Simply Housekeeping AZ

I've been using Simply Housekeeping regularly for about a year now. Every time - fantastic service.

My MIL is coming to stay with us for a few months. After I stopped crying, I called Simply Housekeeping for help! My house looks and feels like I have got my life together, thanks to Team 4 (angelica & estefania).

They take such lovely care of all the things in my home, I feel that they are an important part of keeping my family and home clean and healthy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I was left unimpressed after spending $380 for 4 hours. I expected more for my money. They did some cute details like making a paper towel into a flower and designs in a blanket after folding and placing on bed, but missed a lot. It was discussed that we would agree on 4 hours but if they need more time, I was to be contacted to approve the additional time. I was not called so it is assumed they completed what was asked. Nope, floors half done and spider webs still hanging off lights. Never got a call so they thought they were complete. I'd rather find cleaners who take pride in their work and don't leave in incomplete.

To follow up... the owner is completely lying and replied saying they asked for more hours. I am highly disappointed. I was NEVER contacted. Just be honest and accept you dropped the ball on your services.

I sent a quote request to several cleaning companies on Yelp and Simply housekeeping was able to come out the next day. So we chose them . The price was $100 an hour with a minimum of two hours. Unfortunately our experience with simply housekeeping company was not good since they were not able to do aa deep clean As requested on our home. We were charged $285 and told that our home was dirtier than expected which we found unprofessional. I was able to clean my house in two hours on my own when they had two ladies sent to clean , couldn't manage what little they did, in three hours. I received a auto text the next day that they guarantee their work however that is simply not what We experienced.

I can't say enough about this company and the team that cleans my home. They may not be the cheapest, but the service is great! They show when they're supposed to, and you get text and email notices both ahead of time and after, to make sure you are happy! Now that is customer service!
The same ladies have come each time and they are so nice and do an excellent job!
Team Anabel and Alehandra. My elderly mom lives with me and she recently fell and has been in facility for a couple weeks, I washed all her bedding and have just been too busy to make the bed...after the ladies left, yesterday, I was walking past her room and noticed they made the bed for me! I've been so overwhelmed lately, when I saw that, I just wanted to cry! I wasn't expecting them to do that...and it was 1 thing to cross off my list, before my mom returns! So, thank you ladies!!! I so appreciate it!!

I have been using SHAZ for multiple years and have been pleased.  Especially with the team that cleans my house bi-weekly (Anabel and Alejandra).  They are friendly, efficient, and hard working.  The house is always clean when they  are done and I have had no issues with their work.  Over the years, I have had some minor issues with the management regarding miscommunication on scheduling and time of arrival, etc.  But nothing major and nothing too recent.  I plan to continue using their service, especially if Anabel and Alejandra keep coming.  Thanks for the hard work!

The cleaning was pretty good.   But when items were moved to do the cleaning, they were not returned to the same place.   Some important medical supplies were moved from the location where I needed them.   When it came time to need the supplies, I had to spend significant time locating them.   Why is your way to  organize stuff better than the customer?

I called and spoke with someone with a heavy accent who had a big problem taking my service request down. I had to repeat my address several times, so I tried again in Spanish no less. I asked to speak with someone else and was told to calm down. lol Look, if you can't take my info down, maybe don't answer the calls for service.

We have been with this company for 2 years and have zero complaints. TEAM 4 is amazing! They're kind, friendly, and go above and beyond to make our home beautiful! Thank you SHAZ and TEAM 4

Simply Housekeeping saved the day!
We had last minute family coming in to town and in all the chaos I didn't have time to clean the house.
Simply housekeeping was extremely responsive and accommodating, they shifted around their schedules to fit me in and were at my house the next morning!  
I've used a lot of different cleaning companies here in the valley but the wonderful ladies from team #4 went above and beyond!
My house has never been so spotless and my countertops and baseboards stand out and shine again!  I highly recommend simply housekeeping and if you're lucky enough to get team 4, you won't be disappointed!
Seriously give them a try , the attention to detail and cleanliness goes far beyond that of even the larger scale companies . This valley best kept secret company is now my go to for all cleaning needs! Thank to Rose for squeezing me in on short notice!

I just moved to Phoenix and bought my first house. The last owners did a terrible job cleaning it. I found Simply housekeeping online. I gave them a call. Ryan was very friendly and professional. I told him I did not want them spending more than 3 hours cleaning. Based on that and what I requested, he gave me a run down of the cost. I needed them to deep clean ASAP so I could move all my stuff in. He did not have anything for a while, but he called back and was able to squeeze me in their busy schedule.
Now for the cleaning service itself: the cleaners did a spectacular job. They were able to get my house done in under 3 hours plus some extra time to do extra spots after. I am OCD. If I see one spot, I go crazy. I know not every cleaning company is going to be perfect, but Simply housekeeping is close to it. I was very impressed by how my house looked after. That's how it should of looked before I moved in.

