LOVE them both! I appreciate the communication, warm demeanor, attention to detail and that they move things around to make sure they clean really well!

BE AWARE!  We were FLEECED by this company! Charged us $400 for a single cleaning to a home that was practically already clean. Staff parked in our garage then struck the garage with their car on the way out causing structural damage. Nobody called us to let us know or take responsibility. We would've understood an accident had someone notified us. We called numerous times and left messages with no response from management or anyone! Horrible company! Horrible people! Be careful reading their reviews. They're not real. So disappointed in people, especially a company that does this to others.

The service provided by this company is second to none. I RAW will not use any other cleaning agency. Echo mama is always responsive, timely, and does an incredible job. A special thanks to Crystal, Lanette, and Monic. They did an excellent job and went over and above expectations to make sure my place was in tiptop shape. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Crystal, Monic & Leigha cleaned our home this week and were excellent! I love the fresh smell, no sign of dust, and floors that are so clean you could eat off them! We've been using Eco Mama for quite a long time now and they always do an excellent job! I highly recommend you give them a try!

I booked through eco-maids because I liked how they were a more "clean" company. Scheduling and pricing was easy, they are a little more expensive than competitors but I was willing to pay more for a deep clean with a company that didn't use harsh chemicals.

My appointment was scheduled between 12-3 pm. I received a text at 3:15 pm saying they were behind and would not be arriving till 5:30 pm, which was not going to work due to obvious reasons. I called to reschedule and the lady helping me flatly says "so do you want to just cancel then? and I said no I would like to reschedule." Which I thought was odd.

I rescheduled for the following day. They arrived late, about an hour outside of the scheduled window.

I was excited to enter a spotless home, but to my surprise, I STILL had to clean. There were dirty footprints on the tile downstairs and upstairs wood floors, the appliances were streaked/not washed properly and the countertops were filthy.

I sent the photos to the company, just so they were aware, and received this response "I did speak with my team captain about your service and she provided the after pictures she took as part of our policy to ensure completion. From her photos, I am not able to see where you mentioned the floor wasn't completed."  Her photos were huge large overall photos so I didn't really know what to even say back? Didn't appreciate basically being told I was wrong.

Overall the dusting was done well, but if you are spending over $200 for a 900sqft townhome to be deep cleaned I am personally expecting a way better job.

Easy booking and the kindest crew! Decided to give EcoMama a try and scheduled a "deep clean" for my two bedroom apartment. I've been here for over a year and despite my best efforts, there was build up and dirt everywhere. I'm SO impressed by the professionalism and outstanding service. The apartment is SPARKLING clean in just a few short hours. Totally worth the money and the products they use don't leave you with a headache. Could not recommend more highly for a one off clean!!

We have used this company  for a while now. It is time to say goodbye. Why? They rip you off. To clean  a 1,200 square foot house in very clean condition - $298-00. They have our credit card on file and they just charge you. Every time a different amount. When you call them to discuss they do not return calls. They do text you though to tell you to take a hike. Why just not use an honest company. It is not necessary to go through this. Billing and being on time is the issue here. To much drama

This company will rip you off!!! I was a regular customer and paid $170 a month for service (which had gone up from $156 last year). I had to miss my service last month because I was out of town and this month they charged me $250 dollars to add "1 hour to address buildup over lapse in service." When the cleaners arrived I told them they would be here an extra hour. They didn't know anything about it.  Beware, if you miss one service you pay dearly the next time and if you don't tell the actual cleaners about it they won't even do the extra work for the so called "build up." This company is a joke and I am officially DONE with them!

The women who showed up did a great job, but I was left wondering whethertheir chemicals. some of them were decidedly not eco friendly. when my wife got home she said that it smelled like fabuloso(the cleaner) which I have never heard of being lauded as eco friendly.  I asked to be shown their chemicals and it was inconclusive as the bottles did not have labels. I paid $370 deep clean for my 1100 sq ft house and 200sq ft travel trailer and the cleaners spent about 2.5 hours here.  way too expensive, they did a pretty damn good job but in the end, it was super expensive and they seemed to be using traditional cleaners.

