I have been using Arizona Clean Pros for over a decade. I rely on them to take excellent care of my home. I have always been pleased with their reliability, responsiveness, and detailed work. Their crew members are friendly and thorough. I trust them completely, whether I am home or away, to care for my home as if it were their own. Aida checks in and participates with her crew to ensure quality work is consistent. She is always a pleasure and has become like family!

Love these ladies. They call the day before to remind. They arrive on time. They are thorough, friendly, and leave my place perfect.
I requested vegetable-based (Method) products to avoid family allergic reactions. No problem, they use that brand.
Maria is the supervisor and she couldn't be sweeter.
I'm sure you can find a cheaper service. I'm certain you won't find one better.

I'm giving Aida and her "Team 7" my highest recommendation! They were the finishing touch to preparing my Desert Mountain home to handover to the new owners.  They left my house absolutely spotless. They cleaned out all of the cabinets and drawers. The kitchens and bathrooms sparkled!! There were some tough old stains on the garage floor that I had struggled with for years and Aida made them disappear.  Witchcraft! Sophia in the office was well organized, called in advance to confirm time (even called to ask me if it was okay if the team took a 20 minute break for lunch!). All the work was done with friendly smiles and laughs by wonderful people who take real pride in their work.  Have already made arrangements for the same team to tackle my new home before I move in.

We have had weekly cleaning of our 2300sf home in Gainey Ranch by AZ CleanPros for two years now. They are a life saver!! With two young kids, what's up most important to us is that they show up on time, and they can get the job done quickly. They have done an incredible job with both! Adrianna and her team of 3-4 cleaners always go and beyond. In addition to cleaning, they always tidy up the kids' play area, put away clutter on the counters, fluff up the couch cushions make the beds... First started working with AZ CLEAN PRO in 2019.  For the first 15 months, the same crew came every 3 weeks and they were wonderful.  Something changed, team members left and I never thought to check after cleaners left.  That's on me.either owners changed, but I know that regular team split up and perhaps quit and it wasn't until February 13 2023 (after cleaners again left early) that I checked after they left.  I always tipped the team.  This is what I found on Feb13 2023.

We had Arizona cleanPROS come out and deep clean our house. They did a wonderful job and we were so happy with the cost and product.

They fit us in with short notice, 3 ladies showed up, on time, went to work with no breaks!  They had all the cleansers needed for the stovetop, floors, windows, etc, as well as a light clean of the carpet.  Fantastic!  They're efficient and we're going to keep using them for our rental.

I called initially for an estimate and was able to get scheduled in for the very next morning! this was a huge relief because I previously had scheduled services with another business that failed to communicate effectively and even show up during the scheduled time. Arizona Clean Pros had a friendly crew, who arrived on time and worked thru my condo efficiently. their communication was great and they cleaned everything I specified. overall time was just over 1.5 hour, the price was very fair and was within range of the estimate. grateful for their time and service!

First time I used the service and could not be happier. Communicated well and 3-person crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. I previously used a cleaning service once a month for 10 years yet they never moved my coffee table to clean the rug, vacuumed the couch cushions, etc. Cleaning was thorough and everything was put back in its place. Great rates - will start to use monthly. Worth every penny!

Very good communication, showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Worked very hard to make sure that our condo was spotless and when we pointed out several things we wanted extra to be cleaned they obliged enthusiastically. Removed a lot of stress from an upcoming visit from family and did a fantastic job. Three ladies showed up in a vehicle professionally marked with Arizona Clean Pros on it and came to the front door with masks on for Covid and got right to work. We'd not used them before, and are trying to find a regular monthly service to clean our new home. Well, we found them! These ladies did a fabulous job....above average! They were here for 2-1/2 hours and the place looked like new again. They left NOTHING untouched. They even washed the outside of our view windows!! We did NOT expect that. Nice touch...thank you Az. Clean Pros. You will be our new house cleaners!

They've been cleaning my house for a few years now.  I always love how great it smells when they're done.  We just had Aida, Maria and Arleth this last week and they were so friendly and great.  Always recommend Arizona cleanPROS.

We have been customers of Arizona Clean Pros for 9 years. They have provided reliable excellent cleaning of our home since their first visit. They have been accommodating and responsive when we schedule with them. Aida has been great!

Would not recommend.  Couldn't get an appointment for a quote or to have the youse cleaned in the next 2 weeks. Decided to just move on.