Housekeepers did a great job. The misleading information and sales tactics of the booking lady were the reasons I couldnt give this business five stars. If I could hire the cleaning team direct without the office involvement, I would!

To anyone looking to book for service, proceed with caution. Ask for them to specify exactly what the estimate will be, in writing. Hourly vs. Total vs. Hourly per worker, and how many workers they were actually going to send out.... caused about $100 difference in cost.

Also, first booking was not done in time scheduled with hours of waiting for arrival - and had to rebook and find time in my schedule. With all of the runaround and unexpected rise of cost, I should have just taken the afternoon off of work to do it myself. Would have been much easier, less time consuming, and I would have saved money. Lesson learned.

While I appreciate the business made an attempt to reply to the review for the perception of their business, the concerns were not addressed and the respondent called me by the wrong name, assuming and hoping they'd give the public my full name? Idk. You decide. But it goes to show how "ethical" she/they really are.

Tip for locals: I've got my service now scheduled with Maid Easy. MUCH better business practices and professionalism at much better pricing.

I recently decided to look for a new cleaning company. A friend of mine recommended I use Simply Housekeeping. I called in and spoke to Ryan (owner) he provided fair pricing for the deep cleaning I requested. The cleaners did a very thorough job, did the job quickly, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend you use their cleaning services. I will be a routine customer moving forward.

This cleaning service is one of the best services I have ever used in the Valley!  I know I can be VERY particular, I just like my home cleaned right!  The first service was their deep clean, and they did everything.  The ceiling fans, baseboards, under sofa's and so much more.  This was the first time I did not have to point anything out.  They have been back for regular cleans afterwards, and I am so happy.  I highly recommend them.

Super impressed with this cleaning company! They left my house spotless and smelling nice and clean :) The cleaning crew was very friendly. I look forward to them coming every month to clean my house!

I would rate the cleaning of the house great. However the business aspect isn't ran properly. You will receive a quote and you can completely disregard what the price will be. They charge what they want to charge after the service is done. Wouldn't be a issue it if your on a budget and expect pay one thing then screws you up after job is done and price is higher than quoted. Honor your quotes and you will improve your business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.  While I can't speak to how well they actually clean one's house, I can definitely rate how much they value customer service.

On a Friday, I called them and negotiated a rate for biweekly service.  It would start the following Thursday at 10am.  When the time arrived, they didn't.  It was like being flaked on.  

I checked my email and saw that at 2:29am, they had sent an email saying that my service would be the next day, Friday, at 9:30am.  It was odd as no one had contacted me for the change in service.

I called to find out what happened.  I left a vmail at roughly 3:30pm.  Rose called me back after 5pm, after hours.  Here's where things get pretty bad.  She wasn't apologetic and didn't believe me about the correct appointment day.  I told her that I have a text to prove it.  She asked if I had an email.  I went and looked and found the email saying that the appointment was indeed for Thursday and forwarded it to her.  Only then did she believe me.  

But she wouldn't let me talk any further, always cutting me off saying that their business is now closed for the day and that she has a family to get to.  She spoke at length about what the priority list is, how their times work, doing a good job, etc.  But because she wouldn't let me speak, I couldn't inform her that I didn't like the appointment time of 9:30am the next day and had booked 10am for a reason.

Cut to the next day, which is actually today as I write.  She sent me an email saying that because they didn't meet their Thursday obligation, they would discount today by 10%.  Yay!  A whopping 10%.  But get this...  she also wrote that she wouldn't honor the price quoted to me the previous Friday!  She said her colleague had made a mistake with the quote.  She also said her colleague had changed my appointment time to try and meet my original request for Friday.  This is actually true as far as what I originally preferred, Friday, but not at 10am.  However, they never told me of the change and Rose acts like they did me a favor and didn't make a mistake!  It's unbelievable.  Just because a person said they'd prefer Friday one week ago doesn't mean that nothing's changed.  It also doesn't mean that you change their appointment time without telling them.

Needless to say, there's really bad energy here and I cancelled the whole thing.  Why am I giving two stars and not one?  I think Rose wants to provide good customer service, but doesn't know how.  In other words, I think she means well and I'd be cheering for her to get it right.  She just isn't there yet.  Her company failed to make an appointment, changed the time without informing the customer or even asking if that time would work, and tried to make up for it with a one time 10% discount but with the caveat that she won't honor her company's initial quote.  Wow.  I don't believe in the expression, "The customer is always right."  But here, what I experienced is the opposite, "The customer is never right."

(Update per the owner's response:  She simply made up the part about a "previous cleaning company" as we've never had one.  

