Prior to service
We were looking for our area rug and stairs to be be cleaned. FYI we did not have any stains on the rug or stairs (house is under 1 year old). This is just a routine cleaning.

Communication was great. We reached out about availability on a Sunday, Monday someone reached out and said they would be available to complete the job Tuesday between 9-10am.

Day of service
We received a text message that they were on the way at 8:47. Brian arrived at 9:50. Friendly person. No complaints. We showed him the area rug and stairs. He quickly began setting up.

Please note: prior to the cleaning we moved the area rug out of the living room for easy access.

Service
The service provided was quick and efficient. We like that he didn't try to small talk. He wasn't rude in anyway. We could tell he was here to do his job and go. We appreciate that. We paid for the service and he was out the door by 10:20.

We would definitely recommend and contact again for additional service.

Gabby was wonderful. She carefully cleaned my friend's house. No nonsense, I explained what I wanted and she got in there and did a fabulous job. She let me know when she would be there. She had her own stuff. But was open to using my products if I had preferred. They were responsive and very easy to deal with. I would recommend Valley's Best Cleaners and Gabby without hesitation. Thanks for making my first foray into housecleaning services a great experience! Good value, too!

I should believe the previous Yelper's reviews.  I don't know why would I think it's just an incident or misunderstanding.  IT'S TRUE!!!  The cleaning crew is horrible.  If you have other choices, choose someone else.  

I normally don't post negative reviews.  I know how difficult it is to run a small business.  I'm trying to put myself in others' shoes.  But I am sorry to say, this business owner should listen to Yelpers' feedback and hire better cleaners.  

I'm a realtor.  I was looking for a new cleaning crew to work with.  I spoke to Brian, he's in a professional manner and assured me they will provide excellent service.  

On the day of service, the cleaning crew text me before they arrive.  When they arrived, they walk around and point out the area that needs to be cleaned. Then they told me it will take 3~4 hours.  Really?  With a vacant house that has previously been cleaned, all they need to do is just the dust.  On top of that, they don't even have to worry about the floor because I hired the carpet cleaner right after the house deep cleaning.  All they have to do is to clean 3 bathrooms & kitchen.

I have used many house cleaners.  For deep cleaning, 3 hours is plenty of time.  Not to mention they don't have much to do at this house since it's still clean.  

When they finished cleaning the first bedroom, and master bedroom & two bathrooms, they told me things are moving fast, they are ahead of schedule.  They might have extra time to sweep the garage floor. (that's 1.5 hours left)  I thanked them and then leave them to keep working & went to another property.  I guess this is the part that I did wrong.  I shouldn't leave!  

When they call me to inform me the work are done, it was ahead of the scheduled time by 10 minutes.  However,  when I went back to check I found the kitchen is almost "untouched".  How do I know?  Because the water stains on the sink are still there.  The crumbs on the kitchen counter still exist.  The oven is still dirty.  The sliding doors still have fingerprints.  Tons of bugs still on sliding door rails.  The glass in the master shower still has water stains.  

When I call the office, she told me it was because they ran out of time.  Really?  They told me they will only sweep the garage floor if they have the "extra time".  The garage floor was cleaned, but not the kitchen?  With 1.5 hours left on the clock, not enough time to clean the kitchen?

The cleaning crews are dishonest.  I will avoid using their service again.
(P.S. this review is for house cleaning only.  I have nothing against the carpet cleaning service)

The team communicated quickly with me, had a reasonable rate, and let me know in advance of the need to reschedule (fitting me in the same day). The cleaning team was polite and friendly.

I will definitely be using them again.

I am so disappointed in the cleaning we had done. Two cleaners were here for 3 1/2 hours and I honestly don't know what they cleaned. I didn't even have them do three of our bedrooms, only the master bedroom is what I requested. I walked around after they left and couldn't believe how bad of a job it was. I don't mean to sound rude, but I just can't believe it. I'm baffled as to what they did during that time.

NOTHING was vacuumed in the house.

The Master bedroom wasn't touched. Not one piece of furniture was dusted in there. Master bathtub not touched. The shower was wet, but doesn't look like it was cleaned. Mirror not clean.

Kitchen appliances not even touched. Smudges on them still. Counters not wiped. They did clean the oven somewhat as I had requested it, although not perfect.

The floors look horrible. They were worse after they left than before. It looked like dirt streaks everywhere, as if they used a dirty mop. Even my 20 year old son said "what happened to the floors? They're all dirty." I used a Swiffer a couple hours after they were here because it was so bad and the pads were covered in dirt (see picture).

I hired professional housecleaners because we were having a party and thought it would save me the time from cleaning. I basically had to do everything after wasting my morning. Oh, also I found it odd they asked me for a broom and if I had oven cleaner.

