Tried to charge me more than was quote because they said they took longer then planned. They did not reach out to tell me indicating they may need more time. The house is small and my tenant left it in very clean condition so no extra time should've been needed.
Then they were demanding me to pay before I saw their work. They did not send me photos of the finished work. Two hours after they finished cleaning, they were threatening to send me to collections and put a lien on my house.
They did not clean underneath anything even by inch. See pictures.

First cleaning review:
After contacting them via Yelp I received a prompt response and was scheduled for a cleaning a few days out which was a nice surprise as I expected it to take awhile. They charge a flat rate plus an hourly rate for any time over the initial 3 hours which I let them know would not be requested/approved. They were ok with that.
The cleaner showed up on time and did a good job. In the 3 hours she worked her way through about 80% of the house which is about what I expected. I was able to pay via Zelle.
Overall, I appreciated the experience and will see if those expectations continue to be met going forward.

Leslie's house cleaning did a fantastic job! Jasmine was prompt in responding to my request for a deep clean. I requested service on Thursday and she had someone there on Tuesday. I clean it weekly, but its so nice to have someone come in and hit the spots that I miss (or ignore). My apartment is cleaner than it has ever been. I had Molly Maid come in and do a similar deep cleaning last year, and the price was over $100 more. So I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. I am going to have them come and do a deep cleaning 2x a year from now on!
Leslie's cleaners have been been our go-to service providers since we launched our short term rental in Sept. 2022! They are great communicators, reliable and do a great job cleaning! They go above and beyond to be sure our house is in great condition for every guest! 100% recommend!

They were fantastic! They were professional, communicative and prompt. We had to reschedule due to circumstances on our end and they were very accommodating. We had them clean a rental after tenants had moved out an they called with updates on time and even sent pictures along the way. I will be using them again for all our real estate and personal needs.
Leslie and her team are the best pound for pound cleaners I've found in the valley. I've used them for my personal home, as well as for clients for my real estate business. They're always on time, thorough, and friendly!
Leslie's was a great last minute need! I manage an Airbnb and became super sick and was unable to clean. I called last minute and their cleaning crew arrived the very next day!
They helped with beds, countertops and restrooms. The house was pretty clean as it was but needed that extra help. I gave four star because I was originally quoted for 3 hours but it dropped down to 1.5 with two people. As much as I wanted to take more time, it wasn't in my budget. So the ladies did what they could and I finished the rest. Overall, it was a great experience. The house cleaners were extremely kind and efficient. I would definitely use them again!
My apartment complex used to offer a cleaning service you could schedule on their app but recently stopped this service. In searching for a new cleaning team, I came across Leslie's House Cleaning. Yesterday, Estella came to clean my apartment and she was lovely: friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the job she did and her thoroughness. The next time I need a cleaning service I will reach out to Leslie's House Cleaning!

Love this company! They are so good about fitting me in even at the last minute and returning calls as well. The cleaners are all fabulous and reliable. My house always looks like they have spent hours here! They are very efficient and thorough at what they do. I have 2 hairy beasts and the floors always look amazing! If you want a beautiful home then look no further.
I sought a cleaning service and made it clear that I had large, friendly dogs. They scheduled the cleaning, not on a day I would be home to introduce them but they said it was ok. Immediately I received a call that the dogs would not "let" her in the house. My dogs don't growl or bite. So my housemate helped. Then they called back to say my dog was biting at the cleaning products. He is a puppy (about 1 year old) and I had specifically texted them that they could put the dogs outside if they needed to. My housemate said the woman they sent seemed "afraid" of the dogs. I have had many vendors in my home and never had an issue with my dogs. So I just cancelled them. Not pet friendly if you have active pets.
Update to respond: my dogs have had many people in the home. They are not aggressive. The younger one is playful and putting the products on the counter, or putting the dogs outside as I suggested, would have resolved the issue. Not a single other vendor has found this necessary, however.
There was easy prompt communication with the business. The service was Very affordable and thorough.
I love this home cleaning company, I've had them clean our home and also our rental property. They've always been super responsive. I think they do a great job, and their prices are fair.
We had a last minute issue with our flooring when renovating and they were super flexible with rescheduling and were able to send 2 people to complete the house prior to having a renter move in that afternoon. I can text or call them for communication, which makes it pretty easy for me. This place is definitely our go to :)

Not compelling. The cleaning was more so just a once over. Not terrible. Not great. I wouldn't recommend it.

I needed a cleaning company in short notice and these guys stepped up to the plate and charged me a GREAT price, when others wanted to charge a whole lot more! The lady that came did an absolutely phenomenal job!!!
I had my home cleaned for photos to be taken before listing the house for sale. The woman that cleaned did a great job. I would definitely use there service again.

This one hurts to write. Let me preface this by saying every person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional, but at the end of the day - my experience and the actual cleaning job was massively disappointing
I booked with Leslie's a week+ in advance for a holiday party we were hosting. The booking was quick, but it was also a bit vauge. I wanted a deep clean and asked how much it would be for a house of our size - and they literally couldn't answer. I was told it's a base charge for 2 hours, and then you pay per hour after that...when I asked for a rough estimate on how many hours so I could guage pricing ...again, no estimate - just her telling me "the cleaners will let you know when they hit two hours and you can choose from there". Odd, but okay. When I asked what was included in the deep clean, I was told I needed to text a list of what my "priorities" were so the team could focus there. Again, not a huge deal, but also not what a normal experience is like and puts some extra onus on the customer.
I received a confirmation text the night prior to the cleaning for the scheduled 9am time, then a follow up request asking if I could move to a start time between 11-3pm (this was at 730 the night before). I told them the latest I could do was 11am, but we agreed to stick with 9am.
9:30 rolls around the next day - still no cleaning crew. I wound up getting a call from the owner Leslie apologizing but saying the soonest they could get a team there was 1130. At this point I was basically stuck - I had to have the house cleaned - but they were going to be 2.5 hours late. Leslie did say the service would be discounted given the experience and the fact I'd communicated what my latest start time could be.
The cleaners were very sweet - but the actual job was point blank not good. My mirrors were super streaky, my master shower glass legitimately looked worse than when it started, and the "deep clean" in my guest bathroom still had stuff all over the baseboards.
To the credit of the company - they called at the end of the session to ask how things went. When I explained some of the issues, they offered for the team to stay and fix it - however, because they were 2.5 hours late, I was already pushing the max time limit for a previously scheduled event with my kids.
I wound up having to redo all my mirros and master shower + go back over many areas. Leslie's did try to make things better and, again, they were incredibly professional - but it was not worth the expense nor the hassle for a service that fell short.

