We thought there should be a better way, so we created Maid Easy. Our owner Marcus is a third generation Phoenix resident who has always had a penchant for tidiness. His grandmother used to clean homes for valley residents in the 60's through the 70's. With some of that magic passed along, he had his first job at 11 cleaning commercial offices in the valley. At 13, he was cleaning movie theaters alongside his mother as a summer job, and worked as a caretaker in his senior year of high school. We are new customers and have only had one cleaning so far but would like to say the experience has been great so far. We have a 1500 sq ft house and need the whole place cleaned. We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning.
The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge.
I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.
Do not use!!! Wayyy over priced. I had them come clean my rental unit charged me almost $500, I paid for the pet cleaning. There was still dog hair everywhere l, they didn't wipe down certain things like windows which costs extra. I found someone else who cleaned it way more thoroughly for half of the price without charging for each extra.

The cleaning services were really good. The scheduling, however, not so much. Either they cancelled or did not show in the scheduled timeframe. Given the inconsistencies, it is hard to plan appointments or other activities which is somewhat frustrating.
no, prices were outrageous!! your prices were 3 times what we were paying. our home is way to small to warrant your prices. sorry, we found someone more reasonable..
Had Michelle, she came to do a move out cleaning on the place I was moving out of, I believe the place looked cleaner than when I moved in. She worked her butt off and was amazing. I do wish she had some help because my place is kind of large and instead of her doing all 6 hours herself, could've been done in 3 with 2 cleaners. My last place I moved out of 3 years ago I also used Maid Easy and it was half the size and they sent 2 cleaners they took 2-3 hours to do the move out clean. Ask for Michelle if you're going to use them and shes available. She's worth it!!!
I wanted to give one star, but they offered me a 20% refund for my experience. (Still haven't gotten it yet though, so we'll see what happens)
I chose this company based on the 5 star reviews on Yelp. It's hard picking a company you trust to clean your home during a pandemic. I am so disappointed in my choice.
Booking: I booked my move out clean online. I'll say, what's the point of booking online when I then received a LONG phone call going over every little detail of the cleaning before they could book my cleaning. That was weird to me. Why offer online booking if you require a phone consult?
Day of cleaning: I left my key hidden for the cleaner. I was never notified that they were on the way, or that the cleaning was completed. So I honestly had no clue if anyone even showed up. This was a move out clean, so I wasn't not living in the residence. I had to reach out to the company to ensure that someone showed up. This seems unacceptable for a move out clean. This was the beginning of my frustration.
Post clean response: I received an email back after 6pm confirming that my clean was completed. They attached one picture, and said there was a problem area in the shower. Why was I not contacted while the cleaner was there? Why did I have to contact them in order to hear about the problem? They offered to come back the next day to try to clean again. I asked if there was an extra charge- and never got a response. I really needed this done. Nobody came back the next day, and my email was never responded to.
My findings when I evaluated the cleaning: I ended up cleaning the shower myself the next day, because I needed to turn my keys in. The shower cleaned easily with a magic eraser. The walls of the shower were untouched- still had obvious soap scum. I then found both of my sinks with horrible spots around them. The outside of the kitchen cabinets still had obvious grease/food marks. I think the only thing that looked "good" was the vacuum lines on the carpet. *eyeroll*
I hired Maid Easy because I was moving across town, and didn't have the time to come back to do this cleaning. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I paid someone a lot of money for this cleaning. I could and should have done this myself. Lesson learned.
The online reviews: They call you and email you after asking for your review. Which explains why they have so many.
The follow-up: I was only contacted about my disappointment after I filled out the email review. I then received 2 phone calls and an email immediately. They offered a partial refund. I wish I could get all of the money back I wasted on this place.

Booked online and called ahead to confirm my appointment today. Was given a time frame of noon-2 pm. At 12:45, no one had showed and I received no email or text letting me know that cleaners were delayed or on their way.
Called in and spoke with someone who confirmed the names of our cleaners and that they would arrive at 1:00 pm. 45 minutes after I called in and 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon time, still no show. No response when I call back.