She's correct that I hung up on her last night.  After being interrupted enough times and told that she needs to get to her family, despite all of the continued talking she did, (one-sided and rude), I hung up.  I couldn't get a word in.  Clearly she wanted to get going more than she cared to provide customer service.  There was no raised voice and at most my tone could be described as exasperated.

Most importantly, please note that she doesn't refute the fact that we had an appointment for Thursday that her company didn't meet.  Yet, she focuses on everything but that and doesn't own up to it.  I guess "Integrity" includes flaking without taking responsibility or apologizing.  To the intelligent, independent Yelper, that says it all.)

Having never used a cleaning company before, I asked a million questions. Rose was patient, answered everything very clearly, and explained the difference between general and deep cleaning. The pricing was completely on-par with other quotes I'd received, and she made it clear that I would only pay what we'd discussed and that if the team ended up needing more time I would be told that BEFORE they began the work.

The team that handled our cleaning was wonderful. Courteous, efficient and thorough, it took a load off of our shoulders to have the house 100% spotless before a very large family gathering.

I also booked last-minute, and they were able to accommodate the window we needed the work done. At one point our time was pushed up by a few hours, but when I wrote them to ask (because we wouldn't be home at the new time) Rose quickly re-adjusted.

Thanks to Maria for the excelent customer service. Scheduling was easy. Team 5 arrived on time and did excellent job deep cleaning our house. I work from home so on few occasions they asked me to check what's been done so far and let them know if I have any remarks. Later I noticed the ladies made roses from the TP and nicely arranged the Kleenex tissues. They wore masks and shoes covers the whole time. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much Team 6, for doing such a wonderful job cleaning my Airbnb/Vrbo house! They did such a good job, and the girls had great demeanor as well! Which I really appreciated! I loved all the special touches the did with the towel, blanket, and toilet paper decorations, and so did my guests that just checked in today! Thank you Team 6, and I'll see you again after each guest check out!

What's all the fuss about Simply Housekeeping?

Now I know.

After my ongoing housekeeper informed me she was leaving the country, I had no idea where to go for help, so what does a single dad do?  Yep, yelp!  So based on the ridiculous reviews I read, I said 'why not'?  Rose is a consummate professional and now I understand why the quality work they provide comes from her passion and leadership.  We had a conversation and I can tell she is highly committed to customer satisfaction.

I was in a bind, so she had two women show up (with a day's notice) and I will say that both Patty and Maria were outstanding, the bomb.com, amazing!  They were the shit!  They were thorough and worked diligently.  Patty asked me if I had the bedding for my bed so she could make the bed.  I was shocked.  No other service has done that for me before.  After I got everything out of the dryer, she made the bed......1000% better than I do!  (see pictures).  To top it off, I go in the bathroom and one of them made a rose out of toilet paper!  I was like, "Am I at the Ritz or something?".   Before they left, I made a joke (kinda) to Patty and Maria that I'd hire them without Rose, but they were so gracious and they both smiled and said 'thank you'.

We had Team 5 do a move-in cleaning for our new house and a move-our cleaning for our old house, and they did a phenomenal job. They cleaned areas that I would have even thought of cleaning! Rose is also very helpful and nice. She helped me schedule our cleanings and was very responsive. If you need a cleaning service, I highly recommend Simply Housekeeping!

Team 3 (Sandra and Miriam) have done both an initial and a bi-weekly cleaning in my home, and they do a great job! They are on time, and they are friendly but get right to work! They did such an amazing job on the initial clean . . . I thought I kept a clean house, but they cleaned things I haven't even though about! We were amazed when we opened the sliding door and the track was gleaming . . . no idea how dirty that must have been before! I've had cleaners in the past, but none whose work is as thorough as Simply Housekeeping! I definitely plan to keep using this company, and hope Team 3 comes back again!

We love having Liz with team 7 come to our house. She is wonderful, attentive, and always pleasant to have. The owner and office staff are always very accommodating to requests and reliable!

Anabel / Team 1 is fantastic. We've been using Simply Housekeeping and had that team for almost a year now.

They do truly learn you / your preferences. I was in the middle of washing my guest sheets one time and they finished that up and made the bed. Since then I've been setting out clean sheets on both beds. Every time they come, I not only have a clean house, but also clean sheets on my beds without any hassle from me.

They once forgot my recycling (I think because they didn't realize where it was). I mentioned it the next time and they have been taking that out ever since leaving me with a clean recycling container.

I've been working from home since March and they work around me very well. They learn your house end follow the same routine. For me, they always start in my master and finish that first so I end up moving in there once they're done and working from there. Then they can do their thing in the rest of my house and I can continue working without issues.

I called the company to arrange a cleaning. They were able to set up an appointment much faster than I had hoped. Initially, she offered two people to come and do the cleaning. I received a call the day of the appointment saying that two people couldn't make it, so I would only be charged half price for the one person.