They never do deep clean with a wet rag or polish or a broom or mop and they clean only what they can reach with a swifter. They do not get on ANY ladders The kitchen metal shelves were not even wiped down. I have Saltillo tile throughout the house and they had a $30 automatic swifter, no vacuum cleaner and a tiny floor steamer, no mops. My feet were dirty by the time (5 hrs later) I went to bed. Now I wouldn't call that deep cleansing! Paintings, Pictures and mirror frames were swifter no cleaning material. Dust and dirt and grime was left in all the crevasses and top of frames. Grime and dust on all the bar liquor bottles and alcohol light Ceiling fans were swifted no soap and water or cleaning products. NONE of the air vents, hanging light fixtures, no light balls, or the surround sound system. All too high-no ladders-The window blinds in the entryway and master bedroom were only duster. My jewelry on the dresser was removed and put back all tangled up. Approximately 3 hours to straighten them out and rehang them. All the top of the kitchen cabinets and the cross bridge over the kitchen bar were not even looked at. They don't do ladders. Also they do not touch electronics. They or dusted with a swifter only and not wiped down with cleaning product or moved to clean underneath the components. The laundry room was not wiped down or swept. The door frames through out were only dusted NEVER wiped cleaned. The French doors and 3 additional doors were not cleaned. Appliances were not cleaned. Everything felt sticky or dirty and dusty. Top of mirrors throughout the house were not polished. No ladders allowed! Window ceils were vacuumed not wiped with cloth rag or cleaning product. They were all dirty. Cloth curtain rods just dusted. No polish or cleaning products used. I thought cleaning products were . I met The owner of Leslie's and based on him as a person he was great to talk with. Comfortable to be around him. I believed I asked all the pertinent questions for services and price and agreed. However every time I asked what cleaning product and process for a deep cleaning entailed the crew would at that time tell me what they were not allowed to do. They stated that this is the deep clean package. The 3 crew worked approximately 9:00am-5:30pm. They never stop talking aloud to each other the entire time. It was painful . WOW $1,030.00 . I paid my bill but so will Leslie's in the long run. Karmas a b...h!

I hired Leslie's House Cleaning for a move-in/out clean. They quoted me what I thought was a fair price for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 people. They ended up taking over 4 hours, which resulted in a much higher price than initially quoted. I admit that there were several areas of the home that required a bit of extra time to clean, like the oven and one of the tubs, so I understand why they needed more than two hours. However, what really frustrated me was the poor communication and attitude that Jasmin had when talking with me on the phone and via text. Poor customer service. Plus, the cleaning job was only mediocre. There is still dust in several areas around the home and not all items on the checklist appear to have been completed. I will not use this company again.

** UPDATE 7/14/22- updated review from 1 star to 4 stars, as they did everything possible to try and rectify my issues. They came back and cleaned all the areas that were missed and did a great job the 2nd time around. I left 4 stars since I would have preferred having the job done right the first time.
** ORIGINAL REVIEW- I was hesitant to write this review because this business was responsive and did what they could to rectify any issues. However, because I rely so heavily on other reviews, I felt it was important to share my experience. Ultimately, the cleaning job was subpar. It was a move out clean for a property we rented. We had one cleaner for the first 2 hours and 3 cleaners for the last 3 hours. The house was dirty but it wasn't excessive, as everything had been removed from the property. The shower was left with scum in it, dirt was on the floors, the windows were cleaned but they were streaked, drawers weren't cleaned out, etc. I sent pictures to Leslie and they were supposed to go back and clean those areas. When I had the opportunity to go back and inspect, some of it was fixed but not all of it.

This is one of the best and most professional cleaning services I have come across. Once they arrive they get right to work and don't try to drag out the cleaning. They are thorough and great at what they do. They are also extremely reliable and respond fast when you have questions. Would highly recommend!

Oh my god! Where do I start!?
I am so thrilled to have found their services because they were AMAZING! I needed a deep cleaning done due to having dogs, kids, etc. and they absolutely came through and left my home better than I could have even expected. The price is fair and so worth it! I will now be having them come every other week to maintain my home and I'm so excited. They even left small details around the house that just made me smile such as my toilet paper, they made little bows and I just thought that was such a cool touch! See photo for reference!

Hands down- the BEST house cleaning help I have ever used! Got into every crack and crevice on the floor. Such a sweet gal too! Will use again. I want to support good businesses!! Highly recommend.
Disappointed. I messaged Leslie's house cleaning on Yelp and Jasmin was extremely quick to respond providing a great quote and was able to schedule the cleaning for that week. I messaged Jasmin prior to the cleaner coming stating the 2 bathrooms needed to be deep cleaned. She responded "noted."
I was very excited because the reviews and the responsiveness had been phenomenal at this point.
The day of the cleaning, my client stated the cleaner worked 2 hours on the master bathroom and asked if she could stay for an additional 2 hours to finish the remainder of the home. My client told her that was fine and venmo'd the company the hourly rate for 2 more hours.
That evening when my clients wife returned home, the bathrooms were not cleaned well. My clients had been gone for 2 months and requested the bathrooms be deep cleaned. Mold and soap scum still in each corner, the shower floors are completely dirty still, The house smelled gross and musky, I don't know if it was the products or the rags she used while cleaning and the cleaner did not use the clients vacuum, leaving behind an odd smell on the carpets.
When I contacted Jasmin to remedy the situation, instead of sending a cleaner immediately out to DEEP clean the bathrooms as originally requested, she asked for pictures so she could look into it. Pictures attached. Mold and scum left.
This was a clients home and I am so embarrassed I recommended this business to them.

I had the greatest experience with this company today! The girl was so sweet and did such a great job! I've has multiple house cleaners come in the past when in lives is Las Vegas and this was by far the best job I've had done. Plus the added design details they left behind was adorable like a 5 star hotel (see pics)

My couch was 'cleaned' but didn't look any different then it had before. The guy only took about 15 minutes and it's a large sectional so I'm not sure how clean it actually got. Communication with the business was mediocre but they were able to schedule me in for a quick turnaround

I have never used a house cleaning service because I never needed to, but I was moving out of an apartment quickly between working and I decided to use Leslie's House Cleaning. I am so impressed with the cleaning they did and the amount of effort they put in to make sure their clients are happy and satisfied. Leslie's was the easiest service I have ever used. Few short emails i had my carpet cleaning and house clean scheduled. They showed up on time and were polite and courteous as i work from home. I requested a quote on the Yelp site and Leslie responded within an hour. We were able to negotiate a price and schedule for cleaning the same week. When her staff came out to clean they were courteous and on time. We don't have a very big house so we had one person for three hours. She was friendly And very thorough. She finished within the three hour time.. I felt great after having the house cleaned. We had never used a professional service before and I was a little bit hesitant but it was definitely worth having somebody else come in to help. With three kids and two working parents things can get a little crazy and treating ourselves to a house cleaning service was definitely necessary

Good experience would use them again, were able to respond quickly. It was $500 for a 1500 sp ft house for a move out cleaning which felt kinda steep, but they did a good job :)
We tried Leslie's House Cleaning for the first time today and they sent Sylvia out to take care of us - she did an absolutely amazing job! She FAR exceeded our expectations and she was so delightful too. She was well organized and efficient and our house was sparkling afterwards - it was a disaster (seriously) before Sylvia worked her magic. We had 1 cleaner for 3 hours.
They did great! Took the time for the smaller details (vacuumed the couch/cute little designs in the TP and Kleenex). She went above and beyond getting calcium build up off my faucets, cleaned my oven and showed me how to get the old school burners off my 1960's stovetop!
Highly recommend!
I hired Leslie's House Cleaning to do a deep clean on a condo I purchased. The prior owner trashed the place and every surface was dirty and grimy and gross. Lupe came and did a fabulous job deep cleaning everything from the doors to the floors to the tops of my kitchen cabinets to the mold out of my freezer (yes mold in the freezer). The value was amazing and I would hire them again!

