The cleaner Annie did a great job! She paid attention to detail and everything was beautiful after she left. I had never hired a cleaner before but now I'm thinking of making it a regular thing. There are no hidden fees and everything is very up front.
While Annie was here she saw an embroidery artwork I had picked up at a thrift store, she said she grew up with it in her home and it had been her dads. At first I just thought there must have been a few made but after looking into it I realized it was a one of a kind piece and frame. I did not realize until after she left. I contacted support to help me get the piece back to its rightful owner and support responded quickly and within the day we were able to get the embroidery art back to her. Which would not have been possible without the help of the tidy casa support team. Her grandmother made it for her father who had hung onto it all his life and it got lost after he passed, because the support team was so helpful we were able to give back a piece of family history.
Truly an amazing sweet company that really cares.

Ridiculous! A few minutes after they were supposed to arrive, they canceled on me via text message. They offered me a $50 gift card as compensation for this when the service would have cost over $200. I had planned my schedule around this booking and will not ever be using this company.

We had a heavy duty deep clean done for my smoker mother with physical limitations and 2 pets. The home has not been properly cleaned in a long time. We paid extra a deep clean with heavy duty options and added the walls & blinds. They charge by sqft, 2bed-2bath townhome, so that along with the extra options It did raise the price significantly. Adilene and her partner spent 6 hours cleaning and I know they did a good job because we have cameras so I peeked a few times. The smoker and animals were not home to ensure the team was not interrupted. When they were finished, they locked up as asked. I tried to find a corner they missed or anything that I could find fault and I could not. They even dusted all the knickknacks and even washed all her ashtrays (which I did not expect). The walls felt smooth, blinds were clean, the floor and baseboards had no fur and both bathrooms and kitchen sparkled!! We are going to use them going forward, next time will be for a lot less $$.

Sadly, very disappointed with Tidy Casa. I live in a 775 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. The "base" charge for a move-out clean being $180 was crazy enough, but the fact that they kept trying to up-charge me to add on things like cleaning the kitchen cabinets, clean inside the fridge, clean inside the stove, clean light fixtures and dust the blinds etc., was super annoying. How are these things not already included in the cost of a "move-out cleaning", especially at $180, for a single bedroom apartment? The up-charges they were suggesting would have put me at almost $300! I don't know what planet these people are living on, but $300 isn't even reasonable for a 2,000 sq ft home... When I told a friend of mine what they were charging, my friend was shocked because he only pays about $100 every time his cleaning lady comes to do his 3 bedroom home, and I have had similar experiences as well. I have hired housekeepers in the past for even larger aparments and not only was I never charged more than $100-$150, but the place always looked amazing after they finished. I am not trying to be disrespectful here but I literally just can not believe that these things are considered add-ons to a move-out clean, and that they think that a small 1 bedroom apartment should cost almost $300 to clean.

I went back to the apartment later that day to check on the work they did to make sure it was acceptable before handing my keys in to my landlord, and I am so happy I did. It was very obvious that they went out of their way to not do certain things because I did not agree to pay the extra fees, like it was done purposefully. My trash can was sitting inside of the kitchen sink (why? No idea), they didn't touch the kitchen cabinets (even on the outside), there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor in the master bathroom (the unit has been vacant for almost a month- how do you miss this?), and on top of that, they left the front door unlocked ( I was told that they would lock up after leaving).

It is beyond irritating to have to re-clean an apartment after paying $180 to have it "professionally" cleaned. To be honest, I really don't see a difference between a move-out clean and a more "basic" clean, so I am really unsure as to what I actually paid for, and why it is advertised as move out when the only way you actually get your home "move-out clean", is by paying all of the extra fees, which is very deceiving :/ If I would have know this would happen, I would have just saved the $180 and cleaned the place myself, because it looks as if I just did it anyways. This is my first time using a cleaning company, as I have only ever hired private people, and I am never doing it again. Anyone considering using this company because your landlord requires a move-out clean, please do your research and consider hiring a private person/housekeeper rather than a company like this so you don't get screwed having to re-clean it because they won't do it for you if you don't allow them to persuade you into paying for "extras". Literally such a scam.

I am just so impressed with the amazing job Alexis did. What started as a very dusty home ended with everything being so shiny and beautiful . It is a very cluttered home and she cleaned behind every picture frame and trinket in the house. She has basically given us a new home. For 5 hours of deep cleaning it was around $400 so it is pricey but the whole experience was so easy and just overall amazing. I would definitely do it again even though I originally said it was a one time thing. Also if you want the best cleaning person then definitely request Alexis!

After trying a couple of teams, I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Tidy Casa team I settled on. They are quick, highly effective, accommodate my special requests, e.g., scentless products, and always punctual. I rarely find even the slightest issue with their work. If I bring an issue to their attention, it never happens again. The team members are courteous and professional. If my usual team is not available for my regularly scheduled appointment, Tidy Casa calls and offers another team or to reschedule. The office is well managed, very professional, responsive to feedback and requests, and seems genuinely concerned with providing outstanding service.

Word of advice: not all teams are created equal.

Had Mary and Annie come to do a cleaning for a move out. The place looks like it's never had a resident in it . They did floors, walls, the oven, the blinds. Every corner and seam was cleaned. Lovely work. Arrived on time and finished quickly.

Not 200% guaranteed. Multiple issues, had to mop my entire house immediately after the cleaner left. Less than half of what I paid was offered to resolve. $75 credit for future service was offered for $300+ cleaning.

Tidy Casa did a phenomenal job cleaning our apartment when we moved out. They were both thorough and professional. I would highly recommend their cleaning services. This was our second time hiring them.

Their price is average to slightly higher than average, but was well worth it for the quality of service that was provided. A team of two completed the entire 1300 square foot apartment in under 3 hours. The best part was that we didn't have to pay our apartment a cleaning fee and we got our entire deposit back!

Finally, the team who cleaned our apartment was respectful of the COVID guidelines and we had no health or safety concerns.

I have to preface this review with the fact that I very rarely do this. I love reading other peoples opinions on services, restaurants, gas stations, even bath rooms at national parks (can you believe people take the time to do that? it's a hole in the ground Sharon what did you think it would be like?) but very rarely do I take the time to leave a review myself. In the past year I moved to Arizona from my native state Texas, changed jobs, got a puppy, and lost my mom to health complications. To say I've had a difficult time keeping my place clean would be an understatement. I've used Tidy Casa a couple of times this year, but most recently the woman who helped us took such extra care to make our home feel not just clean, but a cozy and warm space. I keep on my fridge many photos of loved ones, magnets from my boyfriend and I's travels, invitations, and several cards of sympathy from my moms passing, which are all of course very special. As we open that fridge door every day, those items became scattered, some overlapping each other, and little fingerprints decorated the stainless steel. Our cleaner took the the time to take off all our little items, cleaned the front of the fridge spotless, and then rearranged them in the sweetest way. You could tell she took the time to piece together our story on our fridge, and made me stop and look back on all those special moments and notes from friends and family. It was just what I needed, in a time when things are hectic, to feel at peace in my heart and home. Thank you to Tidy Casa for hiring folks who don't just come to do a job and leave, but take the time to be stewards of the homes they keep. You won't regret booking with them

Another fantastic cleaning job by Elvia Estrada and her team. They went above and beyond in the final move-out clean of my daughter's apartment. We were exhausted after packing and moving, so to leave the cleaning of the old apartment in the hands of Tidy Casa was the best decision I made.

Arianna and Veronica were great! They showed up in masks and made sure to tour the home before starting. When they were done, they walked me through the home and showed me spots that they were unable to clean (yes, we need to reseal the bathtub- thats not their fault!) :P
They even folded the toilet paper into a triangle like they do in hotels. I will definitely use Tidy Casa and Arianna and Veronica again.