I'm really impressed of the job they did. I was assuming it would be just okay but they did an amazing job. Worth every penny.
They showed up 2 hours before the window of time they said they would show up. Then, not only did they not clean my house properly, they stole an expensive Kendra Scott necklace which I have still not received back. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! When I told them what had happened they tried to still charge me $100 even though they didn't do their job and stole from me. I had to demand a full refund multiple times in order to get it.
We just bought a new house and wanted the house deep cleaned before we moved in. I hired maid easy since I'm pregnant and not able to be near the harsh chemicals. The girls who cleaned our house came about 15 minutes late and took around 4 hours cleaning. We have a 1900 sqft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband and I stayed outside in the backyard so that we didn't bother them while they were cleaning, but the girls never let us know when they were finished and just left without saying anything. I didn't get to inspect the house and ask them any questions. We began moving our things in a few days later and I finally got saw the results of the cleaning.
The refrigerator was still dirty and the cabinets were still dusty. The toilet in our guest bathroom still had stains on it. Overall I think they could've done a far better job for cleaning for 4 hours straight and having 2 of them to clean together. I've had to clean everything all over again and I spent $470 for the cleaning. I was very disappointed.
I needed someone to clean my house before I put my house on the market. The booking process was incredibly easy and the individual who serviced my house was amazing. I needed a quick clean and it was done in a timely fashion.

The house was pretty spotless by the time they left. Knocking off the star as I did find that they did not clean the top of the fridge. The top of the fridge is one of those obvious places that need to be cleaned so the fact that it was missed makes me question what else was missed. I didn't notice anything else and they were very professional so I would recommend this company to others looks for a great cleaning service! Holly did an AMAZING job cleaning my apartment today. I thought I cleaned it well, but what she did was unreal! I didn't even want to use the shower because it felt brand new and I didn't want to ruin her hard work. It felt so great coming home from work to a spotless apartment. Holly is the reason I now want to make this one time cleaning into a monthly cleaning.

This review is based on the last two cleaning services we have had with this company. We had used Maid Easy off and on over the years for cleaning services and had mostly good service provided at those times, but since moving homes decided to move to a monthly cleaning schedule after the last cleaning. While that last service in itself was barely acceptable with counter tops not dusted, missed spots on the floor etc., I held off from writing a review based on previous experiences, and instead called the company to point out that there were misses that I wanted them to address before the next cleaning was performed.
First off, I had been told that the cleaning crew would have a checklist they would go through to ensure that nothing would be missed and further that they would have me sign off on this checklist and do a walkthrough once the cleaning was done. This did not happen on the first cleaning and when I pointed this out after calling Maid Easy, they assured me that the next service that I had scheduled would definitely follow this system they had setup. Not only did the cleaners the second time around not follow the checklist, things got worse. Dishes were not loaded in the dishwasher and left out in the sink and several spots in bathrooms were missed. When we handed linens to be switched out in one of the bedrooms, the new bedsheet was laid out on top of the old sheet, without the old one being removed! What was also perplexing was that the cleaners used our cleaning supplies for cleaning the surfaces in the kitchen, whereas Maid Easy policy claims that they use their own supplies. This, while not a big deal, was definitely out of the ordinary. Cleaning trash was bagged and left in the front door foyer. Once the 'cleaning' was done, the cleaners shouted a goodbye and left without a cursory question as to acceptability, let alone a checklist or a walkthrough.
I will be discontinuing my service with Maid Easy and would definitely recommend looking at other cleaners before choosing this one.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the lady who came and cleaned my apartment, Monse, did a fantastic job. My place has never been so clean- I keep finding things that I'm amazed she did/didn't overlook. She even arranged the magnets on my fridge to look nice lol. Everything looks perfect and I am so incredibly happy.
Big shout out to DaeShawn and Jasmin! They were prompt (even early) and did an incredible job!

I had a great experience using Maid Easy and working with Bridget the owner. It was a holiday period (X-mas/New Year) and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get a good service to clean up my rental home so I booked out with her about 1 week in advance.
From when I made the appointment with Bridget's team to the follow up emails I received confirming the appointment, all things went smoothly. The house they cleaned was about 3400 feet and empty of furniture so cleaning it was a breeze for them even on a time crunch when the carpet cleaners were coming right after them.
Thanks to Bridget and her team, the house got cleaned quickly and the service provided was top notch professional. I highly recommend using them if you're looking for a good, reliable cleaning service.

Maid Easy IS THE BEST. I reached out to this Company and I was shocked on how professional and nice the office was. Bridgett walked me through everything, I did nothing but answer a few questions. Shawna in the office also helped, finish things up. These ladies were so nice and friendly.
Now let's talk about the Team they sent out. Dawnesha and Kiaira did a GREAT job. The home looks brand-new. They sent me a text checking in on their progress and this home was no easy task. I used them for about 4 months before I moved. They are great at scheduling and making it simple on pricing no surprises. I recommend making sure you are clear what you want done. I feel like I was disappointed for certain things not being done. Twice my bathtub wasn't touched and that was disappointing for me. My favorite employee for cleaning was Sandra. She did a great job on getting things done, I was sad when I got someone else the two times after that.