I sent an email right away with my thoughts on the cleaning and attached pictures. I received a phone call later that day from the person in charge of the cleaners. She apologized and offered to send different cleaners to redo the job. I declined as I had things to do (with a party to finish getting ready for).  She asked what I thought a good resolution would be and I said a refund. She said she'd talk to her partner and get back to me. A week after the cleaning I was refunded $100 ... not even half of what I paid. I am grateful for something at least, but still upset that I paid a lot of money for a service I did NOT receive. She also offered me a discount in the future, but I will not be using this company again.

Five times!?! You guys don't even keep track of
Invoices!! I have left so many voicemails asking for invoices for tax purposes and you blow me off! Your cleaners steal and spend their time smoking out front and standing there on their cell phones. We have cameras we're not stupid. Sorry your being fooled.

Wonderful service! Stacie did a fantastic job and ensured our home looked spotless. We used their service for a move out cleaning and highly recommend Valley's Best Cleaners, especially Stacie!

They did a good job - while they showed up.  One week in December they needed to switch days, which was fine. Then the person couldn't make it on that date. They never came back.  I have texted and called but have received no response.  I'm hoping this review might get their attention, but I shouldn't need to chase them down to give them business.

I've been using VBC's for over a year and I'm always very pleased with the quality of the work.  I typically have Emma and Jessica do the cleaning at my home and its always top notch.  They are also very reasonably priced relative to other cleaning companies.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a few rooms or any entire house cleaned.

Just what a cleaning company should be, simple, efficient, reliable, and most importantly even my son said,  "oh wow, that's really clean"

They are really good. I have gone to other cleaners but was not happy. They are very accommodating. They do a great job.

Hired this company for a move out clean, prices are reasonable, our cleaner was so sweet, but there was a lot over looked and I'm bummed about it. I'm 8 months pregnant so the things that were not done were left for me to do, I also asked for an itemized receipt because my property management asks for proof of carpet cleaning and even though I was told I would get it emailed to me, I have not received it. Overall the people are nice, but the things that were not done were important.

They do a great job consistently and I feel comfortable having the same crew regularly. Would recommend to a friend for sure!

After being stood up by one cleaning company, Valley's Best Cleaners made sure to send someone reliable. Emma was on time, provided great communication and did a great job deep cleaning the residence! She took her time and was very thorough making sure to handle all the areas I requested needing special attention. Super happy and pleased with this company, will be using again in the future.

I have hesitated for a long time on writing this review, because I know the state of the world and how tough things are for everyone. But, that is also the reason I finally decided to write it. Times are tough so using a cleaning service is a luxury that if people do decide to pay for, they should get their money's worth. I had an AWFUL experience with this company. My house was completely empty (we were moving in that day) and I wanted it cleaned prior to the mover arriving. Saying this to give context that there was NOTHING in the house that she needed to clean around. It was empty. STILL, in 4 hours she barely got anything done! The young woman they sent came completely unprepared. She had nothing to dust with (high or low), no vacuum, no mop, barely any cleaning products, and absolutely no motivation either. In the whole 4 hours she was in this EMPTY house, she did 3 rooms, BARELY even scratching the surface in those rooms. What was she doing for 4 hours with no dusting materials and no vacuum? I have NO IDEA! I didn't want to hover but eventually as time ticked on, I went to go and check her work because she was still in the same place in the house for a really long time. Even after spending a good hour and a half on ONE bathroom (mind you, it was only surface cleaning that needed to be done), I STILL had to point out spots she had missed and things that weren't done. Finally, I just started directing her to what I was seeing and walking away hoping she would handle it. NO....not even when I clearly pointed things out did she get them clean. I asked for the baseboards and doors to be wiped down (again, empty house), but she did nothing. I asked for the blinds to at least be dusted, once she left, I STILL had to do it myself. Long story short, this was a complete waste of money and in a totally empty house, I could have gotten it done (and HAVE) in MUCH less time and done a much better job. Bottom line, GO ELSEWHERE! PLEASE don't waste your hard-earned money here.

The house cleaning was amazing and the communication was excellent. Shannon went above and beyond with both the cleaning and keeping me up to date on what was happening for an absolute mess that a previous renter left in my  Airbnb.  I was shocked that the renters left it like that, but Shannon and Denise were able to get it looking like a brand new property again.  Thanks!

Had a one time clean with Stacie. She is very sweet and worked hard. She stayed within the allotted time and we appreciate her coming out!

We had them coming every other week, and they just stopped showing up?... There was not a notice about it. When I contacted them the first time about not coming they stated they accidentally scheduled us for the following week. I agreed... then they still never showed up. No texts and no calls... they just didn't come.

I used this cleaning company for a move out cleaning on a rental unit.  They were quick, proficient and professional.  I would certainly use them again in the future.

We were impressed with the price of the bid, had some almost twice that amount. They had set up a small time frame of when they would be at the house. Received a text that it was going to be a bit later than originally stated. It was appreciated that we were informed of the time change and not left waiting.