HOLY AMAZING!!! I'm Yelp elite and I'm not being paid to say this.... TIDY CASA is hands down, definitely the best "cleaning service" I've ever experienced in my entire life. They are more like a life cleansing experience. Three ladies showed up and proceeded to blow my mind while immediately attacking the most needed areas. I left them and was confident that they needed no direction. I returned and I was flabbergasted how amazing of a job they did... 20/10. I'm so happy. My parents visit tomorrow and now I am so confident in them stay in my guest bedroom and bathroom let alone the rest of my house. I love Tidy Casa. Thank you.

I have used Tidy Casa for quite some time and will not be using them anymore after our last cleaning. Due to lack of availability with our usual teams we like, we agreed to try a new team. It was one lady who who showed up to clean our 2600 sq feet house. She was here for 4.5 hours which is a long time considering it's usually a team of 3. She left and there were a number of things missed. Lots of surfaces not even touched and small kitchen appliances were never even moved, floors were not totally cleaned. Glitter still all over the floor in some areas so I know it was not touched. We also just had construction done so we needed this cleanup badly. I have come to realize that there are about 2-3 good teams and if you don't get them it won't be a good experience. For the amount we paid I was appalled that these items were missed. When I contacted them they offered to come back out and clean the spots missed. Considering that I had already kept my toddler and puppy out of the house for 4.5 hours I wasn't willing to do it again. I feel like a discount/partial refund would have been more appropriate. I initially set it up as a one time but my mom said that they did such a phenomenal job that I now have them set up monthly. I was a customer for about a year for monthly cleanings. They outsource to third party cleaning teams and Tidy Casa acts as more of an ecommerce model from what I experienced. About 1/4 of the teams missed areas of the house (behind litter boxes, Tvs, window sills, etc) and eventually a room altogether. I voiced this concern with a review on Facebook.

When I called regarding the missed room, they offered to come back out days later to clean it and requested pictures. I simply asked for a refund, they refused to give me a partial refund until I removed my Facebook negative review and signed a legal document. We went back and forth and they eventually gave me a partial refund during the call.

Here's my challenge, I'm a Customer Experience Consultant. What Tidy Casa is exercising is the lowest form of CX I've ever encountered. It's a bottom barrel business practice in the customer experience space. This is how they have such a high average review on FB, Google, and Yelp. If someone has an issue, they don't play ball until the review is taken down by the customer. It's corporate bullying and I'll never use this service or recommend that anyone else ever does.

I have been using Tidy Casa quite frequently and I absolutely love their work. For example, my cat passed away about a year ago - I know this is going to sound crazy, but he was my soulmate. So, when he passed, my husband and I were absolutely devastated, and while we were grieving , not only did we not want cleaners to come in to our house, we also don't lift a finger to clean even once.

About 3 months later, I did finally bring Tidy Casa back in. I don't believe I was home the day they first came back, so when I came home, the house was so beautiful that I actually started crying right there in the kitchen. After months of trash and dirt and recycling piling up, Tidy Casa gave me the gift of falling in love with my home all over again.

Me and my husband both work full-time jobs and it's really difficult to do the deep cleaning or any cleaning whatsoever. The only time the cleaning was really getting done was before company was coming over. Me and my husband finally made the decision to hire a cleaning service to come and help us with the things that we cannot get done. I am absolutely in love with the customer service that I have received as well as the work that Adaline and her team have done. I used to come home so stressed and not really wanting to come home because of the dust that was everywhere no matter how often I dusted, and now I come home to a super clean house and it just makes me feel so good. I don't think people understand how important it is to have a clean home for your own mental state. I'll be continuing to use tidy casa for biweekly cleanings and I'm super excited about it.

I have been using Tidy Casa for about a year. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made regarding my properties.

I own two places, one a rental and the other for family and friends. This means I no longer have to worry that incoming guests will find a dirty place, and my departing friends will not leave me with a dirty place!

Vanessa Acuna was my most recent professional, and she had to go the extra mile (that makes about 10 extra miles so far) to help me out because my most recent family member turned off our water before they left town. Before Vanessa could clean my unit she had to turn on the water from a main valve. So Vanessa called me, and I directed her to the garage, where the water shut off valve was. Before I even had to explain what had to be done she had the water on, and she was then on to the project a few moments later.

I wish Tidy Casa also offered car repairs, plumbing and landscaping services, but I'll take what I can get and settle for their home cleaning expertise.

I hired Tidy Casa to do the move-out cleaning of my 3 bdrm apartment based upon the reviews I read here. I was not disappointed. They were upfront about their fees and kept in contact with me as my moving day approached. They also followed up afterward.

I am confident that I will not have anything related to lack of cleaning deducted from my deposit ($300 for my cat). The apartment representative who did my final walk through was very impressed.

A Tidy Casa-cleaned house is my reward for actually checking Yelp before scheduling with anyone.

Due to some physical difficulties, I'd let cleaning go undone in my house until it became clear that catching up was beyond my abilities. In about two hours, a two-person Tidy Casa crew got kitchen and bath sparkling, plus dealt with a ton of cat hair (without scaring the cat). I'm very pleased with the results, and it was well worth the cost to have dependability and no hidden weirdnesses.

Based on a recommendation from a friend I used Tidy Casa for my move out cleaning. This is the first time I've paid to have someone clean my place and I was a bit tentative. I also felt really weird leaving a mess for someone else to clean up.

Then the folks from Tidy Casa showed up! They were super friendly and nice. I let them in the apartment and left to go to work. When I came up, I showed up to the cleanest apartment I've ever been inside. It no longer had the dank dusty smell I had grown accustom to there and it smelled oh so fresh. They even got the grit and grime off of my stove and the trays underneath the burners.

Using Tidy Casa was easy and totally worth the money. Definitely recommend and would use again.

There is a reason these guys have 5 stars. We have regular housecleaning services and needed a fill in unexpectedly. I made an appointment online and they responded by calling. The staff is very courteious and friendly. They scheduled me for a deep cleaning next day! Their staff was on time and professional. They followed up with a text. We've had nothing but an excellent experience with Tidy Casa. Our team (led by Erica Antunez) showed up promptly and worked quickly but well. I love that they kept all the miscellaneous items together in the room they came from. Our first time, Erica showed me around each room so i could see what was done and where things were placed.

Let me just start by saying that I'm the type of person who always wants to read reviews yet will never leave a review myself. Well, that has to change thanks to Tidy Casa. I am incredibly happy with the services provided today. First, I finally decided to pull the trigger on hiring a cleaner for this afternoon about two days ago. The confirmation process was quick and easy, with plenty of time options available. I work 13 hour days and at 5 months pregnant, I just don't have the energy (or desire) to clean on my days off. At first I was a little concerned that the price for a standard 1X cleaning service was a little high, however I came home to a sparkling and organized home. It looks amazing and just makes you feel good. The worst part about this situation is we're moving out of state in two weeks and I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to hire Tidy Casa!!

After reading the seemingly endless 5 star reviews, I was expecting a lot from this company. The cleaners had arrived promptly within the time frame given and they got right to work.

The good:
-The cleaning was acceptable. The house smelled clean and everything was organized.
-The cleaners were very nice and assured me that they would lock the house when they left, which they did.
-The booking process is as easy as it gets! Pretty much 0 effort.

The bad:
-When the cleaners arrived, they didn't say anything and just walked into my house. I knew who they were, but still a little weird.
-After looking through the house, I could tell that this was probably a rush job. There are areas where it seems like they neglected to sweep/mop and there were numerous surfaces that had not been dusted. There are even crumbs and debris left on the kitchen counters! Some surfaces looked as if they were just given one wipe with a wet rag and nothing else.

Overall, I would use this company again. The ease of booking and the flat rates they charge make things a breeze. I just wouldn't expect a detailed and stellar cleaning. You get what you pay for and I can't be upset about what I got!

Edit:
-The more surfaces I'm finding that are not cleaned is mildly frustrating. These aren't just surfaces that you would never think to clean, they are in plain sight. The top of the microwave, the little coffee station we have, shelves... the list goes on. Just a little frustrating but enough for me to take a star off.

