Total Care has been my go to company for Heating and AC for 5 years now. Sammy and his company has been honest and reliable from day 1 even when my AC units have not been. I would highly recommend Total Care to anyone looking for a new Heating and AC company!

Total care heating and cooling is the most reputable company I have encountered probably ever. Sammy went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted in our replacement HVAC. He took the time to explain differences, prices, how things work, and made a special effort to ensure our master bedroom was cooling after years of it being the hottest room in the house. That was a year ago, yesterday he came out to service our AC unit and he remembered every detail, he remembered my family members! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and thorough. I recommend him to anyone needing an AC company. His $70 annual service fee is a steal of a deal, he is honest and fair and the best AC company around-- trust me I do not give glowing reviews unless the person deserves it and he really does! You cant go wrong with Sammy.
This is my second year using Total Care Heating and Cooling and I will not be using anyone else. Sammy is always on time and very knowledgeable about his trade. I will recommend Total Care to anyone in search of an AC guy.

When I finally said yes, we added an air purifier as well.
Great communication, and was able to schedule in three days that fit with my schedule.
Reminded me the night before that they would arrive at 7am, and they were right on time.

Great experience working with Sammy. He was super communicative throughout; which made coordinating while I was out of town easy as can be. Checked everything and was super detailed. Had a problem with my old nest thermostat and the new unit which was completely unrelated to the install, and he made sure to follow up and spend the extra time to get it all fixed.
Would highly recommend him to anyone needing service or installation in Phoenix, we'll definitely work with Sammy again if we need anything.
Total Care Heating and Air was by far the best and most honest customer service I received while looking to replace 2 full A/C units. Sammy and his crew were nothing but professional from the quote all the way through the installation. His price points are far beyond reasonable and beat out the other 5 quotes I got. I needed to replace a 36 year old unit (actually 2). Yes from 1985!! And I was referred to Sammy from a friend and figured he was like everyone else. Overpriced, pressure salesman, flaky response time. No - Sammy is literally amazing. He responds right away, we got 3 quotes and his was less than the other 2. He has shown up on time every single time we've needed him for consultation, to measuring to whatever he was never a minute late. And we appreciate that he doesn't leave us hanging all day. He is very honest, he is not out to get rich he really genuinely likes to help people. The vibe he gives off is just a trustworthy genuine nice guy and I had no doubt he was looking out for us as well as needing to do a job. He loves what he does and he is our ac guy forever now. Very old AC condenser failed in a big way on Saturday. Beyond repair. Got a very competitive quote from Sammy at Total Care to replace 2x inside (inc gas furnaces) and outside units with Trane systems. Failed system was replaced by 10am Wednesday morning. Other system replaced by 10am Thursday. Very happy with the service response and the crew's professionalism. Recommended.
Five stars is simply not enough for owner Sammy of Total care heating & air. Cannot say enough about how fast, professional, and terrific my experience was!
I called after 7pm desperately needing someone to come out that night to replace our thermostat. Sammy was literally there within 40 minutes, and came prepared with everything needed to get the job done. He worked super quickly, left things perfectly tidy, and made double sure everything worked before he left.
The service charge was more than reasonable, and well worth the price.
I really hope not to have any further thermostat or ac issues, but if I did, Sammy will definitely be my first and only call!
I am so happy with the service I received from Sammy at Total Care Heating and Cooling today. We had a torn air duct in our attic and he quickly taped it up and recommended we replace it down the line (which we figured anyway). Instead of trying to upsell me or strongly push replacing it right away, he was honest with me and let me make the decision for myself. We will be calling Sammy again in the future for any other hvac work!

I had been having issues with my AC Units for awhile now. I had went through my warranty company & the company they connected me was horrible! I had a bad experience, I wanted to find a good company to help me with my AC units. As soon as I called Total Care they were nice & explained to me what they would do for me. We set up a time & they did as promised. Sammy was amazing! From the very start he was honest, genuine & willing to help me in any way. He explained to me my options & did his best to give me his expertise. I couldn't be happier I chose to replace one of my units. Now they're both running great, & I'm incredibly happy & thankful to Sammy & his team! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Wow! How refreshing to find an honest and reliable air conditioning service! Sammy was right on time and very thorough. He gave us a diagnosis of the problem - why the a/c unit was taking so long to cool, and what the the cost would be to fix the problem. We agreed to the price which was very reasonable and he finished the job. We couldn't be more pleased! Additionally he gave us a complete report of all the things he checked on the unit including pressures, etc. Awesome service!

