Alicia and her team did a wonderful job without move our cleaning service. They were detailed and great about communicating with us if there were any issues or questions. Highly recommend Lus Cleaning Services.

Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. It would take the two of us two whole days to clean at half the quality she can in mere hours. Cannot say enough good things about this company and service, we love our clean house so much each time! I was in need of some serious cleaning prior to vacating the apartment I occupied for 1.5-years.  Was referred to Spotless 'n Serene Cleaning by a local vendor.

What I can tell any is that the service is second to none Karen provided.  Very thorough in ensuring the place was spotless (hence the name), I would highly recommend Spotless'n Serene.

Any cleaning services needed in the future, there's no doubt of who I'm calling for a thorough cleaning.  You "will not" be disappointed by the service...GUARANTEED!

We had a rental home that needed a move out/in cleaning. They went above and beyond what I expected from a cleaning company. They pulled my oven out and cleaned the sides! Seriously, stop what you are doing and pull your oven out! You would be amazed at what is on the sides of your oven and what gets trapped underneath! The fridge was pulled out and cleaned out as well. They replaced a light that was out in the bathroom and cleaned the tracks of the windows and the windows!!! I highly recommend LeBlanc Cleaning!!!!

Fantastic cleaning service- My short-term rental STR was completely cleaned & reset for incoming guests efficiently.  Americas Best Commercial Cleaning was accepting of details required for STR;s that goes deeper than a typical shine up.  Ceiling fans, light globes baseboards were wiped down.  
It is nice to have a cleaner who is willing to get behind appliances or reach the high spaces.  
Victor was attentive to all my special requests.

To sum it up in one word - AMAZING.  My girlfriend had been begging to me to just try a maid service as I have been so against it in the past.  Why spend money for work that she could do ;-)  



We researched reputable services in the Scottsdale area and decided to give The Maids of Scottsdale a try as they appeared to be the best value.  Boy was I right.  Great customer service setting up the appointment and the team that came to clean was uniformed, friendly, and had everything they needed.  The operations manager even stopped in to make sure everything was going okay which I appreciated but wasn't necessary.  My team leader was doing a great job with everything I'd asked them to do.  

I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about because this company was so easy to work with.  The team continually asked if everything was to my satisfaction and if I wanted anything else done.   We were so pleased we called and got a price for once a month service so we can get a good deep clean once a month.  Now that I know how affordable it can be, the decision is easy.  Even better, no more fights about who's going to clean what!

I have had this company do three cleanings for me so far. The first was a deep clean on a property I was moving out of. Esperanza and her team did such an amazing job (inside drawers, baseboards, windows etc). When I mentioned I needed carpet cleaning as well Eddie came that day and also did a wonderful job. After my first experience I hired them again to do general cleanings in my new home. I won't use anyone else! Always professional, always on time and easy to work with. A+

it's a team of 3.  it's $30/person/hour.
Tip: be upfront and specify what you want done, and not done, for each room, what you want touched and not touched, and the timeframe (ie 2 hours or 3 hours)
It was a 10am appointment during the work week.

Pros:
-I sent online request and then called.  Jessica responded right away and scheduled me in.  
-Friendly except when you complain or ask about why the service took longer than expected.
-Bathrooms were cleaned well.
-Stairs were vacuumed well.

Cons:
they were late 10 minutes but charged me $10 more for going 10minutes past the hour. Lesson: make sure you agree upon the start time and end time.
For a move-out clean, where according to Jessica, baseboards, fans and blinds are cleaned, Baseboards were not cleaned well and blinds were definitely not dusted.  
The guy was threatening, if you do not agree with the results.  (to the guy, if you're reading this, my neighbour's a cop, I've already asked him to watch out for you and yours)

We've moved out.  House is completely empty. nothing to lift, rearrange.  
Initially, i had scheduled for a 2 hour clean but when they got there, I didn't clarify, my mistake.I said I'm getting house ready for sale and if they can clean bathrooms, baseboard, fans and blinds, and mop.  They said the house conditions were bad (a/c was not on).  I met them at the house at appointment time and stayed there the whole time they were there.  They could have asked for me to adjust the a/c upstairs.  I was downstairs the whole time.  
They weren't shy about turning on the radio, and I didn't mind either.  I could zone things out. Why not ask about the a/c?

I've had Hispanic cleaners and they're fast and thorough.  They're schedule just wasn't conducive this time around.  my other mistake, I'll wait and stick with tried and true next time.
I thought i'd try a yelp recommendation.

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