They did a really great job on my home! Everything was eco friendly and very thorough!

We have been working with EMGC for a while now and find them to be very dependable on their eta, very thorough, and knowledgeable about which products they use for different surfaces. We have home offices and a pet, so we appreciate their consultative and considerate approach on how they work through our home. Our crew is great to work with,  they take pride in their work -  and it shows!

Have to update my review. I've been using Eco Mama for 2 years now and they are awesome. When I do have issues (which is rare), they do everything they can to make it right and keep you a satisfied customer! They get 5 stars in my book!!

The women who came to clean were professional and friendly. I really appreciated their efficiency as it seemed they were cleaning well. It turns out that they were not cleaning well.

Basic things like the ledge of the tub, bathroom counter, ceiling fans, and tops of picture frames had visible dust. When I did the walkthrough before they finished, I gave a few specific things to clean/redo and none of them were done.

I was then charged $50 more than what my both my quote and final confirmation indicated. When I reached out the owner said she would refund $30 of the overcharge because the discount shouldn't have applied to my service. After multiple back and forth exchanges she finally refunded the full $50.

During that exchange I also noted our dissatisfaction with the service. No attempt was made to rectify or even clarify for their own growth/ improvement. I simply received an auto email that my future services had been canceled.

We've used Eco Mama a few times for apartment deep cleaning and move-out cleaning and they've done a wonderful job each time. They're always on time, friendly, thorough, and finish the job in the projected time frame.

We booked them for a move-out cleaning recently and their assigned cleaners both called out sick 12 hours before the arrival window. Management was able to secure replacement cleaners quickly.

We appreciate that they don't use harmful chemicals which would irritate my allergies and potentially harm our dog. I'm sure families with children would do well to select Eco Mama. Frankly, everyone should! They are amazing. Thank you to everyone at Eco Mama!

If you need your house cleaned... This is NOT the company to do it. We paid $230 for our house to be cleaned... A normal cleaning. When the two young ladies got here they asked if there was anything we wanted them to concentrate on. I said the floors and the bathrooms. They did a great job on the carpets. That's it. The floors weren't swept well. There was still crumbs and a paperclip in my kitchen under the counters and the island. They used a swifter wet jet to clean my floors. No mop. No soap. The floors look the same when they left as when they got here. The bathroom floors don't look like they even got the wet jet! You can still see the dirt in the floor. The showers were not scrubbed. They did a soft clean with a damp cloth. The floors of the two showers still had soap residue that was there when they arrived. The downstairs shower doesn't look like it was even touched. The upstairs faucet had powdery residue like comet would leave behind. Our carpet in the dining area looked like they barely vacuumed it. You could see dirt and dog hair still on it. We paid extra because we have to dogs. We are not slobs and our house was cleaned before they got here. We just didn't Scrub the bathrooms down, mop the floors, or vacuum. The guest bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned behind it.
Save your money and go with someone else.

we love eco mama! the happiest & kindest employees and fantastic customer service. chelsea is part of my normal team and i'm always so grateful to see her. she really goes out of her way to make sure we're happy every two weeks, explains my home's nuances to the rest of the team if they haven't visited before, and carries super positive energy that's contagious. thank you all - i'll continue to recommend you to friends!

I love the idea behind this company, unfortunately the actual cleaning service was very hit or miss. I gave them a few chances and communicated when they continued to miss multiple things each cleaning. They were very quick to respond and offer a discount on my next cleaning (which I never actually received)
I think if you can get the same cleaning crew guaranteed each time it's not bad, otherwise, I would not recommend them.

Decided to give this company one more try. 2 gals showed up and spent a total of 1 hour and forty five mins on my house, which is 2700 ft. So either i keep an pretty clean house or they just rushed through. For $245 for the visit, i would think more time would be spent. I don't need laundry done, and all i need is surfaces cleaned. The price is ridiculous for the work done and how much time is spent here... no thanks...