They are very responsive and easy to work with. There are a little pricey, so my expectations are higher, and they missed a few things. I will give you another opportunity and could me back and make an update if it works out.

My house has never been cleaner!!! The girls did such a great job! Very thorough and worth every penny!!! I would definitely use this company again!!

I got quoted for a deep clean. They were very responsive and timely with scheduling. The girl who showed up was very kind. I, however, do not feel what I received was a "deep" clean. I have dust on my blinds and banister when I specifically asked for those areas to be done. My counters and floors have spots that werent cleaned well. My house really isnt very dirty either which is why I am confused. The cleaner seemed very concerned with getting it done within 3 hours and to me that makes no sense. Either you have a flat fee for a service or you charge people hourly. I wont be using this company again.

I reached out to a few cleaning services through Yelp, and found Valley's Best quote to be the best. They were very responsive and clear about their approach, price, and coverage. I was also able to schedule our cleaning quickly and at a convenient time.

While one of the associates had an emergency at the last minute and could not join, Jennifer, who serviced our house, was awesome! Besides the great job with the cleaning, we liked her professionalism, attitude, and flexibility to work with us to prioritize the areas we wanted to cover and also stay longer to make up for the missing team member. She was also fully immersed in her work in the planned service window and we appreciated that.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Valley's Best, and especially with Jennifer's work, and plan to engage them on a recurring basis.

So the initial cleaning went great. Showed up on time and asked what we wanted done.  Looking forward to having this company clean on a regular basis.

They were prompt in responding, was able to schedule within a week and arrived within the window. The project was completed and the price was fair. The technician advised me of some concerns with my windows which I found very helpful, thank you!

This is my first experience with this company. Shannon called to let me know she was on her way. She was amazing. My floors, carpet and window blinds look so nice. I had to reschedule this appointment three times. Each time, they were very understanding and very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend Shannon and this company. Greg came out today to clean my living room area rug, 2 large couches and my master bedroom. My dog unfortunately started peeing and another dog got an upset stomach and threw up everywhere. I couldn't handle the smell so I called 5 different companies. I finally found valleys best cleaners. They beat out everyone's price that i called by minimum $100. (Please don't increase your prices! Haha) I was calling around on a Tuesday. There was one company that could have come out same day but they would have cost more. I waited until Thursday for them to come out and I am so happy. Greg did an amazing job and was super helpful. My couches look brand new and the throw up stains are completely gone. I would definitely choose these guys in the future.

Initial communication was fantastic. It was easy to use the website and I appreciated the prompt response.  I was excited that I had found a new company for my cleaning needs.  Day of arrival.  Again, communication was greatly appreciated even though they were late. I wasn't stressed about that because of the prompt communication.  My first quote was 285. for 3 hours with 2 people!! Wow. what a great price this is great.  Then I was told to clean my house top to bottom they would need 5 hr. to 6 hr.  Not as excited but I was thinking I've had cleaners before, and they make my house shine in that amount of time.  I called your company and booked for 5hrs.  Later that day one of the cleaners called and said they were just getting downstairs at 4 hrs.  To get my house all, the way done I would need 6hrs.  Not thrilled but I said that's fine (thinking I wouldn't need to go back and clean this is worth it).  I sent a text and was told the manager would call and collect payment.  Then I got a call from one of the cleaners saying the manager had decided to give me a free hour.  I was so excited and thought what a great company.  They know how to get repeat clients.  So, I went to the house.  It's clean but nothing that was noteworthy.  The girls were fantastic, but I think this is a training problem.  You need to train your workers to be able to clean in an efficient amount of time.  Garbage didn't get taken out, cabinets were not wiped out, laundry room didn't get mopped, baseboards in my bathroom didn't get cleaned, my shower wasn't great, I haven't even looked at the rest of the house since I had a class to get to and I needed to leave. The icing on the cake is when I get a text that I'm getting charged for 6hours and the bonus hour was something I never even asked for.  So, you're telling me it takes 14 hours (since there are 2 people) to do a basic clean - (this was not even close to a deep clean) on a 3400 sq. ft home.  Again, you need to train your employees better.  I find no fault with the girls at the house. They were pleasant to talk with and communicated very well. This is a complete management/training problem and I feel should be addressed quickly.  Someone should be walking the house after your cleaners are done. The cost of 540. is the highest I've ever paid to get my house clean. This should be a clean that you don't need to go back into the house and clean.  One of the best parts of getting your house clean is coming home and having the house smell fresh and clean. This wasn't even the case with this.  At best this was a 289.00 cleaning job nowhere near a 540. price tag.

