From my personal experience, I can say that Truvo is an excellent company that truly cares about their customers. They had a team of professional roofers who were willing to go the extra mile.

Used these guys to install a 6.2 kW solar system with a demand manager. The initial sales discussion went great, no pressure, and I feel I was given all the information and resources I needed to make an informed decision. Price was right in the ballpark of all other solar companies and they had great reviews on Yelp so we pulled the trigger. That's when all the problems began.

First the installation of our demand manager was botched. The guy who installed it only connected it to 2 out of 3 of our ACs and then left the demand manager running before we even had our solar system commissioned. I noticed that our ACs were randomly turning on and off, reached out and was given a link to learn about demand managers. Finally explained the situation enough times and had a lead come out who quickly apologized, agreed it was done wrong, and fixed the situation.

Then the panel install date came. Crew showed up on time and were generally respectful. After they left I noticed they had knocked a roof vent loose on my roof, didn't paint like half of the conduit, and left bright pink stickers half ripped off on the side of several panels, which was very visible from the yard. Again, had to make multiple calls to finally get someone out who agreed they did a very poor job and then corrected the issue.

Finally, about 90 days since deposit, the commissioning date came (yay!), Sun Valley guy shows up and has to stay on the phone with someone who is walking him through commissioning the system. Then once he gets it up and the SRP rep confirms it's running, he packs up and is on his way. But wait, no one turned the demand manager on. This is absolutely essential as even one day of high demand with SRP will spike your demand charge for that month. I ask him about it, confirm that it is in fact not running, and he responds "I dont know much about those, maybe someone else will come turn that on". Well, I need it turned on and verified before 1pm when on peak demand will start being measured.  Finally after reaching out again multiple times, someone calls me on the phone and they walk me through turning it on and ensuring it's working.

System is working fine and we are enjoying having solar. I am not sure if I would use Sun Valley again, but if I did I would make sure I stayed up on what they were doing and confirmed everything myself. This company seems to have very bad internal communication issues. The leads and sales folks are knowledgeable and acccountable, but everyone else (basically every install crew) seemed confused and did a poor job.

The owner Jeff is extremely informed and educated about what he sells and also check out his YouTube videos which are very deep and advanced and help you to learn much about solar.
In my opinion, his prices are the best too. Check him out in Mesa first before anybody else.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Raymond processes a high level of expertise and you can tell that he loves his job!  He's not only selling you the best product, he's educating as well. If you care about the environment and you want to save money on your electric bill, let Raymond tell you about solar and you too can save!

Cant say enough good things about greg with pgt solar.  I heard multiple times that sunpower was the best pannels but were very expensive.  I got prices from 7 different companies and they were the 2nd lowest next to tesla and tesla using outdated equiptment.  
I had an existing system with tesla and they had no problem working with that system.
Greg always has answered my calls and all of my questions i like it so much that i recommended him to my father-in-law who got his own system

As a Solar Analyst with Modern City Solar I can say the friendly, family environment has been the best I have come across in my career.  This is a great company to work for and I would recommend this job to anyone.

Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

Unreliable, untrustworthy and expensive. Issues simply taking up too much of my time. Very difficult to coordinate with other services.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

I had the solar installed by Erus energy. However they did reimburse me the two months of the electric bill because my loan payments have started. I have another payment this month and I am paying a electric bill and a loan payment. I called to get reimbursed but no one has returned my phone call. Also the electrician didn't label my breaker box breakers so I have no clue which breaker goes to which. They replaced my old one. Also they had to cut into my roofs metal siding but did a really crappy job. I ask them to fix this and the breaker box but just was ignored. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I will never recommend them again to anyone. I all ready filled a complaint and will be taking them to court. I have on several attempts to call this company and no one returns my messages. I have now reported them to the BBB. Please read the bad reviews it reveals the truth about a company.