Some people might call me crazy for this but I like pre-clean my house before the maids come... I have maids come to do the things I just don't have time to keep up on and boy let me tell you... they do a phenomenal job! I love Maid Easy! I had recently increased my services with them to twice a month instead of once a month. Totally worth it! I just love coming home and seeing my house so fresh and clean. They really go above and beyond. I didn't expect them to empty out my dishwasher and put the dishes away and it was done.... the best part is, they even put my dishes away in the right spot! Lol seriously so relieved with all they do!

Maid Easy was exactly that! Plus excellent cleaning services , thorough... WOW! I believe Michelle cleaned places I didn't know could be cleaned. I spoke to Bridget on the phone, told her of some things I'm not able to do since I have a disability.., not a problem... and they weren't to Michelle either.
Bridget was just so pleasant and plain old nice, I had to have her person come at least one time.
Obviously so happy with everything I did sign up for regular scheduled cleaning (with Michelle ). One more thing. prices are very good. Everyone wants to know that'. So local business & New local business need praise for what they do. So if you're. Happy support them!

The cleaners showed up at 1130 for a 10-12 window not a big deal. Once there they started cleaning right away, about an hour later they asked me for a vacuum as there's was not working. I did not have one available and they asked if I could buy one and return it. My wife was able to get one and after putting it together the lady said it did not work well enough for what they needed. She also made it a point to tell us how bad our house was and had too much dog hair for them and that's why we broke their vacuum.
We do have dogs, but we have two Roomba vacuums that run daily and we dry sweep the house multiple times a week. This is also the reason we were getting a deep clean was to get the cleaning done we don't get to on the day to day side.
Also in the 5.5 hours it took I was expecting the baseboards to be wiped down, but that's my only complaint on the overall cleaning side.
Overall cleaning was great personality wise and people wise quite the opposite. Would have given 4/5 stars, but felt the asking of a vacuum, using of other supplies, and personality was below average.

Marcus, who is one of the owners, reached out to me personally about the issue above. I explained I was not unhappy with the cleaning or the service provided, but he insisted that he offer something to make it right.
We now are getting a second cleaning set up with Maid Easy on them! This type of response and activity by an owner is absolutely amazing. I am completely happy with him reaching out personally. Not to mention another great cleaning will be done:
Highly recommend and would not shy away if there was an issue to let them know about it. Great follow up shows they truly care about the customer!

I am adding to my previous review because I want to be fair and share what the company has done to correct my earlier experience. Shella offered to send another team and I got a VM from the owner.
I guess they send the best in cases like this coz Brandon left no stone unturned.
He took his time in cleaning the place and offered for me to check if he needs to re-do anything. At this point I feel that he has already spent a lot of time so I am not going to scrutinize every detail.

I created a Yelp account just for this because I am beyond appalled for the unprofessionalism of the cleaners assigned to me this morning.
My address is for a condo unit in the heart of N Scottsdale that obviously will not have parking close to the unit.
I got the number of Julie to tell her that one of them can unload their equipments while the other park and she told me that she will call me back.
Her tone already gave me an idea that she was not happy.
Then I got a call from dispatch asking for my availability because the cleaners are inconvenienced by the parking situation.
They should not be servicing condo buildings then if that is the case.
Or at least get to know the area, surely I wouldn't be their first client living in a condo unit in Scottsdale?
i took the day off for this and had to cancel a mammogram appointment because they didn't come in on time.
I just got a text offering me free service but that doesn't change this awful experience.

Hmmm, not sure how to feel about the cleaning. We have a less than 1100 sq ft apartment that cost us $140 for one lady to clean for about 3 hours. We keep our apartment pretty clean... we keep up with it and clean it ourselves every couple of weeks. We wanted to try the service because who doesn't like for someone else to clean?! The lady was very nice and she worked hard. However, our expectations were not fully met. They don't move anything to dust and don't dust under furniture. So I just spent an hour doing that myself. There's a huge difference between using a feather duster and actually cleaning the surface. They don't use a mop, just like a swifter type thing so it didn't really scrub the floors. She didn't get on top of the fridge or the mirrors...
Anyway, we decided that it's not worth the money and we'll be happier dedicating our own time to clean our apartment.

