I thoroughly enjoy cleaning, it's how I was raised. It is what I actually do in my free time to make myself feel better. I do have two degrees, however, I decided it was better for me to open my own business and do what I love.

My name is Zina. I am the owner of the company. I am Bosnian. I moved to the United States when I was 5 years old and I've lived in Arizona all of my life. I started this business because I truly love to clean, I am very detail-oriented and I go above and beyond to make my customers feel special and provide them a clean home.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and Zina is AWESOME! The first time it was a last minute clean of my elderly moms house and she came to the rescue and did a phenomenal job! When I needed someone to clean my house I new I would use Zina.
She is so professional, she does great work and she is very thorough. What I like the most is she goes over and beyond and she leaves no stone unturned.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

Unreliable. "No Showed" without having the professional courtesy or consideration to contact us. I certainly would NOT recommend this cleaning service.
Z&S cleaning squeezed us in last minute for a move-out clean. They were professional and proficient, and our place looks incredible! They got our place move out ready in just a few hours. So appreciative of them!! Highly recommend!
Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my house, they made sure I was okay with the clean before they would accept my payment. This team of two did a thorough job, nothing was missed! There was one set of chandelier lights that no matter what they tried, they couldn't get it clean. In this instance, it was a manufacturer issue on chandelier lights that were brand new. I felt so bad about the time they put in trying to clean those lights, when ultimately there was nothing they could do to clean them. They walked me through my whole house pointing out what was cleaned, and made sure I was happy about it. I am so thankful that I found this company! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a thorough, excellent and sparkling clean house!!
I am a disabled military veteran with OCD. Needless to say, I like a very precise and clean house. Not being able to clean my home properly on my own due to my disabilities has caused me great strife. So I have been looking for a good cleaning service for years and have gone through many companies. Let me tell you, you cannot do better than Z & S cleaning service. They are incredible. From their detailed cleanings to their friendly staff, you can't get any better. Hire them and you will not regret it.

Wonderful service, meticulous cleaning by Z&S. Will definitely use them again. Cleaned everything to above satisfaction - including dusted ceiling fans, cleaned light switch plates and power outlets, wiped fingerprints from cupboards, swept all dust bunnies away and even did the blinds. I cant say enough wonderful things about Zina. Will definitely be calling on her again for my cleaning needs in the future.

I'm so happy I found Z&S Cleaning on Yelp. They were very responsive and had a great price and it was super easy to get scheduled. The cleaning itself was very good and so detailed. I will absolutely use them again.
I was having back problems and needed a last minute cleaning of my home before family came to town for Thanksgiving. I ended up hiring Z &S cleaning and was so happy I did. I have never had a cleaning company clean to my expectations let alone go above and beyond. The owner is extremely easy to work with and knows how to clean quickly but most importantly efficiently with perfection. Great find!
Great. Came on time, did a very good job cleaning my garbage cans, and price was ok. I will use them again.
Super responsive and professional, gave my apartment a super deep clean prior to moving out. It looked like a brand new apartment! Will definitely use again in the future!
Paid $350 for deep clean on a home we were about to move in. Came back after the two hour service to find spider webs in plain sight, shelves either not wiped at all or given a quick once over missing the corner. Counter top was supposedly wiped but debris and dust could be felt when we ran our hand over it. The price and the fact it was a deep clean made us think they would clean the appliances but they only wiped the exterior of them. We called and were told they would come back to make it right. Did not hear back from them but at this point we are moved in and did our own cleaning. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

Z & S provided the best quote for a move out apartment cleaning. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. They also sent photos of the completed job. Two things would improve the rating.
1. They left on the air conditioning instead of turning it off. The apartment was empty and being cooled for no reason.
2. They could have adjusted the price down somewhat. It took them about an hour. The estimate was for three hours despite me telling them they were cleaning an empty apartment. I figured one person would do the work, not a two-person team.
But, they were right, I did love how clean they got the place. They even cleaned the corroded burner plates on the stove that I thought I'd have to replace. Overall, I'm pleased.
I have used a few housecleaning companies and finally found a company that is worth praising. Z & S Cleaning Services is amazing. They are professional and very fast to respond. Their attention to detail cleaning my house was phenomenal. They took their time and did a fantastic job. They paid attention to areas that former cleaning companies had missed. I can't say enough great things about at Z & S Cleaning Services and highly recommend them. if you want it done right then contact Z & S Cleaning Services.
We called and they were able to get us in for a cleaning in under a week. And honestly I'm so glad my coworker recommend them. (we've tried 2 other cleaners in the past and have not been impressed for the price) They were on time, very professional, extremely thorough (can we say baseboards are dust free now!) all for an exceptional price. We will absolutely be using them consistently going forward. Zinka and team were simply amazing.
Absolutely wonderful service by this team. They took care of every nook and every cranny with minimal prompts. They knew exactly what I needed with just a quickly penned out prompt. Super thorough, cooperative and so very sweet. It was the best cleaning we've had till date, and we've had a lot with a toddler in the house. Definitely coming back for maintenance cleans. Zina is a saint! She got in same day after my original cleaners had to cancel. One of her employees called out so her mom assisted and they did a wonderful job on my move-in clean! She got in there and really scrubbed areas that were in desperate need and although wiping down the inside and outside of cupboards were an add on charge, she threw it in at no cost! Thanks again Zina! I would recommend Z&S 100%!
I need a super deep clean for apartment move-out. The business owner send quote very fast with reasonable price. The cleaning is great and everything get covered. Don't hesitate to reach out this cleaning service when you need it.