Let me start by saying I'm super picky about cleaning. I give a fair amount of direction and then let people do their thing. Eco Mama is one of the more expensive groups out there and I don't mind paying for something that is worth it. I requested the deep clean for $390. This is more than I have ever paid to have my house cleaned, but if they did a stellar job, it would be worth it. First, they showed up an hour and 15 mins after the end of the provided three-hour arrival window. I had to call twice to find out when they would be here. I do understand things happen and can be flexible with these situations.

Four women showed up. They were delightful! I showed them around and let them get started. They did many things well - my sinks looked brand new - all signs of lime were removed from the crome stopper and faucets; they cleaned the sweeps of my doors (no one has ever done that!); they cleaned to top edge of my thermostats; they cleaned the tops of pictures - well most of them. That's when it shifts - there was inconsistency. Some pictures weren't cleaned; others were. They didn't clean the guest bath mirror. They cleaned the glass doors of the shower but not the header (not sure what it's called - the stainless steel part above the glass that allows the door to slide back and forth); my kitchen counters were hit and miss with some areas where dried-on liquids are just smeared across the counter; my stainless steel cooktop was barely clean - again smeared. Same with the coffee machine - like they wiped it but didn't really pay attention to what they were doing. Someone else noted in a review that their products are not great on stainless steel. That's true but this wasn't even clean. There are large bowls on shelves in my living area and none of them were wiped out. This may sound a bit like "come on - really - you want bowls wiped out?!" This was a deep clean so I was expecting them to notice these things. They also scratched my floors so I'll have to have that fixed. Finally two of them just sat around chatting for about 15 mins while waiting for the final two to finish up. They could have easily gone through the house and checked their work. The four of them were at my house for two hours. The space they were cleaning was about 2800 sq ft.

The company provides a survey which I completed with the above information. I offered to give them another chance if I could give a bit of guidance/training and if they would use my natural products (Aunt Fannie's). I never heard back from them. I think that was the most disappointing. That said, they may very well have more work than they can handle so losing a potential client isn't as important to them. (I'm not saying that in a snarky way - just that it's a possible reason for not responding.) Sadly I won't be going back to them. Still on the lookout for a wonderful cleaning company.

I needed a deep clean on my entire house, and these ladies did a great job! I tried to stay out of their way, and they dusted from top (ceiling fans) to bottom (baseboards). They were friendly, efficient and asked questions before they began. Great experience! It smelled great too. They sell their lavender mint cleaner and you better bet I bought some! Thank you, Eco Mama team.

I had Ashley for my cleaning service. She did a great job! Very detail oriented, got the corners and hard to treat stains around the sinks. The floor was sparkling clean as well. The place didn't smell with chemicals afterwards. Overall excellent service!

If you want just a basic clean, Eco Mama is for you. But if you have custom home and anything (shelved, lights, ceiling fans, microwave...) that is 6 feet tall and over, save your money and time and go to somebody else. They can't clean anything above that height because it is a liability and is against their insurance policy. I booked a deep clean service for my in-laws' custom home and it took them two days to complete the job. Even though they did a good job cleaning, there were still a few places that my in-laws had to go over. They refused to clean the microwave because they said they can't reach it. So my father-in-law, who has a bad leg, had to climb on a stool and did it.

Nothing but good things to say about Eco Mama Green Clean. Very thorough. Their attention to detail was impressive. I can't believe how clean they got my 1600sq/ft in less than 2 hours. Well worth it! Thanks Teresa!

Very unprofessional service by the management. We gave them two hour window to show up for cleaning, specifically between 1 and 3. They showed up at 12:15! No apologies from their side, rather demand that we accept this as normal occurance. DO NOT TAKE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE FOR YOUR CLEANING SERVICE!

I'm the single mom of a destructive, messy 2 year old and sometimes I can't keep up.  I'd let my house go a bit and it was starting to make me crazy.  Amber and Paula from Eco Mama came over and did a deep clean on my place while I was at work and did a fantastic job!  I was able to book online, leave a key and when I came home after a crappy Monday at the office and opened the front door, I felt like angels were singing.  Like walking into a hotel!  I'm signing up for a monthly service.  Thank you!