Wanted a cleaning crew that was in and out with a job well done and they delivered!  My three-person crew cleaned the house beautifully. No complaints. A bathtub I worried was a lost cause ended up spotless. Great job! My first time with AZ cleanPros and I'm scheduling again.

I hired this company to do a move-in/move-out clean for my rental property.  Initial contact was great and I was able to schedule the clean right before my new tenant moved in.  

I explained that I would not be present for the clean and that I would send instructions and photos as to where the crew could find the key.  One business day prior to our appointment, I sent over photos and instructions and was told that they would be added to the work order.  Over the weekend, I had a serious phone malfunction and emailed them with my husband's contact information.  I received a response promptly and I thought we were good to go.  

On the day of the clean, the crew contacted my husband regarding access to the property.  He told them I had provided instructions.  About an hour later, I received a message from an office representative regarding access to the property (receipt of this message was delayed as my phone was malfunctioning).  They wanted to know how to get in the property.  I called them back and again explained that I had sent instructions and photos how to access the property.  

I spent a significant time at the property prior to our appointment and was acutely aware of the shape of the property.  My former tenant was perhaps on the cusp of OCD and the property was in extremely good shape after a three-year occupancy.  There was certainly detail work that needed to be done but I was doubtful the final price would be at the high end of the quote I was given.  I had also inquired about the Yelp discount when scheduling.  

When all was said and done (and my Yelp discount applied), I was pretty much to the dollar at the high end of the quote.  I wondered whether they had charged me for the hour+ the crew sat around *not* cleaning because they didn't have access instructions.  Frankly, it wasn't worth my time to investigate as I had other things to do.  And, full disclosure, I did not end up making it over to the property to check out how they did.  Maybe it was amazing.  Maybe they discovered another dimension in a closet.  I don't know.  

Next time, I will probably try another company.

Edited to respond to owner's comment: I did not recall receiving any GPS reports so I just looked through my mail from your company again and I did not in fact receive a GPS report.  I received an invoice and credit card receipt but no GPS reports.

I've been neglecting cleaning for far too long and have been embarrassed to have someone come out and help me get back on top of things.

Xiomara, who I dealt with during the quoting process, was very accommodating answering all my questions over email which was easier for me. They were able to get a crew out the same week on short notice for a deep cleaning.

The crew they sent worked incredibly hard and did an excellent job. It doesn't even feel like my house right now, and I mean that in a good way. I'm looking forward to having them come back regularly to keep things up to a high standard.

Lifesavers! So happy to have found AZ cleanPROs! Everything about the experience was easy and inspired confidence, very professional. Booking was easy and responsive, good follow up and payment was convenient. But the crew though! They were really great, especially for a deep clean in prep for sale. Three professionals arrived ahead of schedule, knocked out a big job in good time and the results were better than expected. Shutters, windows, baseboards, all the things I dread doing. So pleased, I booked them for ongoing scheduled appointments. Moving is always awful but do yourself a favor and get their help. Very reasonable prices and top notch service.

I sourced a few new cleaning companies. We were having issues with the cleaning crew at our office. It seems they got complacent with the details and being thorough.

It was important for it to be a local company, not a national chain. Been there, done that. I came across Arizona cleanPROS after doing some research online (websites, Yelp, Angie's LIst, etc). After contacting them, a time was scheduled to view our space and provide an estimate. They genuinely care enough to ask the right questions - to make sure they are addressing our pain points - and to ensure nothing is compromised.

After meeting with a handful of crews, it was an easy decision. We had the Arizona cleanPROS team in the very next week to clean out 3500 sq ft office. Their attention to detail was apparent immediately. We did have a small snafu with the alarm the first session, but I can understand that. All alarm pads are a little different, plus the manager took immediate action and came by to ensure it didn't happen again. That was impressive.  

I've been so happy with them, I've now hired them for my house as well. The rates are very reasonable. As with many industries, you get what you pay for, and I feel their service is the best value I've experienced.

With my house, I get the same level of attention, even though my place is a fraction of the size of my office. If you're looking for a solid, reliable cleaning company - give them a shot. I trust you'll be as pleased as we have been!

We have been using AZ CleanPros for over six years now and are super happy with them. They are always on time and do such a thorough job. We have never had any issues with them. Their employees are always pleasant, professional, and accommodating. After the house is cleaned, it smells amazing and everything is spotless. We will never use anybody else. AZ CleanPros is amazing!

My house had reached a level of dirtiness that was totally not cool and downright humiliating, but as I work 50+ hours a week on average AND am getting my Master's, sometimes these things happen. I reached the point that I was grossed out and overwhelmed, so was willing to part with $100 to get my house cleaned up.