Needed a cleaning company for a move-out clean. Came across Leslie's House Cleaning on Google. I am glad I called. Jasmin was pleasant, and courteous and made the call very easy. She provided all information in a clear manner.
Also interacted with Faviola. Another pleasant lady. I particularly appreciate the responsiveness to both texts and calls. They both delivered on their verbal statements.

1 star for easy scheduling with Jasmin. I work from home and I needed to hire a cleaning service to arrive on time so I can work my appointments around their arrival. The cleaners arrived A HALF HOUR LATE and when I communicated on the phone that I have an appointment beginning now, they offered to either reschedule me completely or have them wait the 5-15 minutes it would take for me to wrap up my appt with my client. This company had me looking for these cleaners from 9am-9:25 THEN AGAIN from 9:40-9:50 but they just left. What?! You arrive 30 minutes late (i can understand sometimes things happen......) which is a huge inconvenience to me, but you can't wait an extra 10 minutes?
Leslie the owner accused me of talking over her support team on the phone which is absolute nonsense trying to blame miscommunication and problems on me. They offered me a $25 gift card to say sorry. No thank you.
PS. Leslie - if your calls are recorded, listen to my phone call at 9:25a this morning with Faviola and be honest with yourself and your clients.
I was having medical issues and was not up to cleaning the house. This business was prompt, had great communication and the team delivered a gleaming house!!!! I highly recommend Leslie's!!! I am now scheduling my ongoing service!

I hired Leslie's cleaning to start regular service on my house. The price was reasonable, but the cleaning was not as detailed as I had wanted. When it came to the kitchen, she did not pull things out to clean them properly. The lady was very nice but very slow and not detailed. I will say that she's been far too much time putting little roses at the tops of the toilet paper rolls when she could've been using that time to do some thing that she did not do, she did not clean the shelves in the bathrooms. Mind you I've had a housekeeper for years, so my house is not out of disarray aside from a few things piled up in the back living room. Which was not her responsibility I did not schedule again because I felt like it was going to be the same type of cleaning. Clearly there are more interested in getting $35 more an hour then keeping a client.

Faviola and Jasmine gave superior customer service. The cleaners they sent were top notch and arrived when expected. Our extremely neglected rental property came out fresh and clean after their hard work! They really paid attention to every detail! Made an appointment a week ago for full house cleaning in hopes of setting up them to come every other week. The appointment was for between 11am and 3pm today. Side note wife's phone broke yesterday so she is not receiving phone calls or text messages, but is able to check her voicemail. We were home all day. Once 3pm had passed we called inquiring as to why they had not shown up. The girl on the phone kept saying we had not responded to their text messages so they went on to the next appointment. We told her the phone is broken, but no voicemails were ever left. We had an appointment so why did they not come. She then changed her story and said that they showed up at 9am and again at 9:13am. They did not . We were out front of the house doing yard work from 8am until 11:30am. We also have two motion activated cameras on the front of our house and we double checked and they were never here. The girl told us that they had skipped our house now because we didn't answer the door and would not be coming today. She said they could reschedule for some time next week. A little later we received a text message form my phone,since we gave them my number through out this, basically saying since we didn't respond to there text message today she didn't want them driving over here for their scheduled appointment. I attached the owners text. Stay away from this company. They have no problem with lying to you!
I used Leslie's for a move out cleaning on a 3bed/2bath house. The whole process was easy! They kept in contact with me about what I wanted done, and then made it happen! She showed up on time & really worked some magic on some tough areas like the tub & cabinets!! I have a bad back so this was a blessing. I would definitely use them again in the future & recommend to friends.
My husband and I are older now and it's very difficult for us to get the house clean. The house cleaner was prompt and did a wonderful job getting our home back in order.

We are trying to sell our house so we've been using Leslie's sporadically to keep it looking nice for showings. They are super easy to work with and on one occasion they had a cleaner at the house a few hours after I called. The cleaning itself has also been amazing each time! Very thorough. We love using this company and definitely recommend for any cleaning needs you have!

Really impressed, wasn't sure at first- truthfully but as soon as I saw the first bathroom they cleaned and guest room, I was happy as a clam. I've had other cleaning services done over the years and there is always something left out or a ton of unnecessary questions asked during the clean. leslie's was super easy and very on point. They showed up, started right away and got right to it. We asked for them to use our vacuum and our mop and they did without any hesitation. Just had construction done at my house and hired Leslie's house cleaning for a post construction clean/deep clean to get rid of all of the dust. After examining closer when I got home I noticed that the microwave was not done, outside of the fridge did not appear to be wiped down, counters were barely cleaned many places still had dirt and dust, cabinets do not appear to of been dusted or wiped down, for this post construction clean.
Great service! Arrived on time as communicated. House looked spotless after the cleaning. Would recommend.
Leslie's was very responsive, and gave a fair hourly price (the way it should be). The cleaner did a fantastic job, even went above and beyond in her work. The only negative is that they did tell me it would be two cleaners, and only one showed up, they told me the other had an emergency come up, which is understandable. The quality of work, responsiveness, friendliness, and price earned them a five star review.
Our schedule changed when moving to work from home and I needed help with home cleaning. Leslie's House Cleaning responded to my questions and wow I was so impressed with the level of cleaning detail, my house looked beautiful! I am one of those clients you dread to get but then end up loving !!! I can't express enough how my anxiety makes me question everything ! They were responsive and kind throughout the process. I had went back n forth a few times and every time they were patient and more than willing to help. I get really nervous planning things and inviting people to my house and this process made me feel secure in who I was hiring and what they'd be doing.
I have 2 German shepherds and let me tell you .... THEY SHED. In a 2 bed apt you could imagine what that might look like literally we don't have much carpet but with them shedding we might as well. Clumps of hair EVERYWHERE. This was my #1 reason for hiring them. I NEEDED HELP. There was so much hair it was overwhelming. Like hanging from my blinds and EVERYTHING. and as you can see in the photos my house is sparkly and no hair !!!!! I'm so so happy I went through with them. The reviews didn't let me down. I will definitely be using again. I recommend the 2 person crew !

I unfortunately can't recommend this company anymore. They've raised their prices exorbitantly and for some reason are now charging a $10 "convenience fee" when paying.