One man's deep is another man's shallow. Terrible, failed attempt at an easy clean job. The photos tell the story of the situation very clearly. I contacted MaidEasy for a deep cleaning of a vacant, just remodeled condo.
I expressed my main goal was to have the floors, and top surfaces cleaned since I had had the floors replaced. This would be to ensure that the new furniture I was having delivered went into clean surroundings. I mentioned that the inside of oven, fridge, bathroom details had already been professionally cleaned. I was not on sight when the cleaning happened and arrived at the unit a few days later, during the furniture delivery time. I was told that this company has a set rate for a job depending on the space size and doesn't bill by the hour which made the job with my Yelp discount cost $105.
It was shocking, embarrassing, and made me very angry how dirty the unit was. I called the service thinking perhaps the job never happened and was told that it did in fact. And that the guy, who I learned is named Brandon cleaned the condo for a few hours. I looked at the bottoms of my feet as I was on the phone and realized that they were black, the only place I walked with them barefoot was inside of the unit. The lady told me she would send out someone to come and clean to correct the error immediately, 20minutes when I asked for a time estimate. This I said wasn't what I'd like but she insisted that I give the company a chance to correct things and said they guarantee their work. I waited for an hour, calling the company back telling them I'd rather just get a refund and that the furniture was now in place so the goal of the job wasn't as accessible.
Marcus, the owner arrived in his Lexus with Brandon, I showed him around and he agreed that the job wasn't done well. He explained that they have a 200% guarantee of their work and took me on a verbal roller coaster lasting at least 30minutes. Talking about how the job didn't reflect the reputation of the company and how he'd like to have someone else come the next day or soon to clean again. I said I wasn't on board with that and had to literally tell him he had 5 minutes to leave. Keep in mind that with him and the other cleaners there they could have attempted to on the spot give them an hour or so to deeply clean the unit. I told him I'd like my money back, the 200% of it since that was their policy, he then went on to explain that's not a financial 200% it's some other formula they had with them offering their services.
My friend went on to help me clean the unit that evening, him doing the top surfaces and me the floors and the photos show what was there. We later found the checklist on the counter of the items that Brandon claimed to have cleaned and it made me even more upset to see the details the company claims they do in a cleaning. Terrible!
As a regular Yelp user I feel obligated to reveal the details of my experience. And am still shocked that an owner would go back and forth about refunding $105. They later did by the way. What a waste of time...

I wanted to have a 5 star experience here. I wanted a deep clean, like baseboards, walls and windows level deep and I added all the extra service charges appropriately. However on cleaning day I was told 7 people would come due to the scope of the house and stay approximately 3 hours, only 2 came according to our security foots and they were there about an hour. As a follow up or regular cleaning service it would have been fine, but I needed that deep clean to get to a place where recurrent lighter cleaning would be all that was needed. I paid for the deeper cleaning as well. When I arrived home and saw that the job was not done as agreed and reviewed the footage for the number of workers the company was quick and courteous in agreeing to adjust the price to a standard clean. I didn't want it free because that's unfair to say that no work was done and I couldn't have someone come back to try again. Service was responsive and polite and if I needed a regular clean in the future I would consider booking here to try again because the website really is fabulously easy.

I'm currently 9 months pregnant and having a really hard time bending down to clean to prep for this baby so I scheduled a deep clean with Maid Easy and I'm so glad I did! Their booking process was really simple online, they called me to confirm the appointment, they were able to get me in within a week. Dawn and DaeShawn were so kind and did a wonderful job. I had booked a maid service once before with a competing business and was very disappointed by their cleaning (or lack of). That company then tried to make things better by promising a touch-up cleaning and then never showed up.
So... months later when I decided to give a new maid company a try, I was hesitant to do so. I'm glad I did and wish I had done so sooner! Sandra came out to my home and did a fantastic job! She was courteous, professional, thorough, and very communicative about what she was able to do and tips on some things she noticed (calcification on tile, hard water spots, etc.). I would hire her back in a heartbeat as she did much better by herself than the team of 3 from the other company.
When I decide to have cleaning services again, I will be contacting Maid Easy again and requesting Sandra!

All the employees that we have had at our home have been amazing but far and away Danielle is our favorite. She goes above and beyond each time and doesn't mind that our guard dog ( a grumpy old Shih Tzu) follows her around and tells her what to do!! Thank you Danielle, we will see you soon!

The Maid Easy crew, Autumn and Julie, knocked it out of the park! I am /very/ pleased. I've used various cleaning services, to include Maid Easy, sporadically over the years and, largely due to my particular nature, I've been marginally satisfied at best. I need to stress that there was nothing "wrong" with the work done, I've simply always found several little items I thought could have been done better; not this time. Autumn and Julie were promt & courteous, graciously dealt with both my mess and my dog and, most importantly, did an excellent job of cleaning my house from ceiling to floor addressing things others have missed. So, thank you Maid Easy for providing the service and great crew at a reasonable price. And thank you Autumn and Julie for taking the time and putting in the extra effort to tackle a tough job, you went above and beyond.

Maid easy was great! We hired them for a move-in/move-out cleaning and the team was thorough and efficient. The only thing that could have been better was the underneath the refrigerator cleaning, other than that everything was fantastic.
Great company. Reasonable rates . I find them to be very responsive. Someone always answers the phone. They are very accommodating with schedule changes. Brandon is our preferred cleaner. He is very hard working and thorough. He cleans with care, like it was his home. He is pleasant and personable.

