Greg at Scottsdale Solar was great. All work was completed exactly as he said it would be and in the time frame he specified. My monthly saving are even slightly better than expected.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

After spending countless hours researching different solar firms, speaking to sales people, trying to differentiate between a purchase and a lease, the ratings of different panels, and the capabilities of different inverters, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Sun Valley Solar Solutions.  This was the only company I spoke to who didn't try to sell me anything...they just listened to my questions and gave me well-thought out, easy to understand answers.  When Bobby came to our house to evaluate our needs and propose a system layout, he wasn't low pressure.  He was NO pressure, which we really appreciated.  He even told us that if it didn't make sense to install solar in our situation, they wouldn't sell us a system.  Plain and simple.

Well it turns out solar was right for us because I haven't had an electric bill over $30 since installing our system and we're currently offsetting about 95% of our electricity usage with solar.  The installation was flawless, timely, and well communicated.  The installers were very professional and the entire system looks fantastic.  They even painted the conduit to match the house so you can't even see it!  Our system went on-line earlier than expected and we started reaping the benefits immediately.  Our house is entirely electric, so the solar saves us a ton of money every month.

I would recommend Sun Valley Solar Solutions without hesitation.  In fact, I have already done so to one of my neighbors and their system is going to be installed this spring.

I spent over $7,000.00 for an off grid system and while installing it he closed his business and does not answer calls or emails! Now I am stuck with a $7,000.00 boat anchor. He is not a trustworthy person and he better hope I don't see him again!

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! The consultation was very informative and the employees at Coyote Solar had an answer for every question I had about solar. We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Initial steps of evaluating and sales went more smoothly than I could have reasonably expected. Greg had honest answers to all questions and suggested a few questions that had not occurred to me. No overly-aggressive or unscrupulous salesmanship, just honest assessments of the pros and cons of solar installation. Strongly recommend this company.

I can't say this has been a good experience since I signed the contract a month ago.  Maybe a week or two after signing, a surveyor from Triton Solar came out to look at my roof and after going on the roof and breaking several tiles (he didn't even tell me he broke the tiles, just left them on top of my garbage can), he comes down and tells me that they don't install solar panels on tile roofing.  After I notified Modern City about the damage, representatives from Triton came out at 715am one morning without notice and were up on my roof making repairs.  I would have been happy about that had they not left my side gate open when they left.  When I let my 2 dogs out, they escaped and I had to track them down in a panic.  Now I get an email from the "project manager" informing me that they will be leaving and my project has been assigned to a new person.  I am doubting that this will ever get finished and feel I chose the wrong company to do the job.  Not a happy customer.

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I am so glad we decided to go solar! Saves on our electric bill. I feel good saving energy and using a local business.   Living in Phoenix, solar is a no brainer!

Don't trust anything they say regarding financing and the added value to your home.  Verify it for yourself.  Do your research.  If you sign anything that seems like a loan like we did, know that this will be a secured loan, i.e. that there will be a lien put on your property.  

Solar panels can only add value to your home if they are paid for in full or are financed through a credit card, not a loan.

They bent the facts to serve their purpose, i.e. getting our business. Afterwards, the owner told us he never lied and that you initialed everything, i.e. you should have known better and to "Talk to my lawyers".  Ultra Energy AZ and their representatives distorted the truth.

Made 2 appointments never showed never called . Why would you spend your money with this company . Sounds like a place to avoid at any cost

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

This company is really good at the time of the sale, once you get your system installed everything changes, I got my system installed a year ago  and it has never worked well, I used last month 2375 kwt my panels produced only  229. I sent the bills to the company and they never answer their phone or return calls, they just keep sending me to other person and after a year I still  paying my regular electric bill and 265 more for their bill. this is a very unprofessional company, i wont ever recommend them to my family or friends. I am not sure of other companies but ERUS ENERGY from El Paso is not recommended to be used.