Eco Mama is a great service.  They are very responsive and easy to schedule with.  Customer service is so helpful with answering any questions.  Paula and Amber were great, very helpful and thorough - they provided great tips on cleaning and my air conditioning/heating filter.  They went above and beyond and cleaned the dust from there - something I would not have known to clean myself.  I've also worked with Andrea and Cassidy as well, very sweet ladies.

The ladies were quick but thorough; friendly but not so chatty that I felt like work wasn't getting done. I am usually a little weirded out having strangers in the house but was very comfortable with these ladies.

The owner was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate my immediate need, and one of the cleaning ladies even came back on a Saturday to help me for a couple more hours.

Also, their cleaning product, Lavender Mint Bliss spray.... holy heck, this stuff is GREAT!! It made my whole house smell like a spa, and it cleans amazing, and it's totally a 'green' option AND made locally. I literally bought not one but two bottles to use myself at home between professional cleanings.  

This is a great company that I will definitely continue to use in the future.

Unbelievably poor experience with Eco Mama. Today was the first visit to my home for their initial or deep cleaning. Two girls, one and a half hours but they must have taken an hour for lunch. Dirt on window sills, debris on bathroom mirrors, shower bench dirty, shower glass streaked, shower head not cleaned, finger prints on refrigerator, dirty front on dishwasher, dusted around the TV stand which was obvious from across the room, filthy cooktop, grease and marks on cabinet faces, dirty kitchen sink, glass top on buffet wasn't touched... those are just the initial things I found within the first ten minutes of getting home and making a quick inspection. Complete waste of money. I can't imagine where the five star reviews came from on Yelp.

Have used EcoMama for a year now, for monthly cleanings.  Love that they are locally and female owned and the customer service cannot be beat.  Majority of the time, they've done a great job - the one time I had an unpleasant experience (surfaces missed, microwave not cleaned, etc.) they sent out a team to re-clean and made it right.  The cleaners are accommodating to specific requests and wear face masks, gloves and remove shoes (something I'm crazy about in my home!).  Highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately, the cleaner I used with EcoMama no longer works for them, and I never had another cleaner that was as thorough (or as kind/friendly) as she was. It seemed like they were always sending a different person to my home, and I really like having the same person each time, so I have since stopped using their services.

Great experience! Everything was done well and very professionally. They were able to clean things I've never been able to get fully clean before (stained bathtub). I love the eco-friendly approach and will definitely be using this service again in the future!

We had Eco Mama out to our home in Scottsdale, last week.  We had the distinct pleasure of having Pabley, Sam and Shaffer clean our home.  It had not had a thorough cleaning for close to three weeks due to the recent social distancing of the CoronaVirus .  They did a great job  with a thorough deep cleaning.  They showed up on time, had their masks on (which, I'm sure was uncomfortable and hot) stayed focused, got the job done, went over and beyond and left our home spotless and smelling  wonderful.  It was a pleasure.....

After shopping around for a good cleaning service, I landed on EcoMama and they have been awesome. Very professional, consistent and thorough. Their rates are very reasonable and the customer service is very responsive.

This company has been a fresh air...literally! I have many allergies and sensitivities to cleaning products and it's hard to find a cleaning crew that will use the products I leave for them. True, AJAX may work but I also can't use my tub after that so what's the point???
This company has come to my place three times so far and can't wait for another time. Each crew has been different but I really loved all of them. Having a house vm waning crew that can understand what you say goes volumes.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is concerned with keeping their environment clean in a safe way; whether for themselves, a pet or a baby. They do an amazing job with out using all the usual bathroom sink products.
They even went through vacuum ads with me to find the right one that'll fit me!

I tried Eco Mama for the first time this week and I couldn't be happier.  I came home and and the house smelled fresh and clean, like essential oils. Our service was performed by Jasmine.  She was thorough and did exactly what we asked.  I'm so glad I found this company. Already referred them to a friend of mine who was looking for an environmentally kind and pet friendly cleaning company. I will definitely use them again when I need extra help.

I've been using Eco Mama for about 9 months and it's been a wonderful experience. First, they're professional - they send email reminders about their arrival windows, always arrive within the specified time frame or will call if they're running late, which isn't often. They also use the lovely lavender cleaning solution that makes the house smell clean without the chemicals, which is a relief with 2 little ones at home. Lastly, they are friendly and detailed, especially Tabby who has become my main cleaner because she understands the level of detail I want but is also a joy to be around. I'm so happy I found them!

