My wife Deanna and I started Dirt Busters in 2001, when we were the only two employees. Since then, Dirt Busters has expanded to include a terrific office staff and dedicated cleaning technicians. Meanwhile, our roster of clients has grown to include many happy homes across the Phoenix-metro area.

Holy cow! Talya E went above and beyond on our home. I can tell she takes so much pride in what she does. The amount of detail she put into the cleaning was incredible. We'd love to have her clean our home again and again.

We've been using Dirt Busters for several years now for both intermittent deep cleans and more recently, monthly cleanings. Mercedes is our technician and she is amazing! She is always so consistent and thorough. We also have two dogs and while I try to keep on top of the hair, Mercedes does a great job and by the time she's done, you'd never know the dogs live here. She trustworthy, friendly and clearly loves to clean. The office staff including Maria, Charlie and Roberto are communicative and very responsive. Overall, Dirt Busters is a pleasure to work with!

I give this cleaning coming a 3 as they do clean, but not in the traditional manner meaning they do not make your beds, correction they do for an extra fee, they do not clean the baseboards and wall, it's another extra fee, they do not clean clutter as they call it nor the top of the frig, or clean inside the stove and oven.  Would you believe it they do not empty the sink or wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher.  Extra side note this company makes the employees pay for their own cleaning supplies.  Also employees that are not experienced use the same mop from a house with animals on a home that doesn't so you know what I am getting at...the smell.  Ewww.  Lastly they cannot keep employees the employees seem stressed.  I have canceled the contract since.

My family and I looked into getting and maintaining a home cleaning service. We weren't too sure who to go with so we went with a company who had a high rating on Yelp. We stumbled upon Dirt Busters House Cleaning and requested a top to bottom cleaning. They literally came out the next day and did an amazing job. Super pleased and feel a little less stressed knowing my home will be cleaned every two weeks.

We had our house cleaned for a 2nd time by dirt busters and the job done was phenomenal! I was so happy with the cleaning job that was completed. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is that pricing is based on the sq footage of the home not the sq footage of what is cleaned. I do not have three of the bedrooms cleaned and the doors stay closed but I'm still expected to pay for that sq footage so this will most likely be my last cleaning with this company.

Had a good experience with Reyes and Morgan.

Just a disclaimer, Dirt Busters calls after the cleaning and tells customers if they leave a review with the cleaners' names then the cleaners get a small bonus. This should be more transparent with reviews posted here.

I always enjoy coming home after my house is cleaned.  It take so much stress off and I can relax and enjoy my home after a long days work.  Juana is my favorite gal - she really does a nice detailed job, she even arranges the blankets and pillows in my loving room and changes it up a little each time.  Charles in the office has great customer service skills.    Love them!

I recently had my home cleaned by Amber C. and she provided BY FAR the most through cleaning service I've seen! I have a 4 panel sliding glass door featured in my living room, most technicians only clean the first panel and have refused to do all 4, Amber cleaned inside and out of ALL panels without question!!! She even cleaned my glass pendant lights in the kitchen which has been missed by prior technicians! I have a large glass shower enclosure which is hard clean and she made the glass look like the day I loved it, it was SPOTLESS!!! I have two cats and after she the vacuumed couch there wasn't a single hair! Not all technicians have the attention to detail that Amber has!

The reason for 2 stars is because the scheduling is very bad.  Have only used them for approximately 6 months and was bumped from my scheduled time at least twice.  The last time was one hour before scheduled time of arrival!  No explanation was given, VERY difficult to work with, if you want/need consistency do not use this company!  I need to add that the women they sent out were very nice and did a good job.

I've been a customer of Dirt Busters for years. It's no small thing to arrange to have someone come into your home when no one is there to clean it. And when you have a dog or other pet, it is even more worrisome.

But Dirt Busters is committed to providing a sense of comfort, security, and satisfaction for clients. My cleaning tech, Julia, has done an awesome job on our home. It always looks & smells fantastic when she's done. Her work is careful and thorough. And it's been great to have someone that my dog recognizes and with whom she feels comfortable.

They have an awesome customer service team. I've worked with Trinidad, Maria and Chris and they've all been very helpful and focused on doing what they can to provide a great customer experience!

My wife and I decided to gift my MIL a deluxe cleaning for Christmas. Jennifer helped us arrange this and her customer service was outstanding! After my MIL's deluxe house cleaning this was her text message to me:

"Hi Allan, Francisca just left and wow! What a great job! I love it! Feels so clean good! I really enjoyed the relaxation it gives to just have someone clean the house. She asked if all was well and if not to point out and explained when certain things were not covered to clean otherwise all was covered and cleaned. I rate her cleaning service excellent!"

I did not hire this company.

Excessive prices. $419 to clean 900 sq ft! 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen,
2 1/2 baths!! I was not having my entire home cleaned and was leaving off 2 large bedrooms. They will not do this. They will not price the cleaning job on the square footage you want cleaned. They charge you for your entire house and they have a set $$ amount they charge for homes in that square footage. If this is your first time, they will not do a standard cleaning. They automatically charge you for a deep cleaning. For a 1,400 sq foot house, it's $419. For me, this doesn't work and the price is absurd being I'm leaving off two large rooms.

I don't understand why cleaning companies are charging more per hour than my son makes who is a rocket engineer.

