Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I had nothing but positive experiences with all the folks at Cardinal Clean. Everyone was professional and work was done with care and timely completion.  Most importantly to me, was the communication.  They were always available to answer any questions and kept me informed regularly with what I needed to know and worked well with my insurance company to keep me free from what I didn't need to be bothered with. A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. Disaster Restoration LLC responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour.  They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week.

All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from Disaster Restoration LLC.  Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. I strongly recommend Disaster Restoration LLC to others needing emergency response, damage cleanup, restoration, and repairs.

What a horrible experience!  This company was paid IN FULL by our insurance company!  They not only never returned all of our furniture and collectibles, but they brought expensive items back that they totally destroyed.  They did not bring back items after 16 months--including a hand-carved desk & armoire!  They have refused to reply to our Insurance Agent and to us.  Insurance fraud!!!