Seth came over and did an excellent job. He took extra time to ensure the cleaning was high quality and thorough. I would recommend this service to my family and friends.
My first experience with my cleaner was not good as there were some misunderstandings. Maid Easy had them come out within a couple of days and straighten it out. As often happens with new employee, some work out great and others not so much. When I had a problem they were quick to respond. They sent out a replacement team immediately. The replacement team was phenomenal. I had the deep cleaning package.They did an excellent job and I am really happy with them. Without reservation I will recommend this company because they stand behind their work and keep their word. They are honest and have integrity. It's a good company to use. After the cleaning service I lined up a week in advance was a no-show on Friday, I quickly contacted Maid Easy and they were able to send out Heidi and Claudine (Yaya) on Monday.

I've been using this service for the last several months and although the cleaners do a fairly decent job the way that they have handled my appointments have disappointed me time and time again. When you book online and I set up on a try weekly recurring appointment you are asked to pick a two hour window. The first time my two hour window was missed, I called in and they were apologetic and offered a discount or reschedule. The next time, it happened again. I was given a steeper discount for the inconvenience which, I appreciate, however I work from home and actively manage my schedule around my work appointments, so missing their scheduled booking impacts my ability to host meetings. The third time, I had to call again and they recognized this keeps happening to me and were apologetic and nice about giving another discount. By this point I'd started picking the very first time slot of the day so that the cleaners wouldn't be behind schedule. It is worth noting that they never proactively reach out, every time I had to call in to find out if and when the crew would be coming.
However yesterday I picked 8-10am. By 9:35am, I called in and was told they'd be there by 10am and offered me $10 off. I advised her that this is a recurring issue and I would like a manager to call. By 10:30 I called back and was placed on hold for 17 minutes while they were checking the status. In that time, the crew finally showed up. I thought they did a decent job, and it's not their fault I continually dealt with this. I expected a call from management but received nothing and was charged full price. I've been patient and understanding but enough is enough, there are too many options in Phoenix to deal with that.
Update- the morning I posted my review I received a voicemail from the owner Marcus who wanted to personally make it right. I appreciate the response, the commitment to providing a good experience and valuing my feedback. He listened to my calls with his staff, and really took what I had to say seriously and to heart. They sent a great cleaner out to me yesterday who did a fantastic job and arrived right on time, and comped the cleaning as well. They really went above and beyond to make it right and I'm happy to give them another chance and keep using them for my house cleaning needs. Thank you for your commitment to your customers.
Hired Maid Easy for a one-time deep clean of my home (I hate doing blinds and baseboards!)
Cherrelle showed up promptly at the promised time and got to work immediately. She was incredibly friendly with a super sweet personality, and such a hard worker! She FAR exceeded my expectations, as I was only looking for a basic deep clean of walls, windows, doors, etc. She made every single surface in my house sparkle like it was brand new with great efficiency and a wonderful attitude, and honestly I am so thrilled I could cry a little. She was worth every penny, and then some.

They arrived on time, were courteous, fast, and did an excellent job. I would recommend this place just because they really do guarantee quality. This company was 4 hours late and then literally never showed up. I'm pretty frustrated as they wasted my entire day. Would not recommend. Edited to add that the manager called me and offered me another cleaning free of charge and was very kind and apologetic.
Five stars because they were able to arrange a weekend cleaning, the rates were reasonable, and there was flexibility in what was going to be cleaned. The cleaners were punctual, hard working, and addressed areas that needed attention. The staff and cleaners were friendly and professional.
My first cleaning and I am pretty happy. My team was two ladies who did a great job! They showed up in masks, on time, and a smile in their eyes. We chatted briefly and they cleaned and freshened up my house. I was going to mention the window over the tub but guess what, they already took care of it. I placed a new shower curtain and liner in the guest room (I planned to get to it later) and the Maid Easy team took the initiative and put it up for me -they Wowed me! I have been a customer for about a year. My first 2 cleanings were excellent, but my next 6 or so were below average. I remained to support their business model and tried to request the first team to clean my residence but found out that team was no longer employed by this company. I made a decision (hard line in the sand) that if my next scheduled cleaning was below par I would cancel my monthly schedules service. Well, lucky for me (and for maid easy) the unicorn showed up. Dawnesha was outstanding. My house was very, very dirty, sad to say. Due to COVID the house went uncleaned for months, except superficial cleaning by me. After she finished, it was sparkling clean. Dawnesha found dirty areas I never thought of. I have always been pleased with Maid Easy, and this time was no different. Maid Easy did an job with my move-out clean!
In the midst of a rather chaotic situation: getting rid of most of my things in order to move across the country, and attempting to rent out my house, Maid Easy was more than willing to work with me on every bit of my service. I unfortunately had to reschedule the appointment due to the fun of moving, and then hand off the responsibility for the cleaning job to my property management. But they rolled with it every step of the way!
Once it was time for the cleaning, they took their time to clean the entire house top to bottom. Of course, as can happen sometimes, a few small things were missed. But they responded immediately when these were found and were very insistent on getting back to the house to finish up what they considered an incomplete job.
I would absolutely use Maid Easy again, and would recommend their services to all of my family and friends! I just wish they had services out here in VA as well...