Edit 2:
- I gave a star back for the awesome customer service. I was contacted by the company and offered a re-clean, however, I did decline due to getting the missed spots myself. They were nice enough to discount the service, as was mentioned in the reply, which was not necessary. At the end of the day, I would highly recommend tidy casa due to their extreme dedication to ensuring a pleasant customer experience!

My husband and I are first time users of a cleaning service (this has always been seen as a 'luxury') but we are expecting our first child within a matter of weeks; And because I haven't had a chance to really clean the house, we looked into hiring a cleaning service to make sure it is in tip top shape and ready for her arrival so we have one less thing to worry about. Your crew literally just walked out the door and I must say, this was the best investment and best 'first time experience' for our family!
We included add on's (deep clean, walls, pet hair removal) and your team did not fail to impress! There is such a weight lifted off of my shoulders, thank you and your team so much for the wonderful experience! I will certainly recommend Tidy Casa to family and friends in the future!

These folks make it so easy to use their service. Scheduling is easy. Contacting them is easy. Paying is easy. Giving specific instructions about how to handle entry or a specific item is easy. I travel a lot for work and don't have time to fuss around with getting my cleaning scheduled.

I like having a service that checks out the cleaning team for me, so I don't have to worry about it. I tried them when I had a small apartment and liked Maribella and Granier as my team, and then I moved to a larger house and they sent Lida and her team is fantastic. I hope they continue to send Lida's team as they did with the other team.

The cleaning is very good. No complaints. The price is just fine. And my house smells clean when I get home. Thanks, Tidy Casa!

We just used Tidy Casa for the first time, and I can't imagine using another cleaning service. From my first visit to the website (which I have to say is very convenient; I'm not sure why others on here say otherwise) to a follow-up call I got after the cleaning, the professionalism and friendliness are first-rate. The communication after I made the reservation and leading up to the cleaning was excellent, and the cleaning team led by Heather Cook was fantastic. The house has never been cleaner, and we have pets, so cleaning it is no easy task. Heather's team truly cared about the work they were doing, and little things like the flower in the toilet paper (see photo) were a nice touch. Bravo!

EDIT: after leaving a poor review through email, they contacted me immediately and set up a time for a re-cleaning (free of charge). The new team that came out did a fantastic job with the walls, microwave, and windows. Will use them again.

I was a huge fan of Tidy Casa until the most recent cleaning. I scheduled a move out clean and added on the walls ($85) and oven.
I got a call from someone the day of stating that they tried to clean the walls but there were some spots that they couldn't get up all the way. Totally understandable. The place is old and well lived in. However, when I went to check it myself, I'm not even sure they tried. There were marks everywhere. Maybe they tried on one spot and couldn't get it removed so they gave up on the rest of it? I'm not entirely sure what happened there.
The microwave was not cleaned. They happened to leave their checklist behind, and sure enough, microwave is on there!
Windows were not cleaned. Windows are also a part of the move out clean.

They did, however, do well with the countertops, sinks, toilets, and tubs.

I have used their services before, and wasn't OVERLY impressed, just thought they did what they came to do, which is the only reason why I rebooked.

We've used other cleaners in the past but were always frustrated by the inconvenience of having to book each cleaning separately, have cash on hand and we'd often wait hours for teams who were way later than they said they'd be!
Tidy casa solves all these problems and at a decent price. I booked them once and they come monthly and bill my credit card without me lifting a finger. They're always on time, friendly and hard workers. They also clean way faster than every other company I've called and our house is not easy to clean (8 messy kids live in our 3000 sq ft). Extremely disappointed by the quality of the cleaning especially since my wife and I paid for a "move out" cleaning service on Saturday March 2nd. The cleaning crew was pleasant and punctual however for the price we paid it was not anywhere near the quality I would expect. Blinds were hardly dusted, floors were gently moped, light switches still dirty, parts of the bathrooms were left dusty and dirty. I felt like the cleaning crew were rushing to get in and out.

We have a house that we are about to put on the market. My wife and I spent about six hours going over the house before we said screw it let's get some professionals in here to do the rest.

We put in our information added the move in out and the fridge to the price and selected a date. Three days later two ladies showed up at the door wearing smiles. They were super friendly and worked their butts off for a good four hours. I don't think they even took a break. When they left they were still smiling, you don't get that from everyone.

Clean tubs, clean showers, clean windows, clean fridge, clean floors, clean baseboards, and a clean laundry room floor that hadn't been touched since we put the units in their eight years ago.

So the real question is, would I use them again? In a heartbeat.

I used Tidy Casa twice. The first time they came out they were amazing. We had only been in our house a month, so it was disorganized and they did more then expected. I loved them so much I asked to be on their monthly plan. The next time they came they did a good job and all was well until I got a call from Tidy Casa saying that they were going to add an additional $60 fee for organization. I asked her to explain, and she said that they had to pick up things and move things to clean so there would be an additional charge. I explained that I have 2 young kids and I appreciate them helping to pick up their toys and extra clothes but I didn't realize it was an extra charge and if so why didn't they say something last time. I had a team of two for two hours in a 1,500 sq foot house at $160 with a $40 tip. I was OK with that pricing but was not willing to pay the extra $60 so I canceled my plan. Long story short is , if you're like me and work full-time and have kids it's hard to have your house clean enough for the cleaning people to clean it without an additional charge. They might as well just add the $60 as a toddler fee.

Tidy Casa provides phenomenal customer service; it starts with booking, which is very straight forward on their website, with all options and associated costs listed, to the follow through at the end. Priziella F. has been assigned to us twice, and both times, she took pictures of items needing attention for either safety or things that could cause future issues. This is critical to us since it's a vacation rental, and we are out of town most of the time.

We rely on her team to let us know if anything needs immediate attention that we may have missed. They also made sure our thermostat was turned off since we were leaving town; these small details are very critical to us.

These folks pay attention to minor details that help build trust with a business and the people that do the hard work. Those details are what make or break a service business imho, and Tiday Casa really does have the formula down to a T.

This team was very thorough. We had just moved in, and the amount of dust in the house was unbelievable. Both team members made sure everything sparkled when they were done.

I'd say they were the best I've had so far. They were not lazy, as dragging in the hours to get paid more (as others in the past had done) and-- yay!-- I was able to communicate with them in English! Experiences in the past have been with Hispanic teams who had no clue on the English language.

This is important because not all of us know Spanish. It's pretty major that we are able to communicate with the people who will be handling our home for a number of hours. Most of them I've so far tried, did not communicate at all. They plugged on huge headsets and dragged on the hours with a frown. I won't mention the cleaning service, but hey, after that, anything's better!

One downside: very pricey. But to be honest, they're pretty much worth it.

I purchased their move-out cleaning service, and I couldn't be happier. I was very worried because I went through a period of severe depression and let the house get way too dirty. after I got everything out the house still smelled and was very dirty, so needless to say there was a lot of work to do. And let me tell you, these people work miracles.
Nothing stank, the carpet looked great, everything was so clean. No cobwebs, no spots, no nothing.
Coincidentally I had already hired a carpet cleaner but after they were done honestly it didn't even really need it. I would give 10/5 stars if I could! Great job, and you'll definitely keep my business if I need a maid service where I live now.

We first used Tidy Casa a year ago to do a deep clean of the house while I was in the hospital after a c-section delivery. I had researched for hours trying to figure out the best company to book with and Tidy Casa won hands down. Ratings were high, no issues of theft, and their prices were right. We booked and I returned home from the hospital with a baby in tow to a beautifully cleaned house thanks to Adilene and team! They had moved the furniture to clean underneath which is a huge plus in a house with four dogs. A clean house made the recovery process so much easier since I wasn't stressed about cleaning and I could just focus on myself and the baby.