It took me 3 days to get a quote after leaving my email address and phone number on day one. They contacted me 3 times by text and a call asking if I accepted their quote, and 3 times I said I didn't receive a quote and to send me a quote. I contacted them a 4th time and got the info.

The map that shows the area they service is incorrect. I'm not sure if they are lying or what, but I requested a quote via Yelp - including my area - they proceeded to message me back to call them, so I did and after about 5 minutes the person I spoke with told me abruptly that they don't service Anthem. The following day another person messaged me, following up to see if I still needed services, seemingly unknowing about the past conversation.

We have been using Dirt Busters for over a year now.  Lorena R. is the BEST.  She is prompt, and amazingly through.  She has been able to get toilets clean that was sure were stained forever.  She is methodical moving from the bathroom / bedrooms into the main living areas and eventually she finishes at the front door.  If Loraina can't make it on a scheduled date they send someone else who also works in the same fashion.  Through, detailed, fast and affordable.  I highly recommend!  Also Satchel R in their customer service has been wonderful when I need to make scheduling changes.  I am not sure what other reviewers are talking about - the value for this service is hard to beat.  I have an 1800 sf home and have never paid close to the prices they mentioned.

I've had several house cleaning services through the years, but none took cleaning my house cleaning as seriously as Dirt Busters. Everyone from Satchel R in Customer Service to my technician, Marilyn C. Made me feel like a valued customer.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marilyn.  She's personable, thorough, warm, and caring.  There was stuff in this house I thought would never come clean, but Marilyn has some tricks up her sleeve.  My dogs absolutely loved her and fought for her attention.  I had to leave for an appointment so I took one dog with me and left the other with Marilyn. When I got home, I had a sparkling, shiny house.  I can't tell you how relaxing it is to sit back in a clean house and not feel like there's something I need to do.  I'd tell you to ask for Marilyn, but I don't want her to get too busy to clean my house.

Let me start by saying, this review is not at all reflective of the interaction I had with the schedulers/customer service reps/cleaning techs - they were all very professional and sweet. That being said, I want to leave an honest review regarding the actual services, as I am so reliant on them myself. My initial deep clean was scheduled and the cleaners (2 women, one was training the other) arrived on time and finished in a timely manner (4hrs). Our home is always kept very tidy, and the company requires this, prior to your cleaning, meaning no clutter/laundry/dishes etc.

However, when I came home I noticed a great deal of surfaces including picture walls,doors, frames, tops of lamps, baseboards, window sills that were still visibly dusty/dirty and some dead flies. I immediately photographed these issues and text them to our cleaning coordinator/rep. They were very responsive, but informed me that there were certain parameters and limitations to their "deep clean", and that if I wanted a "wet dust" I needed to specify this and that they only clean one window, one door and one wall, which surprised to me to say the least. Despite my disappointment, I accepted a "reclean" as part of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The woman and her trainee that had initially cleaned my home came back the next day, did a brief once over and left 20min later.

The second cleaning service I booked, was okay nothing extraordinary or terrible. The third was my final shot at using this company and although the young girl that cleaned for us was very sweet/responsive, she did leave some major oversights - and the bed was not even made. I so wanted to be blown away by this company, as it came highly recommended and has great reviews but perhaps my standards of clean are too particular and I am just not accustomed to so many stipulations on cleaning services, I just wanted it sparkling!

If you are considering using this service to clean your home please run!! to Dirt Busters: Use your time servicing your clients  instead of wasting it writing back lengthy back talks to negative reviews full of excuses as to why you actually failed and had to be fired. I am attaching some pictures of your last cleaning that will say it all.

I used this service for about 8 months. I really tried. I called several times to tell them that the technicians sent to my house didn't know how to do basic cleaning. The shower would get sort of cleaned but the adjacent tub wouldn't so you could see dust everywhere. Twice the vacuums brought smelled like other people's dog. I lent them my vacuum each time. The bathroom mirrors, each time, would be smeared and the smear reaching to the height of the tech, when I asked to please reach out to the top and do an even clean (as these are standard bathroom mirrors)  the tech attempted to just jump and stand  on top of my counters to reach the top of the mirrors. Get a step latter. Be a professional. Don't stand on top of my counters. The window blinds would be dusted and left inside out instead of putting them back the way they were. Dusting  accumulations would appear in the corners of my bedroom furniture....Again, very simple and standard actions.

After I complained several times  of the work and the fact I didn't want someone different every two weeks sent to my house, they assigned a tech that was supposed to know how to clean.  She started to show up with different people and when I asked what the deal was she said, to my dismay,  that they were all trainees!!

To Dirt Busters: My home is not a training camp for your trainees. I am paying top dollar for top cleaning, not for you to train your people at my house and at my expense. You didn't even  ask permission to use trainees at my home.

Last time Rachel brought someone I was in meetings all day. She basically assigned someone that doesn't know how to clean to TRAIN in MY BEDROOM and my bathroom and the results of that cleaning are in the pics attached. See screen shot of text, she still claimed she made sure it was cleaned and then claimed again that she cleaned herself. The pictures taken 40 min after they left  are not lying...

I cleaned my house entirely after this incident. Waited for the re-occurring service 2 weeks later but conveniently the assigned tech did not show up and they sent someone new which I declined let inside my house and discontinued services.