Suzie did a great job and did a thorough job cleaning. She worked straight through without taking a break or time for lunch.

I was very pleased with the service, the quality of the work and the quickness of getting an appointment. I would use the company again and I would recommend them to others.

Team # 6 (Ivonne & Yannett) just left my house after a 4 hour deep clean and WOW!!! They did a phenomenal job with everything from big items like the ceiling fans & floors, to smaller details like baseboards, the areas around the toilet, and areas behind furniture. I am so impressed! I can't wait to have these two ladies back in a couple of months. I'm also referring them to my parents!

Wow, we were absolutely stunned when we walked back in the house after team 3 finished cleaning! They did an amazing job! Absolutely impressed with the level of detail put forth in cleaning our place. This is our first time hiring cleaning service and I'm glad that we chose simply housekeeping. We will definitely have them back again!

Fantastic experience, highly recommend!  First, scheduling is clear and concise, and they even take the time to use a text/reminder service which I love.  Second, they arrive promptly, and the crew also uses a text service to tell you they are on their way, when they arrive, and when they are done.  Five stars, you won't find better communication anywhere.

Now for the service--bought a home and they showed up the day I took possession to help me.  The crew took control and helped me shift the work I initially thought needed to be done, to the work that really needed to be done in a kind and consultative manner.  I didn't want them to leave the first day... so I called and had them out again a few days later!  All in all, I guess I've used about 20 hours so far and they've been a class act--very diligent, super knowledgeable, and very fast.

What I appreciated most was, I'm not an expert cleaning guy, but the crew had solid methods, understood all the ways the coated stainless steel, granite, hardwood, brass, painted surfaces... you name it... needed to be done.  They treated me with the respect a clueless husband deserves :-) ... but most importantly, when my wife and mother showed up for the second round of cleaning (its a big house) they were super impressed and that's coming from two ladies with OCCD (obsessive compulsive cleaning disorder)!

Had a wonderful cleaning by Team 2 Myriam/Raquel this week. Needed to reschedule the date and was accommodated with no issue. I originally had used another local company (twice as the Relo company randomly chose the same company after I had tried them and been disappointed). The other company charged me twice as much as Simply Housekeeping for a supposed move in clean that was far less thorough than what I received during Simply Housekeeping's regular cleaning service. So impressed that I have signed up for regular scheduled cleanings. I moved here from out of state and had my amazing previous cleaners for nearly 10 years and was worried I would not find a great team again...so happy I have!

The girls from Team 5 did an awesome job. The house was absolutely spotless. I've had cleaning services before and I must say my experience with Simply Housekeeping was far better than anything I have had before. I highly recommend them.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a deep cleaning and the two women who showed up did a fantastic job. They were very courteous  and wore masks the whole time. They also had to work around my 2 kids running around the house the entire time and and did so with grace. Would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone.

We have used Simply Housekeeping for almost two years. Rose and the office staff are always supportive and make doing business with them extremely easy. Quick response times on email makes asking questions and rescheduling/skipping cleanings a breeze.

Wonderful experience with this company! House looks and smells amazing and my toilet paper was even folded into little roses  They worked so hard and completed 5000sqft in 6 Hours. Lots and lots of flooring to mop and the house feels bright and smells fresh. Oh, and let's talk about vacuum lines! And the reflection on the floor! I'm already looking forward to the next visit. This company is the best for house cleaning. We had used another cleaning service for over 2 years and over the last few months the quality had gone down dramatically especially for the price we were paying. I tried Simply Housekeeping last week for a change to compare the two. Team 7 (Gloria and Victoria) came and did a deep cleaning. They were here for almost 4 hours which tells you how much our other cleaning company wasn't getting done. It's been almost a week and house still feels amazing. I am blown away by their attention to detail and our fridge looks brand new. Since then I have cancelled the other company and signed up for bi-weekly going forward. Also, Rose and Maria in the office were great and explained all the costs up front. They even called me twice during the cleaning to make sure I was OK with them staying longer than expected. This is a great cleaning service, I would give them 100 stars if I could . The ladies were prompt and very efficient. They cleaned every room and bathroom, the ladies were super friendly as well.I can't thank rose and her team enough for doing such a great job. The service is worth the money. 100% will recommend.

First time hiring a professional cleaning service, I went based on views on Yelp. WOW!

Everything from the owner, to the cleaners, to the quality of service, easily 5 stars.

I was curious at first, messaged the owner and was messaged back within 24 hours. The owner, Rose was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I quickly had a good feeling about this service and decided to schedule a clean the following week.

When the two ladies were done cleaning, one of them walked me through and showed me their work. I was ecstatic and was not expecting the detail of clean. They did all the hard cleaning all the way to little details like cleaning the dust off my candles and decorations/wall pictures. The owner called me later in the evening and wanted to check on the service. Very happy with the decision I made to have my place cleaned by this company. Thanks again!