Since that initial visit we have used them two more times for basic cleanings - most recently three days ago to get the house ready for my daughter's one year birthday. As usual, they did a great job and I appreciate that they ask what areas to focus on. I also appreciate that they actually clean under things instead of around them and do a bit of organization.

First and foremost the cleaner who came out did a good job for only one person in a 3 bed 3 bath house. Our problem however, was not showing up on time. While running late is a valid reason for not arriving on time, there is absolutely no excuse for sitting around waiting in the time window of arrival that was provided for a no show. We had to follow up with a call asking where the cleaner was. The gentleman we spoke to was nice but advised that specific cleaner has a problem with time management...what?! We wanted to know why we were not called and left hanging, we have day jobs we need to be at! Then the kicker is that a manager called the next day to ask about the service and we advised everything in this review, her demeanor swiftly changed and said thank you and finished up the call. I'm telling you, that 200% guarantee advised on their website is marketing only, they never once invoked this guarantee.

SECOND UPDATE: If you are comfortable doing business with a company as long as they financially compensate you for any misdoings, then Tidy Casa is probably for you, in spite of my poor rating. Additionally, if you have a policy of always being home during cleanings, you may find their service much better for you, as I doubt they would be so bold as to treat your home with as much flagrant disrespect as they did mine, since I was not home during the cleanings described below. Anyway, I am not such a person. I want to transact with a company I can trust, and no amount of throwing money at me in an attempt to "make it right" will persuade me otherwise.

Ryan reached out to me on multiple occasions, making sincere efforts to make it up to me. He offered additional free cleanings, gift cards, cleanings from other services, and so on. If this had been an issue of poor performance, e.g. showing up late, I would have been completely satisfied with such offers. But this was a matter of my home being treated with aggressive inconsideration. For what it's worth, I think Ryan did the best he could and that a lot of people would have been happy with his response, but I am never going to budge on this.

FIRST UPDATE: I will absolutely NEVER conduct ANY business with this company again. I had set up monthly cleanings and last month, after the cleaning, I discovered that an item in a makeup bag was broken and some makeup had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. The item was plastic and there was a slight possibility that the item was broken honestly, so I complained but didn't press the issue when the cleaner said they didn't mistreat anything.

Today I got a cleaning and they slammed a box around so roughly that they BROKE A GLASS VIAL inside the box and spilled oil all over the inside, then they left without a word.

ADDITIONAL EDIT: Later, I discovered that the dishes in my drying rack had just been quickly rinsed and not washed at all. There were fingerprints all over them, and pulp from lemonade that had dried in one of the glasses.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

The cleanings are really good. I have them go to the leasing office at my apartment building and the office staff unlock my door, let them in, and then lock up after they leave.

My place always looks and smells great, there are tiny bars of nice hand soap left on all the sinks, and the amount that the cleaners rearrange my stuff is manageable. They do an amazing job of cleaning the shower and all the other surfaces, especially my floor, which gathers dust and other debris nightmarishly. I currently subscribe to a cleaning every month and have no reason to stop.

I used Tidy Casa previously when I moved out of a home I was leasing in Arcadia. They did a fabulous job, even the property manager and his maintenance worker said there was nothing additional that needed to be done. Needless to say I receive my entire deposit back which made the price of hiring Tidy Casa a great deal!

With a recent injury to my shoulder and dealing with RA, I decided to hire Tidy Casa to help me do the deep cleaning that I have a difficult time doing on my own. My wife and I opted to hire this company, in anticipation of the birth of our third child. Arriving to manage our home cleaning were Gloria and Berta, who attended to the additional add ons our service necessitated (we paid for a deep cleaning, as well as having the walls scrubbed). After they attended to our home, we noticed a fresh, clean scent (albeit, not chemical in nature, which is much appreciated), carpets which do not betray their age as much as they had previously, and walls which overall were quite well scrubbed. A few stains remained on the walls, but they were minimal and perhaps not removed because they were not seen by our cleaners. Finally, we received a call from an employee of Tidy Casa several hours after the cleaning had concluded, wanting to know about our experience. This woman was very kind and professional.

We have not opted for regular housecleaning in the past, but based off of the experience with Tidy Casa we are planning on having a seasonal deep cleaning in the future.

Tidy Casa has been coming to our home now monthly for 4 months. We have a four bedroom home and each cleaning has been consistently good. (5/30/19) (Yes, the owner talked to my wife and tried to get us a 25% discount. But the discount came attached with signing a legal document...super shady. They can keep their money, and we're moving on. Didn't want to sign any documents with them. Won't be using this company again. I did some digging, and it's very obvious that they cherish their 5 star reviews and will go to great measures to fix their problems. That is fine, but not what we needed.)

We had our apartment cleaned this week by Heather and Jessica. The ladies were very nice. They were enthusiastic and chatty.
They walked me through the apartment, and at first glance, it looked pretty good. They did wonders in our bathrooms. Our tubs went from being pretty grime-y and stained, to super polished and sparkling! I was thrilled they cleaned off the bedroom fans.
When they left, I did a more thorough walk-through, and I was really disappointed to find some things they overlooked or skipped:

- refrigerator was still spotty on the outside, looks like a very quick wipe down
- stove handle still had some debris and marks on it
- cabinets above the microwave (at about 6ft high) did not get wiped down.
- there was old scrap paper under a mobile coffee cart in the kitchen, indicating to me they didn't bother to clean under it
- the area on the side of the couch did not get vacuumed
- top of the tv didn't get dusted off fully
- ceiling fan in the living room did not get cleaned off, though it's at the same height as the ones in the bedrooms
- cabinet fixture in the kitchen did not get fully dusted off
- mirror frames in the bathrooms didn't get wiped off. I checked to see if maybe the stains were set, but a quick wipe with a napkin did the trick
- I could see in the light that only some streaks of floor got mopped, and others still had old footprints and marks - bathroom floor didn't look like it got mopped at all
- there was leftover dust bunnies from the ceiling fan all over the bed when I got in at night
- dust bunnies left all over the box of dog food and their toys

This is just a list of what I caught. I was disappointed at the end at the thought of how much we spent, how much I tipped, to find that the overall job was at about what I'd grade as an 80%.

I would've been happy to wait longer, for them to do a more thorough job. They took just over 2 hours to do a 2 bedroom apartment with pretty bad bathrooms.

Not sure I would use Tidy Casa again. This was our first time getting cleaners, so I'm not sure if it's just standard to expect something that's mostly, but not actually 100% done. If anyone has insight as to whether or not this is the norm, I'm all ears.

No, your not really happy to help. You asked for a review of said service and I gave said review, then you have Megan cancel all future service. From the start, having reps who can't find a huge downtown Phoenix building was your team's first challenge. Cityscape, look it up... it took 3 days for your staff to find it. Shall we talk about the missing pain meds after a cleaning, that's right missing meds and yet I still worked with your company and booked you again only to be further disappointed for lack of service. I rather have a small Mom & Pop service my residence than give your company another shot to drop the ball again. Oh and I've never asked for a refund nore want one. I asked what is Tidy Casa is going to do to make it right... you did nothing.

I had Adilene and another lady clean a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom as a gift. There was so much dirt build up in the bathrooms and the kitchen and dust under furniture and in the laundry room. The two ladies who came were extremely pleasant, respectful, and efficient. The cleaning job was beyond my high expectations. I had them clean out the fridge which was full of spilled food and liquids. It was perfectly clean and then organized afterwards. They did a fantastic job all around I was overjoyed with the service.

First, the customer service with Tidy Casa is quite impressive. Very quick response time, friendly voices on the other line, the whole nine! The online scheduling system is very easy navigate, as well.

The first time I used Tidy Casa, about a month and a half ago, I got a deep cleaning with a few extra services added on. I was pretty happy with the results, my home sparkled! Unfortunately, one of the gals doing the cleaning knocked over an expensive champagne glass that wasn't properly stored, shattering it onto the tile floor. I felt terrible, but when I mentioned it to the folks at Tidy Casa afterwords, they immediately made amends for the glass. I chose to schedule another basic cleaning this week to prepare for guests coming into town, and no mishaps this time! Just the same friendly, thorough service.

