Called them for a repair on my roof with all these storms we were having they quickly and efficiently came out fixed my roof the next day it was awesome everyone i spoke to from the young gentleman on the phone and the ladies in the office were excellent and i received top notch customer service i will recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services

I was connected with Dylan Electric and owner Adam as I was starting my Solar Panel project.  He was excellent.  Walked me through the process, was very hands on and always there to answer questions and let me know the options.  I went with Dylan Electric over the big guys like SUN RUN and SOLAR CITY and boy am I happy I did.  I saved a lot of money all in, and his work was amazing.  I had a little more work on my end dealing with APS and the city but so worth it for the thousands in savings over the quotes from the big solar companies.
Any time I'll need electric work in the future I know who I'll be calling.

James McCormick is an absolutely outstanding solar contractor. We got our solar from him in 2019 when he was with another company. He was super easy to work with and he did everything he could to get us the best deal on the panels that would work best for us and not just the most expensive to line his pockets. Even though he left the company for a more reputable solar company he still calls to check up on the panels and to make sure they're working as he promised. The last time he checked on us we told him that Solar Topps didn't hold up their promise to birdproof our solar if we started to have issues with Pigeons. When James found out about this he called the company to try and get that remedied and they wouldn't honor it for him either. He asked us how much we were getting charged and when it was getting done in passing when we talked next. I told him everyone was quoting us $1700-$1800 but that I had found a company here that is Veteran owned and he was doing it for $1300. I was happy with this outcome because saving $500 was huge to us at this time due to COVID.

James showed up at our house that day and gave us HALF of the money! This man no longer has to deal with us because our solar has been up for 9 months now AND he isn't even with that company anymore BUT he decides to show up and give us money. Talk about going above and beyond. If you are looking to get solar than I promise you this is the man you want helping you. I can't even explain how selfless that is and I can guarantee you finding someone like James is one in a million! Thank you so much James!!!!

In Dec 2017, I hired AZ Clean Solar to clean my solar panels.  Before cleaning, they performed an inspection of my roof, which included photos.  After their inspection, I discovered that the previous two different companies I hired to install bird netting on my solar panels and to clean up bird mess and box eves on my roof, did not perform their jobs properly or completely, but they did collect their money for a job they did very poorly.  Eric and Scott of AZ Clean Solar spent over 7 hours correcting their mess.  They replaced the bird netting on the front and sides of my solar panels with black rubberized netting, which looks wonderful and properly reinstalled, after first removing two bird nests, the existing netting on the backside of the solar panels properly so that birds could not nest underneath.   Removed netting from one of the eves and cleaned out the bird debris and area which was netted previously without first removing the debris and cleaning it.  Then replacing the old netting with the black rubberized netting which is almost invisible from the street.  I love it!  Broken tiles and a barrel cap was replaced and my entire roof cleaned.  I do not want anyone to go thru what I have gone thru when it comes to bird proofing your solar panels, eves or cleaning bird debris from your roof.  AZ Clean Solar will do the job right the first time.  It will look very professional and they won't cheat you.  Thank you so much, AZ Clean Solar.

I will admit, I have always been hesitant to go Solar. Mainly because my husband and I had been approached over 10 times from December when we moved into our new home in Surprise until June about Solar Panels. Sales guys would come by constantly, give me their sales pitch, and expect me to sign on the spot. Some were cocky and some didn't know what the heck they were talking about.No one every provided us a brochure or showed us what we would save, just told us we should go Solar blah blah. Until one day, my husband was in his parents neighborhood and met Jesus.

He set something up, even though I was reluctant and Jesus came by.

From the moment Jesus walked in until the moment he left, he was extremely professional. it was so refreshing to have someone try and get to know us before selling us.Aftwr some small talk, he immediately pulled out a one pager with a bunch of information as well as showing us what others in our area have saved. He had us access our APS account,  typed some stuff in his computer and then physically showed us what we would save.

He gave us time to consider and checked in once in a while. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge that I decided we should go solar.

Since we decided,  Jesus has come over to show us plans, come over when the design needed changed and has kept in touch throughout the entire process. he continues to answer all my questions and is always just a phone call away.

Jesus and his great customer service is one of the main reasons we decided to go solar. Sure it saves us money but having someone who knows so much and is so kind, truly made a difference.

I give Simply.Solar 10 stars and would recommend their company to anyone and everyone who wants to go solar. they know their stuff and make you feel comfortable making the decision.

Don & Tyra are great people. Our AC went out in our store, and Don was there within 30 minutes to diagnose and had his crew come out and repair it the same day. He is honest, and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Last night, our home AC went down. Don went to the house and repaired it himself with an hour. It was only the capacitor that was bad....THANK GOD!! I appreciate this company and will ALWAYS use them from now on. Great customer service is hard to find, and this company is top notch!

Best customer service ever!There was a miscommunication regarding pricing.  Julie , the receptionist contacted the owner who not only called back, but did the work himself.  Extremely well-priced.  It is not often that a business goes above and beyond.  I am a lifetime customer.  Will be having them install ceiling fans next.  Thank you Julie, Jared, and Jason !  You made my day.

