I could not be happier.
Gleason Roofing showed up on time, stripped off my old roofing and had my 16 square roof completed in about 4 1/2 hours! It's gorgeous and clearly quality work. Very personable and professional. Love my new roof! Two thumbs up!

I was connected with Dylan Electric and owner Adam as I was starting my Solar Panel project. He was excellent. Walked me through the process, was very hands on and always there to answer questions and let me know the options. I went with Dylan Electric over the big guys like SUN RUN and SOLAR CITY and boy am I happy I did. I saved a lot of money all in, and his work was amazing. I had a little more work on my end dealing with APS and the city but so worth it for the thousands in savings over the quotes from the big solar companies.
Any time I'll need electric work in the future I know who I'll be calling.

I had a really great experience with Nation Sun and David with the whole solar process. He have me very thorough information, multiple options and always answers in a very timely manner when leaving messages. In addition, he ensures that you are all set up in the right electricity plan, checks in at installation and follows up afterwards. We actually almost went with another company, but David stuck with us in our comparisons and was able to meet our goals.

James McCormick is an absolutely outstanding solar contractor. We got our solar from him in 2019 when he was with another company. He was super easy to work with and he did everything he could to get us the best deal on the panels that would work best for us and not just the most expensive to line his pockets. Even though he left the company for a more reputable solar company he still calls to check up on the panels and to make sure they're working as he promised. The last time he checked on us we told him that Solar Topps didn't hold up their promise to birdproof our solar if we started to have issues with Pigeons. When James found out about this he called the company to try and get that remedied and they wouldn't honor it for him either. He asked us how much we were getting charged and when it was getting done in passing when we talked next. I told him everyone was quoting us $1700-$1800 but that I had found a company here that is Veteran owned and he was doing it for $1300. I was happy with this outcome because saving $500 was huge to us at this time due to COVID.
James showed up at our house that day and gave us HALF of the money! This man no longer has to deal with us because our solar has been up for 9 months now AND he isn't even with that company anymore BUT he decides to show up and give us money. Talk about going above and beyond. If you are looking to get solar than I promise you this is the man you want helping you. I can't even explain how selfless that is and I can guarantee you finding someone like James is one in a million! Thank you so much James!!!!

In Dec 2017, I hired AZ Clean Solar to clean my solar panels. Before cleaning, they performed an inspection of my roof, which included photos. After their inspection, I discovered that the previous two different companies I hired to install bird netting on my solar panels and to clean up bird mess and box eves on my roof, did not perform their jobs properly or completely, but they did collect their money for a job they did very poorly. Eric and Scott of AZ Clean Solar spent over 7 hours correcting their mess. They replaced the bird netting on the front and sides of my solar panels with black rubberized netting, which looks wonderful and properly reinstalled, after first removing two bird nests, the existing netting on the backside of the solar panels properly so that birds could not nest underneath. Removed netting from one of the eves and cleaned out the bird debris and area which was netted previously without first removing the debris and cleaning it. Then replacing the old netting with the black rubberized netting which is almost invisible from the street. I love it! Broken tiles and a barrel cap was replaced and my entire roof cleaned. I do not want anyone to go thru what I have gone thru when it comes to bird proofing your solar panels, eves or cleaning bird debris from your roof. AZ Clean Solar will do the job right the first time. It will look very professional and they won't cheat you. Thank you so much, AZ Clean Solar.

I will admit, I have always been hesitant to go Solar. Mainly because my husband and I had been approached over 10 times from December when we moved into our new home in Surprise until June about Solar Panels. Sales guys would come by constantly, give me their sales pitch, and expect me to sign on the spot. Some were cocky and some didn't know what the heck they were talking about. No one every provided us a brochure or showed us what we would save, just told us we should go Solar blah blah. Until one day, my husband was in his parents neighborhood and met Jesus.
He set something up, even though I was reluctant and Jesus came by.
From the moment Jesus walked in until the moment he left, he was extremely professional. it was so refreshing to have someone try and get to know us before selling us.Aftwr some small talk, he immediately pulled out a one pager with a bunch of information as well as showing us what others in our area have saved. He had us access our APS account, typed some stuff in his computer and then physically showed us what we would save.
He gave us time to consider and checked in once in a while. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge that I decided we should go solar.
Since we decided, Jesus has come over to show us plans, come over when the design needed changed and has kept in touch throughout the entire process. he continues to answer all my questions and is always just a phone call away.
Jesus and his great customer service is one of the main reasons we decided to go solar. Sure it saves us money but having someone who knows so much and is so kind, truly made a difference.
I give Simply.Solar 10 stars and would recommend their company to anyone and everyone who wants to go solar. they know their stuff and make you feel comfortable making the decision.
Thanks to Jesus and this amazing company!

I needed lighting added to the backside of my house. Jason from Sun Valley electrical and solar arrived on time for the appointment, looked professional and reviewed my plans. The subsequent work was done as scheduled for the price quoted. Jason looked professional and the install work looked like it was original with the build of the home. I was very pleased and would recommend their services.