This company has many rules for the customer to follow, you are supposed fit to THEIR rules, their terms, their conditions, their schedules ..but they don't adhere to the very basic rule that if you get hired and paid to clean then please do the job and if the house is dirty at the end of the cleaning please be decent and re-clean.   Needless to say someone else is cleaning my house now.

I had 3 services from Dirt Busters over the holidays, and they were very professional and thorough. They did an initial deep clean, followed by 2 regular visits. I had them on the most infrequent schedule, which ended up being a total of 3 visits from Oct to Dec.

The only issues I had were a billing issue, where I was incorrectly billed and charged after my first visit versus the price I was quoted. This was ultimately resolved and I appreciate the team for handling it, but the turnaround time was several weeks.

Additionally, I wish they had a bit more flexibility in their schedule. I, like most homes, have peaks of Spring and Holiday cleaning, but aside from those I maybe want the service once every 6 weeks rather than 3 or 4. Unfortunately since this is not an option, I cancelled my recurring and will reach out again when I need a deeper clean.

When I did cancel, my wife was sick, so they were very flexible in cancelling even though I was within the dispatch time.  For these reasons I do recommend them.

Dirt Busters has amazing customer service and did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. We spoke to Michelle on the phone, who was very nice & helpful. She answered all of my questions. She provided all of the details for our first appointment and we knew we would get a thorough cleaning. Our cleaners, Vanessa and Cecilia were very kind to us and the dogs, they also noticed every speck of dirt or dust. The house has never been this sparkling clean!!!  And it smells nice too! We would recommend Dirt Busters to anyone who needs a house cleaner. Thank you again :)

We have been using dirt busters for about a year and a half now since we had our little one. We needed more time at home to be with her and did not want to spend our days cleaning our home all the time. This was one of the best decisions we have made for our quality of life. We could not be happier with the service they provide and the value for our money. Bianca is our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE technician because she really takes pride in her work. She is by far the best technician that cleans our home and we look forward to her coming every single time. I could not recommend her and Dirt busters more! Roberto and Charlie are always very responsive as well if there is ever a problem or we are unhappy with any aspect of the service. They are a great company and work hard to keep it that way!

So i had used a previous cleaner before and when i reached out to them this time my price went bio drastically because they had "misentered my square footage previously". Needless to say i was on the hunt.

I came across Dirt Busters and figured i would get an inquiry and go from there. Before i had a chance to enter all my info online (you have to enter phone number and email first) i was given a call about a quote. I was impressed to say the least.

The lady on the phone was super helpful and offered me multiple different plans from a single clean to a recurring weekly, bi weekly, tri weekly, or monthly. She even threw in the November offer they were running as well. I was impressed and scheduled and appointment for two days from then.

The next day i received an email and text with the time confirmation, 0700-0800. The cleaners arrived around 0730 and were very courteous. I walked them through the house and they explained all they were going to do. I left them to it and took refuge in our backroom which wasn't being cleaned.

About 2.5/3 hours later they told me they were done! I was beyond impressed, from floors to cabinets, to couches, sinks, toilets you name it they cleaned it.

Couldn't have been happier with this team and i will definitely be using them again.

Trinidad, Morgan, and Yesenia took care of me and my home cleaning needs from start to finish. This was my first time working with Dirt Busters. I needed some help getting the house cleaned after our last house keeper ghosted us (I hope she's okay). I was so impressed by the attention to detail. I could not survive without Dirt Busters coming every two weeks! We used them at our house in Tempe, then we moved to Scottsdale so I shopped around and they were the clear choice again. They are reasonably priced (only place I could find that didn't charge me astronomical rates for having a dog) and they do a fantastic job. I was so sad when Jill (our previous technician) moved because she was great, but now Gabriela L. has been coming and she does an wonderful job as well! My fiancé even made a comment this last time "the house looks excellent!" I believe it was Jessica G. who has also done a great job cleaning our house a couple times. She went above and beyond around Christmas time and left a Christmas card and a candy cane. When I saw it I dramatically yelled STOP, HOW SWEET!!! and I didn't realize she was still here.  They hire thorough, extremely kind technicians and their customer service is great as well! They respond quickly if you need to implement a schedule change and they are very communicative on timing of arrival. You can't go wrong hiring this company!

WOW!!!! Where do I begin...Our friend Cathy lives in Arizona and we live in Texas, on a recent trip with family to Aruba our friend fell and broke her femur. Fast forward...we wanted to be of help to her and her husband Bob, meals were not really an option because we don't live in Arizona so a suggestion was made to have her house cleaned.  I called and spoke to Chris...she was truly kind and caring and knew we wanted Cathy treated with kid gloves since she had been through SO much. The date was set for the deep clean and that's when Cathy's angel Kelly arrived. Kelly was so nice, OMG, Kelly cleaned things I didn't even think about, were just a couple of things Cathy relayed to us. Since I booked Cathy's service she begged me to make sure Kelly would come back in four weeks and clean again, I told her I would try to make that happen. Needless to say y'all went above and beyond for these Texas gals who couldn't be there in person to help our very dear friend, Cathy in her time of need.