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had with cleaning service. I called and Rose answered the phone and was so pleasant and accommodating. I requested a deep clean of our entire home as a birthday present to myself. She quoted me a price that was reasonable and fair and scheduled my cleaning at a convenient time. The day of the cleaning the ladies arrived right on time and immediately started working their magic. Rose called about halfway through to give me an update and made sure I was aware of the price (I was because she was very clear during our initial call). I got home a little early to find the ladies finishing up the floors. They were so sweet and didn't want me to have to leave for them to finish up, but I didn't want to get in their way. When I returned the house was SPOTLESS!!! Every surface was dusted, the window tracks were clean and my whole house smelled AMAZING! I will use this company again and again and you should too!!!

Team 7 did a deep cleaning service on my home. I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and wanted it to look clean and beautiful for the photos and potential buyers. I have been using Simply Housekeeping for 4 months now and I am thrilled with their service!  Rose is very professional and prompt with communication.  The crew does an excellent job, and often cleans more than I expect.  Management does quality assessments as well, they are all about top notch service.  I definitely recommend this cleaning company.

Rose contacted me to see if I would be interested in having my windows cleaned through her other company, Precise Window Cleaning.  I jumped at the offer and was very pleased with the results.

We just moved into our new home and had the girls come over (Team 4) and went thru this house like it's never been done, amazing they cleaned blinds windows fans and hard to reach nooks!  Would highly recommend this company they confirmed the day before as well as sent a text saying they were on there way!

Today, Team 3 Azusena Rosalina of Simply Housekeeping AZ LLC came to clean our cabinets. Our cabinets were caked with grease. The previous owners never cleaned them. We tried to clean them ourselves but it was impossible. Team 3 did a great job and they also received a tip. We will definitely call Simply House keeping again soon. Thank you.

The crew did an amazing deep clean on our home.  There was no surface left dusty or missed by them-they even cleaned the tracks on our sliding doors!  We can't wait for them to come back and do our regular cleanings.  We highly recommend them.

I found Simply Housekeeping when my construction company was in a bind and needed services after we completed a remodel for a very particular customer.  Rose was able to schedule me the very next day!  They arrived on time and made sure to ask all the questions pertaining to the job prior to starting so that she could charge accordingly.  The cleaning crew called me 30 minutes prior to leaving as I had requested and the house looked fantastic. I was nervous because the homeowner IS VERY meticulous and I was concerned that she would find something wrong.  I came into work the next day with an email from my homeowner praising our housekeeping team saying "they are goddesses"!!  I made sure to share the news with Rose so she could share that with her team.

I was not at the house when the cleaning ladies arrived, my wife was. I was told they came in and went right to work. They were here for about an hour when I finally showed up. I walked into the house and it smelled clean. They were working as we were moving stuff into the house and it went surprisingly smoothly considering we had movers, appliances delivered, television, telephone, all showing up in the middle of their work. It didn't phase them at all.They were terrific!  I will be calling them again.

We had to get a deep cleaning done quickly before putting up our house for sale. Rose was super nice in getting us scheduled in time. Myriam and team arrived promptly and did a great job in getting our house look spanking new. There were some areas in the kitchen that had collected grease over the years - Myriam was able to get all that out and make our kitchen cabinets look awesome. They were very efficient and took all precautions like masks, gloves and PPE footwear. Overall we were very satisfied.

This company came and did a deep clean on my house today. Team 4 Elsa killed it!!! My house looks like a brand new house. I have never seen the baseboards, shower and ceiling fans so clean! Delighted with this service, before, during and after !  I wanted a move in clean for our new house. Added complication was that I had never seen our new home and only had the Zillow pictures to go on (I know, what kind of idiot buys a house unseen ? - but Covid, wildfires, 2020....). I spoke to Rose through Yelp and explained the issue.  I wanted to book the clean once i knew when we would get the keys and what time the movers would arrive. Too many moving parts !  Nothing would line up, with key exchange and movers plans changing by the hour.  House moving is stressful :). Ended up booking Simply for the day after the keys, thinking it would give me a few hours to assess what level of clean needed to happen and two or three days before the movers were booked.  Picked up keys, House was actually nice and clean, breathed out for the first time in weeks.... but then the movers called and changed the delivery to early next day.  I was resolved to our house only getting a quick hour clean and rang Rose to say we were happy to pay for two hours, but that the team would probably need to leave early (want to keep everyone safe !). Rose rang straight back and solved my problem !  The team came a couple of hours earlier and were done with plenty of time.  I can't tell you how much I wanted to hug Rose that that point !  She was like my fairy godmother :).  The team arrived first thing and were amazing. They flew around the house. I felt bad sitting in the garden while they worked, but they had it all under control.  They left everything spotless and feeling like home. I couldn't fault them.  It was such a blessing to start off in our new home with everything clean.  Well worth every penny. I have boxes to unpack, but in a few weeks I'm excited to have them back.