Buyers Beware!!!! (Please take a moment to read my experience)
I couldn't say enough bad things about all levels of this company. It all started when my fiancé and I bought our first house. This was a brand new solar system that was installed before we purchased it, and we thought it would be a great idea to have solar and save some money on our electricity each month. Man we were WRONG! We moved into our new house in July of 2018, once we had signed all of our papers for APS we got confirmation that we could get our solar up and running. Once elevation solar came to my property to "make everything operational" that's when it all went completely down hill. With it being July in Arizona it is consistently over 100 degrees everyday. We were in our house for about a week when we noticed our air conditioner wasn't working properly. It would turn off from 2pm-9pm everyday. We called Elevation solar (because that was the only thing we could think of that's changed). Elevation solar assured me that it was nothing on their end, but I persistently asked for them to send out a tech. They sent out a technician after a few days, he looked over the system and said everything was in working order and that I needed someone to come and fix my air conditioner. The air conditioning technician said that our air conditioner was only 2 years old and assured me that it was running great when we ran it manually and that the solar might be turning it off. After many calls with Elevation solar they advised that it could have been my thermostat. Ended up getting 3 different thermostats, but nothing was working! Keep in mind, my fiancé works from home and her and my new puppy had to sit in a house that would get above 85 degrees every single day and elevation solar had no idea what was going on. They finally advised me that I wasn't getting the house cold enough and that was the reason that it was letting our house get to as hot as it was. They advised me to set the thermostat to 72 degrees (they told me this is optimal for their solar panels) and assured me that this would fix the issue and we shouldn't have any issues. I bet you could guess what happened next....yep it didn't work! So not only am I paying monthly for the solar system, I am also paying for an astronomical APS bill, because whenever it becomes 9pm my air conditioner would run all night trying to get the house from 85+ to 72 degrees. Call after call with Elevation solar I finally get in contact with Rob Jones, the COO of the company and let him know of the month and a half experience that my family has had to deal with since we moved into the house. He reassured me that it wasn't their system, but since it's been going on for this long he would get his "best installers on my property to check out the system". They came out as he promised and they came back saying that everything was installed properly. Really I was at a loss of words at this point. I persistently had to try to get ahold of Mr Jones because there had to be a reason why this was happening. Once I told them I would be posting my experience, that's when they got their head of installation and maintenance and this gentlemen's name was Steve. I'm so thankful for Steve because he was the only person that actually knew about the solar system. He was at our property for a total of 5 minutes, and boom our AC was back up and running. He said it was a quick and easy fix, and whoever installed our system SET IT UP WRONG. They made it that instead of turning off our water heater from 2-9pm they made it turn off our AC. He reassured us that anyone that knows the systems should know that information. He said it was rudimentary knowledge with their system. Obviously I went back to Mr Jones more than upset. I work 12 hours days and to come home to a hot house and a fiancé upset everyday because her work place is a boiler room, no amount of apologies can make that right. Mr Jones was clearly embarrassed at the situation, as he should have been and attempted to make it right by covering our APS bill. I was so jaded by the whole experience i was just happy that our system was working properly.

We are very happy with work Ridge Roofing has done. They used excellent craftsmanship, and got done in one day! Their guys were courteous and helpful, taking extra time at the beginning and end of the job to make sure that nothing was missed, and then cleaned up all the debris. We had gotten other roof estimates because of a leak in our roof over our back porch. Ridge found a cracked tile that our regular maintenance guy missed and a fan cover that needed to be replace. Finding this, when the regular guy did not will help us from needing more extensive roof repairs in the future. Additionally when we got quotes, Ridge was very competitive and our final cost was less then all of the rest of the quotes given by other roofing companies.

If you don't like unsolicited robo calls to your cell phone and aggressive and smart mouthed telemarketers on the other end when you answer one of their many calls, then don't use this company. My cell phone number has been on the national Do Not Call Registry since 2020, but this company called me anyways, repeatedly, and left voicemails when I did not answer their calls. They used an autodialer (robocaller) to call my cell phone in violation of the TCPA. I told them both verbally and in writing to put me on their Do Not Call List. They kept calling me anyways and got very sassy with me on the phone. They are unethical, unprofessional, and not nice people to deal with. Their outgoing phone number keeps changing making it nearly impossible to block their calls if you still want to be able to get calls from outside of your phone's contact list for businesses purposes. I did not like them tying up my phone line with their robocalls about something (solar power) that I do not personally want. That does not seem to be a good enough answer to them. They will not take " No " for an answer. They just keep badgering you and trying to force you into dealing with them. Until you start filing complaints against them. We'll see if that keeps them from calling.

My husband and I were seriously considering going solar. Several companies reached out for an in-home presentation. We were contacted by Phoenix Solar Specialist with the promise of receiving $240 check afterward. Their representative was very professional when I inquired about the $240 check, I was quickly told I had to send a year's energy bill at $20 each to totaling the $240.Please BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. This company has no intention of paying the $240. If it's too good to be true, it is....

Stay away from these people.
My experience is nothing but bad, and that's an understatement.
It took many months to get my system installed and then turned on.
The side of my house has more boxes than an Amazon truck (slightly exagerated).
Production isn't enough to power my house for the year. I'm writing checks to APS (my power company) from December until March with no solar check at the end of the year to offset those payments.
My salesman wrote down a guaranteed annual production number in front of me. At no time do I remember that he told me the real number guaranteed was 85% of that number. I mean what are these people doing.
I believe it's called bait and switch and if it's not illegal it should be. It's underhanded and misleading. To write down a number in front of the customer and then change it to 85% of that number in the fine print is just wrong.
I'm sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone.
Buyer Beware!
