They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I am thrilled with my service. Kristin does a thorough job and is very nice. I really appreciate having someone come in to clean during the pandemic. Just another one of the folks we need to show appreciation!

A caveat- my review is solely based off the customer service I received, as I was setting up the cleaning for a friend.

They have wonderful customer service. I was setting up service/buying a gift card for a friend, and they were so easy to work with. I talked to them on the phone at first, to see if it was even possible, and then completed the gift card transaction online. They even emailed me after completing the purchase of the gift card to confirm when I wanted to gift card emailed. For setting something up from afar, they made it easy. I just wish I could tell you how the cleaning went!

I'm happy to report that Tabitha has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Not only is she super friendly, but she's exceptional at what she does and  one of her greatest strengths is her communication !

In fact, my dog always looks forward to her visits . She leaves my house impeccably clean.

We are so impressed with this company and their crew! The job they did was more than we expected -- so thorough. Their attention to detail is amazing -- and their customer service is outstanding. Happier than we imagined with the meticulous cleaning job they did. Please call them if you need this service; they deserve to continue in business. I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

When I needed to get my 2800 sq ft home cleaned and ready for sale In Glendale AZ, I was so fortunate to find Juanita and her cleaning service. I would only be in town for 2 days and Juanita came over right away...on a Sunday no less. After a careful review of the property and what I required she gave me a fair estimate and Juanita
had her crew there early the next morning!
The ladies went right to work with all their own supplies and within a short while I could clearly see they were doing an excellent, thorough job. What a relief to know how fortunate I was to find them. I was also amazed how hard they worked. They even cleaned the oven and fridge. The entire job was finished by 5:30 pm.  I was very pleased and was happy to give a nice tip. I left back to California so relieved that the large home was cleaned
to perfection and ready to sell. Thanks You Juanita!

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

I contacted Juan about giving our house a thorough cleaning.  He and his team arrived promptly with all the cleaning products and tools. They worked hard and efficiently and did the best job.  Juan is a professional who takes his business seriously and aims to please. I look forward to using his company again.  I would highly recommend him.  The price was fair and he was a pleasure to work with.

Jessica and Jayme -Team 10- did a wonderful job deep cleaning my house. They were right on time and they were very professional and very nice. It was a real challenge and they definitely came through. We have 2 big dogs, 2 puppies and we get irrigation, that equals mud, plus the fact I hate cleaning floors it was a really tough job. My floors and the rest of my house looks great! We love the little details like making our towels, tissues and toilet paper look cute! I'm looking forward to having them back every 2 weeks and a beautiful clean house from now on.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