Reputable local company. Responds are timely. Satisfaction guaranteed. They have a large team of cleaners so you can get appointments rather quickly.

This was my first time having someone come clean my home & being 9 months pregnant I desperately needed it! I also didn't want someone coming in spraying bleach & other strong abrasive cleaners everywhere...Eco Mama was a perfect fit.

There was a little bit of mix up on the time which the cleaners would be coming but I understand things happen. One girl showed up first & got to work, a little later a second showed up & they were whipping through the house getting it nice & clean! It was a nice day out so I spent most of the time out on the patio, when I walked inside the house I couldn't believe how AMAZING it smelt! No harsh chemical smell, just refreshing minty goodness. It took the girls about 2 hours to do a deep clean of my house. It looked great afterwards. They asked me to go through & see if there was anything else that I wanted done or if they missed anything. It was nice that they didn't just assume that was everything & leave. I was surprised at how clean my house really could be, I thought I was doing an alright job.  

My only small qualm would be the floors had a kind of film on them & as soon as we walked on them it left shoe marks all over. But compared to how beautiful & clean the rest of the house was, it wasn't too big of a deal. I even purchased some of their Lavender Mint Bliss cleaner & have been hooked! We use it on everything.

I was really pleased with the cleaning done by Autumn, our cleaning was scheduled for later in the day Friday and Autumn worked very hard for 3 hours and then because she wasn't finished she offered to come back Saturday morning to clean!  We were so pleased when we got home, she cleaned things our previous cleaner didn't pay attention to!  I'm looking forward to future cleanings to get our house where we expect it to be!

What an incredible concept and service ... and love the fact that they are a local company. Had the pleasure of getting a deep clean and came back home to a super clean and amazing smelling house. Need this service daily, haha! But definitely 5 stars and highly recommend!

It makes me crazy letting someone in my home, after all it is my sanctuary.  The team that's has been sent each week has done a good job and any issues I've had the owner has remedied quickly as we both put firmly into place my expectations.
I would highly recommend giving this company a try.  They show up on time and do a great job.

We have been using Eco Mama bi-weekly for over a year for our home and could not be happier!  We absolutely love our specific cleaner, and it is nice we are able to request her/have her as our regular cleaner (the others we have had have also been great).  They are always prompt, reliable, and consistent in their cleans.  I have also been very happy with their scheduling department, especially when I have had to temporarily change a cleaning day to accommodate a change in our schedule.  Would highly recommend!

Never again.  I called EcoMama based on their Yelp reviews and ordered a deep clean.  I've had a number of excellent, detailed cleaners over the years but these are some of the worst.  Clearly one of the women was in training.  She left the steam mop sitting in place for periods of time on my laminate floors!  They missed so many areas I had to go over a lot with them.  They admitted at the end of the cleaning that the product they are using does not clean stainless very well.  If they had told me this I would have gladly handed them some stainless cleaner.  They work so quickly there's simply not enough attention to detail.  Their idea of dusting is a quick pass with a feather duster.  Some areas were simply not cleaned at all.  The service offered to send them back but I said no thanks.

I have used Eco Mama twice now and they did a great job.  I am signing up for the biweekly cleaning and think it will be great.  I requested a team of 2 and it made the work go by faster so they are in and out in a timely manner.  This is really important to me, as well as the non-toxic cleaning products they use.

These folks are fabulous.  The scheduling process was simple. They do a great job cleaning and are very courteous.  I love the LavenderMintBliss cleaning product they use.  Very eco friendly and it leaves the place smelling wonderful.

Absolutely love the mission of this company! Aside from the green cleaning products and lavender/mint essential oils that are used, Kylie was super helpful in guiding me on which services to choose from. Karly and Jenn were thorough with cleaning, made sure to double check the floors, and even sent pics to my mobile when finished. Everyone was right on schedule with arrival time and came in under the cleaning estimate.  Would highly recommend to clients, family, and friends.

