Rebecca and her talented team at Opulence Cleaning take care of my home, my rental property and did a deep clean on my in-laws new house after they purchased it. We could not be happier their work!

I used Opulence to clean my new home following an extensive renovation that left everything covered in a fine film of construction dust. I tried for days to remove the grime myself, but Rebecca and her team had everything from the floor to ceiling immaculate by the time they left! We have a Vacation Home in Scottsdale, Rebecca and her wonderful team do the cleaning for us.  The work they do is excellent!  Rebecca has a good eye for detail, and looks at cleaning with a white glove approach.  She's very organized, and keeps everything running smoothly for us.

Managing a vacation home from another state often has it's difficulties.  Rebecca makes is so much easier often completing local tasks I can not do myself.

Opulence cleaning is simply amazing.

I have a rental property in Old Town. My tenants of 4 years moved out and I needed to get the place spotless before re-listing. I went down to clean the place myself and I quickly realized that I was not up to the challenge. The place was in complete shambles. I have never seen a condo so disgustingly dirty. It was unreal. I reached out to Rebecca at Opulence to schedule a cleaning. She was very easy to communicate with. We met at the place and did a quick walk thru. She agreed that the place was completely trashed. She brought her team of 3 cleaners over and they went right to it.

Over the course of 2 days, they transformed the condo from a horrible mess back to like new condition. They were absolute miracle workers. I stopped by to do some work and I noticed that one of her employees was actually cleaning the closet doors with a toothbrush. That's the level of detail and care they take. Through hours of hard work, they were able to remove dirt and stains that had been there for years. The before and after pics of the fridge and the oven are 100% amazing. There was so much filth on the oven, that I couldn't even see into it. Opulence was able to restore the oven to like new condition. Unreal.

I am completely blown away at how great the house looks. I don't hesitate to say that this is the most professional, detail oriented and thorough cleaning company I have ever worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your cleaning needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would, they are that good.

The level of cleaning is unbelievable.  I'm pretty sure I can see my reflection in every door handle and on every surface in the apartment.  You'd think for this level of clean, you'd need a ton of harsh cleaners, but Rebecca assured me that their product line is made of premium and eco-friendly cleaners, and I can attest to the fabulous results.

OMG, this company and cleaning service is amazing.  I've never seen anyone so thorough, and so consistent.  The kitchen faucet is sparkling, my hand soap bottle is spotless, the items on shelves were organized with labels out.  I could eat off the floors, my couch looks like it's been staged for an open house, and there was a chocolate (on a doily) on my bed.  These guys are so awesome, I've never seen anything like it, and the value is unbeatable.  

As if that's not enough, Rebecca and her team are professional, prompt, and tech savvy.  If you are looking for an amazing, dependable cleaning service, look no further, this is it.

Amazing!  These guys are absolutely worth 5 stars.  I felt like I lived in a hotel for a few days as I came into each room that was cleaned by them.  We hired them for a deep cleaning before we had guests over to our house.  They used ladders to wipe down all ceiling fans and fixtures.  Every light switch and outlet cover was sanitized.  All the windows and mirrors had a streak free clean.  The countertops were so shiny that you could see our reflections on them.  Our bathrooms were cleaned professionally and new towels were hung very professionally.  Even though we didn't leave new sheets out, the beds were made up.

The cleaning products are all safe for me and my family.   I had not issues with the scents used either.  Since I have scent sensitivities, I always have to be careful with soaps and cleaning products, but there was no issues.  The house smelled great.  

Rebecca asked if she could organize while she cleaned.  I said yes, and that was a great choice.  The kids dressers and all our bookshelves have never been more organized.  The crew on the job was very respectful of me and my kids, who were home during the job.  I can safely say this is the cleanest the house has ever been.  

The job took longer than expected and there was no extra fee.  To top it off, one of the crew didn't show up, so Rebecca stepped in as part of the crew for the day (even though she was not feeling well).  

We are recommending Opulence Cleaning to everyone we know!  This is truly a family-friendly professional company.

I was searching for a house cleaning service for my mom and I read the reviews on here and decided to give them a call.  They definitely lived up to the great reviews!  I spoke with Rebecca and she was so accomodating to what my mother was looking for, and very nice and professional! After extensive drywall work in our house, I felt completely overwhelmed with dust and grime. Based on YELP reviews, I contacted Rebecca through the Opulence website requesting a "post construction cleaning". She communicated back within the same day and was able to work us in within the next 5 days. It wasn't a small job as it required 5 people for 6 hours of deep cleaning. THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. With Rebecca as the lead, they all worked together and cleaned every surface (from every light fixture down to baseboards) and left the house feeling like it was brand new. I was so concerned about the drywall dust that the thoughtfulness of leaving chocolates on the beds and our throw blankets/decorative pillows looking like the house was staged for a photo shoot upped my joy factor beyond belief.

This cleaning service has been the best since I started using their services about 2 months ago! They are always very professional and have the best small touches to the end of their clean. Rebecca offered to do a closet reorganize and I'm blown away!! Pictures to prove. I highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend them. Rebecca was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule so we can move as soon as possible.And they were able to get rid whatever is causing me to sneeze so much at the house we were moving into (and I know it wasnt just because it was so dusty in the house because I was the only one sneezing in there). Whatever it was, they really deep cleaned the house.

