We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

We asked Distinctive Construction to help us turn a seldom used bedroom in to a mega closet and they didn't disappoint. They did a phenomenal job and we're extremely happy with the work. Everyone was professional, courteous and nice. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Marvin repiped my house using pex pipe. It's been installed for two years now from Rafa at lepos plumbing with no issues. Well......until a few days ago.   A leak happened at a joint so I I called Marvin. He came over the same night after working all day and stopped the leak.  Then Marvin and Rafa came back and finished the job!!  I am very happy and pleased with Rafa and Marvins professional work and attitude!!  Thank you very much for being patient with me and being honest and good people.   I would hire them again and again and again!!!! I'm very happy with the work that Travis Strong performed at our home in N Phoenix. He was very polite and right to the point when completing a total kitchen remodel. He  understood what we where looking for and provided us with several samples of material. Our new cabinets & counter tops like marvelous and completed very quickly as planned by Travis.

We couldn't be happier with our Media Wall just completed by Tom and his crew. They came everyday,provided dust control, cleaned up the worksite every day. and finished in a timely manner. The crew was geat and friendly. The guy in charge, Alvor was very knowledgeable, kept us updated as the job progressed, and answered all of  our questions. Tom came to the job site almost daily  and implemented all our small changes.
They are perfectionist when it comes to finishing off their project ,touch up, cleanup (they even cleaned and mopped the tile floor) and followup.
They took our ideas and created a master piece

I'm an interior designer and was refered to affinity. I scored when I got Ray who is amazing and totally knows his stuff. Super friendly guy and very fast response. I'll be using them for all of my client's projects!

We met and made an appointment with Jeremy at the Home Show. He came to our house as scheduled and we had a brief chat about the job (3 bathroom remodel). He took one picture and was on his way. We didn't hear back from him with any kind of quote or ideas for our custom project as promised.
After I finally reached out to him he said their designer was going to call us. I don't know how you discuss design ideas over the phone, but regardless we never heard from the designer either.

Needless to say we will not be further pursuing business with this company. If we weren't a good fit or our custom project was going to be too much for their company to handle I don't think it would have been a big deal to just say that. My husband and I travel frequently for work so our time with getting quotes from contractors is limited, so wasting our time was very much not appreciated.

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