If you use this service, I would recommend doing a thorough walkthrough of your home or the areas cleaned, just to make sure no spots were missed. There was one tiny area that needed a little extra attention, and when I pointed it out, the gentlemen who were working the job promptly addressed it. My home is clean and sparkly, and I would happily use them again.

Tidy Casa is amazing. They have helped us with two move out cleanings and left our home looking brand new. They pay high attention to detail. They are a little pricey, but to me, you get what you pay for! They offer cleaning weekly / 2x month / monthly and this allows for a slight discount. I've been thinking about signing up for a plan, as we have a toddler and another little one on the way and I can never seem to keep up with cleaning anymore.

Okay so this has to be the worst experience ever. Scheduled a cleaning . Crew called us to say that they can come two hours prior to their scheduled appointment and we were fine. Two women roll in and we explained everything. Thirty minutes later the owner calls and tells us their 'software had made a mistake' and the crew could not complete the job today!! Need to reschedule in 10 days?!?'!?! Of course we had no interest. Very unprofssional. I would stay away!!!

I think "WOW" is the best way to describe how impressed I am with the house cleaning service I received from Tidy Casa. My coworker was singing their praises, and I thought to myself that they had to have been getting paid for their word-of-mouth recommendation - there's no way they were that great. Boy was I wrong! My appointment was at 1PM and the cleaners were right on time. There was no standing around, after I described exactly what it was that I needed and wanted, they went right to it. They were so meticulous and ensured that they got ever nook and cranny - I swear, my floor boards have never looked so white :)

The speed and efficiency that the cleaners worked with were also impressive. Totally thanking my coworker for the reference and will refer Tidy Casa to all of my friends in Phoenix for home cleaning!

Wow! Ryan's Tidy Casa was what we just wanted when moving to our new home!! I bought a home recently and discovered that the seller had no intention to clean the house as they could move out only the day we were supposed to move in. I called Tidy Casa just a day before and vola! David made the appointment possible on short notice. I am so glad I went for Ryan's Tidy Casa because they really made our home A home with their services. The crew was impeccable in their work and easy to work with and so friendly.

Above all, I really appreciate how Ryan resolved unforeseen issues with scheduling and made this cleaning service such a breeze. I believe every business/services is not just about what is done, but its also how it is done. I scheduled to use Tidy Casa to clean a client's home as a courtesy that our company had just finished doing to some minor installations for. It turns out, our client ended up using another cleaning service so I had to cancel the cleaning in less than 24 hours. I called and told them the situation, and she said that since it was less than 24hr notice (I think that was the cutoff) a $70 charge would be billed to my card. I was totally fine with that! It was really easy to book online with them and really easy to cancel. I didn't mind the charge for cancelling either. I hope to be able to use them in the future. I was just really happy with how easy the process was from booking to cancellation. Thanks!

Definitely an A++ For cleaning services ! My last cleaning service lady showed up with no equipment of her own, and didn't dust ANYWHERE! Was extremely dissatisfied. But Tidy Casa cleaners came with everything from their own paper towels, to their own vacuum and mop!

From the moment I had contact with Ryan on their services I decided to give them a try! And although we had a little mishap, I booked online for a sunday cleaning and no one showed...Ryan wasn't sure why the website allowed me to book because they don't clean on sundays, so it was a little disappointing waiting and then having to reschedule.

But it was worth it! His crew came in and dusted EVERYWHERE!! I have 2 pets so there was a long of fur, and they made sure to get it all. I did the deep clean package and I'm glad I did, my place sparkles like I just moved in!

Also I have been trying to get these streaks off my stainless steel refrigerator for MONTHS and they had it looking brand new! LOVE IT!!

I will definitely be using their services more often.

I don't normally book cleaning services, as I find them to be a tad overpriced for something I find easy to do BUT this cleaning was by far the cleanest I have ever seen this house. I was moving out of a rental, and did not want to worry about moving so far away AND coming back to detail clean the place, as the landlord had tenants lined up and ready to move in 2 days after our move out. Scheduling was a breeze, and was even better that I could pay with a card (I really don't keep cash on me these days, so I find it rather inconvenient when I cannot pay with my card.)
We booked extra services as well, to deep clean the fridge and oven.
The team of 3 arrived on time, and was very courteous. We let them know that we had some errands to run, and asked if they would mind locking up upon leaving. They assured me this was not a problem, and on my way I went.
We returned 2 days later for final walk-through, and transfer of keys to new tenants, and were AMAZED by the job. Every surface was spotless, the walls looked scrubbed. They even tidied up the backyard including pulling the few weeds that had cropped up! The fridge and oven looked completely refreshed. Overall, the place was MUCH better than when we moved in!
Because of this experience we think we may sign on for a monthly cleaning service from Tidy Casa. Much better than any cleaning service I've ever experienced.

This is the second time I've had them clean (last time was six months ago). Both times were...ok. Neither of their cleanings were thorough. My house was visibly clean, but spots were missed. They did follow up but I declined for any follow up cleaning, I had paid a decent amount of money for a cleaning and still didn't feel it was worth the job done.

I've had mostly a good experience with this company. I generally keep my 2-bed/2-bath place pretty neat but like to get a professional clean 2-3 times a year so that the small details I never get around to get taken care of. 9/10 of the teams they have sent have been great. Most recently, I had Laura and Curiel, who were wonderful. A+. A couple of times I've gotten crews who seemed to think that because the place was pretty clean to begin with, they could get in and out in under an hour with the kind of superficial clean I can do on my own. I've mostly had problems when I had late-afternoon appointments. Maybe they are tired or running behind and just want to get home?

The company is very proactive in trying to make sure you're happy, but I'm always reluctant to complain about specific cleaners since I'm guessing the women don't make much money, and I don't want to get them in trouble. I just make sure to book in the morning now. And most of the teams are legitimately fantastic.

Thanks Tidy Casa!

Super communication, and the job was awesome in details. I hold back a star for just nit picks, I wish I could give half a star because except for missing a few places I had to clean myself on the wall and a light switch I was wow'd by the job.

The window was sparkling, the very messy floor was pristine, the counters were lovely.

Thank you with putting up with my illegible handwriting on my note and for calling the customer rep to call me to clarify. Also great, great, great customer reps. I was panicing slightly the night I came to spackle the nail holes because I couldn't find my hammer and nails, but she had put them in the garage with cleaners over them (that's why I didn't see them in the first few times I went through the house). That knocked me for a loop, but next time I will (in legible handwriting) make a note on anything I want left where I want it... that was my fault.

So my only nitpick was the post by the kitchen and the remote light switch that I needed to clean myself. I really was going to give 4 stars, to me it is 4 1/2 so for kindness I will do 5. It was actually a lot of work as I had left it pretty dirty and so I think I am just being way too picky when I think back on everything had to be vacuumed, swept, etc.

On my part, I would write more legible notes, and also I would suggest to those planning your move out cleaning -- if you want to do some of the cleaning yourself like frig and cabinets, schedule to do your own cleaning first and then have the service come in because you will have to clean where you clean so to speak..... After I cleaned the frig I had to reclean the sink. My fault entirely. Just something I wanted to pass along to those in the planning stages of a move.

Marbella and Garier did a great job. Well worth the extra money to have the baseboards and blinds cleaned! They arrived on time and gave the house a thorough cleaning. The vacuumed the sides of the couches, who knew it would make them look so much better? We had a clean with Tidy Casa a while back.
They set the price with their flatrate (not cheap but not overpriced).
They said the clean would be about 3-4 hours (1300 sqft).
A team of 2 arrived did a clean, they left after around 1 hour.

Some things from their todo list on the webpage were not done (eg. cleaning big appliances, counter top, spots on the floor, general dusting of surfaces).