I've only ever had my house cleaned once, and it was through HomeJoy (now out of business). I was expecting them to sweep, mop, clean the toilet and tub, and vacuum my house, but they went WAY above and beyond that! I went upstairs to grab my laptop, and they were on a ladder cleaning my (super disgusting) fan. I heard my blinds being aggressively cleaned (which I've never done in 4 years), and they haven't even come downstairs yet and my whole condo already smells lemony fresh.

100% recommend and will book again. Also, super sorry to the lady on the crew who's allergies my disgusting house set off. She was a total champ, even through the massive sneeze attacks (seriously, I feel so bad!). I couldn't be happier about the work done!

Outstanding company, highly recommend! I was moving out of a rental and nine years of lived in needed to be scrubbed out and I just didn't have the energy to do it myself. After exhaustive research (my first time hiring cleaners) I decided on AZ cleanPros after seeing so many glowing reviews.

Communication was excellent. I emailed back and forth with them and responses were always quick and professional. I get weird anxiety about making phone calls so I appreciated being able to handle most of the details via email.

I wasn't able to be there to see the crew in action but their results spoke for themselves; they did a phenomenal job. The place was pretty grungy and I thought they might need extra time but they were so efficient they finished well within the quoted time frame. The appliances looked brand new inside and out, every surface was spotless and the place smelled super fresh and clean. It would have taken me ages to scrub that apartment top to bottom and I know my results wouldn't have come close to matching theirs. I'm still amazed at how immaculate they got everything. When I had my walk-through with the apartment management they even remarked that my place was cleaner than 99% of move outs.

Needless to say, I was incredibly impressed with everything from start to finish and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

AZ Clean Pros is absolutely the most horrible company out there. They have caused over $700 worth of damage to our home by breaking our wood blinds and defacing our stainless steel stove. My sweet husband purchased their services as a gift to me to clean our home after the tile was installed. They have completely ruined such a sweet gift by destroying parts our home. This is not how you run a business!

Our house was full of dust after we renovated the floors. CleanPros did a great job cleaning every nook and cranny!  They got on ladders and cleaned our highest shelves and even washed our walls!

Arizona clean Pros cleaned our two bedroom townhome five times between February and April 2017. The first cleaning was outstanding. They even left a vase of flowers as a thank you. Each cleaning there after was more and more disappointing. The last cleaning this past Tuesday, April 4 was the last straw. Not only was the house not clean, the cleaning crew left our home with the key in the front door and the lock box wide open. Our  former cleaning lady had to stop driving but after this experience we decided that we should provide her with transportation. When she came to clean Friday,she took one look around and said "this is not right".

I have used them for about a year;
Everything was going fine and our agreement was the same head of crew so that we did not have to retrain each week on the steam cleaner and vacuum and how to handle our particular home.
Since we are pretty meticulous, we did not want to retrain people week after week.
This past two months new crew members showed up and we had to start all over again.
They just went downhill fast.

Different crews would come out until I made a point for the same crew. Unfortunately, they would break items and not say anything. Ceramic soap holder and small glass bottles. I let that go since they were doing a decent job cleaning. Final straw was when I noticed an expensive item missing. After reporting this to the company, their response was that I should find another cleaning company. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to have items broken and missing.

I am a huge fan of AZ Clean Pros. Unlike every other cleaning service I've ever used,  the quality of the cleaning is quite high every single time.  They are prompt,  they are respectful of my home,  and they are thorough and pleasant.  The office staff is kind and professional and reliable. Aida is the best.

I have used this company in the past and each time they have come to clean they have done a great job. The crews already know what to do because of sophia the Secretary who is always there and listens to what i need done in my home. I used Arizona cleanPROS for the first time this past weekend and highly recommend them. The service was outstanding - our house is spotless. We just finished a very small renovation project and had dust in every inch of the house, so we asked for a deep/construction cleanup service. The crew took care of every single spec of dust - our house is good as new! In addition to the level of professionalism and attention to detail during the actual cleaning, they were very responsive during scheduling, answered all of my questions, and made it easy to set up payment with a credit card. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had 900 sq.ft of tile removed and a total kitchen remodeled. It was like a monsoon came through my house. It was more than I can clean by myself, so I called az cleanPROS.  They did an AMAZING job of getting all the walls and floors and doors clean.They cleaned up my whole house including windows inside and out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!  I hired Arizona Clean Pros in March to do a general cleaning of my single son with a big dog - need I say more :) - 2 bedroom apartment in Tempe.  I liked the results so I hired them to do a move out clean when he moved out of state at the end of May.  The 3 person crew was fantastic!  They were on time, professional and cleaned a very dirty - filled with dog hair and marks on the doors and walls and carpet - apartment.  I thought regardless we would be charged for something by the apartment complex as that is what they generally do especially with no security deposit required up front.  Instead, THEY GAVE US MONEY BACK!!  The apartment was THAT clean.   Thanks Arizona Clean Pros!!!!

