My gosh. Thad is amazing. His work ethic is unmatched. He was even patient with our yip dog. (Ug!) He really saved the day for us. He gave us an new AC system and got everything working. He even came back to make sure everything was working correctly.

Thad is the most helpful guy as well. To make sure we had AC restored he worked almost 12 hours straight! ...Up in our very hot, stuffy attic!

Our AC started blowing warm air during the hottest days this week. I assumed it had something to do with the filters my son neglected to change on time, but wanted someone to come have a look. The lady who answers the phone (Amanda, I believe--I'm terrible with names) was friendly and funny. She gave me a lot of free advice and stepped me through some things to try before sending out the service call. Apparently some people get upset when he comes out and says their filters need changing, lol.

Long story short, the dirty filters caused the compressor to work so hard that the AC threw a breaker. So now my son is out a $59 service call and I have peace of mind that the AC is in great shape. Best of all, the temp read 74° this morning.

First, they won't give you a quote without coming out first. I thought this was because they had to get accurate measurements but it turns out that if i went ahead with the job someone else would come out to measure.

So, i met with the rep and he was a nice guy. Showed us samples, and explained things well to us. He left with the measurements and told me they would email me the quote. He also mentioned that if it was more than i wanted to spend to contact them and they would quote me some lower grade windows.

Then i got the quote. It certainly looked like they had a great product, but an average of over $1k a window? Sorry, but i have 26 windows and thats a hard one to swallow.

I sent a email asking for the quote on the lower grade windows and never heard back from them. So thanks for wasting my time. Theres nothing i like more than to sit around my house waiting for someone and for it to have all been for nothing.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. They do great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!

We were in need of replacing our sunscreens so I contacted Imperial right through their website. It took about a day to hear back; however, the owner John called me up the next night because he was in my area and did a quote for me right on the spot after hours. I was super impressed by his customer service. We decided to move forward with the replacements because the price was right and I loved the custom frames that they have, they keep the screen from sitting right against the window which makes a difference on the temperature inside.
With it being summer it is their busy season and there was a few week lead time, but Bob was out at my home installing the screens in the exact time frame that they quoted and he showed up on time, no waiting during a large window of time for the repair man to arrive here. We are so happy with the results and I have to say that our screens look the best on the block. I highly recommend Imperial Windows to anyone who is looking to replace all their homes screens.

Our cat, Slinky, asked that I submit his notes from our installation. Though he was not permitted to oversee the installation process (he does not have any thumbs, is easily distracted, and likes to sit on things he shouldn't), Slinky highly approves of the visual clarity now afforded to him through the low-e kitchen window that lets in the light, keeps out the heat, and provides a fully optimized, high-def front-yard TV experience.

Slinky was so impressed by both the initial product performance and the installers who completed the project, that he requested we replace all remaining household windows immediately. This was a big hit with the rest of the cats, who can now enjoy high-def Pigeon TV on the big screen in both the kitchen and bedroom.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! After my original review the owner called and stated they made a mistake on the quote and would honor the original price. I find this a great business quality and would recommend them for their professionalism.

****So I needed my living room window replaced and I gave a measurement online and stated that's the window I can see, obviously still a little larger with the framing, they quoted $667 installed. The guy who was nice and polite came to measure and the next day I was quoted over $800 for upgraded glass and for the normal one was still more at $740. Not sure where the extra prices start coming in but either don't quote online or stick with it.

Stay far away from this business!! They lie!! We have waited for over a year for a replacement window and all we ever get is an email saying it was delayed again!! The owner is rude and the biggest liar of them all!! They sent a replacement glass and the installer showed up and the replacement was damaged and so he put the broken glass back in the frame only now it is wrapped in plastic and it it the front picture window of our home!  Stay very far away from this business!!

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

Mark was wonderful to work with. I contacted him due to all the great reviews on YELP and they all held true. He is a man of his word. We had a date of installation the Saturday after the Fourth of July however the place that he gets his screens was closed and he immediately contacted me apologizing for the delay and gave me a new date. He came today with his son and installed all our new screens and they look terrific! His pricing is very fair and he was a joy to work with.
I also heard about a rebate from SRP and he was more than willing to fill out the part that he needed to and even sent me the link from SRP.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone was great, very efficient, friendly, professional, and reliable! I highly recommend calling him to install your windows!

We recently bought our dream home and did a remodel. We had AZ extreme glass and mirror come out and replace some of the older class with new energy-efficient windows. The price was extremely fair the service was superb and overall experience was perfect. I highly recommend this company for all your glass needs in your home or office

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

My experience with Krasiva windows and doors was amazingly good. I was educated on the quality of the windows they sold and treated to expert installation. They are lovely. They changed the look of my older house for the better.  They work well and they are quiet and even keep my rooms a little cleaner!

It's always a worry to have new technology installed in your old house. You hope it doesn't open a whole can of worms..  I'm also picky about service. Krasiva exceeded my expectations.

I am very pleased with my experience with Window World of Phoenix, from the sales representative through the installation of my patio doors.
This company did an excellent job of installation, clean up and customer service.  I had the pleasure of Josh and Gary being my installers.  They were polite, on time, professional, cleaned up THOROUGHLY and had great attitudes.  My patio door looks fantastic!  The product of the door was very good.  I will use Window World again in the future.  Communication from sales rep was excellent as was the communication from the dispatcher.

Had FH come out for AC service and was told that coils were corodid and small leak but could not find it because it was in the back. Had them come out a month later said that I needed a new system for $6500. Came to replace AC unit and tech said the prior tech did not measure and there was no way to get the unit up in attic. After some research I got a 2nd opinion and was told by two different companies and told just need coils replaced which is still under warranty. Contacted FH and and asked why there was no communication regarding previous warranty and got the run around. Asked for a refund of my deposit and was given an option to have the unit replaced for $2700 and not $6500. 1. Why would I want it replaced if it doesn't need to be? 2. How can you offer me 50% off a unit?  Apparently this company is about making a profit rather than servicing their customers as all over websites list customer #1.

Spoke with Chad about refund and as this was $2,700 that they have for my deposit, I wanted the credit card used to be credited. He advised that I could not do that and a check needed to be mailed out. I did not want $2700 floating around in the mail and offered to come to wherever their office is and pick it up. Was suppose to get callback from Chad on Monday, no call. Called Tuesday morning and received callback Tuesday afternoon saying check would be mailed on 31st.

Long story short, don't trust your first pick and always get a 2nd opinion.  Hopefully knowone else gets screwed as I did so please look around.