Excellent service. I had an initial deep clean done on my home after about 2 full months of not cleaning by myself/husband due to our schedules. They did a fantastic (and faster than expected job). The cleaning was both better and faster than the last professional clean we had done. They pay good attention to carpets and fixtures in addition to standard surfaces. We have decided to go with monthly services after seeing their work.

If I were to make a critical comment, it would be that some pictures and "nic-nacs" were not put back in the same place. Not a big deal, but since we have now signed up for monthly service I'm sure they will just get to know the house better.

These girls were great! They came out and did a great job on the first cleaning. Took about 4 hours to deep clean my 2300 sqft home, and they arrived at the time they said they would, which I have had issues in the past with other companies. The only snafu was a miscommunication on price, but Rose (the owner) got it all sorted out. Cant wait to see them again next month!

Rose and her team were hired to do a deep clean of my home and did a wonderful job. Everything was cleaned perfectly. The cost was inline with most other cleaners so that wasn't a surprise. Called Rose on Tuesday to set up services for a move out clean on today (March 30th). She unfortunately did not have any openings so I disappointingly continued my search. Literally 10 minutes later Rose called me back stating she had a cancellation and that she could get me in... talk about customer service! Moving is not fun and for me quite stressful as I am currently 8.5 months pregnant, I appreciate Team #1 Dolche and Diana coming out and doing some really great work. My old place honestly looks better than when I moved in! I will be using Rose's services again in the future and will specifically be asking for these ladies!

I have been through some recent construction in my home and was overwhelmed by the dust. I messaged Rose through Yelp. She responded within the hour. Prices were more than fair and her attention to detail in gathering all pertinent information was exceptional. I had an appointment at the exact time and date I needed it.  I finally ended up cleaning each day after the contractors left. With all the bedrooms sealed off, I've decided to do the final clean myself. However, I have already recommended Rose and her team twice and will use them myself in the future fir a deep clean before family visits again.

Based on the numerous positive yelp reviews simply housekeeping has received, I tried them out for the first time today.  Their attention to detail was impeccable from the spotless ceiling fans right down to the cute flowers they made out of toilet paper :) Needless to say, I am hooked and have already set up recurring cleanings.

Don't look any further. Rose and her team are simply amazing. We are a large house of humans and three dogs so it is not an easy mess to tackle. We have used Simply Housekeeping for several deep cleans and have been nothing but impressed. They take great care and are very attentive to special requests. I want to take a moment to update my initial review that I left. Since I left the review, I have had several conversations with Rose addressing my overall experience. I'd like to point out that the actual service was and has always been stellar and has exceeded all cleaning expectations. That was never my issue. Due to the type of job that Rose's crew does and the overall positive reviews, it is true that Simply Housekeeping is growing quickly and is in fact experiencing some growing pains. Her professionalism however, and overall attention to the business are incredible. We were able to completely work out an arrangement for the house and our overall communication and coordination has increased. From direct experience, it actually does make a lot more sense to have her crew come twice a month instead of once a month because they can fall into a regular rhythm. I see that now. We've had different crew members come and they are all very nice and professional. All in all, after my entire experience with Rose and Simply HouseKeeping - I genuinely give my entire experience a full FIVE stars. I'm actually really glad that things have worked out the way that they have because I respect Rose and her business all the more for it. For anyone thinking of signing up, I highly recommend Simply Housekeeping and simply encourage you to really communicate what you are looking for on a regular basis. You will not be disappointed!

This is a tough one because I agree with many other reviewers that Rose is extremely professional , very responsive on the phone and the crew does a really good job. Our house absolutely glowed after 2 cleanings. We chose to discontinue service however after 2 months because we got the feeling that Simply Housekeeping has been having trouble responding to its business growth and customer demand. For example, as a new customer we set an appointment for a particular day in which an hour (or so) time window is given. No calls are really generated from Simply Housekeeping prior to the appointment. Over three separate visits over 2 months, the cleaners were late on every visit by 30 minutes to an hour and a half. No calls were made on the day of the visits and I had to call each time to figure out where the crew was. This proved challenging for us because we have kids in school and what not with demanding schedules and we had to reconfigure our entire day. A visit can take several hours already. Once the cleaners do come they are very friendly and professional and ultimately do a fantastic job. We discovered that some crews are much faster than others and this can also prove challenging because you pay by the hour. Therein lies the problem: you could have two different crews come in who do a comparably equal job but because one crew takes longer than the other you will pay two different rates for the visit. We were given estimates each time for the cleaning that were greatly exceeded and I had to call Rose to reconcile a fair consideration. So - If the cleaning service could start and end on time with a set price (or at least a consistent price) with a more proactive approach to scheduling, we would absolutely come back because Rose and the crews are very nice and ultimately do a really good job. It was just hard as a customer to prepare for a visit and then each time have our schedules thrown off because the cleaners arrived much later than the scheduled window and on top of that worked much longer than planned.