I happily give Opulence Cleaning 5 stars for going the extra mile to make my condo sparkle.  I was out of town and never saw the finished product but Rebecca gladly sent me several pictures showing their attention to the dirty knobs, crevices, and grooves that were now clean and I also got a firsthand report from my daughter who said the place looked wonderful.  I know they were extremely busy the day they did the cleaning but I wasn't slighted at all and they did a very thorough job.  They are a very professional and organized cleaning service and I will definitely used them again.

Five stars simply aren't enough! Rebecca and her crew absolutely transformed my entire house, ceiling to floor, and I am amazed at how beautiful everything looks. The products she uses are eco, smell terrific and work better than anything I've ever used.

There is clean where I've can't remember seeing clean. The gunk in the grooves of the cabinet doors is gone. The calcium buildup in the shower is gone. Every single shutter is clean, including the hinges. I'm not sure I'd ever have enough words of praise to honor the results of this initial cleaning.

Rebecca is delightful, as are the members of her crew that were here. They treated everything in my house with care and attention. Everything was put back almost exactly to where it had been. It's as though they photographed where things were on a shelf, cleaned the shelf, then put everything back, cleaned of course, according to the photograph. It was that good.

I hired this service to deep clean our condo at the beginning of the season . They did an excellent job! I tried a variety of Housecleaners in the Scottsdale area and this is the best cleaning service I have used. Their attentions to detail was extraordinary. I tend to be picky about deep cleaning baseboards , corners etc . they covered all the bases and added delightful touches throughout . I will look no more, I've found the service I will use from now on.

I hired Opulence cleaning to perform a final cleaning when I moved out of my apartment. The owner, Ms. Williams, was professional, thorough, and detailed in her cleaning. Upon move out, I wasn't charged by my apartment complex for any cleaning issues and received my cleaning deposit back in full. Opulence Cleaning was a real life saver, as I work 2 jobs and I'm a single mom. I just didn't have the time and energy to do the final clean out, especially since I was in the process of moving! A big thumbs up and highly recommended!

First off, I will say that I created a Yelp account specifically to write a review for Opulence. Rebecca is incredibly professional, and she and her team did a phenomenal job for us. My boyfriend had lived in the house for a couple of years before I moved in, and I've never been able to do as thorough of a cleaning job as I would have liked. There has been mineral deposit and grime in the master bathroom that I could not get rid of for the life of me, and they managed to get it all out, I almost cried when I saw it. I never thought the bathroom could get that clean! I have guests coming this weekend and had gotten clean linens ready for the guest room but not the master bedroom. Rebecca offered to wash them for us anyways! They use a lot of eco-friendly products (some that Rebecca makes herself from natural ingredients and essential oils!) which is something that is important to me and an added bonus on top of the great job they did. The house smelled fresh and clean and not overwhelmingly like bleach or anything.

I had read other reviews on Yelp and knew they would do a great job, but I was still speechless when I got home and saw everything. I don't know how they are able to be so consistent with every single one of their clients! They are so thorough and detail oriented. It's not just a clean house they provide, but a peace of mind and sense of calmness knowing the job will get done right. It makes me feel more at home in my own house finally! I will definitely be using Opulence again. 100% worth every penny!

I can't say enough great things about Opulence, the in-depth cleaning they did during our initial deep cleaning was nothing short of a miracle. With 2 small children, a dog, and a couple of cats our house had seen better days but Rebecca the owner and Claudia one of her Supervisors got our home the cleanest it's ever been - little touches like organizing our fridge art/magnets and rolling bathroom towels put their services over the top. A monthly cleaning service is a luxury item for us given our tight budget but the quality of the work they do makes their prices very reasonable- especially when considering the hours it saves my husband and I weekly. I guarantee you will not regret using Opulence!!!

Had Rebecca come and give estimate-she's prompt, thorough, knowledgable, polite, and affordable. She and Mary spent nearly a full day and gave our new home a top to bottom cleaning. Nothing was overlooked. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, furniture, counters, floors, outside table and chairs, window blinds--they did it all. Bathrooms, especially sliding glass shower doors, are undoubtedly cleaner than the entire time previous owner lived there. We our looking forward to their next visit.

Amazing is the first thing that came to my mind when I walked in the door after Rebecca and Nicole completed an initial deep cleaning. My house has never been this clean. My wife and I decided to throw a birthday party at our house for the first time and wanted to make sure that the house was cleaned from top to bottom. I really like the fact that Rebecca is very professional and will always do whatever it takes to make sure the customer gets what they wanted. Everything from the green cleaning products to the customization of the different scents available in the cleaning products, makes the whole experience very unique. Rebecca and Nicole even included luxury hotel touches like folded towels, folded tissues, and even chocolates on the master bed. We recently purchased a condo in Phoenix.  Unfortunately, when the last tenants vacated, the place was left in deplorable condition.  Being from out of town, I was not familiar with any of the cleaning companies in the Phoenix area.  After reading the amazing reviews and guarantee for satisfaction, I decided to give Opulence a try.  I could not have been happier.  I needed the team to come in and clean before I could even have the place painted, the carpets cleaned and the tile floors deep cleaned and sealed.  They did an awesome job!  I am very particular in my own cleaning and they reminded me of myself and then some.  They went top to bottom using all types of cleaning tools and getting into all the grungy little crevices that can be found in bathroom, kitchens, etc. Before they left, Rebecca came and made sure that not only I, as the customer, was satisfied with their work but also that she was satisfied with the work that had been performed.  I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work of Opulence.  I wish they were in Ohio!!!