Coming home to an immaculate house after a long work day was an absolute DREAM. It was my first time using a cleaning service and I had some reservations about not being home while they cleaned but I emailed to ask some questions which made me feel more comfortable and booked. It was so easy! The communication was great and the team did a great job cleaning. Being their first time, I did a deep clean and my only issue is there were a couple spots they could have scooted a bench or kitchen appliance out and wiped off of the dust bunnies (only two spots) - that being said, my house was long overdue for a cleaning so there were a lot of surfaces to get to. Overall, I'm very pleased with Maid Easy. They used the gate code and key-less entry seamlessly, showed up in the time frame they said they would, and left the house so fresh and wonderful.

In the past 8 years we have used other cleaning services like 'Wave', 'Maid to Order', 'You've Got Maids' and others. This company is by far this was the best experience we've ever had.
Highly customer focused. Specifically, we recommend that you request MICHELLE. She's been with them 3 years and has the experience, the right tools and work ethic so hard the find these days.

The two people who showed up were great and did a very good job given the situation. My biggest surprise were some of the limitations that I didn't think were clearly called out up front. The first and biggest impact was that they are not allowed to get on any step stool for any task. This didn't allow them to clean any of the upper cabinets beyond swiping with a long handle brush. Forced me to go back and deep clean these myself. The second limitation was the use of only eco-friendly cleaning products. I'm fine with this for general cleaning and when those products are just as effective. However there were several areas I needed cleaned that required a stronger product so again I had to go back and do those myself.
I have upped the rating to 4 stars based on the excellent customer service I received after posting this. I was contacted within a few hours by an excellent rep who wanted to completely understand my situation and took steps to rectify the situation. It is rare in my experience for a company that truly cares about there customers to follow up this aggressively. I will definitely use Maid Easy again based on this experience. Outstanding.
Cleaners do a good job, and are usually professional. The problem arises when when you set up continual service. Every third time or so they would call right before the appointment or just after the appointment to reschedule. We have a large house and more than once they sent a single person to come clean which takes over 4 hours to do properly (2 hours with 2 people).
The final straw is when they called to reschedule service 45 minutes before they were due to arrive when they knew hours before that they did not have the personnel to do the job. They attempted to get someone else and said they would call me right back. 20 minutes later I called back to find out what was going on, they told me they found someone. I canceled for the day. I was still charged for the service. Three days later that charge was refunded.

I was in Phoenix visiting family last month and decided to purchase a cleaning for my mom who had not been feeling well.

My experience with Maid Easy was fantastic! I was given a window of time which they would be arriving and they were on time. Both women were friendly and jumped right into their work. I also left my small dog at home when they came and felt comfortable doing so. When I returned I was so happy to see everything so clean and dust free!

I needed my home thoroughly cleaned because I had relatives visiting and hired a well-vetted cleaning company but their guys failed to show at the time agreed. I was freaking out, and didn't have an alternative then I was recommended to try out Maid Easy. Trust me, I had my doubts but I didn't really have much choice and needed my home cleaned. Anywho, I have to say the service I received was AMAZING, they were very communicative and when I asked them to make sure to take care of certain items on my list, they listened and followed through, and that is true customer service!
This company was punctual (I contacted them if they could fit me in, and I heard from them and got the cleaning service completed all within a 48-hour period!). They listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. The price was fair for the service requested, and their staff was super professional. These ladies did a great job cleaning my house. I recently had some remodeling done, and my house was filthy. They showed up on time, were very nice and did a great job!
I engaged Maids Easy for an in-depth cleaning of my house and ended up scheduling them for a monthly cleaning. So far they have cleaned my house 3 times, and have exceeded my expectations. They show up on time, wear masks and go about the cleaning in a no-nonsense manner. The carpets feel so much 'perkier', and the mirrors, countertops and floor shine back at you, after they are gone. A big shoutout to Erica, the cleaning lady. Thanks to her, the stubborn watermarks on my shower glass (that I did battle with for the past 1 year and lost miserably) are now gone. She actually fixed my kitchen disposal as well by herself without me asking her to do so, the reason why I used the word 'exceed expectations' earlier. Will definitely keep Maid Easy on my monthly schedule moving forward.
Did a move out cleaning on condo we also plan to sell. Job well done. Appliances and bathrooms needed TLC and the crew lead by Alma was fantastic as they did an amazing cleaning. Thanks ladies. I'd hire again.
I am updating my review because I will no longer be using Maid Easy due to scheduling issues. The quality of the cleaning is great but unfortunately, on more than one occasion I have been called 2 days before my scheduled cleaning asking me to reschedule and on days when I am scheduled one or both maids have arrived late which resulted in the cleaning taking too long. I have to juggle many variables to make my house available for several hours for cleaning and I need reliability and consistency from my cleaning service. Unfortunately, I have not found that from Maid Easy.
Will use again. Good communication, punctual, she did a great job on my apartment, and she was very sweet. She was there for an hour longer than estimated. Very thorough.

