Best Cleaning Services in Phoenix, AZ

This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

Bottom Line Up Front: Run away from Leslie's House Cleaning and use someone else as their service was pathetic, to say the least. I went with them because they had good ratings. A mistake I most assuredly will not make again. I scheduled the appointment for today so that my wife would be off of work, yet, they came yesterday and interrupted my wife at work calling saying that they were at our home yesterday for the cleaning. Not sure how one could mistake the 2nd for the 3rd when I was very specific and they even confirmed the day. I provided all of the preliminary information of our home including square footage ahead of time so she could provide us with an accurate quote which was 2 people for $175 for 2 hours and $35/hour after the 2 hours. They cleaned for an additional 3 hours which should have come to $289. Yet, she elected to bring a 3rd person to help clean, not me. The total then came to $464 which is outrageous as I've never had to pay that amount. Two people have been able to clean this house in 4 hours for a total of $200 and even less. no problem. So, apparently they are not very efficient with their time and enjoy nickel and dining their clients. Not to mention the total cost included a $17 credit card fee! Are you freaking kidding me? They did NOT disclose ahead of time that they only took cash or Venmo, so they apparently charge a $17 fee if paying by credit card. They cleaned the couch in the back living room but totally blew off the couch in the front living room. I know this because there was dog hair all over the top of it and I confirmed with my wife that the dog was not on the couch.  The fact that they elected to bring a 3rd person to help clean tells me that they are not at all efficient with their time nor efforts and enjoy nickel and diming their clients.  I wish I had been home as I would have turned them away if I knew all of this would happen, especially the cost and service. I don't blame my wife for this, she did the best she could. I blame the house leaner for literally taking advantage of her. I should have gone with someone else! I have never had to pay such an outrageous amount for the cleaning of this house. I will not be using then again and I recommend anyone reading this review to NOT use Leslie's House Cleaning! They don't disclose their cost properly, get their schedules mixed up, don't disclose what payment they accept ahead of time, and totally blow off cleaning things that they are completely basic! Absolutely a waste of $. You are literally better off dealing with children to have your house cleaned, at least they would probably have been worth it. I am not the least bit happy! So long Leslie's House Cleaning! You can go and attempt to screw over other clients but I hope this review prevents others from falling victim to your shady operation!!!

I needed a home cleaned after moving out and Dirt Busters was who I selected.  I was impressed by the cleaners being prompt and ready to go at the time agreed upon. I was happy to see them take the time with dusting, including baseboards and blinds.  I was very pleased and look forward to having them come on a regular basis.

I'm nine months pregnant and my house was a mess. Maid Easy came in and saved the day again! The ladies were very nice and my house is spotless. I'm so excited to come back from the hospital to a clean home! Thank God for Maid Easy!

Katy was the best, most professional cleaner I've ever had! And I'm a Boomer.  

It is obviously she loves her job, and works hard to ensure every bit of grit, grim, soap scum, hard water build up is gone.  I have had a faucet for over 30 years and she completed "encrusted" it.  It looks brand new.  She is this diligent on everything  she cleans.

She was on time, ready to go and she has a wonderful attitude.  I will ask for her next time.

Great service, professional, easy-to-schedule, and reliable. They are slightly more expensive than my previous cleaners, but the fact that they are part of a company vs a person working independently makes it worth it (no worries about them not having insurance and also no worries about tax issues). Also, they have service available on Saturdays, which some other cleaners do not. Give them a try! You will soon be a regular.

I purchased their move-out cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier. I was very worried because I went through a period of severe depression and let the house get way too dirty. after I got everything out the house still smelled and was very dirty, so needless to say there was a lot of work to do. And let me tell you, these people work miracles.
Nothing stank, the carpet looked great, everything was so clean. No cobwebs, no spots, no nothing.
Coincidentally I had already hired a carpet cleaner but after they were done honestly it didn't even really need it. I would give 10/5 stars if I could! Great job, and you'll definitely keep my business if I need a maid service where I live now.

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my house, they made sure I was okay with the clean before they would accept my payment. This team of two did a thorough job, nothing was missed! There was one set of chandelier lights that no matter what they tried, they couldn't get it clean. In this instance, it was a manufacturer issue on chandelier lights that were brand new. I felt so bad about the time they put in trying to clean those lights, when ultimately there was nothing they could do to clean them. They walked me through my whole house pointing out what was cleaned, and made sure I was happy about it. I am so thankful that I found this company! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a thorough, excellent and sparkling clean house!!

I hired this service to deep clean our condo at the beginning of the season . They did an excellent job! I tried a variety of Housecleaners in the Scottsdale area and this is the best cleaning service I have used. Their attentions to detail was extraordinary. I tend to be picky about deep cleaning baseboards , corners etc . they covered all the bases and added delightful touches throughout . I will look no more, I've found the service I will use from now on.

I found Simply Housekeeping when my construction company was in a bind and needed services after we completed a remodel for a very particular customer.  Rose was able to schedule me the very next day!  They arrived on time and made sure to ask all the questions pertaining to the job prior to starting so that she could charge accordingly.  The cleaning crew called me 30 minutes prior to leaving as I had requested and the house looked fantastic. I was nervous because the homeowner IS VERY meticulous and I was concerned that she would find something wrong.  I came into work the next day with an email from my homeowner praising our housekeeping team saying "they are goddesses"!!  I made sure to share the news with Rose so she could share that with her team.

The invoice process was also smooth and easy.

We will definitely use Simply Housekeeping in the future for all our construction clean up needs!  Thanks again Rose!

We had a mess from our renters and needed a quick turnaround getting it cleaned. They fully cleaned the carpet, couch, tile flooring etc. They were very thorough, responsive, professional, tidy and efficient.