The customer service afterwards was helpful and I did get a refund. So overall it was ok but we choose another service instead.

I think finding a good and dependable cleaning service has to be one of the most difficult things. I have had many a bad experience when it comes to this area, but Tidy Casa completely surpassed my expectations. Our regular service provider is Priziella Felix and she is AMAZING! Not only is she thorough but she's also very careful with our stuff and constantly wows me with her attention to detail. She even got all the hard water stains off our Brita water filter without me even asking. As an owner of 2 pets our house is always covered in hair and dirt, but Priziella gets it spotless every time. Can't recommend her enough! I hope Tidy Casa knows what a gem they have!

From the time I booked Tidy Casa for my services, I have been very impressed with their customer service. They contacted me immediately after I booked them and kept me posted. I loved the reminders.
Today, the ladies showed up on time and just left my house and I am so grateful for them. They did so awesome on the service.

I've used their services twice now. Erica Antunez the first time as the assigned team back in October, and Vanessa Acuna as the assigned team in December. I can't say enough how great both teams were. My only critique would be how they rearranged the toiletries by the bathroom sink and the shower in the master bedroom. But quite honestly, that's it. I like that each team is a little different, and will be requesting Erica Antunez in the future. The prices are more than reasonable for the results and I will continue recommending tidy casa.

My boyfriend and I were preparing to move two residences over the course of a weekend and planned to clean both places. The thought of cleaning two places well enough to pass inspection quickly became overwhelming, so I searched for a reputable cleaning company. After reading the glowing reviews of Tidy Casa, I was sold and booked online.

Though times for both cleanings needed to be rescheduled due to conflicts, owner Ryan was communicative and professional. He did everything he could to make sure one of the cleanings, which took place on New Year's Day, was done in time for inspection prior to the apartment complex office closing early. In fact, he even joined his crew to get the job done and get it done right. Talk about customer service!

Both the condo and apartment looked absolutely immaculate! An embarrassing mess before Tidy Casa, everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards (we selected the $35 move in/move out upgrade) was cleaned. We are so, so grateful to Ryan and the Tidy Casa team for their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you!

I had a house that needed a final clean before it went on the market. It had some contractor work done, so it needed a good clean up. I needed to get it done very quickly, so the realtor could do the walk through. I called Tidy Casa, and they were so friendly and helpful, and were able to squeeze me in the next day! The price was reasonable for what I needed done so I went with it. Adeline and her team arrived on time and they proceeded to do a wonderful job! They cleaned the inside of the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, washed the inside of the windows and did a great job on the floor! Just a heads up do not tell them you had your floors replaced because they used that as an excuse for the reason they couldn't clean the house fully. The min they two ladies walked in and I gave them a tour they kept making comments like wow its really dusty... Mind you we had previously gotten the house cleaned we just wanted another cleaning. I had to leave for work so my parents stayed home. When I came home I checked the house, a lot of places weren't clean. My window shades weren't cleaned.. that is one of the things listed on their site... not to mention my bed had dust from them laying their duster on it. I understand that we had our floors done (dining and living room floors) but the rooms up stairs were not cleaned enough, id understand if our dining and living room area had a lot of dust from construction but not the upstairs rooms, where they half cleaned everything. We only had them cover 4-5 rooms and my dad stated they rushed out of there. Horrible job... I do not recommend this place. No I did not contact them because I already know they would use the "construction" excuse.

I live in a 1 Bed 1 Bath condo, and I like to keep things organized, but "organized" and "clean" are two different things. My tile floors were a mess, my electric stove was looking rough, and there was just dust collecting everywhere. Team Heather for the win! This was my first house cleaning experience, and it was a gift. Heather and Linda arrived promptly. They greeted my dog warmly, and my son with laughter. We stayed home for most of the first cleaning and they were friendly, yet diligently working the whole time. Vanessa and her team were amazing!! I hired Tidy Casa for a move out cleaning and paid extra for the oven and fridge cleaning. My apartment had been vacant for 2 months, so it was a mess to say the least. Leaves had blown in, the fridge had stains inside, the oven was gross, there was a dead roach in the bathroom (SO glad to be out of that place!!! lol). I walked into my apartment after they were done and could not believe it was the same place!! They did a phenomenal job and paid close attention to detail. My oven was sparkling, the fridge was pure white, the carpets looked like they had been shampooed?! It was incredible. The teams are in a competition for a spa day, so you will get asked to do a review, but I never felt pressured to come onto Yelp and say something. I would highly recommend Tidy Casa for your cleaning needs!

Having just bought a home in Scottsdale, needed to find a good professional cleaning service. After looking at the reviews in Yelp, we tried Tidy Casa. They get 5-stars for outstanding (beyond outstanding) customer service, and 4-stars overall. Here's why:

Made the first appointment for a deep-clean, but apparently through a misunderstanding on one of our parts their crew only did a regular cleaning. After a call to the office to express my displeasure (the baseboards weren't clean nor were the ceiling fans), Rachel called me back within two minutes and offered to make it right. We scheduled another crew for later in the week, and they came out last Thursday and did a superb job.

We will definitely use Tidy Casa for our ongoing regular cleanings, and a once-per-year deep clean. I would heartily recommend them, although be sure when signing up that you are clear on what level of service you're seeking.

We scheduled the monthly service and just had Tidy Casa come out to do our initial cleaning. They did an amazing job! The team was very professional and personable. They are very hard workers and you can tell that they take pride in their work. They were also great with our dog!

Priziella and Carlos came to clean my house today and did such a nice job. My dogs liked them (always a good sign) and they left the house smelling super clean. There was a ton of dust everywhere and it's all gone, everything has been polished, plus my dishes were cleaned and put away (!!!) I'm really happy with the service. They were even able to clean my boyfriend's (a mechanic) shower which can be difficult with the grease that sometimes builds up.

They left my house a complete mess. I'm not sure if they are in experienced. With turtles, but they made my turtle Harry pissed off. His tank is a 40 gallon aquarium acrylic tank with a 30 watt pump which pumps over 100 gallons per hour with a high end filter to keep out the germs. These people cracked the bottom of the acrylic and didn't even tell me. Over the course of 72 hours the tank lost all of the water and flooded my den. My 2 kids ages 4 and 7 drank some of the water and got sick. The 4 year old was throwing up and had horrible tummy aches. We thought she had COVID-19 and took her to cvs to get a test. I'm not sure if you have ever taken a test but they shove a. Q-Tip up your nose and now imagine 4 year old getting one shoved up her little baby nose. She was so upset and the test came back negative. We found out about the tank leak when she told us she drank the water but it was too late. Hairy was dead. I will never forget the day I hired these horrible and incompetent people to clean my home.

My great cleaning goddesses are here right now! They have done things I woudn't even have thought of cleaning, and I am so grateful. As someone with a bad back, I am not able to deeply scrub things like I used to. They were very sweet to my nervous (but friendly) dog, and she seemed to be more comfortable with them than I even thought. I will likely be continuing this as I travel for work more now and really just don't want to deal with it. I might as well let someone great at it handle this for me. I already know when I have to move out, I will definitely have Tidy Casa handle that for me as well. I should add, even before they got here, the administrative staff called me after I scheduled to let me know that the price would be dropped because I had added an "extra" that was included in my deep clean selection. I had someone cleaning my house every day for 19 years until two months ago. I kept up on the big stuff myself, but with the holidays approaching, I decided to bring someone in to help with the things I'm not able to get to. I found Tiny Casa on Yelp, and I think I'm in love.

This was my first time using a professional cleaning service but certainly not my last. Upon the initial booking I was provided 2 options: hourly rate and flat rate. After a quick walk through of my home the crew immediately got to work. Services I received included: Dusting, sweeping, mobbing, microwave cleaning, and deep bath and shower scrub. Although the team did a fantastic job within the allotted 2 hours (4 man hours), next time I will most likely choose the flat rate. Overall, Tidy Casa provided a quality services and I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

I have used cleaners before for a move-out, but when I walked into my cleaned apartment I was blown away! It was immaculately clean from top to bottom. I have 2 pets that shed so after moving everything out I realized just how filthy everything was despite keeping a clean house. Tidy Casa was no hassle to book and even followed up when they saw I asked for a move-out clean but didn't select specific services to ensure a thorough move-out clean. I didn't have to be there to let them in or when they were done. I'll definitely use them again and you all should, too!!