I used Simply Housekeeping to clean our rental for move out. It needed a serious deep cleaning. We had let the housekeeping slide due to time spent remodeling our new home. Rose quoted everything up front (a great price) and scheduling was easy. The team showed up with masks, shoe covers, and gloves and got right to work. The cleaning job was AMAZING! The kitchen appliances looked brand new. A white kitchen sink that always looked worn now sparkled. The home looked better than we moved in. So much so that the landlords asked for the name of the cleaners. They were very impressed by Simply Housekeeping too.

Today we had a deep initial clean by team 5 and we are very pleased. To balance efficiency with quality is so appreciated. The two ladies were very focused and thorough. Reservations were easy, communication was responsive and price was wonderful. On all aspects, we are happy and will be repeat customers.

We recently remodeled our house, and man oh man it was a dusty mess. After looking at the pictures and yelp reviews for Simply Housekeeping I decided to ask for a quote. They were very quick with a response. Rose was very friendly through email and on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. The two ladies who cleaned my house were very nice and did an amazing job. I asked for certain things to be cleaned, and they went above and beyond. They literally wiped everything. My house looks amazing, and I'm so happy with their service.

I wanted to get my son something different for his 26th Birthday, so I found him Rose!! She was Simply Amazing from the first call and her company cleaned my son's house like it was new again. Called Rose from positive reviews here on yelp, and her team did an outstanding job! House was emptied the night before and they did a whole house deep cleaning. Rose was very pleasant and answered all my questions.  The two ladies cleaning my house were on time, very courteous to my family and dog, and extremely thorough.  After completing the cleaning, one of the ladies walked me through and showed me their work. I was getting frustrated with my old house cleaners, because they were often late, sometimes I could tell they hadn't cleaned everything, and they seemed to take a long time to clean. Unfortunately my experience was not as great. The crew had to come back for a follow-up cleaning, and the counters were still left with some sort of build up on them. We ended up cleaning them ourselves. The owner was good about follow-up and even discounted the final invoice to make up for the inconvenience. I do appreciate the customer service and willingness to correct the problem.

Outstanding house cleaning experience!  I feel SO relaxed!  Yesterday, Simply Housekeeping came over to help me with a "big spring clean".  I think these ladies may be wizards!  They managed to clean things that I had deemed impossible.  My house feels cleaner than it's ever been.  Rose, the owner, is a total pro--responsive & thorough!  She came by for a same-day estimate and on the day of the cleaning, stopped in to ensure satisfaction.  The experience was wonderful!

Simply fabulous! I called and was able to schedule weekly cleanings immediately. The ladies were prompt, very courteous and friendly and did an amazing job. Our new build was filthy from moving in but the ladies did a thorough cleaning and the difference is incredible! Thank you!

I sent a contact form and heard back from the owner Rose within the same day. The better part.... she had a cancellation for the same day I called and got me in on the same day. The two ladies came and they were extremely pleasant and did an amazing job. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband arranged for this company to clean our house during our hospital stay delivering our first child. Words cannot explain the relief I felt when I came home to such a clean house that was perfect to bring a baby into. Our tile floors shined, the carpet was vacuumed, all the bathrooms were spotless, all of the blinds and surfaces were dusted, etc. Chores I wasn't able to get to during the end of the pregnancy were all taken care of! The fresh clean scent of the house with everything so tidy helped us ease into our new life with the baby. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

We moved into a new house that the previous owners did not professionally clean. Overall the house looked fine but places like bathrooms and drawers/cabinets definitely needed deep cleaning. After talking with Rose on the phone, she quickly understood exactly what was needed and the two ladies that came out accomplished more than promised within shorter time than originally estimated. I had an initial deep cleaning for my home a few weeks ago and have never seen my house so clean! There are things in my house that I didn't know could sparkle that are winking at me (e.g. my toothbrush holder). Rose was able to schedule me in on very short notice which I really appreciated. The cleaning ladies were extremely thorough and respectful. It did cost a little more than I thought but I do have a larger home and there's a lot to clean- and again, my house has never been this clean, I think ever! Rose is extremely professional and it's obvious she takes great pride in her business and takes good care of her clients. She called me several times (before, during, after) to make sure I was satisfied. There was a small issue after the cleaning but she was able to resolve it over the phone and I very much appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Simply Housekeeping if you're looking for a quality cleaning service.

We have been using Simply Housekeeping for several weeks now and they continue to impress.  The customer service and follow up has been great.  The cleaning service has been exceptional.  We use them every other week and are happy to have found them.