Just had to say Monee and Marilyn were at our home yesterday and did a wonderful job. Not only did they do an awesome job on our house they both had terrific personalities and also had some great cleaning advice. I used and recommended this company to a number of people for years. In the process of preparing my year end books I noticed considerable increases in the automatic payments they have been receiving. First of all, have to say I've probably had more communications with them than most of their customers because their practices of sending numerous people to my home doesn't work for me. I have dogs and I don't appreciate having new people each week or giving out my security codes. We seemed to have gotten over that but then it starts all over again because they can't hold onto employees. I recently learned of the % the actual cleaners get and I am appalled. They don't pay them mileage or for cleaning supplies either. Back to the final straw...they increased each cleaning by more than 20% without even mentioning it to me. When I called today they stated they sent an email  seriously? $200 + unauthorized from my account. This company is unethical and I'm sorry it took me so long to realize the extent of it.

My initial cleanings were really good.

I scheduled them to come in every two weeks.

Last time the tech was in and out in two hours & abruptly said she was done. (I haves huge house and I can't clean it in two hours so I was skeptical.)

Afterwards I checked and found she didn't clean the kitchen, stove and there was literal pet fur still on the floors and couches. I think she dusted and mopped the from area but didn't do anything else.

I called and spoke to a supervisor who scheduled someone to come back to finish the job. They didn't show up in the agreed upon window & I had to leave so it didn't get cleaned. What a waste of money.

This week the tech was supposed to come between 8-9am but never showed up. At 10:30am someone called me to say she wasn't coming and they didn't have anyone to come today.

For a company that prides itself on customer service they aren't doing it very well.

I wouldn't hire them. They're unreliable.

After struggling to find reliable house cleaning services in the Phoenix area, I was very pleasantly surprised with Dirt Busters.  Specifically, Haley L. was professional, friendly, and did a very thorough job.  She was receptive to requests and feedback, and worked consistently to complete the job in a timely manner.  I would love to have her back as a regular technician.
Adriana was also very helpful and professional in assisting me in the set up the service as well as following up to ensure satisfaction.
If Dirt Busters is able to consistently provide this level of service, I'll be a customer indefinitely!

I can't speak to all of their technicians because they sent Heather H. early on and we liked her so much that we asked her to come regularly. Heather is professional, polite and thorough. So I've had this service for awhile and haven't found a cleaner like Paloma. She listened to my issues and heard what I wanted and went straight to work. So I called and Jade was able to reach out to me and let me know what steps I could take to have Paloma be my regular cleaner. Had a great experience with Dirt busters cleaning. Juneth was the person who gave us all of the details in what to expect with our first cleaning cost with our technicians. She was very patient and explained all my questions to our satisfaction. If she did not know an answer, she got it for us and reached back out. Booking the appointment and scheduling was super easy with her helping out.
Our cleaning techs: Johnny Quandt and Maria Espinosa called us before arriving. They were super courteous and flexible for our workflow as we had kids at the house who are off school. They did an excellent cleaning job, better than our expectations.
The cost was slightly lower than the competitor.
We loved the service and will continue to get their monthly cleaning service. Hoping service will continue to be stellar like the first one!

I've been using Dirt Busters for about a year.  I've been very happy with the service I've receiv. Most récently, Paloma was my technician. She did an outstanding job.  She wanted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before she left.

I've also found customer service to be very responsive when I've called the office. When I called this week & spoke to Jade, she handled my request and got back to me quickly.

My cleaner, Lorena R., did a nice job and I was happy until the company increased their rate by $30 a cleaning. I have many areas of my home that I don't have cleaned and as Lorena noted, I don't have a lot of furniture. But they stuck to the square footage and would not compromise on the price. They maintain that the increase would go to Lorena, but I just don't believe that is the case. I gave her a $50 cash tip and sadly said goodbye. They asked me to write a review on Yelp so she would get $10 so that's why I'm doing this. They are a reliable and responsive company and I would have been willing to reach a compromise of an incremental increase, but they evidently have a lot of clients who pay significantly more. They stuck to their guns and I found another company for less.

Nancy, Tony, and crew did an outstanding job of bringing the house back to a very special place to live. I had been ill and not able to do the bending and reaching and they made me feel so happy. The house absolutely sparkles and I would have liked to schedule monthly cleanings with them. I gave the ladies their tip before they left because they did such a great job.

Unfortunately the owner didn't tell me that there was a limitation on when the recurring service good start and due extenuating circumstances we could not start our schedule within his time frames.  I didn't care if they left today's charges at the outrageous one time price,  (close to $400 with tip)but he felt we had to pay the same price if they came back and started the monthly service. Even the crew that was here would tell them that this house does not need that kind of cleaning. Half of it is closed off most of the time. Due to this lack of flexibility we have decided not to move forward with his company which is very disappointing.

As a busy professional, I have been looking for a company to assist me with keeping my home clean.  I interviewed several companies in the area, and none felt like a good fit - until Dirt Busters.  Adriana who answered my questions, and provided me with all the details about the cleaning and the team who would be visiting was patient, kind and knowledgeable.  Amanda and Amber, who came to my home were polite, and did an amazing job.  I am admittedly very fussy about home cleaners, and I couldn't find one thing to critique when they left.  The attention to detail was impressive!  They didn't miss or cut a corner and it wasn't just a quick surface clean.  Highly recommended and I can't wait to see them again.

