Our kids neglected to tell us the air was out until 4:30 pm on a work day.  We were lucky enough to call Thad and not only was he at our house within 30 minutes, he did a great job and was the cheapest to install our new motor.  He was professional, and was obviously very experienced in the trade.  We will definitely be using him again.

My experience is Air Now is a rip off.  I was told I had a leak in my coil and yet the technician couldn't demonstrate it to me and the quote I got to repair it was $700.00 over other quotes I received.  I would not recommend using this company.

We replaced an old, ill-fitting French door with a brand new, energy efficient slider. From the get, AZ Window and Door was quick to respond, clear in their expectation setting, and right on time from their original quote. Now, we did have a slight mishap in scheduling. I called early on to schedule our install date and was scheduled on a Thursday. A couple weeks later I got a call to schedule my install. Uh oh. Luckily it was a system glitch, I was added to the wrong calendar, and they got us in one day later than expected. The install crew was on time, courteous, flexible given some other construction we had going on at the same time, and extremely fast without sacrificing quality. Windows and front door replacement is next. We will be back based on how great this experience was!

We recently had K & J do our south and west facing windows and sliders. What a great experience! I had read the reviews on Yelp and they were all so great that I had to call. From our meeting with salesman Tony until the final install of the last screen the customer service (yay Jessica) couldn't have been better. Yes, there were a couple of hiccups along the way, but everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We love our new windows and the relief from the heat that was coming through them. What a treat to put my hand on a window in direct sun and feel cool. And they look good too! I highly recommend this company.

Had them install Windows screens a month or two ago. The screens work great. The people were nice and explained the process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is a lot  of the screens came scratched or scuffed up. I mentioned this to the installer and he said the supplier doesn't wrap the screens only the corners so this tends to happen during transportation. If I were them I'd require the supplier to wrap the entire screen to prevent this.

I contacted DunRite for a shower door install.  They could not do the work but were helpful in providing a recommendation with a phone number.  Thank you for going above and beyond.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! We decided to change our mirrored closet doors (with the shiny brass trim) and were extremely happy with Dependable Glass. Stephen was very responsive, polite and professional. We got a great price and more importantly the installation was perfect. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks!

Salesperson did a good job of explaining the qualities of the windows and the installation.  The installers did a good job of removal of the existing windows and installing the new ones with minimal stucco disruption.  The installers noticed a minor hole in a screen and ordered a replacement which arrived in a few weeks.  The quality of the windows is good, and one of several brands recommended for the southwest.

I meet Mike (One of their windows specialist) at my work. We got to talking about what he did for work and I was in need of some windows for my 4-plex. He helped me out and was there every step of the way. Thanks guys!!

Mark and his team were excellent. They were prompt with the appointment time and they did a great job fixing one of our broken window panes on our 1925 house.

Just had my table top glass replacement delivered. Wonderfully done  even nicer than the original one.
Glass places are hard to find.... so glad I found this one.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I have an all tinted glass front photography studio in central phoenix. We had someone broke window glass the other night, quite frustrating as a shop owner. Tyrone the owner of apple high glass came and barricaded the area same day, gave me a quote and secured with glass manufacturer. Competitive rate, clean work all around. When other glass companies were playing cat and mouse with me and give me all kinds of dates and wrong information, Tyrone have us peace of mind. He was communicative daily. Put our glass up in days ( including weekend). Much appreciated service. Highly recommended.

Not very happy with this company.  I paid them a total of $351.47 in November 2021,  $166.47 for 3 beveled strips of mirror and $185 to install the mirror.  Upon arrival and after looking at the mirror, the technician felt it would best be hung by using a french cleat rather than the clip that was originally quoted.  I gathered there would be an additional charge, but the owner wanted to charge me an additional $185.  When I asked why she was charging me another $185 she told me that the first $185 was for gluing the three pieces of mirror, really, how much can glue cost?  When pressed, she told me she would refund me the $185 and not to ever call again.  No problem of that ever happening.  The technician that came to hang the mirror was a gentleman and a professional and it was because of him that I gave this company 2 stars.

Have yet to be refunded despite the owner's same day response.  I filed a dispute with my bank on 1/20/2022.

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

The salesman for Kraisva windows and doors was very knowledgeable on their products and explained in detail all our options for window replacements.  The workers who installed our windows were also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  All work was done with skill and on time. My new windows look great and really change the appearance of my living room and bedrooms, inside and out.   We are happy with the quality of windows installed.   Thanks Kraisva for a job well done.

Waited 6 months for 2 windows.  They installed one of them with broken glass, and the other is missing a screen.  Poorly painted, looks bad. No ETA can be provided and they already billed me in full!  Look elsewhere

We are currently renting and Bill Smart visited our condo for a scheduled service date. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us how to maximize the air conditioning for our use but also how to keep it maintained for the owners. We appreciated his time and looking out for us (renters) and long term for the owner.