I scheduled an appointment via text with Leslie for 3/24/22 at 9a. 24 hrs prior to my appointment, I sent a follow-up message to confirm my appointment and never received a response. I sent an additional follow-up 12 hours prior, after never getting a response.
When no one came at 9a, I called the number and the person I spoke was unsure why the appointment was not upheld. I asked to speak to Leslie before going forward with additional scheduling.
I received a message from Leslie claiming they didn't finalize the appointment because I did not send my "detailed information for the appointment". I was never asked to provide further information, which I would have been more than happy to do when scheduling.
Leslie then called me and claimed that she didn't see my message because she "gets 100s of calls a day". I was then told "we can go back and forth on why this happened, or you can get rescheduled". Personally, a company without efficient communication is not someone I am interested in doing business with.
Great service, very nice people. I will definitely be calling Leslie's House Cleaning in the future!

Leslies team did an amazing job! We are moving soon and just needed a good clean before the move out clean. I came home and everything looked spot less! They replaced all trash cans and even wiped down the vent over the stove that is out of eyesight. The floors looked so clean and free of pet hair and everything smelled fresh. Before I even walked in the doors I noticed I could actually see through the sliding glass door! These ladies..Veronica & Patricia did an awesome job on my move out. They didn't have to do carpet or windows...dusted and cleaned all cabinets, drawers, pantry, cleaned frig, stove, oven, microwaves, 3 full showers. Don't know what product they used but the got the toilet bowl ring removed. My mother had a cleaning business and she would definitely approve of the job they did. Faviola and Jasmine in the office were also great. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and they were very accommodating. Thank you very much!

Horrible cleaning service. The cleaning felt like it was in a rush. Cleaning was done only on visual surface's. They don't clean behind your sofas or under your counters. I have dogs I can see the hairs behind the sofas. Under counters were still dusty. House cleaners came when they were done they said they went over 2hrs that's additional $35. They don't tell you in advance that there about to go over that hour. Windows by my photo speaks for itself. For $155 plus $35 additional hour not worth it to me.
I had a problem with the last cleaning person they sent and they totally made it right by sending an amazing cleaner back a second time free of charge. She really went above and beyond! Thank you!

I wasn't happy with the carpet cleaning service provided. When I completed the initial quote request I indicated that I had a pet and needed pet treatment. I assumed the treatment cost was included in the quote that they gave me. However I was told it would be $200 for pet treatment for each room. The tech showed me the product that they use for pet treatment which is Skunk Out ($39.95 gallon size) and Hoover Paws & Claws Carpet Cleaning Formula ($25.99 gallon size). I thought $20 per room was excessive. I contacted the office to see if there was anything they could do due their error for not including that treatment in quote and they said there was nothing they could except charge the $20 per room. I was really in need of carpet cleaning and decided to move forward with their basic cleaning however I regret bc the carpet was soaked! I guess that's why it only took them 30 minutes to clean the carpet in 4 bedrooms. They finished around 12p and the carpet was still wet when I went to bed around 9p. I opened the windows during the day as well to help with drying.

We have never used a house cleaning company, but decided we could really use some help since we have 3 dogs and never seem to make the time to clean our house as good as we would like. I requested a quote from another company, but Yelp sent my request to a few companies and Leslie's House Cleaning was the most affordable. The other companies were nice but we ultimately went with Leslie's due to our budget.
They're worth every penny and more! We honestly didn't know our house could be this clean. I would have to clean for daaaays to make it look as good as she did in 5 hours! I thought it would be a 9+ hour job but our budget was 5 hours worth & she managed to fit everything in and more! It has never been this clean since the day we moved in. I'm truly blown away. No reason to go with the pricier companies! But also hoping this review doesn't convince Leslie to raise her rates haha!!
Parts of our windows that I didn't know even cleaned off were spotless. She even did the dishes?! Nothing was missed.
The fact that we can text her was very convenient as well. She made the whole process so simple. We will definitely be using Leslie's regularly and would recommend this company to everyone.

I have a 15 month old and a 3 week old newborn. The house chores were getting overwhelming and I needed a good deep cleaning. Leslie responded quickly to my request and was able to get my home cleaned the next day. The ladies were professional and very pleasant. They deep cleaned my house in 3 hours. Dusted, swept, mopped, wiped down window shutters, wiped down fans, scrubbed showers and bathtubs (was able to get those pesky hard water spots off my glass shower door) and even cleaned and organized the kid's play room. Everything was spotless when they left and I had precious time to myself thanks to these angels. Will be using them again for sure!
My small house needed a deep cleaning after this crazy year, so I requested some quotes on Yelp.
It was a little tricky to get answers all to my questions at first, but I think that may actually be Yelp's fault, because Leslie said their interface made it hard for her to see what I asked in my original quote request. When we did actually speak on the phone, Leslie was nice and seemed happy to explain things and talk over details.
The date of my appointment got messed up as well at first, but again, that could be an issue with Yelp's system. It led to a bunch of confused calls and texts from Leslie when I wasn't available to let a cleaner in on the wrong day, a week before my actual appointment! If I was going to hire this service again, I would probably just contact them directly instead of requesting a quote through Yelp, since that seemed to cause a bunch of problems for both of us.
In the end, actual cleaning was good. My cleaner was super friendly, efficient, and pretty thorough. She got my tub cleaner than I had ever seen it! I discovered a couple little spots she missed after she left, but overall I was pretty satisfied.
She was very accommodating about starting with a three-hour deep cleaning and then adding an additional hour on the spot when there was still some work left to do. It was great to have this option.
In terms of value, the price seemed fair, though I have gotten a better deal in the past working with an independent cleaner instead of a service that acts as an intermediary. (I found myself wondering how much per hour the cleaner actually receives.)
Payment was super easy using Venmo.
One last thing: when we spoke on the phone, Leslie said that her cleaners always wear masks while at appointments, but my cleaner took hers off for most of the time she was here. Since I am fully vaccinated and therefore figured there was minimal risk to me, I didn't bother her about it (I just wore mine the whole time she was here in case she was not vaxxed yet, just out of extra caution); however, I don't know if that would be an issue for others who have medical issues. I think it would have been better for this to just be consistent since we're in this weird time when some people are fully vaccinated and others are not, so there's still risk of COVID spread.
I couldn't be happier with the deep clean of my house. She worked very efficiently and took care of exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommend! I was looking for house cleaning for my in-law's as a 'thank you' for letting my family stay with them in between selling & buying a home. I requested quotes from multiple companies on Yelp (10 or maybe more), & Leslie's was one of the first to respond. They were friendly & easy to communicate with. They got us booked for the exact day we wanted & they showed up on time! My mother-in-law said she was impressed with the cleaner & raved about how hard she worked. And those compliments should not be taken lightly, as my mother-in-law worked as a house cleaner herself for most of her life! I also want to mention the great price! Their house is around 2,000 sqft & I'd been quoted $200+ for that size. It ended up being $185 for 5 hours of work!! I plan to use Leslie's for my own home in the future & I'll recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a cleaner!