After my initial cleaning with Dirt Busters, I was extremely satisfied.  The two people who cleaned were excellent and did a thorough job.  The house was spotless.  Fast forward a year and the cleaning has become sloppy and unacceptable.  Despite repeated calls and promises, cleaning remained unacceptable with a few exceptions.  There is rarely a consistent crew and many don't speak English so explaining what you want done is difficult.  When I called to cancel the service I was told I needed to speak to a quality person.  Then I was told they were very busy and I should continue to hold.  I told them I too was busy so ask them to call me.  I never received a call back.  Lots of rules about charging if you need to skip a cleaning, etc.

The quote they gave me was absolutely ridiculous. $500 for a one time clean but if I sign up for a package it would have been like $350 and all subsequent cleans $150. Why am I obligated to sign up for the package when I haven't seen your work yet? I told them let me think about it first. Then after one day they are blowing up my phone saying that so many other people are calling them and they don't want me to not get in.You know what let them take all available time slots. Don't call my house, you sound fake, like your only trying to get a sale. You talked over me and I had to hang up didn't listen to a damn word I said good riddance with your rude ass customer service. I have a mop, sponge and the same cleaning supplies and will do it my self for less than what you quoted go rip off someone else!!!!

WOW! What a great job Brenda the technician did. I'm a very picky cleaner of my house, but just didn't want to and couldn't do it anymore. Brenda was amazing, I have to admit she did it better than me. She showed up exactly on time as well. Setting this up was a breeze as well. Everyone has been professional and thorough, want to do a good job. Rachel and others all did a great cleaning. The only downside is the $25 fee added if you have to reschedule for more than 1 week later if I have to travel out of town for work. If I go out of town for 3 weeks, you still have to pay for the full cleaning. Having said that, the office staff are always available and answer questions (delayed arrival of person cleaning, etc.).

We have used DirtBusters for over a year. The cleaners are well trained and prompt, and we've never had a problem with the results. We were very happy with the first cleaner we had and when she left, with her replacement. We requested each of them after seeing how good they are.

Now, I can't request my cleaner and only know who my cleaner will be (if I look at their website) a day in advance AND find out when the cleaner will show up. I prefer the same cleaner each time (especially since I have an excitable dog and want to minimize Covid exposure) and I want the cleaner to come at the same time each visit. I can't plan anything for the day they come because the schedule varies. It didn't use to.

I believe Dirtbusters started out well but they have grown too fast and are still implementing new software, including scheduling, and are having a hard time keeping up.  I'm sure this is growing pains, but I'm disappointed that I can't have my regular cleaner at a specific time like before. I'm considering cancelling so I can get this. Six months ago, I would have given them 5 stars.

Reached out to Dirt Busters via their website to get an idea of their schedules and pricing. I didn't hear back from anyone for almost 3 days. I'd almost forgot that I even filled out their online contact form. Then I get a text from "Martha" on 2/4/2020 asking me if I was still looking for service and to text her back. So I text her back and said yes I was and asked if they provided weekly, bi monthly or monthly service options and if so how much. I never received a single reply back.. two days later on 2/6/2020 I text Maria again and said I never heard back from her and asked if they were still taking new clients or if I need to look elsewhere.. no response..

To date still I still have had no response, no call, no text, no email.. nothing. How this company is so highly rated with poor communication like this is beyond me.

Showers were remodeled that caused a lot of dust.  Called Dirt Busters on a Monday and they were out on Wednesday to do a deep cleaning as the house was very dusty.  They did a very thorough job cleaning ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, appliances, fronts of cupboards and vanities and all the normal house cleaning tasks as well.  Definitely recommend them.

Paid $350 for a deep clean. Worst cleaning service I've ever dealt with. Representative offered no help or discount. Don't be scammed like me.

Your response below is dishonest. The dust was found in my shower, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen island. All areas that are part of a cleaning. I simply wiped the areas with a wet wipe.

You and your staff are extremely dishonest and clearly are not accountable.

I've only used the company once so far but it was a great experience! From Adriana in scheduling to Sara and Javier doing the cleaning, everyone was friendly, professional and thorough.   They were careful with some of the more difficult/fragile parts of the house, and Sara really impressed me when she noticed the air vent in the hallway was dusty as they were wrapping up.  She took the time to go back and wipe it down - something I always do when I clean but other companies have missed. Looking forward to our biweekly setup with them at a better price than the competitors I've used/got quotes from.

Jasmine is by far the best housekeeper we have had from Dirtbusters. The first set of ladies for the deep clean were good. The next person was okay, but Jasmine is amazing. Her attention to detail, and the care she puts along with her fabulous work ethic is something to be inspired by. We have a big one level home and she did a lot! Jasmine was accepting of what I said please don't touch she followed exactly what my mother and I wanted for our specific house. Janine's personality lights up a room because she is so positive. She comes prepared and she didn't just vacuum she mopped the floors as well! Wow such a great time talking with her, and having her in our home. My mini Australian Sheppard can be hyper because she is still a puppy, but Jasmine seemed to adjust accordingly to her surroundings and be clam and patient with my dog. I really am grateful to have had her come here and clean. I even called the office and said "please we want Jasmine again". Hardworking and very professional.

