Great product.  We're pleased with our backup battery.  Misty, our project manager, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress of our installation.  Kudos also, to Melissa, Bill, and Sal (GM).

In our opinion, this installation is superior, and more economical than a gas-powered back-up generator.  With this battery we can actually power our house from the battery during peak electric energy rates.

We sure wish we had done this years ago, although we aren't such technology was available back then.

I purchased a solar system from Solar Penny.  The entire panel was pre-configured and assembled on a plywood panel.  Installation was as easy as mounting the panel and connecting the solar panels that I also purchased.  Aaron was very helpful in including a very extensive manual that provided instructions and operating manuals on all the components.  I had an issue with the battery connections and Aaron spent all the time needed on a phone call on a Saturday to troubleshoot and fix the issue.  I highly recommend Solar Penny for anyone looking at solar energy as an alternative or for off-grid applications.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! I was happy with the installation sunpower did on my project.  Everyone was helpful and informative.  The sales professional Greg Field was extremely informative and knew much more than his competitors.  Sunpower has been in business the longest in an overcrowded field.  My only regret is that I did not get more solar panels.

As a Solar Analyst with Modern City Solar I can say the friendly, family environment has been the best I have come across in my career.  This is a great company to work for and I would recommend this job to anyone.

If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I live in Chandler AZ and I wasn't a big fan of solar with the leasing part of the deal but with this company they really did there part to show me the difference of leasing compared to owning the solar. I've been using solar for about 8 months now and I couldn't be happy with the results of my bill. Thanks to the Ultra Energy! You will not be disappointed with saving so much money in the summer. Sunrun did everything they said they would do: They took care of all the city permits, plan design and installation. Plus, their work was neat and clean. I don't think I had to pick up one piece of trash from my roof or from my yard. I am very pleased.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Right now I am giving them a single star because I signed a contract the end of June 2022 and it is now February 7, 2023 and I still have no solar. Yes they have good prices but right now my customer service has been nonexistent.