I switched to Eco Mama Green Clean after another non-toxic cleaning crew was falling short on the job.  Every crew they send is professional, hard-working and thorough.  They ask me if there are any things they need to know - special instructions, areas that were not handling well by previous cleaning companies, etc.  Knowing that my house is not being contaminated with toxins, bleach, etc. is just icing on the cake!

They dont train their employees properly, pretty much just throw them on the floor and told to clean to the best of your ability. No background checks are done, and they steal. Manager is completely rude.  Watch out!!

Eco Mama is amazing. This review will not even justify the amount of stress that has just been lifted off of me. I am a young mother of four all 5yrs and under and a small business owner that works from home. The girls that came to clean yesterday completely transformed my comfort in my home. I told my husband that I dont even think our house has been this clean before and I am typically stressed out at the cleaning that always needs to be done in between of working, caring for the kids, running errands and etc. I have just booked them for a weekly cleaning and it will be the best investment I have made thus far. I am so grateful for coming across Eco Mama!

I was a long time two home customer.  They used to have terrific customer service and were dependable and did a nice job.  Now it's quite disorganized, I've had cancelations, last minute time changes and late arrivals as well as poor coordination with the scheduler.  There seems to be high turnover as well.  Customer no more.

I did hear from Sarah and it seems there was miscommunication and she is making things right.  I really am surprised with the response from Sarah and the willingness to make things right.  They do care about your service and experience with them.  That can be rare.

I have been using Eco Mama Green Cleaning for about a year and I just love this company! Our cleaner, Felicia, is such a wonderful person and the house is absolutely spotless every time she leaves. She has such great attention to detail and her attitude is top notch. Such a sweet person! Very trustworthy, too. Having my home cleaned regularly has been super helpful and honestly--it keeps me sane! The price is wonderful and this company uses safe 'green' cleaning products. The house smells like mint when it is all clean. I can't praise this company enough. :)

I have used house cleaning services on and off for about ten years and this is the fourth provider I have had.  By far the worst cleaning.  I am pretty sure the master shower wasn't touched at all but I can't even list in every aspect it was the absolute worst cleaning.  The week prior I had a deep clean by another company scheduled last minute for family coming in town and my intent was to hire ecomama bi weekly starting this week in anticipation for Easter company.  So even though the house had been cleaned a week prior and it was fantastic; eco mama couldn't even do a basic touch up job.  I will be going back to the prior company.  Also if you need green cleaning my previous cleaning review is the company I would recommend instead.

Service was scheduled promptly, price is very reasonable.. Tiffany came and did a great job. My baby thought she was pretty much the best thing in the world - he practically lunged into her arms when they met! Good vibes is the only thing I can guess :) We only had the floors done but you could tell the service was thoughtful; furniture had obviously been moved, forgotten knick knacks that had fallen into furniture/ wall crevices had been found and placed on common surfaces for us to rediscover, and the whole house smelled so nice when we got home. I would definitely use this service again.

Eco Mama has been cleaning my house for over a year.  I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells and so have been hesitant to use a cleaning service.  But Eco Mama does a fantastic job without using harsh chemicals.  Plus I get to feel good about using an ethical company.  I highly recommend them.

We hired Eco Mama Green Clean to clean our new salon after construction before the grand opening party. I'm editing my last review to give them a stellar rating!!!!  Angel, Nicole, and Briana came and cleaned my house like super heroes yesterday.  They were friendly and worked great as a team.  They were able to clean my 4100 sq ft house in about 3 hours.  My house has seriously never been so clean or smelled so good.   They paid attention to detail and every corner of the house was clean. I can't wait to have them back.  I'd highly recommend them.