Upon first calling, we were able to book an appointment for the following week.

Kudos to the excellent communication level throughout: Scheduled by phone, they confirmed by email, and called the morning of the appointment to advise of their eminent arrival.  Estimated accurately over the phone - actual cost came in a little under estimate which was pleasant.

Supervisor comes to the appointment and introduces the team and team leader. Asks good questions about any special requests or care required  Very professional and well trained personnel.  Work each room as a team, and get things done thoroughly.

They want the customer to be happy, and give updates of rooms as completed throughout the process and give multiple opportunities to check their work. Very open to making corrections as needed without a hint of attitude.

Very pleasant experience.  Very clean house and very happy owner.  We'll be using them again!

My third update: I scheduled AZ cleanPROS to come out to my house for a regular cleaning (a free service they offered me) on Tuesday, 3/28. The 3-lady team (different ladies from the prior cleanings) were on-time as scheduled. I gave them instructions and for the next 90 minutes they did a wonderful job. They were thorough and they addressed my areas of instruction. The ladies left me tissue roses in both bathrooms. A nice touch! Alyssa from their office followed up with a phone call and asked how the experience was. I was very pleased. The overall experience was smooth and stress free. Thank you for refunding my money and giving me another opportunity to try your services out. This is how you conduct business and earn loyal customers. I will definitely be calling you again for future services and potentially recommending you to friends and family. Thanks again. I am pleased to say they refunded the additional charge and wrote a me a personal e-mail of apology. I would love to update my review to 5 stars, unfortunately, there response to my my review included several misrepresentations. I am not interested in slinging mud over social media just sharing my experiences with the hopes that they are helpful to others. With that said, I will not go into further detail about the discrepancies in their post. In the end, I am happy with the discount and the job that was done. If you choose this company I am sure they will do a fantastic job just ask a ton of question on the front end so it does not get messy on the back end.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars - I used the move in service  and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do more than I expected they came in under their bid which was very refreshing. They were prompt and professional and did a thorough explanation of what they were going to do. It is great to find a business that values the customer and delivers more than you expected.

AZ clean pros did a great job in scheduling as per my schedule and provided very thorough cleaning service. Maritza and her team were very professional and hard working, they did a very good cleaning job at our recently bought house in scottsdale. I am very pleased with the pricing and their attention to details while cleaning the house. I would highly recommend AZ clean pros to anyone who is looking for a professional and reasonably priced cleaning company. They will leave your house smelling fresh and clean.

Great service, professional, easy-to-schedule, and reliable. They are slightly more expensive than my previous cleaners, but the fact that they are part of a company vs a person working independently makes it worth it (no worries about them not having insurance and also no worries about tax issues). Also, they have service available on Saturdays, which some other cleaners do not. Give them a try! You will soon be a regular.

I've been using AZ CleanPROS for about a year, after a disastrous experience with my previous company.  These cleaners are prompt, cheerful and some of the hardest workers I've ever seen.  Their standards are very high, and several times the supervisor has come to check during their service.  The company is quick to respond to questions & concerns.  A+!

I called AZ Clean Pros for a deep clean after having some construction work done on my home (dust EVERYWHERE). They were straightforward on the phone and gave me an estimate for the cost of service based on the sq footage of my house.

They arrived a bit late (due to an accident on the highway apparently), but they called ahead of time to let us know, and they were worth the wait! The team left no corner neglected and no dust bunny free to roam....windows, baseboards, light fixtures, blinds...everything was clean! AND they came in under the estimate I was given by phone. They are a HUGE improvement over the last cleaning service we had.

The Director, Aida,  stopped in after the crew was finished to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Very professional. I will definitely call them again.