My house has never been cleaner. Absolutely loved the cleaning that Jaslin did. Booked my next appointment because I want to make sure to get her again!
Wouldn't recommend them, the quote to the actual bill was way far off. When I pushed back, they said they got the time wrong but it was still far off, and over by almost 50%. If you decide to use this service, make sure you pay attention to the clock from start to finish. Also, they used some musty-smelling cloth or mop as my bedroom has a weird smell coming from it after they were done. It was not there before, as my apartment is brand new.
Couldn't be happier! I have an open house to sell my place this weekend and they fit me into their schedule perfectly! I'm also pregnant so it's been a hassle for me and was worried since I can't do a lot on my own currently. They took so much stress off my shoulders and at a great price! Other places quoted MUCH more and the reviews didn't make me want to peruse them. Super happy I came across Leslie's House Cleaning! Very professional, quick to communicate, and very detailed work! The ladies did a great job and the cost was affordable. It didn't take but a couple hours to deep clean a two bed, two bath, kitchen and living room.
Ive never write bad reviews but this service was terrible. I recently moved into a new home and it was filthy with the others owners dirt. I really wanted a deep clean of my home and they did an awful job. Frankly I've never seen such worse quality. The maids were lazy. Didn't clean my toilet or wipe down my kitchen appliances. Let alone couldn't even dust everything. They tried to charge me $330 for terrible work. The maids didn't speak English so there was no way to communicate with them and my needs. I texted the list of needs and they didn't complete one action. Now I moved into an extremely dirty home and something that would reduce stress actually increased stress. They gave me 50% refund but frankly they should have given me 100% refund. They did offer to send the maids back to my home and ask me to train them. Why would I pay money to train your maids. Isn't that what I'm paying you? The grout cleaner was great but he was a contractor a solo contractor. I would not recommend this business.

Unfortunately a pretty bad experience. We were told the cleaner would be to our house at 9am. At 9:20 we were told they could not come until 1. Then we were told that they were on the way to our house at 11:45, however, they didn't actually arrive until almost 1:30pm. They didn't vacuum the stairs, clean fans and missed a vent. Which was one of the big reasons I hired a house cleaner as I am 9 months pregnant and have trouble getting to them myself. The rest of the cleaning was mediocre. I was told that we would receive a discount for the trouble caused by the timing issues, however I do not see how that was figured in to the final cost.

Super fast response through Yelp, showed up on time, took my move out list of what needed to be cleaned and just got to work. The bathrooms, walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, kitchen..all sparkling. I contacted Leslie a week ago in regards to having someone clean my house. I also asked about having someone fold my family's laundry because I was just so Overwhelmed. We've never hired a maid or cleaning service before because I've always been afraid that it would be a bad experience. I also love yelp but, I think this is my first time writing a review for anyone. I want to just say that Leslie and her staff are extremely professional and our house looks amazing. We originally were supposed to have 2 cleaners but, ended up with one and Leslie called and spoke with my husband to explain the situation. Silvia was the lady who came to clean our house and she did an amazing job. For one I HATE folding laundry so I think that for me was the biggest selling point. I've never seen my children's beds look so perfect. Our shower hasn't looked this white since we first moved into our home. I'll just say we will definitely be using Leslie's services again!!!!

I scheduled the appointment for today so that my wife would be off of work, yet, they came yesterday and interrupted my wife at work calling saying that they were at our home yesterday for the cleaning. Not sure how one could mistake the 2nd for the 3rd when I was very specific and they even confirmed the day. I provided all of the preliminary information of our home including square footage ahead of time so she could provide us with an accurate quote which was 2 people for $175 for 2 hours and $35/hour after the 2 hours. They cleaned for an additional 3 hours which should have come to $289. Yet, she elected to bring a 3rd person to help clean, not me. The total then came to $464 which is outrageous as I've never had to pay that amount. Two people have been able to clean this house in 4 hours for a total of $200 and even less. no problem. So, apparently they are not very efficient with their time and enjoy nickel and dining their clients. Not to mention the total cost included a $17 credit card fee! Are you freaking kidding me? They did NOT disclose ahead of time that they only took cash or Venmo, so they apparently charge a $17 fee if paying by credit card. They cleaned the couch in the back living room but totally blew off the couch in the front living room. I know this because there was dog hair all over the top of it and I confirmed with my wife that the dog was not on the couch. The fact that they elected to bring a 3rd person to help clean tells me that they are not at all efficient with their time nor efforts and enjoy nickel and diming their clients. I wish I had been home as I would have turned them away if I knew all of this would happen, especially the cost and service. I don't blame my wife for this, she did the best she could. I blame the house leaner for literally taking advantage of her. I should have gone with someone else! I have never had to pay such an outrageous amount for the cleaning of this house. I will not be using then again and I recommend anyone reading this review to NOT use Leslie's House Cleaning! They don't disclose their cost properly, get their schedules mixed up, don't disclose what payment they accept ahead of time, and totally blow off cleaning things that they are completely basic! Absolutely a waste of $. You are literally better off dealing with children to have your house cleaned, at least they would probably have been worth it. I am not the least bit happy! So long Leslie's House Cleaning! You can go and attempt to screw over other clients but I hope this review prevents others from falling victim to your shady operation!!!

I have been using Leslie's House Cleaning service exclusively since March of this year as I just launched my first Airbnb vacation rental. I live out of state and was extremely nervous about how I was going to manage the scheduling process and concerned about the quality of service since I would not be there in person to experience first hand. Leslie has made the scheduling incredibly easy and reliable. She answers my requests within minutes and jumps through hoops to make sure the home is turned around before the next guest checks in. Her team does an outstanding job which is documented in almost all of my reviews. Time and time again, the comments come back stating how clean our home is. This has given me so much peace and I cannot recommend Leslie and her team enough. I am so grateful to be working with such an incredible team!!!

I received move out and carpet cleaning service from this company.
You dont get a confirmation call but thats okay. I called just to make sure we were still scheduled.
And they are all pretty polite.
Reasons why I gave 3 stars.
- carpet looked like they didnt really clean it well. Still some stains in certain areas. I was able to clean but the carpet cleaner didnt? There was stuff on the carpet still and it was pretty visible which made it seem like it wasnt vacummed well. (pics added)
- the stove handle was broken. It was not damaged at all before and when I did a final walk thru after the cleaning, i noticed the handle was cracked and it was broken (pics added) told the person the day after since I was awaiting a receipt of the services to send the buyers. She said shed contact the cleaner but no word after that. I get accidents happen but the lady who cleaned didn't even let me know so I had a heads up and could have fixed it.
- I was charged for 9 hours of work. Which, in my opinion, was way more than neccessary.
The house was not that dirty. Some of the rooms in the house were never used. Perhaps 5 or even 6 hours but 9, don't think so.
The lady mopped the same random floor areas like 3 or 4 times, floor wasnt even dirty anymore. Who knows if she did that while cleaning other things making the clock just add up.
Anyway, still thankful for their service even if it was not what I was hoping for. Maybe it was just that specific cleaner because I do see pretty great reviews on here for this company.