Eco Mama Green Clean is Ahhh-mazing! They did a deep clean for me on November 3rd and WHOA! First of all it was my birthday and I had basically had the worst week of my post adolescent years... wallet lost loading the car at the Halloween festival was just the beginning. ANYWAYS, in my emails to set up the appointment I casually mentioned I was ready to FINALLY book and it was a bday present to myself after having the worst week ever! (I'm a talker and I felt the need to explain why I was booking the same week)  anyways, promptly at 9 am B shows up to get started informing me her partner had been in a car accident and would be on her way as soon as possible (she wasn't hurt- thank goodness!!!) while I was getting the kids and dogs out of the house this sweet woman had my kids prepare a birthday card for me and also gave me one from the company! Okay, how thoughtful and above and beyond is that?! It was the best start to my bday & really recharged my whole spirit!! As I was getting the kids in the car I noticed she was entertaining my super annoyed 19 mo old - again, how helpful, thoughtful, above &beyond?! As I was leaving the other employee showed up, in great spirits, and I was just continually impressed by everything that happened from the beginning. NOT TO MENTION - MY HOUSE HAS NEVER BEEN STINKING CLEAN!!!! As I was leaving I also said not to worry about the master bathroom, we don't even use it because of the hard water on the tiny shower, with out pause she smiled and said "do you want to?! I think I have a trick that will work?!" YOU GUYS- IT WORKED!!!! That bathroom was spotless and that shower had never looked so clean or smelt so fresh!! I seriously have spent hours scrubbing and never had it so white in here!! I was also given a discount for my bday on top of everything else! I will never stray from eco mama and will definitely be doing at least 2 deep cleans a yr as a gift to myself! Thank you for existing Eco Mama!!

This is the ONLY cleaning company I will use. I have a toddler and feel so much better knowing that she is not walking on toxic floors. Sarah, the owner, is so easy to work with too. She is a perfectionist and always ensures you are happy. As a mother, I enjoy helping a fellow mommy-preneur too! :)

I have severe arthritis in my lower back that has been making keeping up on cleaning my house difficult to say the least.  When it was time for that spring cleaning (dusting the baseboards, cleaning the fans, etc) I just did NOT have the energy for it. A couple of co-workers suggested hiring someone to do it and though I was hesitant at first they convinced me to at least try it. This was the company my co-worker uses on a regular basis, so I scheduled a deep cleaning with them and I do NOT regret it! They were punctual and very respectful.  Followed my directions on what areas i considered higher priority than other areas and scrubbed my house like it was nobody's business!  They even cleaned my microwave! The cleaners they use smell like lavender and mint and the whole experience was awesome.

I scheduled a clean for my mom who lives in Scottsdale, I do not. It is very tough picking a company when you do not live in the same state. Kathi answered all my questions and returned my call in a timely manner. I did this for my mom for mothers day so the Kathi even delivered a little goodie bag and a gift cert to my mom before they cleaned. The product they dropped off smelled great! My mother loved the girls that came and she loved how well they cleaned. She is going to book more regular cleaning from them which is great and so long over due for her!! Thanks for the great service Eco Mama!!! The green products smell great! I love the concept.

The girls do an amazing job and the house smells amazing with non toxic cleaning products. I highly recommend them.  If you want specific things done, write a list and it will get done!

We just used Eco Mama for a deep clean for the first time and they did an amazing job! I've used cleaners a couple times in the past but hated coming home to smell the harsh cleaning products they used. When I got home this time, our house smelled amazing. And it was SO clean. They moved furniture and everything on the countertops to really get it clean. It was so easy to schedule. We are definitely going to use them regularly in the future. I can't recommend them enough!

I've never written a review but it's been months since I had Eco Mama come clean and I'm still bothered by it so I felt compelled to write this. The phone and email customer service was great and helpful. The cleaning products smelled amazing. I was really looking forward to my chemical free deep clean.

The cleaning technician was really sweet. But unfortunately the job done was horrible.  It took almost 4 hours to do my 1 bedroom apartment and my floors were never even mopped.  Furthermore, I had to go through picking up every little thing around before she would attempt to clean. I noted on the application there would be some clutter. Normally, previous technicians I've had simply put it in a nice small pile. I upkeep my place but just wanted a good deep clean. I watched her clean some jars I leave on my counter over and over. They didn't need to be cleaned in the first place. It was very frustrating after paying $200 for an awful service. I didn't report it earlier because my intention wasn't to get her in trouble because she was a sweet and good young woman.  Plus it's not easy having a complete stranger come to your home and trust them. I was worried to complain because I just tend to let things slide because I don't want to cause problems for others and everyone has their life struggles. But I literally just feel robbed.

