Thad Guisbert from Affordable Air and Repair was highly recommended by one of our friends.  He arrived promptly to our home, answered all our questions and confirmed we did not need an upgraded part another a/c company suggested we purchase.  Will definitely call him again when we need service.

We had an AC emergency on a holiday weekday and when we reached out to AirNow they were immediate in their response. Linda answered the phone with a great attitue and ready to help. She dispatched Phillip who was at our door and quick to repair our unit very quickly. He was knowledgeable and let us know what he found without trying to upsale or scare us into an expense that was unnecessary. We have always highly recommend AirNow for routine care of units, but their service on a HOT day like today was beyond our expectations!!! We will definately be inviting Phillip to return to our home.

The team did an amazing job on my windows even with the heat pounding down on them! The whole process went seamlessly and they seemed very knowledgeable.

We started doing our homework on window companies about a month before we decided on the company. It was a no brainer for us picking K & J Windows over the competition and we are so glad we went with them. Tony our sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable and he covered everything with us so that making our decision wasn't hard. Tony didn't come into our home and try hard sell us which we greatly appreciated. He is so good at his job he doesn't have to hard sell you.  We had Tony educate us on the high end priced windows and the middle of the road windows and we went with the in between. The process from start to finish was very painless. We ordered 25 windows and the installation only took 2 days. Pricing of the windows and installation was great. Nick and his install crew were outstanding, cleaned up after they were done inside and out. The crew were polite, professional and from watching them I could tell they had worked to gather a long time and they definitely knew what they were doing. This was a very good experience for us and I recommend K & J, Tony, Nick and his crew without any hesitations at all.

I almost forgot we love the windows, our A/C runs less, house is so much quieter, don't need our sun screens anymore (love the fact we don't need the screens ) and our dust in the house has gone away. Can't believe how much cleaner the house stays. You will not go wrong going with K & J Windows.

This company was absolutely WONDERFUL!  We needed all the windows in our house to have shading screens.  Kyle came out for the initial estimate and was very knowledgeable and courteous.  The order was placed and we were scheduled for install.  Kyle was also the person who came out to install the screens and was great.  The screens were installed very professionally and accurately AND looked amazing.  Their service is impeccable.  What is very cool is that SRP offers a rebate for shading screens and instead of me having to fill out the SRP forms and then submitting them, etc.  Imperial completed the rebate for me so that they received the funds and deducted that amount from the bill!  That was a no-brainer for me.  Eliminated paperwork and applied the money right back to the screens to immediately save me money.  We had 9 windows (two up high) screen and are so happy with them.  Oh, and one very important thing is that Imperial was almost 3 times less than Home Depot and half of other estimates we received.  I strongly recommend this company!

Dependable Glass was just that...dependable! Called for a quote to have a 9'x3' glass mirror removed from my wall. They were out two days later, took care of my broken mirror and were finished within 30 mins!! The two technicians, Shane and Justin, were great! Very professional, friendly and very good at their craft. Will use this company for all my glass/mirror needs...and request Shane and Justin as well. Great job!

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

If you have a broken window, don't think about calling around because this guy has the best price, is very courteous, and will make you feel like you're the only client he has. Great service, exceptional pricing, and you just want this guy to be successful. He won't try to sell you something you don't need, he'll just get the job done quickly and true to the quote he provides. If I break another one, or start replacing windows, he'll be the only person I call.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

We had two large windows that were in need of glass replacement. One was broken and the other failing due to a defect. After contacting several glass companies through Yelp I found that most just wanted to give a rather high ball park estimate without seeing the job in person. Tyrone Robinson, the company owner, insisted that he visit in person to measure for an accurate, competitive estimate. He was a little less than his competitors in price but far ahead in service and made me feel I was hiring the right person. The job was done right and on time. He communicated well throughout the process and was very professional. I would definitely hire Apple High Glass and Tyrone again!

I've worked with Nick and Cheryl on a couple of jobs and I can give them my highest recommendation for any of your glass, mirror or shower enclosure needs.

There is no need to look anywhere else.  Their prices are very competitive.  They have a large physical location, several trucks and multiple installers with a lot of experience.  AZ Xtreme is big enough to handle anything you need yet small enough to still get great prices and individualized service.  

This is a no nonsense business. Tell them what you want, you'll get a price within a day or two, order it,  you'll get it installed.  Hassle free. Very organized. Punctual. Professional.

Had a difficult gutter installation (2 story hillside house). Paul was able to quickly provide a completive quote. Crew was professional and did an amazing job. Fantastic customer service!

EDIT: How very sad that this business decides to argue with people online instead of provide good customer service. Yes, I had a problem with my ceilings. Yes, I did start a new job. Those are not reasons why I did not go with your company, but they were reasons my door project was delayed. Which I told your representative the last time we spoke. I'm not sure how that somehow makes it ok to call me over and over every day for a week less than a month later, which I am now assuming was done spitefully. You guys must have a lot of time on your hands. I uploaded screenshots of every call to this post, although they seem to be out of order. But it's very visible that you harassed me, apparently because I postponed my project or because I may have used someone else. At no point did I ASK anyone to call me in this manner.

After shopping around for a patio door we stopped at Window World. First we met with Mike Rush the sales man for Window World a very nice gentleman, punctual, friendly and strait to the point, that convinced us the Window World is the way to go. Then a few weeks later we met the Aaron and his crew (Zane, Mike and Eddie). In a few hours we had a new patio door installed by a very nice,  professional, knowledgeable and courteous  young gentlemen. Besides the professional employees they have Window World have great price too. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend Window World to anybody shopping for new windows or doors.

We are currently renting and Bill Smart visited our condo for a scheduled service date. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us how to maximize the air conditioning for our use but also how to keep it maintained for the owners. We appreciated his time and looking out for us (renters) and long term for the owner.
