We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

We had our kitchen remodel done except cabinets, they where in great shape for being 18 years old, so trying to match everything to move smoothly was fun, but not easy. Our granite counter tops Granite-Desert Canyon was amazing chose although it got lots of comments about how much movement was in it. The prep that Tim did was stellar, and finish work looks great. The cut of the granite pattern was so carefully thought out. Tec Top installed the counter top in the kitchen, both bathrooms. WOW just watching them was fun, they are professional, careful and made sure we where happy.

Tim it was such pleasure working with you and your team. Cannot thank you enough helping make this remodel actually enjoyable, and just a BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN, MASTERBATH AND POWDER ROOM!!!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

This was our first salon remodel & We can not say enough about working with such a great team!  Rex really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted.  Rex worked hard with us on our tight budget and designed a salon we are proud to show off to our guests! We have received soo many compliments!  He was there every step of the way - From plan design to build. Arriving promptly every morning and cleaning up each evening before they left. The workmen were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I searched Yelp to find someone to install Home Depot Cabinets in my office and found Travis.  He told me how much he charged per hour and told me over the phone that he thought it would take a day - maybe a day and a half tops.  He showed up on time and ready to go to work.  I am thrilled with the install - he pays attention to detail, is tidy and efficient.  I have found my go to guy.  Thanks Travis!!

Thomas Interiors handled our kitchen reno. Not a huge job but complicated by a long time line with a big hole in the middle of it due to our travel schedule.  
Time lines and budget  were met or beat and the final product met our complete satisfaction.  The advice and suggestions  were all value added and touch up issues at the back end of the project were eagerly and promptly attended to.
Skilled craftsmen handled every aspect of the work and were, without exception, very happy to be employed by Thomas Interiors.

This is the prototypical family business that's well run and looking well positioned for a hand off to the next generation.  A great role model for anyone wanting to build a successful small business in any industry.

Kristin S., our Affinity Kitchen Designer, was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She was open to our ideas and yet not afraid to guide us through the process. We appreciated her professional skills and her promptness. She took away our anxiety about undertaking this project, and we feel we have made a new friend.

We met and made an appointment with Jeremy at the Home Show. He came to our house as scheduled and we had a brief chat about the job (3 bathroom remodel). He took one picture and was on his way. We didn't hear back from him with any kind of quote or ideas for our custom project as promised.
After I finally reached out to him he said their designer was going to call us. I don't know how you discuss design ideas over the phone, but regardless we never heard from the designer either.

Needless to say we will not be further pursuing business with this company. If we weren't a good fit or our custom project was going to be too much for their company to handle I don't think it would have been a big deal to just say that. My husband and I travel frequently for work so our time with getting quotes from contractors is limited, so wasting our time was very much not appreciated.

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
