Best Cleaning Services in Phoenix, AZ

This company is very unprofessional and not at all reliable. I scheduled a move out cleaning a week ago with Saenz Cleaning and they never showed up. I attempted to call and text them the day before and the day of at least 10 times requesting a confirmation but never received a callback. This company is a joke. If you are attempting to get your house cleaned and it is time-sensitive, definitely don't waste your time with this company.

I recently hired Classy Cleaning Services to help get our house back on track. I'm currently in a roommate situation and while I work two full time jobs, my best friend is a single mother of two who works full time as a nurse. Needless to say, help was needed. I can not express enough how absolutely INCREDIBLE these people are. If you are looking for QUALITY work, look no further. I was not even expecting for them to be as thorough as they were. No stone was left unturned. Not to mention, they were some of the nicest people that I have met in a while. The fact that my friend started crying when she got home, speaks volumes on the work itself. Thank you x1000 Classy Cleaning Services. We are forever grateful.

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

Great communication and great work! I will be hiring Owen and his team again for other properties that need proper cleaning!

This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.
You will not be disappointed. And by the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every dime.

Jamie is amazing! She quickly cleaned and packed a very cluttered loft. She also cleaned three very dirty bathrooms.  Jamie is professional  and never made me feel uncomfortable for having such a messy house.  I will definitely call her again.

My experience with Molly Maids has been terrible. When I initially called, I was told that they would send two people out to clean and that based on a 1000 to 1500 square foot home, it would take one to two hours. Well, my apartment is 800 square feet and not dirty. There was not even any dirty dishes in my sink. In fact, when the ladies showed up, I told them not to clean my bedroom, so now we're talking about 600 square feet. They stayed for the ENTIRE 2 hours!! I felt completely taken advantage of. I got a call on Monday and was told they were charging me $159!! Ridiculous. When I complained, I was offered a $15 discount. That's like a slap in the face. The worst part is that I called back Monday afternoon to ask for a REAL discount and was told that I would get a call back. Guess what? Crickets ever since.

I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Work has been crazy and I have had little to no time to do any sort of cleaning. And believe me when I say my cleaning skills arn't exactly to par anyways- So Idecided my place needed a facelift  especially since I was going to have some friends over last weekend. After searching for some places on Yelp I decided to call them because of their star rating and past customer reviews. They arrived when they said they would and did a really through job. I left the house to do a bit of work and so I wasn't in their way. When I returned, the place looked better than it did when I first moved it. They were still putting away a few things and finishing up the floors but I was really impressed with how well they turned around the place. I had dishes everywhere, clean laundry in a piles on the couch, windows were foggy, and I'm pretty sure my bathroom looked worse than my ex-girlfriend's. My friend's even commented on how well the place looked! I'm hoping I didn't scare this company off and that they'll not have me on their caller ID as "do not answer" because I'm really happy with the results and would like to use their services again.