Over the years I have hired every cleaning company that you can think of....from Merry Maids to many, many individual girls trying to make it on their own.  The results were always sporadic....from one OK job to the worst experience ever.  I have never come across a more professional, eager to please, and friendly company than AZCleanPros.
A fantastic group of women cleaned my Scottsdale apartment for several years.  The extent that they went to, including putting clean newspapers down on the base of my African Grey's perch, is far beyond any expectation that I could have had.  When I moved to Phoenix, I was so relieved that they also provided service in that area.
AZCleanPros offers a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning service.  And, to be quite honest, once you've allowed them to properly 'deep' clean your place, in my opinion, a bi-weekly cleaning really becomes a bi-weekly 'deep' cleaning.  From ceiling fans to windows to even sweeping my porch outside, they stop at nothing.
As I mentioned earlier, having worked with many, many cleaning services over the years, I just can't say enough about what a fantastic experience it has been working with AZCleanPros.  I have recently told several residents in my new home about their services, and would never consider switching to a different company for cleaning services...no matter what the price (no one beats AZCleanPro's bi-weekly fee that they work for), no matter what the offer.  AZCleanPros is just that good.
I rarely write reviews but this one is very much warranted.  Thank you AZCleanPros for really showing that you care.

This is the absolute WORST cleaning company to use. DO NOT under any circumstances use them to do any of your residential or commercial cleaning needs. Here is what happened to me:

A little background-we have used Arizona Clean Pros for about 4 months and were fairly satisfied with the job they did. I did notice that the quality went down the longer we used them, but having had cleaning services for many years, that seems to be the trend when it comes to cleaning services-I think they get used to the house and go on auto pilot and do the same thing every week regardless of the condition of the house. That being said, we were satisfied enough to keep using them. We had them come every other week. We were having an outdoor party one week and I asked them to add on cleaning of the outdoor space and a deep cleaning of the kitchen for that week in anticipation of the party. I was told by Alyssa (the scheduler) that the team did not have time to complete it, but if they did get any extra time, they would do it. They didn't end up having the time to complete it, so I did it myself. I requested to have an additional cleaning done in the week in between our regular cleanings, and was told a "different" team would be able to do a full house cleaning later that week. This is where things went south fast.

1. The team was over a half hour late to that appointment.

2. When I came home, nothing was cleaned at all-in fact, my husband and I weren't even sure if they had come at all, the only way we knew they had come was because the key was put back in a different spot under the mat and there was a razor blade on the edge of my countertop in easy reach of my two toddlers. That's right, they carelessly left a razor blade out.

3. My account was charged $119 dollars for the "cleaning"

4. When I wrote Alyssa to find out what happened, she said "There was a misunderstanding about the notes in the work order." Meaning, they had done the deep cleaning on the kitchen and outdoor area and had not touched the rest of the house. Let me tell you-there is absolutely no way anything was cleaned except for possibly the sink was wiped down. There was dried food on the counters, outdoor furniture, and floors.

5. Alyssa apologized and said our regular team would come out the next day and do a cleaning of our home at no charge, since we were charged for who knows what the day before. She also never mentioned the razor blade issue at all. We agreed that that was fine to have our regular team come out and clean the following day.

6. The night before the team was scheduled to come "make it right" by cleaning the house again at no charge, I got an email saying that the supervisor would like to come out and basically make me prove how poorly it was cleaned the day before. They requested that I  be there to meet him or her to show them the food that was still dried on everything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Take time out of my work day to meet a supervisor to prove to them that their team did a crappy job?! Also-in the same email she informed me that I would be charged to the cleaning on the parts of the house that were not cleaned when their team "Misunderstood the work order." RIDICULOUS! I did the deep cleaning on everything I wanted before the party and now somehow I am paying for their mistake, I don't think so.

The last and final straw that really put me over the edge is that they left a razor blade on the edge of my countertop, in easy reach of my two toddlers. Alyssa failed to address this ever in her emails, and in my opinion, that is complete careless work and totally inexcusable.

I have cancelled all future appointments with them and recommend that you do not ever use them.

I had heard from other people that the customer service was poor, and I know I am not the first person to have our relationship with this company end this way. In fact, if you look back at these reviews, you will see that they are very into social media mud slinging and defending themselves against any negative accusation. I guess the whole theory that making your customer happy is important is not in play here. I feel completely ripped off and believe the $119 charge is fraudulent-as no work was done as far as I can tell. Even when they are given the chance to maintain a customer and make things right, they somehow try to make the customer at fault. Absolutely ridiculous and has no place in my life.