The other day I mentioned to them in passing that the drain in our bathtub was draining slowly so that they wouldn't be caught off guard when cleaning the bathroom. To my surprise after they left I realized they'd actually taken care of the clog!

To start, the booking process is very easy and they called to confirm the size of the house. I received an email stating that the original crew had a medical emergency for the 9:00 am spot could we switch to 12:00 pm, which was fine. My dad got confused and when they arrived he said his appointment was the next day which Tidy Casa immediately contacted me, held their crew at the property until I responded at that time I gave them the green light to proceed. My dad called 3 hours
later and said to leave a YELP a review as they did an amazing job. I do not know the ladies names but I hope they get recognized. The whole process was very easy and not only was the house cleaning amazing but their customer service was as well!!

Tidy Casa was amazing! I picked it based on ALL of the five star reviews on Yelp, and now I am so thrilled that I get to leave my own! I was so impressed by not only how sparkling and deeply cleaned my home was, but also how quickly they did it! Marisela and her crew completed in 2 hours what usually takes me a half day to achieve--and they still did it better than me! The little details really impress me--the way the couch was vacuumed, the pillows were fluffed--they really make a world of difference! There was not a speck of dirt or dust remaining--they even removed hard water schmutz from the showers! We had a dog stay with us the weekend before they came--they were able to get rid of all the dog hair, too! I will be using them on a monthly basis without a doubt. I can't wait until they come back!

My husband hooked me up with housekeeping service for Christmas this year (best husband EVER), and I selected Tidy Casa for the job based on their glowing Yelp reviews. I couldn't be happier. I had a couple of questions beforehand, as it was my first time having someone clean my house, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in answering. When my originally scheduled team was unavailable due to a family emergency, the office staff were very quick and professional in locating a new team to keep my scheduled appointment. Carlos and his team did a fabulous job on an initial deep clean of my house, and I can't wait to have them back every other week to keep it looking great. TC is on the pricey side but IMHO worth every penny.

Amazing company! I called on a Monday for a Tuesday Move In/Move Out Clean since my renter was moving in on Wednesday, and they made time for me. They say you get what you pay for. Tidy Casa is a little more expensive than just hiring someone off the street or Internet, they do a great job. They work in teams of 2 and we're all done with my place, including cleaning the oven, blinds and refrigerator in 2 hours. The place even felt clean when they were done.

I found Tidy Casa here on Yelp and they absolutely lived up to their rating. I needed my house cleaned before moving out of my rental. I input my home info on the website and selected their move-in/move-out add-on, which includes cleaning of the windows and baseboards. I was provided an accurate quote and there were no other fees or charges added throughout the process.
After seeing their work, I was kind of disappointed that I waited until moving out of the house to call them. I would have really enjoyed living in a house that felt so fresh and clean. I will definitely consider using their recurring service in my next place.

Straight forward pricing, pleasant staff, they finished fast and did a good job. Great website, easy to set up your appointment online and add extras if you wish. They had to cancel due to an illness, but rescheduled for the next morning. Follow-up call to make sure everything was satisfactory is a nice touch. It is hard to find good housecleaners, but Tidy Casa does a great job.

First, there is absolutely no doubt that they have a great booking/paying system and the housekeepers do a good job. We had them come twice and both times they were on-time, worked hard and did a good job.

My only issue is how expensive the service is compared with other places. For me, it was $180 to come clean every other week while other places charged much much much less. If money were no object, I would use them since they do a good job. But, unfortunately, money is an object and so I am moving to another place that is almost as good but is much cheaper.

Honestly, I have had MANY MANY cleaners clean my parents house (humble abode that has A LOT OF FOOT TRAFFIC between all of us kids/grand-kids) but no one compares to Tidy Casa. I have used Tidy Casa twice for a deep clean and was so impressed! I've had other cleaning services and when I came home, it just didn't give me that "wonderful sparkling clean feeling"! Recently, I decided to sign up for the bi-weekly because of the wonderful woman who cleaned my place most recently - Elvia Estrada! It has been a long search! They did great. I ordered a house cleaning for my mom's Mother's Day gift. They came on time and did a great job. The only issue I had was I had to tell the cleaning crew what type of clean I wanted. I paid for extra like "pet hair", "inside fridge", "inside cabinets", etc. They almost left without doing the fridge and my cabinets, upon inspection, weren't cleaned on the inside at all (I'm not sure what that even entails). My advice is too double check that all your extras that you paid for were completed. I didn't make a big fuss about the things that were missed because Of the customer service. I would consider using tidy casa again..

I just had my apartment cleaned by a two person team from the cleaning company Tidy Casa. I am very impressed. They went above and beyond. It took them about two hours, which is fine. I did not want them to rush and they didn't. The only thing they did not clean was the walls, BUT that is fine. I knew that they would not do so because that is a separate service and one that I elected not to have them do. After writing this review, Ryan reached out and offered to make things right and reimburse me for the linens lost by his crew, but only if I removed my review. I declined to take down the review and have never heard from Ryan, nor received the reimbursement promised for the lost linens since. However, if you do have a problem with Tidy Casa, I would highly recommend leaving a negative review here as Ryan seems to monitor Yelp closely and will likely pay you to have it removed. Also, be skeptical of the number of negative reviews when evaluating this company as it appears they are manipulating their rating by paying off unhappy customers.

For the winters we go to our Phoenix house (too hot in the summer). We've had this place for several years and every time we get there we get a cleaning and every time we leave to go back to California we get a cleaning. We also get a cleaning every 2 weeks while at our home.

For some reason, until we found Tidy Casa, no cleaning company could understand the concept of snowbirds - even though so many people in Arizona do it like this. We would constantly have to tell them to stop service repeatedly when we weren't there.

Tidy Casa has proven themselves both with great cleaners and great customer service. While we're not at our home now, we look forward to heading back to Phoenix and continuing service with them.

I purchased a cleaning package for my grandmother for Mother's Day.

Tidy Casa did everything they advertised. For $145 three people showed up and cleaned my grandmas two bedroom two bathroom plus kitchen condo. There were no hidden fees.

My grandma was very pleased! I would highly recommend this service!

Amazing!! My husband and I have wanted to hire a house cleaning service for a long time, but felt reluctant about hiring anyone. We didn't like the idea of having strangers in our home while we were away. We are also quite particular about how we like things cleaned. Tidy Casa is extraordinary! Our home looks great. I left a note regarding what I wanted and didn't want done. They did exactly what I requested! This company has it figured out. I got a quote in about 30 seconds and payment was so easy and at a fair price!! I can't wait to have them back! The only thing is I wish they left me a note or card with the names of who cleaned our house. I would like to request them for next time and thank them for their hard work. I don't know where to begin! Tidy Casa saved the day for me! It was "moving day" and cleaners I had hired totally pulled a no call no show. I was devastated. I found Tidy Casa on Google, spoke with Ryan who was very understanding. He quickly made me feel so much better. He found a wonderful cleaner who was available to come help! Lita was there in 20 minutes and started working. She is amazing!! She systematically covered a total move out clean and didn't miss a speck! Cesar joined Lita and they finished the job. So professional! Very nice people. And the finally-- Tidy Casa is so reasonably priced and they didn't try to tack on extra charges ( same day and all). Thank you all so very much!! Living alone and traveling a lot I don't make much time for keeping my place clean, so when I looked into getting some one in to clean before I leave (who doesn't like to come home to a clean house) I was pleasantly surprised to find Tidy Casa. Overall really pleased with the whole experience. We used Tidy Casa for the first time a week ago and I'm still happy with the house cleaning. Excellent experience!
We had Carlos & Cristina do a move-out cleaning of a property that we had been renting, and they did an absolutely great job.
The whole experience with Tidy Casa was exactly how it should be. . .the website was informative and easy to navigate, the booking process was easy, and I received regular updates leading up to the cleaning date.