Customer service was good. I contacted them for a quote on yelp and they responded pretty quickly and gave me a good price, set my appointment just a couple days away. But the actual cleaning was just okay. I wouldn't recommend them and next time I'll try another company. There are obvious spots that were missed. I had 2 area rugs, an aisle runner and a toddler chair. The area rugs don't bother me as much as the toddler chair does. The whole point was to have it cleaned for my baby and now I have to have it cleaned again before she comes because it wasn't cleaned all the way.
Also, the runner and one area rug are flat but the bigger area rug now has ripples all down one side of it that aren't going away. I sure hope they didn't permanently damage my rug. I'm going to give it a week and hope it flattens out, but it's not making any progress at this point.

So, as it all stands right now, I would say use another company.

My tech Angelica was a Godsend! She came on time, prepared, and super professional. I was concerned that she wouldn't be able to complete such a large job by herself but she got it done. There was some confusion on the price which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars but aside from that, I was very happy with the end result. I would definitely hire this company again!!

I had Valley's Best Cleaners out to my residence to clean my sectional and they did a great job. They gave me a quick quote request via yelp, scheduled the job soon after request, showed up on time, and most importantly, made my old, favorite, comfortable sectional useable for a few more years. Would recommend Valley's Best.

I have used Valley's Best for a couple of residential houses that I manage. Their response to requests for quotes have been very prompt. Recently I requested a proposal for a Move Out Cleaning of a rental house to get it ready to put back on the market. On very short notice, Nate was able to fit me in the next day.

As the house was vacant, I gave Nate the code, etc. so the cleaner could get in. Sam the cleaner contacted me to let me know when she was arriving, and kept me informed through the entire process. Mistakes happen and Sam forgot some very minor items, however she remembered, told me about it, and was out at the house the very next day to take care of it. Sam even sent me photos of the house after the cleaning.

Nate was even able to email me a link so I could pay with my company credit card. The entire process was very easy, saved me time, and was affordable! I would definitely recommend. If I can, I will add some photos that Sam sent me of the house after the cleaning. I would recommend and will continue to use Valley's Best.

Was linked up to this cleaning company through home warranty. Received courtesy call from Company to set up date/time of cleaning, explained coverage through warranty 1 1/2 of covered service. I agreed and stated if it takes longer to clean I would cover extra expense at their hourly rate. End of courtesy call. Cleaning person arrives on agreed time/date met by resident and verified through phone call special instructions. Those extra instructions were for ceiling fans, widows, and extra dusting. Well end result was 1 1/2 hours of cleaning excluding 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen......When I contacted this company they said the resident instructed them to only clean for 1 1/2 hours only.
In summary if you want this company to clean your house get it in writing your agreement of items requiring cleaning including time allotted. Obviously phone conversation and in person instructions are a bit complex. Also note that the customer in this instance was mistakenly misleading basically excusing the lackluster service according to their office staff. Hope this helps.

Katy was the best, most professional cleaner I've ever had! And I'm a Boomer.  

It is obviously she loves her job, and works hard to ensure every bit of grit, grim, soap scum, hard water build up is gone.  I have had a faucet for over 30 years and she completed "encrusted" it.  It looks brand new.  She is this diligent on everything  she cleans.

She was on time, ready to go and she has a wonderful attitude.  I will ask for her next time.

Best Carpet cleaning service in Phoenix. Highly recommended. We thought our boys carpet had no remedy however they were able to make carpet look like new and at a very reasonable rate. This small family owned business definitely beats the competitors in all areas.

Once again we used this company for cleaning my home ahead of it closing. We simply could not be happier!  The two young ladies that came out were friendly and efficient. We had a deadline to be done before the final walk through and they beat it by 2 hours!  And the work was exceptional!  Everything we asked them to do was done. Don't hesitate to hire this company!  You will not be disappointed!

Wow- what a great job!  I had a rental set-up for a couple to move into and the landlord had not cleaned.  All my cleaners were tied up and not able to jump it to help.  I called, got a human being, they told me they would have someone there the next day... I went to meet them and they were even early!  Jess was her name.  She made me feel good enough to let her do her thing at the house and I followed back up - what a difference!  The best part was the couple showing up and saying THANK YOU!!! I will definitely use and recommend Valley in the future!  Real life saver!

Kattie and Jess did an excellent job on my post-construction cleaning.  Walls, windows, floors, blinds...everything!  I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their house cleaned.  And, will be calling them again anytime I need a deep cleaning done! Very thorough and they left my house as clean as it was before the construction started!

Jennifer came to my empty home I just bought and did a deep clean that made the house look virtually new.  She scrubbed bathrooms, cabinets, floors, and got all of the places I would not have been able to reach.  I feel so good about moving in and putting my kitchen and bathroom items away because I know each place is fully clean.
The carpets were also cleaned by a man from this company - I'm sorry I don't remember his name because he did a great job.  I am thrilled with the work that was done by Valley's Best Cleaners and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and to use them again if I had the need.