Well I attempted to resolve this with them but here we are.
I reached out to Dirt Busters after my last cleaner went MIA. The quote that I was given for the first initial clean and monthly cleans after was $80-$90 more than I've ever spent on cleanings, but I needed to find a good reliable cleaner and was willing to come out of pocket a bit more for it. After my first cleaning they called to ask how it went, I let them know I had just gotten home from surgery and was not able to look yet but would call back with feedback. The following day I called back to inform them that they missed a few dusting spots. It was after hours and I was told I'd get a call back, call back never happened. I then called them back again 2 weeks later to schedule my monthly cleaning a week early (so 3 weeks after the first) that was when I was able to let them know my wine rack that is part of our cabinets was not dusted and my bed frame as well. She assured me it would be taken care of during my next cleaning.
Next cleaning, wine rack not dusted, bed frame not dusted, night stands not dusted, lamp on night stands not dusted, TV stand not dusted. Little trash pieces were pushed into corners of the room instead of picked up or vacuumed. I called left a message for someone who answered and was told I'd get a call right back, of course, no call, I called back hours later and was told again I'd get a call back. When I did get a call back they apologized blaming it on a new cleaner and a new employee that did not document things correctly. They offered to come out a 3rd time to fix it. Which obviously I declined. I have 3 dogs that require me to get them out of the house during cleanings so it's a bit of a pain. Instead I asked for a refund since clearly no cleaning was actually done and the price is outrageous! Plus I have to now find a new cleaner and pay them to come out and clean up their mess! I am so pleased with the service I received from Dirt Busters. River, the receptionist was extremely courteous and friendly. I needed a specific date and time for my house to be deep cleaned and she was so accommodating.

Luisa and Miranda did an excellent job deep cleaning my large home with lots of knick knacks and toys. The best feeling is coming home to a clean house, especially on a Friday!

I loved their service and plan to use them on a regular basis. A huge treat for myself!!

Zowie has been cleaning my home for just under 6 months and I really appreciate the level of service.

Using dirt busters has made my life just a little bit more open to where I have time to work more and enjoy my down time in a clean environment.  which to me clean means less to think about and less to stress on.

I am especially impressed on how they tackled this pandemic, and putting my mind at ease, by using top shelf disinfectants and what not.

They overcharged me and when I complained they said they would return the $40 but they never did I live in Youngtown.  Do you know who I am I have spoken to you on the phone and you said you would return the $40. I live on 115th Ave. in Youngtown. That was a long time ago and it's never been returned. I see no point in calling you again. I thought I had found the answer to bringing my condo up to par. Wrong. I told the lady on the phone that my toilet was especially dirty. She said not a problem. I wanted my home to be cleaned twice a month to keep it clean. I felt relieved that this problem was solved. $199 dollars was charged to my card and I was happy.
   Day of cleaning was very quick. The maid took pictures and I received a phone call. They were not going to clean. My bathroom was too dirty. They would refund my money and refer me to someone who would clean.
   No referral and no refund. So I called my credit card and contested their non service. I would not recommend them because they made 3 promises and kept none of them.

I've been using Dirt Busters for over a year now and have been very pleased with their service. Yvonne has cleaned my home a few times now and she is the best! She is super personable, friendly, outgoing and does an AMAZING job - every time she is here she leaves my house spotless! And yes, I'm the person going room to room after a cleaning to see if anything was missed and never have that problem with Yvonne. Recently after a cleaning I left a note requesting Yvonne be my technician going forward. Not even 2 hours later I had a call from Dirt Busters (Charlie) saying he saw my note and had added Yvonne as my requested technician for all future cleanings. Proactive customer service, which is hard to come by these days! If there is ever a conflict with my regularly scheduled cleaning (which is rare - has happened maybe 2-3 times in over a year) they call me right away with an update and alternative options. I have been using Dirt Buster since 2014 off and on. The last 2 years I have specifically been working with one cleaner for the last 2 years and last week last minute I was told they were no longer going to send her. They had made a decision for the cleaner that my home was too far even though the cleaner did not feel that way. When I spoke to the operations manger (Jennifer) she told me that they had grown so much that my request to have one cleaner could no longer be honored. Please keep in mind my request for one person coming to my home and not changing cleaners is too avoid the spread of Covid for my family. I have 2 young kiddos:(. I understand that changes occur for a business to grow but the fact that I had the same cleaner for 2 years and last minute they decided to change things up without much concern for my family is extremely disappointing:(. We have canceled our service.

Kristina came to fix a job from a previous tech. Kristina went above and beyond, she not only fixed all the areas I had concerns about but she exceeded expectations by double checking everything else and re-doing areas from the previous tech (even though she definitely wasn't required to do this)! Kristina was here for over 4.5 hours where the other tech was only here for 2. Although the first tech missed a lot of areas (these things are bound to happen), Dirt Busters was willing to make it right and sent Kristina the same day I voiced my concerns. Excellent customer service from the company and Kristina is absolutely my favorite and preferred tech now.

This company responded quickly to my quote request and got me on the schedule for a house cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and were friendly. Overall they did great but a few minor areas weren't completed and unfortunately I didn't find them until after they left. Again small details were neglected but overall they did good. The house felt clean and fresh when they were done. I would use them again for routine services.