I had used Leslie's a year ago and it was great so when I was moving again I reached out to schedule a move out clean and a move in clean with a carpet cleaning add on. I scheduled well in advance she said that she was totally available, but there's a four hour window for their arrival. She was very nice and sad she would call the morning if our scheduled clean and give me a better idea if arrival time. No call. I finally called and got nothing but attitude. All I wanted was a better idea. I do believe she overbooked and couldn't deliver. In her anger she yelled and canceled my clean!! Thus puts me in a horrible position. Beware she's sweet until she's caught on her crap then she goes into total biotch mode. Over promises and under delivers. Hope nothing better comes along and you get pushed to the bottom of the list. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'm very happy with my weekly cleaning services from this company. The employees are very professional and efficient.
We were looking for a new house cleaner after ours no called no showed for 2 weeks. Strictly reached out via yelp and we were lucky enough they recommended Leslie's. They sent out their cleaner (I believe her name was Mina) she did a fabulous job. We were very impressed. We were a little concerned there would be a language barrier as she spoke very little English but that turned into a non issue as she had a voice translation app on her phone. No language barrier at all. We committed to trying Leslie's as well as a other service but if the other service doesn't blow us out of the water we will be hiring Leslie's as our permanent house cleaning service

This cleaner did a very good job of cleaning my home. I had set out a list of items that I wanted cleaned, everything was completed and done very well!
The pricing is fair also.
I will definitely use this company again.
We used Leslie's for a move-out clean - They were super quick to quote the price, the quote was accurate, easy to pay, the cleaners were super nice, prompt and did a great job. Communication was great all around. All in all, we would totally use Leslie's again!
I was not going to write a review here, but I changed my mind.
I hired to clean a move out, I told her the house is a mess, filthy and lots of pet hair, asked for the carpets to be cleaned. I was on Yelp with her ALLLL day going back and forth with details of the job, was told 3-5 hours it would take to do the job. The 1st cleaning lady (yup, 1st) was late but no worries. The carpet cleaner did not show at all. Later that evening the carpet cleaner contacted me and said he was in a minor car accident but would be there the next day, ok. Two days later we did a walk through with the property manager, the house was NOT clean, I took pictures of food and grime, the carpets looked ok. She said she would make this right and send a different lady to clean, she also showed very late but did a better job. Now we are in 3 days.
A week later I received 3 phone calls from one of the cleaning ladies asking me to pay her! So I reached out again and was told they do not give client phone numbers to employees, I gave her the phone number that was calling me and was told she was fired and just block the phone number, also I have a $200 credit for future use or a gift to someone. They don't give out client phone numbers??? but the cleaning lady called me 3 times and the carpet cleaner also contacted me. I said "about the $200 credit, thanks but no thanks"

I was in need of a house cleaning quick for a move-in date that was quickly approaching (the apartment was a new remodel, so the place was in need of a good clean before we could live there). I have been in the real estate business for over twenty years. I was quoted for a deep clean, we don't live in the city so I told her we aren't paying until our friends take a peak at the cleaning. #FAILED I sent her photos and she sent a team back out again. We were headed into town and she didn't ask for payment again until 9pm. We were just n a plane and landing in 30 minutes so as soon as we got to the house we had every intention of immediately paying her once we inspected our home. Here is what we saw after two cleanings (see photos) third times a charm and she sent people back out again and was super responsive, but the more I think about it she was super responsive because we had not paid her any money yet. I was FaceTiming my granddaughter when the third set of cleaners were done and said as soon as I got off the phone I would send payment. The cleaner handed me the phone with Leslie and said they aren't leaving until we are paid. Excuse me? Did you see the photos I sent you after the second "cleaning"???? I always pay my bills promptly and had no problem paying for the job as soon as it was done properly. To say my cleaners aren't leaving until they are paid??? Are you the A-TEAM? honestly this might be the WORST cleaning company I have ever dealt with.

I called, someone answered she said she'd check the schedule then call me back within 15 minutes. Of course no call back. So I call again and leave a voicemail. I still haven't received a call back. I was in need of services within the next two days which I understand is very soon but don't i at least deserve to be called back after they replied to my inquiry? If your too busy tell me that up front. I'm desperate and you left me hanging!

I normally don't give bad reviews but this is warranted. This is the worst cleaning service I have ever had!
The lady broke multiple things in my home without telling me and everyday I am finding other broken items. The cleaning lady went to the extent of taking the sticker off the bottom of a ceramic piece, pushing the 2 broken pieces together and reattaching the sticker to coverup the fact she broke them. She even broke one of my blinds. She didn't tell me about anything she broke. She left my sliding glass door unlocked and she wasn't even supposed to use that door.
She was hacking and coughing all over my house and she went number 2 in my master bathroom without asking and stunk it up.
We had company coming over and we had to clean the house directly after she left. There was debris in the floor so I had to vacuum and mop and clean all countertops, etc.
I will NEVER use this service again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Had a great experience with Leslie's Cleaning Service! The owner was very responsive and replied quickly each time I had a question. Very reasonably priced and the cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning my 3 bedroom house! Very reasonably priced compared to other similar services as well. I will definitely give Leslie a call the next time I need another deep house clean, and I would highly recommend her to others as well!

Booked an appointment through Yelp for 9am, 9:02 I decide to call to see if the cleaning lady was having a difficult time finding the location. She tells me I was accidentally booked for 1pm. 1:30 comes and the cleaning lady is still not there, finally gets here at 1:45, but then I have to spend another 15 mins with who I believe was the owner trying to play middle man in between the cleaning lady and myself in order to determine where she's located because she got "lost". My "moving day" became quite a shit show after an incorrectly schedule appointment and then coming an hour late to the new appointment. In regards to my actual cleaning - the bathroom and microwave came out great, everything else was pretty half ass. My biggest pain point is finding a giant sticky spot on my hardwood floors - so assume she never bothered to mop.
Very responsive and professional. Extremely satisfied with our first cleaning. Carmen did a wonderful job and took the time to clean the little things--even the kettle! We are so excited to use this company every month and look forward to a sparkly home all the time!

1st off Leslie (I'm assuming) got back to me within seconds when originally asking for a quote and was very thorough in answering my questions. That spoke volumes to me. With in 15 minutes I had a date and time for my appointment to have my 2,500sf home cleaned. Long story short this girl made my house sparkle, she did need extra time but I have no issues with paying the extra money as I could never do the deep clean that my house needed and they allotted for. I hired Leslie's to clean my apartment for my move out. The initial cleaner that was sent over did a very poor job and definitely would not have been okay for a move out cleaning so immediately I was very worried about the hassle of hiring a new cleaner or trying to find time to clean it myself. The owner had the most amazing customer service and offered to have the cleaner return to make things right or to send over a new cleaner the next day. I opted to have a new cleaner for the following day and she did an amazing job. The way this issue was handled speaks volumes about the company and I can see why they have such great reviews.