I am so happy with Maid Easy's quality of service. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and Maid Easy is by far the most professional and detailed cleaners I have ever had. Kelsey was thorough but fast, and so kind! I plan on becoming a long term customer, and will be recommending them to friends and family.
Great service. Came on time, did a wonderful job and even called afterward to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Solid company and will continue to use them in the future.
We've used Maid Easy four times this year -- twice for a deep cleaning, twice for regular cleaning. Their teams show up on time, wear masks, bring all their own supplies, are efficient and do a great job. It has been easy to schedule and pay. We are now a happy, regular customer.
I have a scheduled service with them and Michelle always does a great job. She's super polite and gets the job done- often by herself in my 2000 sq ft home. Anytime I've had an issue with anything (not related to Michelle) I call in and they address any and all concerns with ease. I'll continue using this company as long as they provide thorough services.

Extremely thorough cleaning service company at reasonable prices. I recently used them to clean my apartment during a move-out and they went above and beyond. The rep I spoke with to book the cleaning was very accommodating and even provided a cheaper option for my situation that did not come with a discount on overall service. I will definitely use this company again as needed. Thank you Maid Easy!
After using their services I am shocked at the 5 star rating. I give a 1 rate because the staff was friendly. These are the items that they were to clean....Stove: Only cleaned the top and the Oven. Not the grills inside and the oven still had residue of cleaner left behind. Bathtub: The area around the bathtub where my Shampoos sit, still had the rings left behind. The bottom of the tub was cleaned however not the sides or outer edges. Screen glass doors: Only the inside was done and shabby job. I went over all these items after they left and did them myself. All they're work reminded me of paying my kids (when they were teenagers) to do chores. Half heartly and looking like they were busy at it when I passed by. So so disappointed :(

They were absolutely great! They showed up on time and also are very mindful that we are working from home. They work around us (and the nosey dog) with no problem. The house was spotless. Stains in the bathroom that I didn't think could be removed, were removed! The grit on the stove was removed and it looked like new again.

Five Star service from beginning to end!! When I first contacted Maid Easy I explained to them I had several issues from other cleaning companies & that I was desperate to find a "good" cleaning service.
Maid Easy's customer service department listened intently and followed all of my special requests.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The booking process was really easy and professional - I got a confirmation email verifying my appointment and all the details immediately after booking.The woman who cleaned my house did a fantastic job, showed up right on time, and was very detail oriented. My house has never looked better and I definitely recommend Maid Easy.

Maid easy was a pleasure to work with. They were able to work late in the afternoon on a Saturday which no other company was able to do. They had a minor hiccup when only one of the two cleaners showed up but they stayed in communication with me and worked to find a solution. My move out clean was completed to my total satisfaction. I will use maid easy again the next time I need a cleaning service.

I was disappointed in the level of service that was provided for how much we paid. We selected the move-in package, which was to include a deep clean for all the areas which you'd expect (oven, kitchen drawers and cabinets, tubs, blinds, etc.). Upon thorough inspection after the team left, the oven was still horrendous, the tubs had dust in them, there were crumbs in all the drawers in the kitchen, and the blinds/closet shelves were still dusty. I work remotely so when asked to do the walk-through before they left I was in the middle of something and just did a quick inspection of things. I didn't think it was my duty to check every square inch of the house. I realize that perception is different for everyone, but the amount of crumbs I vacuumed out of my kitchen drawers/cabinets couldn't be mistaken for one persons' level of clean vs. another: it purely wasn't done.
I couldn't let the oven slide. I did call the company back and they sent the team back immediately. It took 45 minutes to get the oven clean, and they did a great job. The team was very nice, pleasant and friendly and did a great job on the floors and countertops, but to me I could've saved myself half the cost and done that part myself. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I won't be a repeat customer.

