They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, did everything except the cabinets and countertop which they coordinated with the other vendors.  The job included taking down a load bearing wall. They were great to work with, on time, very knowledgeable  and professional. I highly recommend them for any project - large or small!

I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

I had them remodel 2 bathrooms and a bonus room in my home. The quality was better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. The best part was the communication through the whole process and considering the amount of work done, they kept the areas pretty clean. They even brought in a cleaning crew who touched up the whole house when done! Will use them for all projects.

Landon Mondragon is the best! He's been doing home renovations for us on several properties over the past 10+ years. His design skills and craftsmanship are amazing. He's super easy to work with and takes great care of his clients.

Could not be happier with the work conducted by Bill at Diztinctive Dezigns.  After dealing with our granite contractor and being less than satisfied, my wife and I were at a loss and frustrated.  We used the Next Door website to locate a local tile contractor and we were directed to Bill at Diztinctive Dezigns.  From our first meeting I could tell that Bill was experienced and down to earth, not arrogant like other contractors we had met with.  So we hire Diztinctive Dezigns to do our simple kitchen back splash project and two months later we hired Bill to do our master bathroom remodel.  I would highly recommend Bill to do any remodel or tile work.

I am rating Anneva Solar to thank Garrett for his patient and honest communication with me. My problem was this. I had solar installed a year ago and wouldn't you know, they went out of business. This left my high and dry with maintenance and warranty. I had also wanted to look into expanding my system.

Even though I hadn't done business with Aneva, Garrett was very accomodating and professional. He explained my options and would say "If you were one of our customers, this is what I would recommend". I completely trust him and appreciated the honesty. I am only sorry that I didn't find these guys when I installed. Thank you for helping me Aneva! I appreciate your time!

I can't say enough good things about Firefly Electric. They responded immediately to my request for a quote and came that day. Their quoted price the services I requested was far less than I imagined (recessed lights, new dimmer switches, and ceiling fan install.) They were then able to schedule the electric work around my schedule the next day.

In terms of their craftsmanship, absolutely top notch! Diontae is a master of his craft and takes pride in his work. He discovered with a laser level my old recessed lights weren't in perfect alignment and made sure the newly installed lights were.

For the dimmer switches I had installed I bought the wrong style, so Diontae went to Home Depot and got the ones I needed no questions asked. Diontae finished all my installs in only a few hours when I thought it would take much longer.

10/22/22  We had Dustin come out and tweak, what we had.  They installed, Solar mounted, solar powered Attic Fan, it was all we needed to circulate more air. It's finally so much cooler.

I looked at solar to offset my high APS bill during the summer months (I have 3 AC units).

John and team were outstanding from day one. I must have spent six months researching the technologies, the industry offerings, the installers etc. I chose Black Platinum because of their reputation for quality, Johns knowledge and value for money. I have an LG/Enphase system on the roof performing above my expectations.

Bring the heat, with solar energy my home is ready!

We've had such a wonderful experience with Sunny Energy.  They have been extremely helpful, quick to serve, and very friendly.  We were nervous about dealing with a shady company, but we really lucked out with them.  I recommend them a million times over.  Everyone from sales to installation to post-installation has been amazing.

We scheduled an appointment at the recent home and garden show for a remodel estimate. They were a no show and didn't even have the courtesy to call to inform us they could not make it. I don't understand why they make appointments they have no intention of honoring.  I will start checking Yelp before making appointments with companies in the future
