After researching several companies, I found Casey and Dry Now Services on Homeadvisor.  The reviews there were great, so I felt confident hiring Casey.  I definitely made the right decision.  Casey and his experienced contractor renovated two bathrooms for me - one was a complete redo and the other was a refresh of existing materials.  Both rooms turned out beautiful!  Something very important to me was working with someone who always gets back to me quickly and stands by their work.  Before, during, and after the jobs were finished Casey was always very responsive.  This was the first time I had ever done a project like this and Casey was also very understanding, patient, and helpful with all the decisions I needed to make.  I trusted Casey and his employee implicitly to respect my home throughout the project and was not disappointed.  Dry Now is definitely my go to company for any home projects, large or small.

Fantabulous service by Allen and his crew.  Workmanship and attention to every detail was a cut above and the finished product was second to none. Referred by Scottsdale Air, my HVAC co., they did not disappoint.  I will let my friends and family know what this first class service crew did for me and I will surely call them back next time for another thorough cleaning.

After my original post we had Justin check into it and did find that a mistake was made and they took care of it. No instead of the original bill for the $1,196.46 they corrected it to be $677.56 much closer to the amount I guess it would be.  So thank you to Justin for the correction I really appreciate it.

EES was professional, responsive and very communicative from the moment I called to set up a quote. Bruce was outstanding, very forthcoming and a pleasure to deal with.  Once remediation started, the crew showed up and all introduced themselves to me with a handshake. Felt very comfortable having them in my house.  They did a great job of explaining things and keeping me informed of the process and what they found.  Extremely respectful group of young men who put in two solid days of work to remedy my situation expeditiously. Well done EES!  I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Coming home on a Saturday night to a flooded garage was no fun, but these guys were responsive.  When they arrived they were caring and communicated what they needed to do and the complete process.  They assured me everything would be done and delivered on all their promises.

I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done.  He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

I noticed my favorite general contractor wasn't on Yelp but thought that everybody should know how great they are. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house.

So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down.

The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will.

What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically,  to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful!

Installed new windows in my house and one large window had a leak over the years causing damage to the drywall. It was a large rounded window with lots of damage.  Repairing the drywall looked like a losing battle and was going to be forced to start over around my new window. Called Robbie, he looked at it and gave me a date.

He arrived today 8/15/22 on time and within 3 hours he was finished. He's done work for me before and the consistency is flawless. Not only is he talented and skilled, he's friendly, fair pricing, on time, professional, timely at his work and simply a great businessman. I will never use anyone else. NEVER! He's that good all the way around.

Joe, the owner, has restored my faith in humanity.  I asked for an estimate to haul away an old tube TV, a broken recliner and some pieces of an old entertainment center.  He came over and told me that it was so small of a load that it would be too expensive for me.  He then offered to come over with his son and move the stuff to the curb so that the Peoria bulk pickup would take it all.  He and his son refused to take any money, try as I might to give them some. He is an amazing man and I would not hesitate to hire him for any sort of job that I might have.

We experienced water damage due to a sewer line breakage under a concrete slab.  PuroClean was fantastic and greatly helped us during the entire process.  Their team was professional, experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable.  Having PuroClean work on the home was one of the few bright points to the whole ordeal.   I would highly recommend calling PuroClean if you have water damage or other disaster in your home!

We have a large yard with many mature trees of varying species. Daniel, a professional arborist, came out to review and suggest a comprehensive game plan for each species. Their pricing was very competitive to other firms that reviewed. Miguel and his crew did great work per their original schedule and pricing. We have used Martin's All Floors for years and had them again today. They never disappoint! They are a family owned company, always on time and do an amazing job. Im so tired of poor customer service that I have to shout it from the rooftop when we have great customer service. They are an awesome company and I highly recommend.

Hands down the best carpet, flooring, upholstery cleaning service in the valley. we have used several others over the years, but the responsiveness, attention to detail, respect for our home and fairness of pricing of sunshine carpet cleaning is unmatched. They cleaned a particularly difficult room, which we thought needed to be replaced, but they got it looking fresh and clean saving us a lot in the process.  Danny and his team take tremendous pride in their work, upholding a family legacy of excellence. This company is everything that is right with small business and we could not be happier with the service delivered.

