All these reviews are correct! Kerry is awesome. She beat everyone's quote, she was super friendly, and my house was immaculate! I'm so happy to have found her and now have regularly scheduled cleanings. I have recommended her to all my friends as well.

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews for something as mundane as house cleaning services, but when you receive the level of service that Classy Cleaning Services provides versus some of the other services out there, I felt it was important to share the fact that if you are looking for a cleaning service  focused on customer service and a high level of quality, then CCS is the way to go!

CCS did an entire pre-move in house cleaning for us.  They communicated effectively from the minute  we reached out for a quote, all the way through the end of the job.  They were prompt and meticulous, and ultimately left our entire house spotless.  I would not hesitate to recommend Classy Cleaning Services to any of my friends or family.

Blanca is absolutely wonderful! Our family has used her for two years and she is always a joy to work with and have in our home. She takes a lot of pride in her business and will always deliver great results! My husband and I are always so excited for her cleaning days because our house looks impeccable! Her pricing is very fair as well. I would (and do!) recommend Blanca to all of my friends and family!

Mary did a great job on a move out clean when I was getting my house ready to sell. The house looked amazing!
They did everything needed to make sure it was spotless. Leading up to the clean she was also very communicative and even accommodated a reschedule of service which I really appreciated.

Jamie is amazing! She quickly cleaned and packed a very cluttered loft. She also cleaned three very dirty bathrooms.  Jamie is professional  and never made me feel uncomfortable for having such a messy house.  I will definitely call her again.

My experience with Molly Maids has been terrible. When I initially called, I was told that they would send two people out to clean and that based on a 1000 to 1500 square foot home, it would take one to two hours. Well, my apartment is 800 square feet and not dirty. There was not even any dirty dishes in my sink. In fact, when the ladies showed up, I told them not to clean my bedroom, so now we're talking about 600 square feet. They stayed for the ENTIRE 2 hours!! I felt completely taken advantage of. I got a call on Monday and was told they were charging me $159!! Ridiculous. When I complained, I was offered a $15 discount. That's like a slap in the face. The worst part is that I called back Monday afternoon to ask for a REAL discount and was told that I would get a call back. Guess what? Crickets ever since.

I highly recommend avoiding this business.

We had our home cleaned yesterday by Maid to Order cleaning, I am very impressed! They did a very thorough job with everything, baseboards, blinds, fans, floors, counters, dusting, bathrooms etc, they even made our bed. We already have our next cleaning scheduled :)