When I called to first schedule my cleaning, I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful and informative. I got multiple confirmations reminding me of my clean and Marlena and Francisca texted me when they were on their way. They were great with my dogs, I was not home when they arrived so they took my partner through an explanation of what they would be doing. Then I got a final walk through at the end. Felt so good to go to bed knowing that every nook and cranny was cleaned. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

We are first-time customers and all we can say is: Wow! The two workers did an excellent job: punctual, hard-working, and focused. They both were also very kind, and communicated to the best of their ability as they seemed they did not know english fluently. All cleaning equipment was brought and they did not miss one single dirty spot. I had Tayla and Cindy come today for a deep clean my mom gifted me for a Christmas gift. My husband is military and I am an ER RN and because of the pandemic and virtual schooling plus having a two year old my house was a mess. My house wasn't just dirty it was gross and it was so stressful to me. They came today and I can't express to you how amazing my house looks. I will be keeping up services with them. I felt a weight lifted. They didn't judge and were so kind and my house doesn't smell like harsh chemicals. I can't recommend them enough!

This is the second time I have used them. The first time I was not able to inspect the quality of the work since I was in another state. I have little to compare to with other services but will know more next time. The cleaning was not bad but I was less than I expected for their top level service. I feel I got basic cleaning for the top tier charge. Some surfaces were wet wiped, not all as per the claim. The same was true for light switches. When I gave feedback about not cleaning behind the couches I was advised they do not allow their cleaners to move anything, but that the extensions used should reach those locations, in fact it did not. Also, that means those baseboards will not be wet wiped either.
I was asked if I wanted the person to come back, but since we had new move in guests in this rental house I had already done the extras myself. They did give a modest reduction in rate, $50 refund.
My advice is inspect carefully before the cleaner leaves to assure your expectations were met.

Dirt Busters House Cleaning was amazing for us!  Due to a variety events our house had not truly had a top to bottom cleaning, including but not limited to plantation shutters, wiping down cabinets (everywhere), appliances, bathrooms to every floor and so much more in a really long time.  I did a ton of research and for the price, guarantees and reviews I found Dirt Busters the one I wanted to try for my parents home.  The beginning of the process with Josue to wonder cleaning team of technicians known Barbara & Beatriz and then follow up by Jade made this a great experience.  Not only were they professional they were all very professional which is a cherry on the sundae.  We had a such a great experience that my Dad who never ever really says anything appreciated the hard work and we actually recommended the service within 24 hours of our experience.  We are booked and ready for the experience to continue on a regular basis with a ton of options to best satisfy our timing and financial needs, hopefully this experience is the same for the next client.

Nicole and Amy came to clean my house for an initial cleaning. They were very thorough and I was very grateful because my house was very dusty from being gone for a couple months. I also have two big dogs and they did a great job of getting rid of the hair. They wiped down all surfaces, bookshelves, fans, ac vents, windowsills, dressers etc. All baseboards and the tops of drawers (handles) were all wiped down. I am very happy with the clean that they did. I have them coming back every 4 weeks, and my only regret is not having them come out sooner. Also, Amy was very nice and personable, and very professional.

I just signed up for this service for the first time and I have to say, It has been exceptional. Hannah was incredible! She was really detail oriented, friendly and professional. My house was nearly unrecognizable when she was done cleaning it. Not only I am extremely happy with their service but I have also asked that Hannah be my the assigned person to clean my house monthly. She was truly a joy and extremely good at her job. I did a heap of research before hiring Dirt Busters. I was Concerned with quality of staff, company being insured for liability all the stuff you cannot get by hiring a local cleaning tech. It was important to us that we were dealing with a larger business. After all the research landed with Dirt Busters as Adriana (customer service) followed up with me promptly and answered all my questions without being pushy. We ordered the top to bottom with recurring biweekly cleans. Nathan and Francisca showed up exactly on time. My mother was here when they arrived. She asked them to clean her room first as she had the dogs in the laundry room to keep them out of the way of the cleaning techs. They promptly cleaned her room and she took the dogs into her room so they could get down to business and get down to business they did. We have a reasonably sized house and they cleaned literally top to bottom in our home. We came home and we were so pleased with the quality of the clean and the care they took while in our home. Mom said she barely heard them as they worked. Place was spic & span and we are delighted with the service Dirt Busters have provided so far. Hoping this is not a one time deal and we have a long standing relationship with this company!

Hired them for a deep clean and recurring service. On the deep clean they missed one of our bedrooms entirely. We'll see how the service is after this but not pleased that they missed an entire room and had to come back on a second day.

Just had our initial deep cleaning. The cost was a tad pricey, however considering I have a 3150 sqft home, I can understand. I quickly found out the cost was justified by their exceptionally thorough cleaning job and what I was more taken by was the cleaning team's interest on how well I thought they cleaned the house. When a servicer asks you directly how satisfied you are with their service, you KNOW they're being genuine about it and most importantly you know they want you to be satisfied with their work. What isn't there to respect about that. I would highly recommend their service. Very thorough work, they were very professional and most importantly they were sincerely wanted me to be happy with their work. What more can you ask for?

Update on my review, dirt busters did contact us a couple days after we posted our review. They ended up coming out to the home to resolve the issues we had. They resolved the issue by refunding us 50% of what we paid, I believe the price we originally paid was around $450. Not exactly what we were looking for, we were looking for a company to clean the home before we moved in, not a company that would refund us for a job not completed. I think I'll stick to cleaning myself.

Very disappointing- my first few services were very, very good. My last service was terrible. I called several times to speak to someone about my unhappiness. It took telling them I was cancelling my service for someone to call me back. Would not recommend

The company has since contacted me to offer up a better solution.   They have credited back the charges, have rescheduled to come clean the home in s couple weeks, and said they will not charge me until the job has been performed satisfactorily.   I appreciate their efforts to rectify my poor experience.