Carlos and Cristina were professional and thorough; I'd absolutely use them again!

As an added 'above and beyond'. . .when I made my original booking, I unknowingly doubled-up on the services that I ordered (because of what was included in the 'move-in/move-out' option), and Tidy Casa reached to me to let me know that they removed the charge for the extra service that I had ordered, because it was already included.
I thought that was pretty awesome, because I would have never noticed myself.

Paola and Carmon arrived just a few minutes early and got started right away. They did a great job in cleaning my house. The only small complaint I have is that one of the ladies spent a good deal of time on the phone. She was working during this time but not as fast as when she was not on the phone. The pricing was fair. I received a follow up call within a few hours of the ladies finishing to see if I was pleased with the work that had been completed.

I moved out of the home I have lived in for quite some time so it really needed some love. I called Tidy Casa and everyone was very pleasant right from the start. They offered a reasonable price and I made the appointment. The two ladies who worked on my house were very pleasant and did a fantastic job. I am extremely happy with the work that they did and would use them again in any situation. This was a move out so there is a lot more work than a regular weekly maintenance or something like that but I would recommend them. I did some add-on services which included the fridge and the oven cleaning as well as all of the cabinets. That was worth the additional money because it made it much easier for me to simply move out. The company followed up with me after the service as well to make sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning which I appreciate. I am satisfied with the cleaning and as I mentioned would use them again.

The Tidiest Casa you could possibly imagine.

After six months of remodeling my condo and not cleaning it once, it is fair to say that I needed a house cleaning if I wanted my girlfriend to stay. So this last Saturday, I finally gave in. The cleaners came in at 11 AM and left at 1 PM. The team lead was named Veronica and she was understanding, very detailed-oriented, and helpful. After the two hours that the cleaners had been there, this is what I noticed: the floors felt brand new in bare feet; the kitchen was spotless (they even washed our dishes and cleaned an uncleanable range!!); every surface in the house was dusted; the bathroom smelled like flowers (the whole house actually smelled like flowers); and they left a little delicious bar of soap showing their appreciation. I also suspect they went to Hogwarts because there is no way they should've been able to do what they did in the time they did it in.

This was the easiest and best experience I've had dealing with any vendor!! I booked my appointment online. The team called me before they arrived and also called when they were finished. My property was rented out for 2 years and the renters left it in a filthy and unsanitary condition which left me heart broken. I also appreciated the reminder emails they sent out prior to the appointment, and the friendly way my questions were answered when I called the office for a clarification on pricing. I booked this company because of the other online reviews and the satisfaction promise. We were moving into a new home so I booked the standard service with the move-in/move-out upgrade. When I originally booked I also added on the oven cleaning and inside the cabinets. However, when we did our walk through of the house prior to moving in we saw that they were already quite clean, so I responded to the email confirmation I had received asking to drop those 2 add-ons (2 days prior to scheduled service) and Ryan emailed back almost immediately confirming the change. When I responded to express my appreciation for the promptness he again replied almost immediately with a friendly note that they were "here to help :) " .

They sent 3 people to clean our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, so it was done within about 2-2.5 hours. We were pleased with the quality of the cleaning for sure! On top of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there were some blinds that weren't quite spotless- however they were also tall, and it was clear they had cleaned them a bit- as good as I would have probably done- they just weren't spotless.

I would absolutely use them again and have already given our realtor our recommendation in case other folks ask her for cleaning services when they move!

I highly recommend Tidy Casa. My previous cleaner of two years switched teams on me and the results were less than desirable. I tried several other services but no one met my expectations. Tidy Casa does a great job at a reasonable price. The team is respectful when I am working at home and treats my modest home like any other. One note - I almost cancelled my service with them because they do not hold house keys. They will use a lock box so ask for that if you will not be home to let them in.

Our guys Jeremy and Kenny I believe did there job adequately and did not forget anything. This was your basic "move out" cleaning. No furniture in the house, average condition. The boys were on the latter end of the time frame promised so im not dinging them for that either. If the website was not in play I wold give them 5 stars..The website contradicts itself here's why. First problem is that its almost impossible to price a "cleaning job " without looking first. On their site you have options that you can add and there goes the price up. Not cool because there's also an option that says " move out ".. So to anyone besides Tidy Casa it appears, move out cleaning means everything gets cleaned ! But as I said there are options on the site like cleaning out the oven, refer, blinds etc that all cost more, so what to do ! Confusing. And at my unit the boys were gone withing 2.5 hours at most..Hence the 3 stars. Guess I should have called first, but guess they could also clarify there site. Hence the 3 stars...

Tidy Casa was amazing. We were expecting a baby and wanted to do a deep cleaning before he arrives. Honesty, we did not expect much. We used a previous cleaning company and the people they sent never was able to scrub down anything. But we figure having it a bit cleaner than before was worth it. We saw from the Yelp reviews all the great comments, and thought we would splurge a little. Boy, were we glad we did! We had two awesome ladies come clean our house, and they left the house as clean as when everything was new. The most impressive part was how well they cleaned out our shower. I've always tried to scrub off the hard water stains from the shower glass and it would take me an hour just to get it looking decent. They were able to clean that better than I could have. They also took the time to scrub spots that other cleaners have just told me "It won't come off" with pretty good success. When they left, my wife and I just looked at each other and sat in our clean house staring at everything for a long time, enjoying it all. That feeling alone was worth the higher price we paid. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good cleaning company and very friendly service.

Wow!! I'm very impressed!! After a much need deep cleaning and working a very hectic schedule I reached out to Tidy Casa and I couldn't be more pleased! The most thorough and detailed move-out cleaning job I've ever seen. Vanessa and Acuna showed up right at 3 (a few minutes after the 3-4pm window), worked amazingly fast, and left the apartment looking 10x better than when I moved in. They also didn't mind working around a roommate that wasn't ready when I told her to be and had crap still lying around everywhere. They even bagged up everything left in the freezer and fridge. I'm more than happy with the service and if I ever need a cleaning crew again I'm absolutely going with Tidycasa (and hopefully the same two ladies!)

From my first conversation on the phone with Ryan to the time the crew led by Maricela left, mine was definitely a five star experience! This is a first class organization. We needed a " move out" cleaning. We have large amounts of shelves and high areas to clean. This crew worked wonders. Every inch including wood floors just sparkle!! For my second visit, the office called to say (guess what?)--"The cleaner you liked so well the first time is no longer working for us, so we're sending 2 new people..." This is the big drawback of working with a firm rather than with an individual. The new people cleaned well (even though I had to explain things all over again since they were new to my house), but the service was not as good as the first time. The new team did not seem to understand the importance of putting EVERYTHING back exactly where they found it. Although my house was very clean, many things were out of place and most of the pictures on the walls were crooked.

I have no complaints. That's never happened with a cleaning service. They came in about $30 less than a competitor. They worked very quickly, but were very thorough. They added nice little extra touches here and there. They were very friendly and professional. I liked having the option of doing everything on their website. I booked, paid, conformed... EVERYTHING... all online. It was very easy and smooth. I went to their site, put in my home information, got the price instantly, and chose my appointment day/time. They were able to come out the very next day. Since cleaning they have checked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. I used Tidy Casa for a post-move cleaning, and I was very impressed with their service. Arranging the appointment on their website was super easy, they sent reminder emails and I received an email receipt after they were finished. It was a very organized process. The team that they sent was prompt, thorough, and meticulous...the house looked great when they finished. And they were very friendly, which was a refreshing change from some experiences I've had with cleaning services. I was very impressed with the company and I will definitely use them again.