I've had more than 1 cleaning service over the last several years. My Maideasy team is far and away above all of the other house cleaning services I've used. Each time I've used Maideasy, the results have exceeded my expectations.
Great staff with excellent attention to detail! I look forward to using them more in the future! When you have a house full of kids, Maid Easy makes it easy to concentrate on the important things in life, rather than worrying if the house is fit to be seen.

Decided on Maid Easy to clean our new house after reading all the positive reviews here on yelp. The scheduling process was very easy to use and the price was fair. On the day of the cleaning, they were at the house ready to go at the beginning of the time slot I was given. They went straight to work and did an outstanding job. We will be using them in the future.
The bad part is I can only give 5 stars. I called several companies and requested a quote for a 3500sq ft home and some of the responses that I received were ridiculous. I called Maid Easy because I was referred by a friend and between the response time, cost and level of professionalism and service there is no reason to ever call another service again. The staff is friendly, fast and trustworthy which is very hard to fijnd these days . If you are in need for a great cleaning company look no further. I will make sure to call them over for sure after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Keep up the good work.

We chose Maid Easy because of their great reviews, and I'm happy to say they did not disappoint. Our cleaners were Lexi and Michelle, and they were wonderful. They were friendly, hard-working, thorough, and did an excellent job. I really appreciated the fact that they were proactive and asked us to do a walk-through of our home to be sure we were satisfied, and then presented us with a checklist of what was done during their visit to review and sign off on. We are very happy with the results, and will definitely be using their services in the future.

I was referred to Maid Easy by a friend who had them clean for them a couple of months ago. They actually bought a gift card for me as a Christmas gift. I've spent the last 2 weekends out of town and this is my first weekend home. I had them come out on Friday and they were great! As a teacher, my workload is heavy and I hate spending my weekends cleaning and being away for two weeks only made me dread it more. Kevin and Sarah was friendly, thorough and did a wonderful job. This was a great gift and I'm going to try and fit this into my budget (kinda hard for a teacher). I highly recommend them and am so happy I don't have to clean for a few weeks!

Today, the first time I have my house clean by Maid Easy. I am very pleased with Alma and Juanita who did a very good job. I was notified a head of time when they were on their way to my house which is nice; I like that. I would recommend this business and will schedule again.

These guys are incredible. They saved the day in the nick of time for my dinner party. I'm usually pretty good about keeping things organized so I thought I could handle it myself, but I got so overwhelmed getting everything ready and was kind of starting to panic when thank God my friend recommended Maid Easy and they came the next day. On top of that they took care of so many things that have been on my to-do list for months.
I'm very particular about the way I like things done, so i loved that could log in and add instructions and extra notes. Next time when I have the presence of mind to plan ahead, the reminders will be very helpful. Great quality and response time, will definitely use again in a pinch.

Danielle and Samantha did a great job on my condo cleanout! The prior tenant left the bathrooms in terrible condition, but the ladies were able to make them spotless, as well as the kitchen and other rooms. Also, communication with Maid Easy was very good thru the whole process. I would definitely recommend Maid Easy.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. On the day of the appointment I received a call from Marcus who explained that the team scheduled to come was not able to come however he immediately gave me options. We rescheduled the time for later that day. The two ladies showed up on time. They were professional (even greeted my two boxers ) and got right to work after asking questions about what I needed. Short version: Amazing company with dedicated employees and management.
Long version: I was selling my house and needed it cleaned up to get it Show Ready and I had no idea who to go through. Tooooooo many companies out there that say they can do it all for you. I finally came across this company from good reviews on Yelp. They arrive but just a single person, and her knowing it's only going to.be her. (I have an 1800sqft house....). Seconds later, other people show up from a sister company saying they were there to help. Both managers soon show to get the scoop on my place and they all get to work. I left for about an hour, I come.back and the sister company leaves because they said they were done. I let the initial girl know, and she goes out to confront them about not doing a walk through. Needless to say, they weren't done. The girl.comes in, wipes down the floor boards to an ENTIRE room they missed, and leaves. Gone gone, leaves. I call up the management furious, that the 2 people from this "sister" company, must have been a step sister, left this SINGLE girl here alone to clean this house. So then the manager shows up to help finish! The manager... not too many companies, even the one I work for, where the manager steps in and finishes the job.
In the end. I was beyond happy. Even made them to go box dinner because they were at my place so long.
Also- those spineless people left a negative review in my name the next day! I petitioned it and clearly it's been removed.

Samantha is amazing! Such attention to detail! She earned my repeat business with this company! She arrived on time - the beginning of her 2 hour window which was nice. She NEVER took a break, but did a great mix of cleaning and a little more intense cleaning where she deemed necessary. My husband and daughters were super impressed when they came home. It allowed me to work and "clean my house" at the same time. I am looking forward to keeping Samantha and Maid Easy on a regular basis!
