Static Sun Electric & Solar

Static was absolutely amazing.  Their communication start to finish was top notch.  They worked tirelessly to get the permits/approval from the city of Goodyear (which was a huge pain, yet they persisted until it was obtained), and the work went very smoothly.  Another company had told me that the work I needed done would require unsightly conduit and holes in my walls, but Static was able to do all the work through my attic access.  Although this was more work for them, they prevented having to run conduit, and they didn't put any holes in my walls!!  Amazing work.

David and his son did an amazing job. They swapped out two Chandeliers seamlessly and transported them to respective houses for installation with care. Both very professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend using them. They're also honest and trustworthy.  Thank you so much team.

Called for an appointment to get an estimate for Solar Installation.  Appointment was set for two weeks out.  Technician showed up on time for appointment.  Was provided specific information on our property, electric bill , etc. as requested.  We were promised an estimate within a few days.  No mention of any concern, etc.  Waited several days, no estimate or contact.  Called the office, they apologized for the person not getting back with estimate, said it would be in a day or two.  Still nothing received back. Called again and heard same apology.  Never received anything back.  Must be nice to be so busy you can treat potential customers from a referral so poorly.  

I would not recommend using Static Sun Electric & Solar.  Very poor follow-up and customer service.

Just received a call back from the owner of the company.  He apologized for the lack of communication and asked what he could do to make it right.  He wanted to ensure I knew that this is not how they conduct their business and this was an oversight based on specific reasons.  I greatly appreciate his follow-up to address the situation.  Hence I have changed my recommendation to properly reflect this at this time.

Dave and Colton did a great job!  Came out on schedule and serviced an electric shut off for the a/c and installed a 240V line into the garage for an EV charging station. They cleaned up and we're done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend these guys and will use them again!

Getting an EV Charger installed? Called these folks after getting a crazy high, price gouging, quote of $1100 from another large electrical company to install a Tesla wall charger I had. When I challenged the price they dropped it to $600. Nope... not going to do business with companies that play that game. The run was less than 3 feet from the panel and the number was way too high so I called Static Sun. They told me it would be between 400 to 550 dollars depending on the length of the run based on what I told them. They came out that same day and the two electricians that came where courteous and knew their stuff. They did a really clean installation and the final bill was $450..... which was a really fair price.

Solid company and great service. Thank you for being honest and reasonable. It's refreshing to see this type of service.

Fixed our pool pump outlet the same day and all is good.  Might have cost more than another electrician but it gone done quickly and right which was what we wanted.

I needed help and they replied quickly and tried to save me!  While I ended up with my original electrical that was bailing out - I would definitely go to this company should I need help again!

Best customer service ever!There was a miscommunication regarding pricing.  Julie , the receptionist contacted the owner who not only called back, but did the work himself.  Extremely well-priced.  It is not often that a business goes above and beyond.  I am a lifetime customer.  Will be having them install ceiling fans next.  Thank you Julie, Jared, and Jason !  You made my day.

Very responsive, they scheduled a free estimate and returned to do the work very quickly.  Cost was as expected.

I needed lighting added to the backside of my house. Jason from Sun Valley electrical and solar arrived on time for the appointment, looked professional and reviewed my plans. The subsequent work was done as scheduled for the price quoted.  Jason looked professional and the install work looked like it was original with the build of the home.  I was very pleased and would recommend their services.

Static Sun was excellent! We had an antiquated fuse box and they streamlined everything into two beautiful panels, bright and shiny and everything works beautifully!  I highly recommend Static Sun.

The guys at Sun Valley installed a new breaker panel for me, new canned lighting, and delivered great service.  Highly recommend.