EcoMama has been taking care if FITNESS 5 for over a year now and I'll never switch. There are 20-30 sweaty bodies in F5 every day of the week and EcoMama still manages to keep it smelling great! The most impressive part is that it's not a chemically smell. Instead, just can amazingly clean and refreshing scent after every cleaning. If that's not reason enough, give them a try to support a small business!

When I first heard about a green cleaning company, I was instantly worried because I'm one of those people who would bathe in bleach if I wasn't also paranoid about aging and wrinkles. They changed my mind quickly when I saw how clean and fresh smelling my house was after the cleaning was done. My house was spotless AND I could sleep easy knowing I wasn't just passing out from all the bleach fumes.

I contracted this service to have a deep cleaning of my home and was initially very pleased with the work that was done until a couple of days later when I realized a lot of areas were skipped in the process. Some areas were left undusted, the ceiling fans were not cleaned as I had intially requested, there were spots on the walls that needed to be treated, my oven was not cleaned as thoroughly as a deep cleaning indicates and I was not content with the mopping of my hard wood floors. The products smell great and the girls were very kind and polite however for the amount of money charged I expected my house to be entirely spotless and was left disappointed. I requested a recurring service and have yet to hear from them. I don't think I'll be hiring them again.

This is my first experience having my house cleaned and since I have come home from work this evening I have been in complete bliss. Must have something to do with the amazing smell that greeted me as I walked through the door tonight. My deep cleaning is not yet complete (more to come tomorrow) and I'm already so blown away. From the fluff of the couch pillows to the visually appealing placement of every day items, down to the complete lack of those dang Arizona dust bunnies, I have so many reasons to smile. I'm beyond thrilled to have stumbled upon this company, am impressed by the swift communication and am still in shock that I was able to be accommodated so quickly when I made the last minute decision to have a deep cleaning and of course needed it ASAP! EcoMama was extremely great to work from the start. Responded immediately to email inquiry about services and were able to find a spot for us the next day! They did an amazing job and the house has never smelled so good after a cleaning! The products used are awesome (we even bought some!)! Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The cleaning service did a good job at first but we were very disappointed  that they never did finish the job cleaning.
We had mentioned before what was needed to be cleaned. I was totally surprised that certain parts of our house were not cleaned . When they left, they didn't even finish the last room because the 2 hours were up. And half the windows were not done, the oven, the refrigerator and the last bedroom wasn't even touched.
We noticed that they only sent 2 people to do the job. When one of the staff asked me what needed to be done. It wasn't done. Only half of it. They both just left our place half way done. We felt ripped off. I would have paid for another hour or more if they asked if they needed more time.
We even contacted the company and there was no response. Obviously they are not a very professional service and don't have any concern. That will be the last time we will call them for a cleaning service.

Simply a great cleaner. If you are in need of a change in your cleaning company or you want use less chemicals in your home call Sarah.

Being down with a broken ankle, I received a "gift" from a friend of an Eco Mama Green Cleaning. What a fabulous service - I didn't have to worry about airing the house to rid it of cleaning toxins and knew my "green" house attitude would be respected. My cleaning requests were handled with respect and given appropriate attention, so the house felt as fabulous as though I had cleaned it myself. Couldn't ask for a more delightful experience!

Not even sure where to begin. First I want to say that I love that Eco Mama is locally owner by a mom herself of two little boys. It feels good to support a local entrepreneur. Second, this company is not only reliable, but very trustworthy. And they didn't even mind having my dog following them around the entire time. I even left a $20 bill in my office by accident and it was there when I got home. They are incredibly thorough and clean in areas I didn't even realize accumulated dirt. From base boards, to cabinet faces, to blinds, tiny cracks, ceiling fans, behind the bathroom doors, under the beds, light fixtures and windows, they did a fabulous job. The best best best part, they clean using all organic homemade cleaners. They have orange or lavender cleaners to choose from. ANd you can purchase your own bottles to help with maintenance between cleans. By far my favorite cleaning company to date. Thanks Sarah! Your team rocks.