Leslie's house cleaning was fast and efficient. I asked for a quote and got service the same day. I haven't had a day off from work or motherhood in weeks (my 1 year old had a stomach bug for about a week) and the last thing I wanted to do was clean my house. They came in and organized my kids room, folded my clothes. Honestly, more than I could've asked for. I kinda felt weird I wasn't cleaning but it was such a quick yet very through job. Leslie cleaned my AirBnB for the 1st time. When we talked over the phone, they gave me a window of time. Beacuse I it was the first time and I wanted to explain couple of things I asked for a narrower window, while I am still at the AirBnB and explained that I need to leave at certain time. She said no problem and cleaner will be at the time I requested. They did not show up on time and when I called to check, they said cleaner is delayed but can be on her way soon. We than talked few times and cleaner arriver 90 min late. She also did not complete the job and they needed to send another cleaner. This create an issue and stress and when I gave them feedback that I was disappointed, instead of taking responsibility ownership she said "As we had previously mentioned our afternoon appt is within an arrival window". The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 2 is that they did try to get someone and cleaning was OK (took a bit longer though than what I typically I had before).
Leslie's House Cleaning company came to our shop recently and did a great job. Two ladies came and they were polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as clean as possible. Our bathrooms sparkle more than they ever have!
We recently moved to our new Home and needed a deep clean, dusting, and our floors cleaned. Maria, the person sent by this company was so great!! She did all that and more! Our restrooms were cleaned, bedrooms organized, blinds cleaned and dusted, and the beds that weren't made were made! She went above and beyond and before leaving asked if I needed anything else done. We were really happy with the services we received! Plus it saved me so much time from having to do a deep clean myself.
I'm a you get what you pay for customers, I just moved into my temporary house realized it was completely disgusting so I went with this cleaning service since they were closer. The master bathroom was disgusting due to termites, when the mopped up the area they just spread the crap all over the floor. Now I have to hire cleaners to clean that up and actually move stuff around to get the house clean. When I texted one of the ladies I asked if they can confirm if they mopped the all the floors after that bathroom and received no response. I'm disappointed after seeing all the reviews and how the did a through cleaning. Wish I would have known they just clean around stuff I would have never used them.
This is the first time my husband and I have had our house professionally cleaned and this was such a wonderful experience! We are so thankful we found Leslie's House Cleaning! Sara was excellent and our house looks and smells so incredibly clean. We highly recommend!!

Not a terrible job but not a job I was thrilled about either. Missed little things such as wiping door handles, cob webs in 2 separate corners, dust on top of doggy door and more. They were very accommodating about scheduling and they offered to have someone out to clean the places that were missed right away. We ended up settling for an hour off the total of 4 hours. Good communication.
I was looking to hire someone to do some cleaning yesterday & sent out a message to 6+ companies. Leslie's House Cleaning was the first to respond (within 10-15 mins) and had the best prices. She scheduled me for the next day which was perfect! Unfortunately traffics was bad but she called to let me know she was running late & gave me a discount even tho it was not necessary or expected but very appreciated. She did an amazing job & I am very impressed! 10/10 recommend!

Words can not describe how grateful and amazed by I am this team. I contacted Leslies House Cleaning on Yelp and in less than a few hours they were able to come to my apartment.
My apartment complex didn't clean before we moved in and the state of the apartment was unforgivable and extremely unhealthy. I contacted Leslie with a list of everything we wanted to make sure they was cleaned.
When the girls arrived they not only did everything on the list and in under two hours but they got all the stuff I even forgot to take note of.
Our apartment also was recently sprayed for roaches and the pest control said it was fine. But while the girls were cleaning they found eggs and killed/removed them all with bleach and other supplies. I have never seen such an amazing team.
These girls are my Guardian angels and was able to make this place liveable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE CHANDLER GILBERT AREA. These girls are incredible. The commutation from the manager was reliable.
When the girls arrived I was exhausted and emotional about all the drama that has happened while moving in and shared my frustration with the girl. They put my mind at ease and said these three simple works. "We've got this." Thank you! thank you! thank you!
Sends an independent contractor who couldn't understand anything I said and missed some stuff. Then she tries to get me to book with her directly. Very unprofessional. Cleaning was subpar for the price, especially since I know this cleaner was not under her bond as she promised. Charges same rates as reputable companies that actually do pay for licensing bonds and insurance.
I needed a Rush deep cleaning for my Vacation Rental during Prime Rental Season.
Leslie was very responsive, got me scheduled on her books immediately and saved the day! She is wonderful to speak to over the phone as well.
There was an issue - (not the crew's fault, just an issue) when cleaning that I was alerted to with photos immediately! I could not be more pleased!! Communication was absolutely wonderful, and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job.

The cleaner took 4 hours and I live in a small townhouse that was surface cleaned before she arrived. I told the owner I needed a deep clean due to putting my house up for sale. She did a thorough job on some things, but due to the communication barrier, she did not do the things I really needed done like dusting and wall cleaning. She did not make my bed or dust in the master bedroom and the bathroom floors did not look mopped. I know she was working hard the whole time and was very friendly. I think that she needed more help. I am not sure if I will use this company in the future.
I am very much satisfied with my services will be calling again in a couple of weeks for another one great job
Gabby came and did an excellent job, was pleasant and sweet to my two puppies while I hustled them outside (they weren't fans of being outside during the cleaning). My home is a 1950s era and has some original features in the bathroom, she was detail oriented with the tile and scrubbed the bathtub cleaner than I've been able to get it. Only critique is I'd like a bit more attention to my baseboards as I have had heart surgery recently and can't overdo it myself anymore. Otherwise she was excellent and I will rebook.

I was in need of an immediate house cleaning service for a 7 bedroom vacant home. Leslie replied within an hour and was able to get Celina and Norma out the same day. These ladies spent about 6 hours deep cleaning and they did a great job getting the house market ready. The price was right and I couldn't have asked for a better team to show up! I asked for a quote on Yelp. Leslie's responded right away with a fair quote and a date and time they could have someone come out. They even followed up and made adjustments to earn my business. That was the first sign that I was dealing with a good business.
We had cleaning after construction. Our house cleaner worked 9 hours! Bless her soul.
She did an awesome job.. and was still in a good mood and had a good conversation at the end!

