:10- 9:30 until I went into the warehouse- I'm wondering about the care and quality going into the rest of the business.

No complaints -- the cabinets are an excellent quality (better than most out there) -- the price cannot be beat -- I had ordered a glass door for the corner cabinet and there was a mark on it (probably unnoticeable to everyone but me) so I called customer service, sent a couple of pictures, and they replaced it with no issue -- turn around time from order to receiving was short.

BUYER BEWARE!

do NOT buy your cabinets from any of the Cabinet to go locations. They might be inexpensive but it's not worth it, and that's IF you actually GET your cabinets! Do yourself a favor and go to glassdoor.com and read the reviews of what their own employees say about this company. Then go to the better business bureaus' site and read those reviews. They are all exactly what I've experienced.

I ordered my cabinets in May and here it is almost September and I am missing one last cabinet. no one will tell me where it is or when it's coming. To make matters worse, I can't finish my kitchen without it and I already started the install because they told me my cabinets were going to be in, in July. They were SUPPOSED to be here in June. They said 4-8 weeks. I ordered them on Memorial day and well, it's almost labor day.

The store will not call me back, even when they promise too. I send emails, they've never responded to one email. I sent an email to their corporate store and got an email back apologizing but no resolution and no follow through.

They've really screwed me and left me in a hard place. to make matters worse the cabinets are finished with lacquer not paint so I can't match the color  exactly. Would you want one mismatched cabinet in your kitchen?? I don't either.

they are not a member of the BBB..... i should have done my research first. lesson learned and now I'm screwed.

I've made 4 trips to this store and have traveled over 400 miles trying to pick up cabinets that I already paid for.

After searching endlessly for quality cabinets from are outranks national company we discovered this place. Mike and his team of professional designers guided me through the cabinet placement process with their upmost patience and guidance. After spending countless hours contemplating my cabinet options I finally made a fr idiot  and had my cabinets ordered and installed  in a high quality manner. When looking for high quality cabinets in the Phoenix area with a national presence then go with this company. Don't waste your time either the local fly by night cabinet sellers.

We recently purchased an older home that required a full kitchen remodel. We went into the Camelback store with a sketch of our kitchen and came out with a custom kitchen design. Mike, the store manager, was most helpful in giving us our dream kitchen. The cabinets arrived in a timely fashion, and were easy to assemble and install. We feel like we got excellent value for the money. We would definitely recommend Cabinets to Go.

The store did not have anything in-stock that was listed on their website and couldn't order it.  No displays, just palettes of cabinets.  Sales staff was not helpful at all.  Drove 40 minutes to get here, what a waste of time.

I went in a few weeks ago on a whim to look at some cabinets for a Kitchen remodel. I took all 4 of my young kids with me thinking it would be a quick stop. I fell in love with the cabinets and sat down with Mario to go over my layout. I had a drawing from home depot from a quote we got from them. I was expecting the amount to be as high as home depots and was bracing for the sticker shock. I was amazing to find that even before the sale discount was applied Cabinets to go was cheaper then the quote from Home depot, then when the sale discount was applied they were way under our original budget for the cabinets. Needless to say I put down the deposit immediately. Mario was so helpful and patient with me and my kids and never seemed annoyed or impatient even though my kids were getting anxious and running around by this point. I have not had the cabinets installed yet but am so excited to see them once they do. Thank you so much for making my kitchen remodel possible and for being so kind and patient.
