Best Cleaning Services in Phoenix, AZ

I really, and I mean really wanted to love them. Their personal vibe is off the charts awesome. They seemed SO nice in person. I scheduled a deep clean a month out, so my house was fairly messy as I didn't touch anything because for the first time I was hiring a company to do it for me! They called letting me know they were running late (great communication, I appreciated that) and when they showed they got right to work. I took my four kids to the park for the morning so they could really get the deep clean, uninterrupted. They called back about two hours later, which I was a tad shocked they were already finished, and we came home. Initially I was okay with what I saw, but it was a mad dash to get the kids settled and the baby in bed. As the weekend went on, I kept finding things they missed. Microwave missed, dinning room untouched, couches not vacuumed. I specifically asked for windows, blinds and sills to be done, and she assured me (see pic) they were included. Not a single window was touched. It was just downhill from there. I found so much that was overlooked, I started to wonder what I spent $340 on... I know that may not seem much to some, but it was a lot for me to hire out and accept help in my home. I reached out to them and the response was a tad condescending. She did offer to come back and work for 1.5 hours to "address the areas... although she was positive they were already done..." I offered her pictures, to assure her I wasn't just complaining. I declined her offer, as it would be awkward in my opinion.

We had our grout cleaned and Louis did a fantastic job! Very detailed and we will definitely use them again!!

These ladies did an awesome job. Came home to a spotless home today. Hardwood floors looked fantastic!  Highly recommend this cleaning company. Great pricing. Dependable. Hard workers!

These folks are great!  really helped me out when my first cleaner decided to back out the day before a guest was t o show up!!  I was panicked!  I called and spoke to them and they had someone to my plane first thing in the morning and had everything ready well before my guest arrived!  

They do a great job, didn't miss a thing.  when they noticed I was low on laundry soap they just ran and got it!  

Highly recommend!  They are not my permanent cleaning solution in the Phoenix area!

i booked them to do a standard cleaning and they never showed up and they have been ignoring my calls and emails.
they ripped me off $120
do not do business with them!
