Senergy Solar

We are super glad we went with Senergy. It took us about four months to make up our mind but the reason why we went with them is we just seemed to trust them more.They didn't seem as pushy as the other three companies. Their Google reviews were better than the others too.

There was a lot to learn and they were very patient through the process. They kept us updated and we were overall very happy. We had a minor issue that our sales rep DeJay took ownership of and took care of right away...so it wasn't a big deal. Other than that we were very happy and looking forward to saving with the Sun.

Update:
APS bill $18... used to be in the four and five hundred in the summer months. Also our house appraised higher which kind of upset my wife but we found out solar can't raise our property taxes.(Federal law)

The sales people lie. We bought solar from them, but it is actually installed by Titan Roofing which is another bad company. We had solar installed and only had it a few months. Titan installed it wrong and we have a shattered panel. Now Senergy Solar is telling us it is not covered under warranty. However, the sales guy Josh Laudel, said a hurricane could hit it and it would be covered. This company is your best buddy to get the solar installed, but totally ghosts you when there's a problem. I wish we never  bought solar from tthem. Buyer beware!

These guys will not stop knocking on my door to sell me solar. It has happened twice in two days! What is the deal? Go away.

I only know about this company because of their salesperson coming to my door. Already doesn't look good for your company sending your employees out in the Arizona heat to a strangers house. I have a no soliciting sign on my porch but that was ignored. I was flustered and when she asked if I was interested I said sure and then she automatically makes me an appointment. I was maybe looking for some more info in a pamphlet, not trying to have someone come back. I emailed right after to cancel this appointment but someone still showed up and I had to say I wasn't interested (employee also came in his own personal car so I hope this company is providing their own insurance and gas money to their workers). And to top it off both employees I encountered weren't wearing masks. Pretty inconsiderate considering the times we're in.

We've been having nothing but problems. Dylan Michaels with Senergy Solar has turned out to be the worst rep we had. Thinking that this was going to be the best experience. We've been having issues for several months now where NV ENERGY is charging us plus the the solar company. Our representative Dylan we reached out to him a few times about this concern he said he would get back to my husband with a response. He finally got back to him with number to call  although the company was already closed. ‍

i moved to AZ last year and I was looking to put solar on my house, senergy come to my house and walked me thru the process. There were several delays and I understand things happen, after working thru that it was up and running. Then the system went down and it took 3 months to get it up and running (more delays) and they use a 3rd party for install. But during this time of being down, I contacted them and asked for them to refund 3 months of payments, was told that should not be a problem, And now it's been 2 months of me calling and them saying they will get it over to a project manager and they will call you.  NOBODY HAS CALLED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY once they sell it to you they will never call you back if you have any concerns

Sult rob this young man is a good rep for this company or any respectfully company . He is very respectfully and kind man I would recommend this young man to any company   respectful yours Fabio Estrada

I was not impressed by a company sending people door to door during the pandemic with no mask.  If you know that little about science, or have that poor a quality control, why would I possibly consider your company?

They have door to door salesman who walk all over your property and suspiciously snap photographs without being invited. When they came to my door and started the pitch I politely pointed out my "no soliciting" sign to which they responded "we aren't soliciting, we're just providing info."

Someone from this company did a cold call at my front door.  I explained to her that we were indeed looking for solar panel for our house, but because of a terrible past experience we researched companies before we asked them for a bid.  She assured me that Senergy was a reputable, professional company with excellent product.  With reservations, I allowed her to make and appointment for a sales person to come to our house to talk to us on the following Saturday at 10 AM.  No one ever showed up.  When I tried to call the company on their web site, the number would not connect.  I tried to use their online chat, no one ever responded.  I then emailed them, but got no response. Is this company a scam just to get our personal information???  I am furious.  We wasted and entire Saturday sitting at home waiting for someone to come to talk to us and no one ever did.

Despite having a no soliciting sign on my front door, directly above my doorbell, the representatives of this company still continue to ring our doorbell and try to sell me solar!

Critter guard finally installed 23 January 2020...8&1/2-wks after many customer service calls to Arizona.  Grade/star scoring of barely "3"/rounded-up...doesn't necessarily reflect salesperson's expertise nor commitment to quality, but rather the absolute need for corporate follow-up and fulfillment of terms of deal in a timely manner.  Salesperson/manager, Phil Collins, ostensibly shouldered full burden and cost out of his commission for third-party critter-/pigeon-guard wire install via out-sourced solar contractor Titan Solar.
We still would have hoped for more corporate HQ personal follow-up/ownership of Company's reputation and ability to execute its contracts...but that's been totally non-existent.  We remain open to discuss situation with CEO/COO and possible clients/customers, but as yet only calls back from Arcadia-Senergy field sales and Ops/install mgrs.  
Titan Solar did great job of critter-/pigeon-guard install and took photos...saw them all on crewchief's phone with promise to receive set of photos in an hour after office return...never did...again/same story from second contractor...they all must be afraid of workmanship or damage guarantees/l.  
Second company that wants to apparently wants to play "I have a secret'...in general, don't trust thIs industry as a whole.  It's either Vega$ OR the industry overly concerned with legal issues/liability.  No explanations from either company.  Simply be wary folks...sometimes you don't receive what you've chosen to over-pay for in a timely manner.

Wow what great customer service. Totally recommend these guys to anyone. Quality and very clean.

What a joke! The sales man didn't see our NO SOLICITING SIGN!!!!....He knocks on the door very hard and plays with the door handle. I called the police! Sure I didn't know who it was at the time, so I answer. The dude smells like rat piss, I almost threw up but he starts telling all about their company..blah blah blah..I read the company name off his sweaty shirt...I tell him several times I already know about this company, I met the lying owner. What's funny, he agreed. I said well get off my property, the police are on their way plus I don't need your outdated shit on my home. I also told him that the company is a scam and the sales people in the company videos are selling products to their own family members trying to trick people but you can tell..they all have the same big nose and foreheads. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This is a amazing company and doing great things. They helped me with all aspects of getting solar. And answer all my questions in a professional manner !!
