They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. Needed a move-out cleaning done for a property. Tried Carole's House Cleaning for the first time and I have to admit I was impressed. Lupe was the one who came out for cleaning and she did an amazing job. She removed stains I didn't think would be possible. It was also great dealing with Shawn, the owner, getting things scheduled and handling the payment. Was glad to see I was still billed the rate I was quoted even though it seemed to take much longer than expected. They made sure the job got done right. Kudos to this company!

Just wanted to let everyone know this service is legit!! You get what you pay for. I just had Elena and Maria leave and we were stunned at how clean they got the house. Did little things I wouldn't have thought of, and both were pleasant as could be. The gentlemen I spoke with at the office was friendly too. Highly recommended. Thank you ladies!!!

Tabitha is prompt, courteous and professional.  She is super at what she does!  After having a slacking housekeeper she took the time for her first clean to get our home "up to right stuff!"  She went over and beyond what some think is clean.  I am so glad I found her!

Met with owner John this morning and his associate Maria. They showed up on time, and even communicated when they would arrive. They are a new business in the valley but they did well with my house deep clean. A few things missed here and there but overall good job. John wanted me to walk through before they left and before they were paid to check for anything missing, that was a nice touch. Thanks john!

I just moved my mom out of her house and it needed a good deep clean so we can sell it. They responded right away to every request for a quote, information, every question, whatever I needed they responded within an hour. Met up with Russell and Miguel today and they did an outstanding job cleaning everything, shampooing carpets, deep cleaning floors. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more. They were awesome.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

No need to search further Juanita and her crew are the BEST, thorough, reliable and dependable.  Communication was easy as to what was to be expected, my home was cleaned from top to bottom.  Best choice I could have made!!

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

I communicated with Juan and he was able to accommodate my requested day and time. He was on time and with a crew of four to expertly clean our two story home windows inside and outside along with the tracks prior to our shutter installation. I would highly recommend ABC Xtream Cleaners for window cleaning. Juan and his team were professional, efficient and fair priced! Highly recommend!

I've gone through housekeepers for a few years so I know no company's perfect, I think this company is good however consistency is a big factor. We had 1 issue when we started our bi-weekly service and whoever was the manager at the time fixed it right away and gave us a great team I believe it was Ashley and Billy. They would leave notes on a two maids card of what they did and to let us know they came, and even the team before text me to let me know what they did and what would be getting deep cleaned this week and etc. But I know one manager left and it seems to have been a little inconsistent since. I'm sure turnovers high but having two people you expect a decent quality clean because I have 1 person that comes to my place in San Diego and she's consistently very thorough for the same price. For the last two cleanings the floors have been bad to the point that I'm not even sure if they were mopped and the vacuum job was pretty mediocre too which to me is the basics of the job. There were other issues that I could over look but for 2 weeks the floors still being sticky and having stains is a red flag. I feel like if you're not checking or reminding them to do the deep cleaning items like high dusting etc it's not getting done, and traveling between states for work I just don't really have time to thoroughly inspect a cleaning job every time. Also I think it's weird that they don't change your shower curtains, I gave them the new ones and they said they couldn't but every company I've had has done it, odd? But maybe I'll try two maids again in a few months but for now we're going to try an independent company to see if that's a little better.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