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

Dave truly approaches his profession as an artist. We interviewed different companies before selecting Dave and Mexican Tile Restoration, and we received exactly the type of service and quality of workmanship that we had hoped for.

Our saltillo tile floors were older and damaged in some spots. We elected to do a very thorough stripping of the floors, recoloring of tiles and grout lines, and then application of several coats of sealer and topcoats. The results are amazing. Our floors are ready for the most discerning guests, and we are confident that they will last for many years to come.

Hercules Contractor - Warning DO NOT use this contractor!
1. 2020 Laundry Room Remodel with Hercules - Oct 28, 2020 to Dec 1, 2020. Further work had to be done to complete remodel because homeowner no longer wanted to continue with Hercules Contractor.
2. Hercules Estimate exceeded final price by $8000.00 plus. Materials listed in price included purchased materials but returns that Hercules laborers took back were never credited on final invoice. Hercules added 15% upcharge for materials. Errors resulted in additional two weeks of labor charges that Hercules owner said he would not charge for since it was their errors but the labor hours were added anyway to final price. The Hercules invoice was the most unprofessional that I have ever seen.
3. Rework, project lead errors, miscommunication between all management & labors, labors unskilled, subcontractors unskilled. Lead manager of project totally unqualified.
4. One day notice they arrived to do demo. No drawings or plans for laundry room remodel even after walls demo'd and hot water heater removed. Space was totally open however lead project manager measured space available wrong. Homeowner provided rough drawings & plans and revised work as demo continued for walls, concrete for plumbing & new sink, dryer venting & electrical. Homeowner looked for advice and guidance by contractor but management only directed labors to make changes based on homeowner ideas despite lack of space in the area to complete.
5. Hercules plumber rerouting plumbing after digging out concrete advised homeowner to cut off existing access to hot/cold water at old sink/drain plumbing based on licensed plumbing guidelines but his evaluation and estimates were wrong. Resulting in no access to plumbing of hot/cold water and drainage from old system once concrete poured limiting new plumbing design.
6. Hercules never secured a written contract with the plumbing subcontractors for Navien tankless hot water heater. Original plumbing subcontractor quit. Original plumber installed Tankless Hotwater heater improperly (resulted in delay of new tankless hot water heater installation and work could not proceed until completed). Navien Sales Rep was called at least 4 times to diagnose possible installation errors, however, he admitted he was not a plumbing installer.
7. Hercules brought in another plumbing contractor to complete installation. They were called many times by Lead Project Manager to come out to homeowner's house to make changes to Navien tankless hotwater heater & system however, Lead PM knew nothing about plumbing and was directing this plumbing contractor to make changes, such as, drainage that was never properly connected or replumb connections and dipswitch changes.
8. Completed drywall was torn down at many locations for rework, new plumbing for new sink was changed many times. Sink that Lead Project Manager said would fit in corner space could not fit. Walls again had to be torn down and reopened that took space from garage to fit a new sink. Hercules Owner said he would pay for it, however, he added all labor changes to final bill. Owner directed laborer to use 2x6 to frame new space taken from the garage for the new sink. 2x6 used approx. 1  1/2 more inches of space that was desperately need for  a sink to fit. Only one small bar sink size was able to fit in the space now and cost approx. $300.
9. On 1/8/21, homeowner hired Mark One Plumbing, Navien Service Specialist:   one of several Specialists listed on Navien website - to check that Navien Tankless Waterheater was installed correctly. This is what Mark One plumbing stated:
a. NaviCirc recycle valve was installed by Hercules - MarkOne plumbing stated internal Waterheater setting and Dipswitches were not set as required in the installation and operating instructions manual. Mark One made the necessary adjustments.
b. Exhaust aluminum and pvc pipe coming off the unit was not angled properly and excess moisture and steam would have accumulated in it; causing the moisture to go back into the unit and require the motor to work harder and eventually destroy the motor.