I hired this company to clean our rental house. I was quoted I believe $80 for a 2-hour cleaning. Lady that showed up said that she would be willing to continue to keep cleaning the house after her boss knew for a discounted rate and she could pocket the money. figuring this might be a good deal I decided to go with it and had her clean the house for an additional 3 hours. Once it was time for her to leave, The house had only been 30% cleand. I would not recommend this company due to shady employees and not taking care of the job in a timely matter.

They were great! I got a very reasonable quote ($105 to have three chairs cleaned, and they did a great job. It probably only took a half hour, and the guy said he was only going to charge me $85! The communication was also good, and the guy arrived right on schedule.

Shannon and Kattie were absolutely wonderful and really listened to what I wanted today. They did a very in depth walk through of the space before cleaning and did everything (and more) than what I was expecting. I also had carpet cleaning done by valleys best on Monday and although I did not get the names I was very impressed with the quickness and ease of that service as well. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Robert cleaned the carpet in my 3 bedrooms today, they look and smell great!  He was on time and answered my questions.  I had a rug that needed to be cleaned but it was too thin for them to clean, and he said that my tile/grout really didn't need to be cleaned yet.  I appreciate the honesty!!

I will definitely use Valley's Best for my tile/grout cleaning when it's ready.

The lady came only cleaned less than a quarter of the home. Claimed she needed to scrub the bathroom. However the bathroom was not cleaned. Still dirty. House did not appear clean. After 3 hours... would not recommend.

sadly, my husband pointed out that the cleaner failed to clean the tile floor in the master bathroom. I texted Valley's Best and asked for special attention on that area for the following month. Next month, still had a dirty shower floor. Contacted Valley's Best and was told someone could come clean. No one ever did, no follow up, no contact until Valley Best wanted to schedule next cleaning. We paid for 2 months of cleaning and didn't get a clean shower. We're looking for someone else.

I hope this review gets noticed.  I had an earlier review where I wrote a comment for my aunt about how she wasn't very happy with the service.  I want to put it on record that they expedited a reply to her and made good on the quality of their service.  Jenny called my aunt the very next day and offered to send someone out to clean.  Crystal arrived and what a blessing.  She was phenomenal!  Not only a sweet gal but she was very thorough with the clean.  Being a business owner myself, I know how sometimes things can happen.  It's more about how they rectify an issue that makes a customer come back.  Thank you to Valley Best Cleaners

UPDATE: I was originally not the happiest camper as far as the 1st service went. However, after receiving a call from Nate- speaking in detail my concerns-I am more than pleased to state that I am beyond grateful for this company! Not only did they return and give me a cleaning that you could literally eat off the floor but they went above and beyond!
The second specialist- Lara who was assigned to my apartment was personal, courteous, helpful and efficient.. we could not have asked for better ! I will defiently be spoiling myself and my little with more mommy  time by booking this company to clean bi-monthly or maybe even weekly from here on out! They are DEFEINTELY worth trying out in your home. 5 stars hands down!

Great service and great deal. They came on time and worked 4 hours to clean the carpet and grout. They told me the last Owner had a dog so there was a lot of urine. Thank God I chose professionals to clean. I will call them again for carpet cleaning soon.

Good communication. On time and did a nice job cleaning my home. Maria was very personable and worked steadily for entire time she was here.

They are prompt and professional. I had left my apt unlocked for them but the complex had inspected and locked it. The cleaner was patient enough to call me and allow me the opportunity to call the office and get her access. They could very easily have left and charged me some B.S. fee.
The apt and rug cleaning was perfect. She even cleaned out the storage unit to make sure there were no issues with my deposit.
I would be more than happy to recommend and hire them again.

I tried several cleaners and could not get any to call me back or respond. I called Valleys Best they answered right away. They had a cleaner to my house with in 2 business days. Sylvia did a great job. There was a lot of cleaning to do in this 3700 sq foot house and she got it done in a timely matter.

She is super friendly, pays attention to detail, consulted with me regarding any special considerations, did a great job cleaning, and loved my dogs, which for me is really important when someone comes into my home! I wouldn't waste my money.

They will give you a move out special price of $140 and then send out one person that will clean for a couple of hours.

We moved out of a 1200-1300 sq ft house , my wife ended up cleaning more of the house than the cleaner.

We had a few people at the house who waited for a very late cleaner & then were extremely underwhelmed when she actually got to the house and started.

My son bought our house , so we were trying to do something nice for him. The service is not worth the charge.

I hired them to clean our home prior to move in 4/20/2020. The gal (Jessica) was late in arrival and had barely started cleaning when the movers showed up. She completely freaked out because she didn't want to clean with movers in the house because of Corona Virus. She said the manager would call us to reschedule. She left the vacuum out and she broke our shower door in the master bathroom. I was more than disappointed. I paid what was quoted, because they charged me when the cleaner got there, and they never followed up to see if she actually cleaned. I would not recommend and of course I would never use them again. I wonder if "Jessica" still works there, she did not want to clean at all because of the virus, so why did they send her?????

