They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

Very responsive and friendly but the quality was not quite what I expected. Make sure to be very specific what you'd like from them to have things cleaned to you expectations.

For $185 the first team did a terrible job. 2 people for less than an hour and I had to immediately complain because they didn't do 1/2 the checklist that was provided on the website.

I'd give the first cleaning a 1/5.

The 2/5 is for the "reclean"
The next day someone came to "reclean" she did a better job but the over all service was not worth $185.00. My house is well kept, I just need help as I'm traveling with regular maintenance cleanings. I've used another cleaner (which I immediately got back on their waitlist after this) and they charged me $150 and she did a fabulous job. I recommend Leslie's House Cleaning if you are looking for more value for your dollar!

I own multiple Airbnb properties and finding a great cleaner is the most difficult part of the business. Tabitha has always been a pleasure to work. We've been using them for about 5 weeks and love them! John has been very communicative and flexible as I work from home and we have a young baby. I've also appreciated that they go the extra mile to tidy up any clutter if I cant to get to it (kids toys in the bathtub, clothes on the kids floor). Great service and people who care about making your home clean and life a little easier :)

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

Juanita and her crew came to the rescue!  She had already come highly recommended by a realtor friend who uses her a lot. She cleaned my vacation rental property for the first time and and unfortunately for her, it ended up being left in one of the worst conditions ever.  She knew I was stressed because I was on vacation and I had someone checking in that same day.  She sent me before and after pictures of the house and communicated with me every step of the way.  This could have turned out to be a disaster but she put my mind at ease.  She was so sweet and good-natured about the incident.  I was able to turn my phone off and enjoy a two hour hike with my family....which was priceless.  The next guests that checked in were impressed with the house that I advertise as immaculate.  I will definitely be using her for future cleanings.

I highly recommend this company. The crew is so professional and efficient. My house is sparkling clean and it smells so nice! I look forward when they come and clean my house biweekly. I cannot recommend it enough.

I communicated with Juan and he was able to accommodate my requested day and time. He was on time and with a crew of four to expertly clean our two story home windows inside and outside along with the tracks prior to our shutter installation. I would highly recommend ABC Xtream Cleaners for window cleaning. Juan and his team were professional, efficient and fair priced! Highly recommend!

Take my review with a grain of salt because I never ended up using their services. But I do believe in first impressions and theirs was very "meh". I called and spoke to someone at Two Maids after seeing their ad on Yelp. I said we had been using another company that we were not happy with and would like someone to come out and take a look at what we wanted and it would be a twice a month service. She said "the company" wouldn't allow her to do that. Huh? I said we had a very large house but didn't require a lot to be cleaned and she responded that it didn't matter as "the company" wouldn't allow them to base an estimate on what we wanted done, but square footage alone. She then said she had to put me on hold because "a team just walked in". Seriously, you put a potential client on hold to speak to your employees? I have been managing sales people for many years in my business and if a sales rep put a potential sales client on hold because one of their workers walked in that they wanted to speak to, they would be terminated. I was on hold for about 2 minutes or so, so I just gave up, hung up and contacted another company that accommodated our needs. Definitely not feeling warm and fuzzy and that they wanted our business much. I will give the company credit though for answering the call instead of what I expected which is voice mail, as most companies don't answer calls. I am going to give this company a 3 on Yelp and also an incomplete because again we never used them. But when I call a new company and put out there that I am interested in being a twice a month client, I want to be wowed and accommodated a bit better and not put on hold because you want to speak to "your team" and quote "company policy" everywhere. If you treat a potential new client like this, it would scare me to how you would treat them down the road when they were using your services. Hope this review helps. Just trying to give an honest assessment of my first impression.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
