Excellent communication in app for Yelp and offered multiple options for payment. Cleaners came on time and did a thorough job cleaning our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Reasonable cost as well!

Efficient crew of 3 ladies cleaned my vacation condo unit in Scottsdale before new tenants , showed  up as scheduled on time on tne 31st of December. The unit was not too dirty before hand  so is hard to determine if deep cleaning would be needed but I was impressed with the timely show up an efficient cleaners.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I just had 2 Brenda's at my home for a cleaning for the first time. So far my experience with 2 Brenda's has been excellent. They have been very responsive and communicate with me very well via text. They arrived when they said they would and went straight to work. My home was cleaned in less than 2 hours and they did a terrific job. My home is nice and clean now and smells so fresh!!! not reliable spoke w/Tiffany yesterday around 11am she said she would come give me an estimate within 2 hours.  It is now the next day and she never showed up or even call back to reschedule.  She said it was her and her mother doing the service but I expect they won't be in business long if they can't even bother showing up.

This company is a complete scam that picks up people of the street with no training or process for safety. they get them into your home and don't care about what happens as kind as they get their money.