We have had our dental office cleaned by Simply Housecleaning for over a year. We have noticed a big difference in the way the girls clean our shutters and the attention to areas that are high such as overhead x-ray equipment. They keep the dust from accumulating and improve the appearance of our dental office so our patients want to return to our practice.

We needed our rental cleaned for move in, as the previous tenant left it pretty dirty. I was very happy with the results. I even ran my finger over the wood blinds and there was no dust! My only issue was that they were scheduled to arrive between 11-12, but didn't show up until 12:35. I understand things run off schedule sometimes, but a call would have been appreciated. Otherwise, great service, would use again!

So here I go again writing a review about Simply Housekeeping but this one should be titled, " Everyone is human " ...........
I love Rose and her staff and as I have stated before, we have used them for the last couple yrs.  Always satisfied and everything is sparkling clean, even the windows.  Except this last time.  
The sun does not hit our backyard until after 3:00 or so.  When I came home from the doctors, I noticed that the back windows were streaked and cloudy.  This has never happened before.  If anything, they are so clean and clear that the birds fly into them, not realizing there is a window there.
I sent the owner, Rose, a text with a picture.  Within minutes, she got back with me and said they would take care of it A.S.A.P.  I said the girls could come the next morning and of course, like clockwork, they were there.  Happy, smiling, apologizing and ready to make the windows perfect.  No excuses, no bad attitudes, admitting what happened and going to work on the windows.
Once again Rose, thank you for handling a small problem like the professional  you are!!!!!

Just had my house cleaned and all I can say is WOW. My house looks like a model home now. The cleaning team was also very professional and detail oriented from the baseboards to the ceiling fan. I would highly recommend Simply Housekeeping for all your cleaning needs.

I was reluctant to hire a housecleaning service since I have never used one before so I really had nothing to compare it to. With that said, I could not be more happy with the service Rose and her crew provided. When I came home from work they were just about done and my house looked amazing! I was so impressed with the cleaners attention to detail and the job they did. Throughout the process Rose was very responsive, friendly, and professional. Best cleaning service I have EVER had!! This team came in and did a cleanup job after we had our floors replaced in our house.The construction left a terrible white powder over every inch of our living space. I was worried it would never come off. Simply Housekeeping came in and not only got it all off, but they left our house sparkling clean and got to things we never would have imagined they would. We are blown away by their capabilities and will 100% be repeat clients. Highly recommend!!

I'm super picky when it comes to my house being cleaned. I usually have to clean after the cleaners leave. This was the first time I couldn't find anything left re-clean! My house looks amazing!! Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

We have used Simply Housekeeping weekly for about a year and a half now.  I think it's hard to find someone that cleans the way you like your house to be cleaned, but we found that with Simply Housekeeping.  The ladies are very reliable and friendly.  Thursdays is one of my favorite days because I always come home to a clean house!

Excellent service!  Every surface in our house was covered in dust from a new flooring project - even the walls and windows. Plus 1 dog and 2 cats. Rose and her staff cleaned everything!  Looks brand new. Smells great. Very happy and highly recommend.

Rose's team is wonderful!  Thank goodness I have found them.  I had gone thru several different cleaners trying to find someone that did a great job...in a reasonable amount of time and...did not leave shoe prints on our travertine floors.  The service has been consistent from visit to visit with the house looking great each time.  I would recommend giving them a try...you will not  regret it!

The best cleaning company I had so far !!! Rose is amazing with following up after cleaning service is done , cleaning ladies friendly and they do Great Job !!! They come on time , they trustworthy people.

I will give this company an "ok" and be very honest about what happened.  After 5 hours and a budget, my house was cleaned about 60%. My upstairs was cleaned great 100%( minus one bedroom they did not have to clean). 90% of my downstairs and most important part of the house was left dirty. Rose, the owner, gave me 10% off agreed budget price. Rose and I spoke, emailed and texted about a 5 hour clean. I gave her a list of priorities to complete- blinds, baseboards, floors, baths (3.5) and dusting( in that order). After 4 hours, my downstairs had not been touched. Rose called me at the 4th hour and said the "girls" would not be able to complete all the areas on my list in the final hour- she didn't want to sacrafice "quality". In the end, the only areas that were cleaned downstairs were my master bath and floors- that's it. My disappointment was obvious and Rose mentioned my "work schedule" as part of the communication breakdown, even though we spoke, emailed and texted. She also mentioned my house was "big" and "dusty"- all correct, that's why I ordered a deep clean and told her my square footage during our very first conversation. One element that I want to mention that was awkward was when Rose arrived, she and her cleaning gal were having their conversations in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. It was awkward to say the least, The cleaning gal offered to clean my blinds for free downstairs and tried to make amends by adding extra time.  I declined. I wont use this company again but I could see if you didn't have a budget or time limit, I think the outcome would be positive.