As a follow up, she said you would contact/call me to reschedule. I had no email/Internet hooked up at the time and I've been busy moving into our new home. You are hearing from me now, because I finally have some time and the Internet to post.  I can't be the only one that experienced this with that particular employee. This is not to start an argument, I'm just stating the facts.

Pam arrived on time & did an excellent job. Incredible attention to detail, definitely cares about her work. I scheduled a every three week cleaning. Fast response, easy to schedule & great price.

Second time I've used the them.  Still fantastic.  Did a great job on my carpet.  Tech was professional and was very conscious of Covid safety.

Maria is the BEST!! I contacted Valley's Best after being disappointed with my previous cleaner many times in a row. The owner Brian was very kind and responded quickly to my inquiry. I appreciated that they did a walk through the first visit to go over everything I wanted cleaned and what things were a main priority with the time frame I asked for. Maria not only did a fantastic job on the house, she was friendly and patient with my toddler that was constantly wanting her attention. I booked a this service with the estimated being that I could get my smaller home cleaned in 3 hours.  I didn't realize they only send 1 person to do the job.  That one person (as nice as she was) was VERY slow and only had 1 bathroom and about 80% of the second bathroom done at about the 2.5 hour mark.  

As I had new tenants moving in the next day I had to clean the entire downstairs myself.   The woman cleaning was so very nice and felt bad and even stayed a bit longer to try and help me out.  

Full disclosure, the owner did offer me a $20 discount which helped soften the blow but I will not be using this service again.  

Not to others:  Always get a flat rate...don't go with the $ per hour.  :(

Wow!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! Was charged $230 for a 2 hour, 2 person cleaning and only floors and bathrooms were done. And still floors were gross. Was told a 2 hour cleaning with 2 people would be $190, I unfortunately assumed that this would include more then just floors and bathrooms abs wipe down of kitchen counters, but it did not. They stayed for 2.5 hours and the house looks like no cleaners had come. I could do my floors Nd bathrooms in just an hour and have it look better. I was told that was all they could do in 2.5 hour time frame. Had I been told that is all that could be done I would have chose not to have the service, but at least give me the information up front to make an informed decision. Looks like cleaners never came at my home. Man answering the phone was so rude and said he would send messages to higher up people. No apologies or trying to get anything resolved. Given the run around and no resolution at all. Honestly the worst experience.  Please do not use this service they screw you, they will say 2 hours but then charge more if they need more time, well what's the incentive to get things done if they can just make more money with taking longer?!! I made a huge mistake and will only ever use a service with flat rate and not this crap. Oh and no phone call just a text from an owner or someone saying they will come out to clean more, why would I want them back if they didn't even clean well in the first place, no offer for refund...nothing. Please save yourself this headache!!

I've used Valley's Best Cleaners for housecleaning, carpet cleaning, & tile/grout cleaning. They always do a great job!

I just had Valley's best come and clean my bathrooms, kitchen and carpets and they did an amazing job! They were wonderful with communication arrived right on time and we are so happy with the work done. Justine did a wonderful job cleaning and Greg did awesome on our carpets they look so much better. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Emma and Crystal spent 5 hours doing a deep clean for me recently. They did a fantastic job. Everything looked great, including some areas that were in bad shape. They were on time, efficient and very easy to work with.

I bought a new house and scheduled an appointment based off Yelp reviews.  I called, my call  was picked up, they explained their services and I called back to book.  I texted to confirm my appointment and they immediately  confirmed.  The next day I got a text they were running early.  I arranged for someone to be here and when I got  here, it was just completed  and my house was  VERY warm due to just moving in and things  not  being set up yet.   The  carpets smelled great and looked great.  They dried as stated and were not over saturated.  I would definitely use again and/or recommend.

Krystal did a really good job cleaning our house. She was very pleasant and efficient. Requested her for our next scheduled cleaning. Very pleased with the company and staff.

I have to say i was quite disappointed with the appointment yesterday. I requested a move out clean and Carrie who arrived spent 2 hrs in my small kitchen. She spent  most of the time tearing apart the refrigerator and trying to put it back together! She Didn't get to the second bathroom or half of the house was left unclean!!! I will be reviewing on other platforms as well but I won't be using or recommending your services to anyone.

They did an awesome job cleaning our grout and tile.   They arrived on time, we polite and professional. I was very happy with the pricing and the quality of the work.  I was very pleased not to be given a sales pitch to purchase more services than I had booked.  They also were able to fit me in last minute.

I really hate to give out a poor rating for this company. The owners seem like fairly decent people who want to satisfy their clients; however, I do not feel honest giving them a good rating based on their employees.