Went the extra mile for us when one of our units went down. Installed a temporary blower motor in our air handler so we could be comfortable until our new system arrived. My air conditioner went out tonight and with every other place closed or charging crazy fees for after hours visits, Sammy not only answered the phone he showed up within the hour! He diagnosed the issue, gave us a very fair price and fixed it same night. Sammy is probably the kindest most respectful service man I've ever met. I won't go anywhere else in the future!

We had a blown fuse and the thermostat wasn't reading the unit and needed an emergency nighttime fix. Called Sammy and he was at our house in 12 minutes! We've had some bad HVAC experiences before from other people, but Sammy was super knowledgeable and courteous to our home and sleeping baby. We have an HVAC system that is complicated and Sammy was able to fix everything and even checked back in to make sure everything was all good. Can't beat the price either. I seriously recommend him

Fantastic service! Sammy was timely, professional, and thorough. When our AC wasn't working properly, he came out within an hour of calling him (on a Sunday, no less). He fixed the issue and followed up with us to make sure everything was working properly. So refreshing to work with a professional who was knowledgeable, responsive, and service-oriented. Highly recommend!
Saw his van in the neighborhood called him over to check my AC the was not working. Had a different company come out telling me I needed a new compressor. The tech went to work and found a burnt wire at the compressor. He repaired the wire and system started working only charged me the service call. What an Honest company. Will use them for future AC and heating issues. Thank you
I echo most of the other comments about this company; the company was fast and professional. Beyond that, however, I appreciated their transparency. They were very careful to always explain what they were doing, and why. As a result, I felt like I they were treating me honestly. I would certainly recommend them.

Sammy and team were the best! My heater on a 20+ year old unit was on the fritz and Sammy was able to give me great support over the phone on short notice and then later on-site. We reviewed all of my options and there wasn't an ounce of sales in his consultation. He really wanted an option that worked best for me and my family and laid out all the pros and cons of each option, without scare tactics or pressure sales. In the end, we decided due to the age of the unit and the fact that a hot summer was on the horizon, just to replace the unit. He gave me quotes for multiple options. I shopped around for other prices and his quotes were more than competitive. His crew were here the following weekend and completed the new HVAC installation before lunchtime. They took all necessary COVID precautions which was appreciated and cleaned up when they were done. I'd recommend Sammy and Total Care Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Honesty, integrity and reliability. I contacted Sammy with Total Care Heating and Cooling due to a friend recommending him for a quote to replace my A/C unit and Furnace that went out in August. They came out the same day and beat everyone's price with the top brand product I wanted and next day installation. Their communication was impeccable! Sammy promised to treat me like family, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend Total Care and will use them in the future. I asked around with several friends and family, and no one highly recommended their past A/C guys. I took a risk with this company, and am so happy to have discovered them. So many untrustworthy air conditioning companies out there, I am happy to have found a company with a caring and honest owner who explained what he was doing as he worked to find out why my air conditioner was not blowing, and went above and beyond to check other areas to be sure there were no other issues. He gave good advice regarding filters, and made sure I had all of my questions answered. He did not try to up-sell me on anything, and the total cost for the repair was only the cost of the service fee--$49.95. That in itself is a great price. I am very impressed with this company and how professional and personable Sammy's demeanor was. If I could give him five stars +++ I would.

Excellent service from Sammy today. He was able to visit within two hours of calling, on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and had cool air restored. He gave me advice on some diy steps I could take instead of trying to sell me on doing the same and also called an hour later to make sure the system was still running properly. 5/5 - recommended and will use again.

Excellent service from Sammy today. He was able to visit within two hours of calling, on a Sunday, quickly diagnosed the problem and had cool air restored. He gave me advice on some diy steps I could take instead of trying to sell me on doing the same and also called an hour later to make sure the system was still running properly. 5/5 - recommended and will use again.
Absolutely the best!! Quick service! Honest and integrity!! I had a horrible experience with Orangutan trying to scam me for $3000. Sammy from Total care out, fixed my AC unit, and refused to charge me until he could verify that the issue was fixed after the weekend. Tell everyone to use Total Care!!! Simply the best!
Sammy is a great technician and provided exceptional customer service. My central AC failed so I set up an appointment through HomeAdvisor with Total Care Heating and Cooling. Sammy called and asked to come by earlier and I said Great. The problem part was replaced quickly and the bill was a great value.
