Scottsdale Solar came highly recommended from one of our friends. After meeting with a few companies, we followed  our trusted friends recommendation. We were on an averaging plan and paid about $267 per month. Last month my electric bill was $40. It will take a year to truly understand the savings, but thus far, we are certainly pleased. Scottsdale Solar was very efficient and the follow up was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

From my personal experience, I can say that Truvo is an excellent company that truly cares about their customers. They had a team of professional roofers who were willing to go the extra mile.

We had the Sun Power system installed in 2012.  It has since had three malfunctions,  The system has been providing approximately 1/2 its rated power output for nearly five months.  Three cases were opened with Sun Power.  The only response has been that they will evaluate the power production in March, the anniversary month.  The system is under constant monitoring and its low production is quite obvious to a casual observation.  This is quite unacceptable and I would caution anyone to seriously consider this type of reliability and service before entering in to an installation.

The owner Jeff is extremely informed and educated about what he sells and also check out his YouTube videos which are very deep and advanced and help you to learn much about solar.
In my opinion, his prices are the best too. Check him out in Mesa first before anybody else.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Raymond processes a high level of expertise and you can tell that he loves his job!  He's not only selling you the best product, he's educating as well. If you care about the environment and you want to save money on your electric bill, let Raymond tell you about solar and you too can save!

We have debated getting solar in our new home for over 3 years, reached out on the internet and got hounded by several harassing salesmen. It was horrible.
Then a few months later I saw an add for Sunpower, their sales experience was like night and day. No pressure,  friendly, informative, and respectful of our time.
Best part of the desicion making the choice to go with their superior product and installation was their quote was several thousand less than other installers.

I call for a free quote set up a day on Friday between 9-12 no one showed up. They called a week later and I told them no one showed up so they asked if they could come again so I agreed.  Shane R. came out and did a long display about there company. I said I was interested in it but had to speak with my wife. I asked for the information he was giving me on paper or email he said his computer cant do that but I was ok to take a picture of the info and saving I would be having. Then he had me sign some paperwork, some on city approvals, aps waives, hoa approvals, and penalty's if I cancel after start up. So I did, then the next day Shane texted me at 7am asking if I had time to  talk with my wife and sign the credit application. I Told him I did and that I would like a copy of the documents I signed with him. Then he stated those don't matter until after I sign for the credit application. I said I get that but I would like a copy of the documents before I sign the credit application. He said sure. I have not got any copies of the paper work. Nor have I been contacted since that morning. This was back on October 20 now its the 31 and have received nothing. I will not do business with a company that will not give you paper work I have asked for, that's a bad sales man/ company standard. Stay away from this company

David is the owner, and service tech. I would expect more of an owner to satisfy his customers for return business and also a good review here.

So I had updated my review as I was promised a refund of the 190.00 the company had charged me to come out to continually fix the same problem of bubbles in the line and change filters. BUT after I updated it he took away the credit and is again charging me the 190.00. NOW to me it tells a lot about a company who reneges on a promise more so then the terrible customer service that I wrote about in the first place. To be paying 8000.00 for equipment in the first place to not have the company stand behind its product and installation, I would be looking elsewhere for a system. Customer service always trumps price for me. I would rather pay a bit more if I knew the company treats its customers well. We have South Face is our hole house solar company we call them to fix any problem they are out by the next day NO CHARGE!!!

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I reached out to Pacific West Solar when the existing solar hot water tank went bad. Peter called me very promptly to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. That was the last good thing I can say about him and his company. When he saw what solar unit we had he broke every sales rule in the book. He expressed in numerous ways what an awful solar unit we had and how horrible the company in town was that services and installs them. I should have told him to leave then, but I need a hot water tank so I asked him what he recommended. Pacific West Solar told me not to buy a solar unit but a conventional gas unit. I wasn't expecting that but was open to the suggestion. That's when it got weird and he seemed irritated. He said he needed to leave because he "wasn't making any money" with me. WHAT?!? I was done with his attitude and lack of interest in giving me a quote. I showed him to the door and shut it on him while he was still talking. Peter, you may know more about water heaters than I'll ever know. However, you need to learn a little customer service! Buyer beware if Pacific West Solar wants to send Peter to your house. In fact, Give Donley AC & Plumbing a call. Dan spent over 30 minutes discussing options and worked on an estimate in my driveway.

1 star is too high for them.  

Don't trust anything they say regarding financing and the added value to your home.  Verify it for yourself.  Do your research.  If you sign anything that seems like a loan like we did, know that this will be a secured loan, i.e. that there will be a lien put on your property.  

Solar panels can only add value to your home if they are paid for in full or are financed through a credit card, not a loan.

They bent the facts to serve their purpose, i.e. getting our business. Afterwards, the owner told us he never lied and that you initialed everything, i.e. you should have known better and to "Talk to my lawyers".  Ultra Energy AZ and their representatives distorted the truth.

My experience with Sunrun has been great. Ive had 2 phone calls and the representative,  Jon Yoeman, visited today. He was very informative and got me signed up to lease the solar panels in no time at all. Glad I decided to go with this company!

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Their salesman lied so many time I quit counting. From the rebates, he said we were going to get it was $1543.74 difference in their favor. Had him write it on the proposal and Erus still wouldn't honor it.