The company gives you a rate for "deep cleaning."  The cleaning people, of course, stretch the work out twice as long as originally contracted for, then tell you they're only going to do their regular cleaning for that higher priced deep clean.

Then, they start in your bedroom, where most people keep their valuables.  They were in there for more than two hours.  When they left, I noticed costume jewelry missing.  Makes me wonder what other valuables I'll realize "vanished" months from now.  Also, a souvenir bottle I kept in my vanity is missing, which I think I heard break but the gal never said a word about it.

After four hours, their regular clean did not include our family room or laundry.  When I was obviously upset, they both quickly cleaned the family room. (Maybe because they spent too much time "cleaning" my bedroom???)

I've hired lots of cleaning people in the past, and there's good ones and bad ones.  Many companies play their little games to bump you up, but this was the first time I've ever had something taken by a company that said they're insured. Maybe they need to be bonded?

I'm giving them two stars because the owners gave me a $30 discount off their $270 bill. I should note, the two girls that came out, wanted to charge us an additional $350, which was ridiculous!  ( And Since when does deep cleaning not include dusting under sofas and tables?)

I kinda feel like a victim of a scam.

Note:  I did call the company and let them know about the above issues, as I thought they would want to know.  That's when they gave me a $30 discount.

I still had a gnawing feeling about how their "service" was delivered, and write the above post. Then I received the following text from the owners:

"Hi Mary!  This is Nate from Valley's Best Cleaners.  I wanted to reach out to you regarding your experience.  We truly feel awful any time someone is not satisfied with our service but I can tell that you had a really poor experience.  The last thing we want anyone to feel is that they were victim of a con-job!  We care about our customer experiences and our reviews so I am reaching out to see if there is anything that I can do for you to leave you feeling a little better about us.  I have spoken to both of the cleaners and they both swear up and down that they didn't remove anything from your home or break anything either.  I know that doesn't help much but they have worked with us for a while now and I've never had any other complaints about this kind of thing happening before...and I am watching them both very carefully now that you have shared your feelings. That said...once again I ask, what can I do so you don't feel all we were trying to do is take advantage of you.  If I were to give you a sizeable refund, would you feel that I tried to make things right and consider improving the rating score?  Is there anything at all that I can do for you to get you to consider leaving us a 4 or 5 star review?  Please think about it as we really do care about customer feedback and poor reviews kill small family owned companies like us.  Thank you for time.  Please let me know."

My response was:

"I'm sorry, but I cannot accept money to change my review as that was not my honest experience.  Best of luck, Mary"

Then, the owner responded:

"I understand.  But let me suggest...from the way I read the review, it seems to me you feel that one of the problems is that the service was not worth the price.  So I am trying to address the problem and offer a solution to give you a price that is more in line with the service you received.  And if I was willing to offer resolutions like this for any customer that has a poor experience, wouldn't that make it the kind of company that you feel you could recommend to others? Meaning...I am not directly offering to pay you for a better review, I am offering to give you a refund to address your major complaint.  But I am pleading...if I were able to address your complaint in a satisfactory manner...i am asking for you to tell others that while you didn't have a great experience, at least the owners was willing to try to make it right.  I totally understand if you still don't feel right changing the review. And I appreciate your consideration."

I've posted their response, as well as my own, because of their response to my Yelp review. Their response makes it seem as though this company "had no idea" what happened during our cleaning experience; in reality, I had already called them and had the above text conversation BEFORE they posted their Yelp reply.

Perhaps if this company cared more about their customer's first cleaning experience as much as their Yelp reviews, they'd get all those 5 star ratings honestly.

I have used Valleys best cleaners for several rental homes I manage. They are super quick in responding and can come out on a short notice. The cleaners are personable, communicative and do an amazing job! Sam is amazing and really makes the place look brand new. I appreciate their fast service and the fact that I can text, call or email them to get something scheduled! They are upfront and tell you about how long they anticipate to be at the home so you can adjust your budget or know what to expect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great cleaning crew!

What a GREAT company and service! Selena arrived on time, was very thorough and not afraid to dig in and make sure everything was clean. She also took the time to make sure we were pleased as she went along and also ask if we wanted something done or skipped to be thoughtful of the amount of time she was spending. She was polite and pleasant and even made time to play a little with my dog to get him used to her! To top it all off, at the end of the service she called her boss,  Nate, so he could personally ask if I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this business!

I really thought my carpets were ruined for good after my tenant left me with a huge mess. So thankful for Valleys best they took most of the stains and awful smell out of my house and will definitely use their service again!

I had both my rental property and home cleaned by these guys. The previous owners of our house had a dog and the carpet needed a real deep cleaning. They put some type of treatment of the carpets and got the odor right out. Our townhouse was pretty clean already but they did a great job asking the place smell good. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Although I was not able to hire this company, the quick responses I received and the communication afterwards is very commendable. Unfortunately, I was under a time crunch and was not able to coordinate my cleaning with them. I am impressed with the customer service, however.