The price range for this service is grossly above average when compared to competitors in my opinion. I was quoted $27.50 per maid per hour and they send a team of 3 maids. They informed me that my home would require 3.5 to 4 hours per cleaning which came out to approximately $245-$280 per cleaning per their quote. This was approximately $100 more than estimates from upscale clearning services on Yelp in the Phoenix metropolitan area.  And this was not a one time cleaning or deep cleaning. This was for scheduled routine maintenance which they typically give you a lower rate. Furthermore, they never responded to my e-mail and I had to call them to get this estimate. When I called, I was on hold for a long time. In my opinion, I would recommend calling around and getting estimates before committing to this service.

Just finished having my house cleaned by Arizona Clean Pros and loved the result. Highly recommend this team. And reasonably priced as well. I plan to continue having them clean my home.

I had the same cleaners for 10 years and they had been letting me down over and over. I finally got tired of it and decided to make a change. I should have gone with AZCleanPros a very long time ago. My mother has now termed those same cleaners I was using and is making the switch too, she was that impressed. Very thorough, very efficient and honest. I feel very comfortable having them in my home and I feel that they've earned every penny I pay. Easy scheduling! Easy pay! Nice to get the follow up emails, I love that. Just a great company. (We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 11.)

I just had a construction/remodel clean up done by Arizona CleanPros (note, I had some trouble finding the Yelp account, there are a few folks using similar names, make sure you have the right one).

Team #3, Cecilia, visited my house.  I called the office and talked to Nancy (?) to schedule, and she was very straightforward, and suggested based on my square footage (I said 1700 sqft since there was some space I wouldn't have them clean) that a team of 3 would likely be on site for 3 to 4 hours.  Having used some miscellaneous housekeepers in the past (not a company) I thought that seemed too high of an estimate.  

Turns out Nancy was spot on, and it was definitely worth it.  Cecilia arrived at 8:30 with a team of 3 (granted about 30 minutes after scheduled, but at least Nancy called at about 8:15 to let me know they were on their way). She asked for an introduction to the house, which I admittedly did a pretty bad job at (my wife would have done a better job).  Nonetheless, they were amazingly thorough.  Without introduction, they ferreted out pretty much everything, figuring out where all the trashcans were, the linens, etc. etc.  

They spent a full 4 hours at my place, but the cleaning was incredibly thorough - there is lots of stuff in this house that has never been touched by a maid, and there was enough staining in the toilets and such that my meager attempts in the past (with a pumice stone) had me thinking they were destined for replacement.  Turning the water on and off in a 1953 house with a little galvanized piping still in the walls does that.  Everything this crew touched was sparkling - including the toilets, and including under the rim.  

More impressive, I had quite a bit of "junk" in the house - we're still moving back in from a storage trailer following the remodel, and there are boxes stacked up and piles of clothes being unpacked.  I had asked them to clean around this stuff and not worry about it, but it turns out they didn't want to leave the corners untouched.  They neatly moved and restacked all of this stuff, and there was no spot on the floor, nor on any countertop that was uncleaned.  Of course they hit all the windows and shutters and vacuumed the AC ducts, and all that good stuff.  Meanwhile, they also happily picked up a couple of other things I asked them to do - clean out the refrigerator and fold some clothes - and I'm not sure the inside of my refrigerator has ever been this sparkly.  Meanwhile, I didn't monitor these ladies or give them any input while they were cleaning - I was on conference calls the entire time.  Given the scope of work, the independent maids I've used couldn't have touched this cleaning in 12 man hours.  I'm impressed.  I'm not sure what the other teams are like, but team #3 is a keeper for me.

The company impressed me from the start. I was searching for a service to clean our newly remodeled home of all the construction dirt and dust. I found you online and called.. Cindy was so  helpful, friendly and very efficient explaining to me the  services they could perform, that they bring all of their own equipment and supplies and the estimate is based upon our square footage and time spent.   The ladies who arrived were friendly and very, very focused. Upon the completion Aida Armour came to inspect the work and be sure we were satisfied with the job She was also very personable and sincerely wanted to be sure the work was to our liking.  Our new home sparkled and smelled so fresh when they were done I was amazed.  They even came in under the estimated time so they only charged for the time spent. Also,we were scheduled for an afternoon appointment originally but knowing our circumstances Cindy took the initiative and called me when there was an earlier in the day cancellation so our home was completed much earlier and that allowed us to begin our move in sooner. We were so impressed we have booked them to do the final cleaning on our home that we sold on Wednesday.  Thank you so much to Aida and all of her crew for a great job and wonderful experience.  See you on Wednesday!