We had our house cleaned top to bottom in preparation to sell. To say they did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. Piedad, Becky and Teena were so thorough it literally made me tear up. The toilet paper rose was the cherry on top and Becky went the extra mile to show me how to do it. I would highly recommend this company and these ladies to anyone looking for stellar cleaners. We will definitely be hiring them again!

Wow. We are first-time customers. Racheal did a phenomenal job: punctural, thorough. She was polite, pleasant, communicated aticulately, brought all equipment and cleaners needed, and worked tirelessly the whole day. She got every bit of the caked on dust and dirt in every room. I haven't seen the house this spotless since we moved in 4 years ago. This level of cleaning is more than we can physically manage. We are grateful---and hooked. Thank you Racheal.

I have been using Dirtbusters since 2010 (at 3 different homes). Their work has always been very good and reasonably priced. The staff in the office is very professional and accommodating, even with last minute requests.

The "crews" that are doing the actual cleaning are ALWAYS prompt and friendly! The "crews" also do a very good job cleaning while taking the time to be considerate of delicate items.

I have not had an issue in all the years I have used their service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dirtbusters to anyone. Hope your experience is as great as mine has been.

Wow! Melanie was awesome!! We have been using dirt busters for over a year now but have just requested Melanie as our recurring tech because she did such a great job! I have been using Dirt Busters for a little more than a month, and I'm very happy with the services they are providing. The customer service is exceptional; it's always very easy to reach someone by phone, email, or even text! The house has been very clean, and I like that they alternate 'deep cleaning' items such as baseboards and ceiling fans every other time they come. Their payment system is very easy to use, and it's very easy to add a tip each time via their online form if you don't leave cash. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Debra makes sure I am well taken care of. I get a nice text the day before as a reminder and they leave my house spotless. I always know that she has been on my home by the neatness and cleanness. I have a big size house and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and the workers are so polite and friendly. I am glad I have her come in monthly to get the cracks I miss on the off weeks. Definitely recommend!

I wish I had taken photos! Dirt Busters is amazing if you need a move out cleanup!  The house I needed cleaned was REALLY DIRTY! It was a rental home. More specifically, the tubs hadn't been cleaned in literally months and the rest of the house appeared as if it hadn't had a good deep cleaning since the renters moved in a few years ago. There is such a difference when you can see that cleaners CARE about their work. I hardly recognized the place when I entered after it was cleaned. It was READY TO GO for showing and looked completely fresh and clean. The decision I made to use Dirt Busters came from research and the fact that they were backed by Google's business service. I decided to try them because they had support of a major company guaranteeing their work. It was an EXCELLENT CHOICE! I believe Dirt Busters is a professionally managed and well run organization. The front office person, Maria, has been responsive, polite, and very kind. I would work with them again without any reservation at all. The only reason I can't, is because they don't service the east side of the valley yet, where we are moving!

What an excellent company. Love their texting app that I can use to communicate with them. I just moved into the first house I've ever owned about a month ago and last night I came home late after a really, really long day at work to a sparkling clean house and couldn't help but smile because of their work and how much less stress it puts on me. Started using these folks one year ago.  We subscribed to service every three weeks.

As anyone who has ever had a housekeeper would know, they broke the normal items.  This is to be expected and will happen.  Yes, they broke a few items and dented some drywall and bullnose corners.

How do I know the damage was from the housekeepers?  Glad you asked.  Brand new, new construction home with just two adults in the house.  I assure you, I didn't bang a mop bucket into my own wall as I hire these guys to have a mop bucket.  :)

We paid the $85 via credit card on every visit, so we never slow paid.  

So for the first several months all was normal - a ding here, broken Oaxaca pieces there but a fair job of cleaning.   Nothing impressive, nothing awful.....Tides begin to turn...Darn toothpaste reside still on faucet after two cleanings.  Brought this to the attention of the manager - I did not ask for a re-clean or any concession.  Just don't break my stuff I asked.

Here comes the petty stuff...So I ask to have the refrigerator cleaned - just once in nearly a year.  Manger says that is an extra $25 or $40.  Petty but I paid.

We missed an interval so we had to pay something like $125 as a re-start - I found this to be petty...But we paid.

M assistant missed being here for a cleaning, BOOM $40 "lockout" charge.  Petty but paid.

Camel's back breaking....Requested to have our clean moved with 23 hours notice (yes 23)....POW $25 charge...Did I pay?  I fired 'em.

Anyone know a decent housekeeper?  Message me, please!

I've been using Dirtbusters for over a year and have been thrilled with the service since day one.   After years of unreliable and/or inconsistent service from private folks and other services it has been such a relief to work with s company I can count on.  The are always on time and the work is always thorough and complete.  There process of alternating the extras...like polishing cabinets, ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, etc ensure that the whole house is always clean and none of the little things get missed!

I needed a home cleaned after moving out and Dirt Busters was who I selected.  I was impressed by the cleaners being prompt and ready to go at the time agreed upon. I was happy to see them take the time with dusting, including baseboards and blinds.  I was very pleased and look forward to having them come on a regular basis.

had to clean showers after every time they came. complained multiple times to owners who told me "they couldn't reach that level of detail" I just want the shower walls not to have hair and dirt on them after they come.  Worst cleaning service out of 4that  I have used in 10 years