We needed someone to clean our home right away. We just purchased the home and wanted the home cleaned before we moved in. Michelle was able to have someone come the next day. The price was reasonable and the service Jamie and Tina did was awesome. Through and professional. Excellent. They did everything I asked. We have two dogs - one that likes to pee in a corner of our place everytime we leave but you would never know it since having our floors cleaned by Valley's Best! Literally our carpet looks brand new and I've never seen our tile/grout so clean. I'd recommend them to everyone! Professional, polite and great customer service!!!

I really wanted to like this company. The owner was quick to respond to my emails, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I said I wanted a deep clean of my house, and he said that it would be $75/hour for two cleaners, with a minimum of three hours. Given that my house is in pretty good shape (and previous cleaners have managed to clean it thoroughly in about 3-4 hours), I thought this was reasonable. I told him I wanted to cap it at 4 hours, because honestly, I didn't think it would take that long. Boy, was I wrong.

The first cleaner showed up and said my house looked great, and it shouldn't "take any time at all." I told her my priorities were kitchen, bathrooms, dusting (everywhere), baseboards, pot shelves, vacuuming, then mopping. She said, okay, and went to work on the kitchen. The second cleaner showed up half an hour late and started working on the master bathroom. Three hours later, they were still in their original locations. The first cleaner finally moved on to the guest bathroom, and the second cleaner supposedly dusted the master bedroom, then both worked on the living room. At 3-3/4 hours, the first cleaner said they wouldn't be able to get everything done in 4 hours, and did I want to add another hour. I said, fine. The second cleaner left shortly thereafter (not saying a word to me), leaving the first cleaner to finish one of the guest bedrooms and the family room. At five hours, these things were done, but three rooms, half the baseboards, and most of the pot shelves were not touched. Nothing was vacuumed or mopped.

I have to say, the first cleaner did a good job, she was just really slow. The second cleaner hit the high points but did not do a thorough job. Once she left, I noticed the bathroom light fixtures weren't dusted, and neither were the shutters in the bedroom nor the pictures. She also dusted around the few objects on the dresser and armoire.

All in all, it was a really disappointing experience. I let the company know about my experience, and I received an email saying, "Sorry, we'll look into it." But there was no follow up. Next time, I will definitely find a company that charges a flat rate, instead of hourly, because it's obvious they want to draw it out as long as possible.

Jess was amazing!!! This is the second time she's came over and each time I'm so happy! Me and my husband are selling our house and I text for a deep clean everything went amazing , she is so organized and nice and my house is picture perfect ready to be out on the market!!! Hello Brian. I decided to post this review since I have not received any feedback from you. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie's scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however, I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things.  However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in the master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in the guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed)                                                                          I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

Michelle was extremely friendly and accommodating with my schedule.  I had my house cleaned as well as my carpeting cleaned and was very satisfied with both.  Jamie (the housecleaner) showed up right on time and did a great job.  Greg (the carpet cleaner) called 1/2 hour before his scheduled arrival and was personable and did a terrific job.  Every person I dealt with at Valley's Best was professional and I would recommend them highly!

I am moving out of state on Saturday and wanted to get a complete cleaning for my apartment, including carpet cleaning, prior to leaving. I scheduled both apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning with the same company, Valley's Best Cleaning. I scheduled both more than a week ago. The apartment cleaning was scheduled for today and the worker, Ms. Selena, is doing a great job. The carpet cleaning was scheduled for tomorrow at 8 am. The owner called me at 5:30 pm to ask questions about carpet cleaning logistics. He ended up telling me that they could not clean my carpet due to logistics, because they lack necessary equipment. When I told him how upset I was, he became irate and told me that most customers will ask if they can clean carpet for apartments on the inside of a complex. Why would I know to tell him that? Isn't it his responsibility to determine the location and logistics prior to accepting the job. Due to his ineptness and unprofessional action, I must spend the rest of the day trying to find a carpet cleaner. If you, the business owner, does not have all the equipment necessary to complete the job, please do not offer your services. I wish that I could give less than a one.

Good service and price. One person for about 3 hrs cost us $135. Available for late hours in the eve which is a plus for day working folks.

We used Valley 's Best Cleaners after my family members and their dog moved out of our house. They did an amazing job on the high traffic areas and pet markings. Their prices were fair and reasonable.  We had 6 rooms cleaned and it took only 2 hours. Stains and odor both are gone.

Valley Best Carpet cleaning did a great job for a very very good price. I have had a lot of carpet cleaning companies over the years that charged a lot more money and didn't do as good a job. I definitely would refer them to people for their service. They also do furniture cleaning.