Now, I am not one who bitches for nothing. But, I just had a very bad experience with Elevation Solar and they haven't even turned it on yet.
They were showed up, a week or so ago to do the install. After an hour or so, the Lead Guy, who seemed to be a good installer, tell me he can't install the Panels like was presented and needs to split up the panels to both sides of Roof. I told him to call his Company and do not proceed with installation, until they clear this up. a few days later their Consierge emailed me and told me their install Management Team would be looking into it. They rescheduled the install shortly after. When they showed up, they began the installation. They asked me if they could look inside at the Roof support Beams. Then they informed me that they may not be able to install the Panels and they had to call their office for support. After 2 hours they got the answer and went to the store to get bigger Screws. Finally, the began their installation and completed by days end.
First, the survey person was incompetent and should have been through and known how best to anchor the supports. The install team, who should have been informed on the installation on a Manufactured Home had no clue. Once they got the solution, they were surprised.
I am very disappointed at this Companies installation. They have a Consierge who is a middle man and keeps you from dealing with the install management. Being a Contractor, I would never allow this to happen. I would never have this Company do another install for me, or anyone at my HOA. I will make sure they don't get another installation in my Development. Incompetent Team.
They haven't turned it on yet. Can't wait to see what happens.

We had a similar experience that Randy noted below.  Garrett was going to come and give us a quote, but never showed and didn't call to cancel.  When I reached him, he noted car issues (which I totally understand), but then said he had forgotten to call and cancel with us.  My mother had stayed home and waited all day for him to show up.  A courtesy call would have made a world of difference.  After reading Randy's experience in this area also, we will be obtaining quotes elsewhere.  Unfortunate, as Garrett seemed really nice over the phone.  Too bad too many "forgots" are happening. :(

Critter guard finally installed 23 January 2020...8&1/2-wks after many customer service calls to Arizona.  Grade/star scoring of barely "3"/rounded-up...doesn't necessarily reflect salesperson's expertise nor commitment to quality, but rather the absolute need for corporate follow-up and fulfillment of terms of deal in a timely manner.  Salesperson/manager, Phil Collins, ostensibly shouldered full burden and cost out of his commission for third-party critter-/pigeon-guard wire install via out-sourced solar contractor Titan Solar.
We still would have hoped for more corporate HQ personal follow-up/ownership of Company's reputation and ability to execute its contracts...but that's been totally non-existent.  We remain open to discuss situation with CEO/COO and possible clients/customers, but as yet only calls back from Arcadia-Senergy field sales and Ops/install mgrs.  
Titan Solar did great job of critter-/pigeon-guard install and took photos...saw them all on crewchief's phone with promise to receive set of photos in an hour after office return...never did...again/same story from second contractor...they all must be afraid of workmanship or damage guarantees/l.  
Second company that wants to apparently wants to play "I have a secret'...in general, don't trust thIs industry as a whole.  It's either Vega$ OR the industry overly concerned with legal issues/liability.  No explanations from either company.  Simply be wary folks...sometimes you don't receive what you've chosen to over-pay for in a timely manner.

Stay away from this company. Their salesman Justin lied to us about several things and now will not return our ph There are now seone calls. They will tell you anything just to get your business. Included with the solar installation they were suppose to have bird protection installed to keep the birds from roosting under the solar panels. We have called the company several times, have sent numerous emails and they continue to ignore us. If we do not have the bird protection installed like was promised by the next payment due we will let the finance company know why we are not paying any payments until the job promised has been completely finished. If this doesn't bring about getting this done then we will be going to court. Do Not Fall for this companies lies.

I worked for Phoenix Solar Specialists as a sales rep. During that time I meet many wonderful customers and prospective customers. However I chose to turn in my resignation after seeing all my past customers upset because Phoenix Solar could not provide the services we offered. I also received a few NSF payroll checks from them, although they made good on them I still am owed a tremendous amount of money.
Now over six months have passed since my departure and I still get calls from irate customers because they are having issues with their installation or production.
The products Phoenix Solar Sells are at industry standards and some are above, however the installations are not great at best and the service is the worst I have ever seen. I personally would not recommend using Phoenix Solar Specialists even if they were the last solar company in the valley.

Beware of local calls setting you up for a solar company visit on the pretext that there is an energy mandate requiring utilities to beef up their renewable energy by 35%. They claim that installation costs will be waived. That's not true at all. Vision Solar was sent out to my house on 2 different occasions this year and it was tough to get them to leave my house. They analyze your roof then share the costs. In both instances, they started at about 50K and then quickly backpedaled to get my business at whatever cost, including matching the lowest offer I'd gotten through EnergySage. So beware, talk of "energy mandate" and "waiving installation costs" are just gimmicks to get their foot in the door.

Stay away from these people.  

My experience is nothing but bad, and that's an understatement.

It took many months to get my system installed and then turned on.
The side of my house has more boxes than an Amazon truck (slightly exagerated).
Production isn't enough to power my house for the year.  I'm writing checks to APS (my power company) from December until March with no solar check at the end of the year to offset those payments.

My salesman wrote down a guaranteed annual production number in front of me.  At no time do I remember that he told me the real number guaranteed was 85% of that number.  I mean what are these people doing.

I believe it's called bait and switch and if it's not illegal it should be.  It's underhanded and misleading.  To write down a number in front of the customer and then change it to 85% of that number in the fine print is just wrong.

I'm sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone.