Prompt response. Not the deep cleaning that I would have expected. After walking the cleaning there were a ton of missed opportunities. The counter tops were not cleaned, streaks and crumbs left. Refrigerator not wiped down completely. Stove still had build up left on it. I would not recommend them.
I'm out of state and arranged to have a rental home near ASU deep cleaned after 3 male students moved out after having lived there for 3 years. The house was filthy. As mentioned in other reviews there was no confirmation call of the appointment the day before yet 9 o'clock sharp Rosaria showed up. She worked very hard all day and did a very good job. Really appreciate how she kept tackling room after room until it was finished. Thank you Leslie!
I cannot thank Leslie and Sara enough. I've been a full time student (from home) with a working spouse and simply could not keep up with everything that needed to be done. The relief of having someone show up to help me when I needed it most cannot be overstated. Sara showed up when expected and went directly to work. When she finished the house had the clean smell that I love, and now I hope she is willing to help us on a regular schedule going forward.
My cleaning lady arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled time. She was professional and sweet. Leslie (the owner) was very responsive and available for any questions or concerns. My restrooms are extremely clean. Thank you Leslie's House Cleaning Staff!!
I'm giving them a two because Leslie was extremely nice and responsive. She was very timely and her service didn't cost much at all. That's when I should have asked myself why am I pulling quotes for no less than $500 but Leslie was charging me half. I got my answer. The two women sent to my house were very nice. BUT no cleaning. I had them for almost 4 hours in my house and the stuff they cleaned in front of me isn't even clean. I'm sooo highly disappointed because if I wasn't this far pregnant I would have done this myself. The house is big 4000sqft. I didn't expect them to finish. However, they didn't have to do any floors. But they didn't even do anything I asked them to do. I literally had to go over everything myself after. What's so upsetting is that one of the workers had a duster in her hand the entire time. She never wiped anything down. I never smelled any chemicals. The house wasn't even dirty. It had been vacant so it needed a decent wipe down. There are still toothpaste and other stains in the sink and on the faucet. Walls have stains. They claimed they wiped down the cabinets. I took a wet rag and my rag was dirty immediately. So upsetting because what the hell did they do for all those hours?!? I reallllly regret not going with other services. I regret paying Leslie because I literally paid them to stand around for 4 hours. The fridge is not even wiped down and I asked for all appliances to be wiped down and free of stains. Did not even get near that. I'm 6 months pregnant and I was able to clean the full kitchen by myself within 45 minutes. I learned my lesson. Not to be cheap. People came over the next day to help me move in and asked when will I get the cleaning done just to tell them I already had it done. What a fail. Companies like this make me doubt other small family companies. They made easy money standing there. You get what you pay for. In this instance it was nothing. One more thing - when I asked them to wipe the baseboards down they said they wouldn't because they looked clean already. Who does that? Leslie was really nice on the phone and responsive but she needs to know what her employees are really doing. It didn't bother me one bit they didn't speak any English. I had a friend and google translate and was very respectful to them. But seeing the work after made my blood boil. I feel cheated. Plain and simple. I bet they had a good laugh after. Never again.

We recently purchased a winter property that wasn't cleaned upon our arrival. I was disappointed someone would think that was acceptable. Leslie called me first and had a wonderful woman to our home that day before we flew out. She went above and beyond, performed a deep clean that went into the evening hours. She was attentive to detail and my concerns were met for a reasonable amount of money. I'm a meticulous person when it comes to clean. My husband has health issues that require a clean environment. After this clean was performed I'm sleeping better and actually excited about the move in after Christmas.

The two ladies who came to clean the apartment did a fantastic job. They did everything that was asked and also completed some special cleaning requests too. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience using Leslie's service. I had two very nice ladies clean my home and they did a wonderful job. We did have a little hiccup in terms of arrival time but Leslie kept in constant contact with me so I knew what was going on.
My home was left sparkling clean and they did everything we needed. Awesome job on the floors, bathrooms and kitchen.

I contacted Leslie's House Cleaning for a quote through Yelp and Leslie was very responsive. I had wanted a meeting at my home prior to cleaning, but communication regarding that wasn't very good so that didn't end up happening; oh well. Leslie told me we could just tell the cleaner what we wanted focused on when she got there, which was a fine idea since it turned out my husband would be home during that time. However, the lady who came to our house spoke absolutely no English so the two of them were at an impasse on communication.
Cleaning-wise she did an overall fair job. The hang-ups I had are on Leslie's House Cleaning website there are lists of all the things that are included in a standard cleaning. One of those things is emptying trash bins in every room--however, none of our trash bins were touched, which was a letdown. We have a litter box in our bathroom and it was not moved to sweep/mop under it (which given our cats' occasional poor aim was very disappointing). Also, I moved one of the picture frames sitting on our mantle a few days after her visit and it was clear it hadn't been moved to dust behind it. Moral of the story is that she did a fair job, and the price was reasonable, but I will be continuing my search for a cleaning company to establish regular service with.

Booked her almost a month before the scheduled date for the move out cleaning...with last minute cleaning person getting sick....Leslie managed to arrange Sonia the same day who was off for the day to cover the cleaning, she did a great job. I think they may be overloaded. The first cleaning was great. They did not add us to their regular cleaning schedule as planned. I requested they add us to their regular schedule. The day they were to come... the cleaning never happened. I called them again and got an interesting story where allegedly I told them I was out of town and "humg up" on them. verifying the phone number, that is not something that happened. I am taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame. All I wanted was regular house cleaning.
Fast response time and excellent service. Leslie worked around my schedule and her cleaning staff were very professional. My home was spotless. Definitely contacting Leslie again.

First of all, I'd like to say that I've never used a professional cleaning service before and was hesitant to hire one for my rental in Arizona as I live in San Diego. Using the Yelp app and the "request a quote option", I was able to instantly request a quote for house cleaning at 6 different top rated companies. This made it super easy and with 6 top rated companies all messaging me back it was like they were fighting for my business. Thats where Leslie and her crew stood out. She was quick to reply and fair with prices. I was able to communicate with her easily and let my realtor take care of final arrangements since I was not local. Everything was smooth and the work was marvelous. Very professional and easy to do business with. I'll be using her again for sure.

Five stars for the house cleaning, 3-4 stars for the carpet cleaning. The house cleaning was incredibly thorough, I'm so happy to have finally gotten around to having my home cleaned! The spots on my shower glass were magically removed and every surface in my house seemed to have gotten good cleaning attention. We did have our carpets cleaned as well, but there were still a few pet stains left behind that weren't fully removed, and a slightly musty damp smell that lingered for a couple days until the carpets completely dried. We had our carpets cleaned about 6 months ago by different company that had been able to completely remove any trace of other pet stains, so this was not quite as deep of a clean as we've had before. I used Leslie's services on 11/15/2018 I had an appointment set up with her crew for 8:30am when I texted and her she informed me I hadn't given her my address (which I had not) I had forgotten she responded that she would try and have someone out to my house within the hour and sure enough an hour later someone was at my front door I walked her through the house and told her what I wanted done and man did she deliver our house was dirty from previous owners moving out it seemed like we walked into a whole new home and it smelled clean and looked fantastic. I will defiantly use Leslie's services again as we have her booked to do our rental home as well and I'll continue to use her in my own home on an as needed basis she is very accommodating even after I messed up by not giving her my address. I will also recommended her and her crew to anyone I know looking to have there home cleaned. She is quick to respond via text and or yelp as that is how I found her services. Sonia did a great job doing a deep clean for my move-in. She showed up on time, cleaned my home for 6 hours straight and was very thorough and asked me for feedback.
