Worked with Thad. Very nice gentleman, not out to sell anything, just to do his job. Had a job quoted at well over $3000 by Sterling Services (horrible company, both their plumber and A/C guy were incompetent and very rude) and Thad got it done for $775. For the price that Sterling was going to charge us, we almost could have replaced the entire A/C unit. Thad got in and out within a few hours. Repaired the same day and was extremely respectful. I would (and will) recommend him to anyone!

Sunday night air conditioning went out within forty minutes they were here and we are cool again . Good service very good service tech we are impressed!

Vinny in sales and Miguel and his team who did the installation were amazing!  I'm very happy with my new windows.  Miguel and the install team were very courteous and were respectful of my house/yard.  I appreciated the time he took to show me each window after completion and directions on how to open, lock, open for cleaning, etc.  I was only able to afford 1/2 of house in windows but can't wait to do the rest in the next year! Doing a super remodel in North Scottsdale in a million plus home. Most windows needed to be replaced as well as sliders, two doors, and we created new large custom four panel slider for the great room. Our contractor suggested K&J Windows as they were a company he had worked with on numerous jobs. The Sales Rep, Joe Golden came out on two or more occasions,(I was still living in Denver at the time, I know of two occasions).  We were quoted May 9, 2017 for Milgard Essence, (top of the line), with a stainable interior so to match the other finishes being used in the home. Time line was described to me personally as 4-6 weeks, and if lucky, maybe three. This was appealing because with all new interior features, we could not proceed until the windows were in. Mid August the windows came in part. We were told some came in wrong, some came in damaged. The problems were described to us as problems with the manufacturer.   Once the windows were installed, they left them incomplete, with damage to stucco and interior walls, as well as white screens for our dark stained windows, and wrong size screens. We had to pay extra for the finishing as K&J said that was not something they were responsible for, due in part to the preparation of our contractors, huh? Hello, open walls, make it work. Since speaking with people in the area, their windows were a complete package, installation, finishing, and any stucco/dry wall issues were included in their price. The windows were in horrible shape when I saw them, filthy, no screens, silicone from the install all over the tracks, which when we sanded our new patio, the sand stuck horribly. It is now The end of November. We finally got someone to come out, I was not told they would be there until at my door when I was not home. (No pre call from K&J, my contractor told me they would be out that day, but finally after 4:00, and no call, I gave up and left the house). I did give them permission to go through the back to look at the windows and was told they can not be fixed as they don't have any of the parts and will be back early next week to fix them. Of course they haven't showed. We had a house full for Thanksgiving, no functioning screens, ( still completely missing 4 or 5), flies all over the house and our food, screens literally falling on the ground when guests unknowingly tried to open and close. This has been a nightmare, so bad in fact, that they took some money off the 30k + price tag for not being complete after 6 months, trust me not nearly enough, I would have gladly paid the entire bill to get new, beautiful, and functioning completed windows. I have never personally received a call from the owner, or any management at K&J. My contractor keeps telling me they are promising to fix this window fiasco, but, again  we are now going on 7 months with no finished product. I do not usually leave reviews, but, am hoping my terrible experience will not be repeated on unknowing consumers.  Maybe there is more to the story that I have not been told, again, where is my phone call from the owner?  I continue to wait, and wait, and wait...... if I could give zero stars I would.

John did a great job on our screens at a great price.  We highly recommend him and we will be using Imperial again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the company and their personnel. From our salesman Tony to Sal the project manager to JJ and Doug the installers all A-1 plus people. Got to joke around with installers while they were here (on time may I add) it was one of. No the best experience I have had with contractors since moving to AZ.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

I highly recommend Sunny State Glass.

We had Shane and Javier remove 2 large bathroom mirrors (the kind new home builders install), since we plan to place smaller, individually framed mirrors for our double sinks. Shane and Javier arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and got the job done well. The pricing was very fair compared to other companies. I will definitely recommend to others looking to have a similar job done.

Desert King Windows delivered.  Not only was the gentleman that came out to discuss my windows with me not pushy or high-pressure in any way (unlike that OTHER company), but my windows look great.  My husband said the installers were very courteous. One of the windows was quite large and they installed all 3 to the point where you couldn't ever tell they weren't the original windows.  And their prices were almost half of the other 2 bids I received.  Would recommend calling these guys first!

My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

Mark's quality and workmanship is outstanding and his prices are very good.  You can use Mark and know the job will be done to the highest standard with no issues.

Hired them to fix our back door that wouldn't stay shut. They fixed it but it only lasted 2 weeks. Trying to get them out to fix it again failed twice due to two no shows. They just don't care. We got someone else to fix it.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came out the same day and was prompt and honest. I highly recommend his work and will definitely use his company again in the future!

Had to replace the glass in one of my patio doors.   First went to Home Depot,  and they said that they would have to replace the entire patio door,  for a price of close to $2300, which I agreed to.   They then called back, and said they made a mistake and instead it would be  closer to $2700 (due to quoting the wrong size of my doors).     I told them that was a little to much $ for me,  and went on-line to see if someone could just fix the glass that was broken (one of the panes broke on a two pane sliding door).  

Found AZ Xtreme Glass on line, and saw that they were located close to where I lived.   Sent them an e-mail and they got back to me right away,  with an estimate.   They then sent someone over the next day to take measurments and take a deposit.  Person who came over was courteous and knowledgeable.  They asked for a check for deposit,  and said it was to avoid the credit card fees.  At first I thought is was a little strange, and was worried that they could just cash the check and I would never hear from them again.  That was not the case at all,  as they ordered the glass, and did the install a few days later.  

Very happy with their work, and pricing. Extremely friendly and courteous.   Absolutely would use them again.  They saved me a lot of money!

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

We love our new Krasiva windows and doors.  Our experience  was amazing from the time Perry guided us through the products to the installers Richard and Raul. Derrick kept us up to date on the status of the project and Joe did the final inspection. The windows are as advertised, great quality from a professional company.  Bev and Russ McKillip

Their website is very poorly written (misspelled Phoenix- twice?) along with all the other grammar & punctuation errors indicates to me since they don't care enough about the quality of their website, my windows wouldn't receive a quality outcome either.

I would NOT recommend this company!

Last week, my AC unit stopped working. Hot air was blowing and and the temperature in my house was quickly rising. It got to 91 at one point.

I called my AC company but they couldn't come out right way so I called another company.

I was hoping it was an easy fix.

I  called FH (Fountain Hills) Air Conditioning & Heating.
They were at my house within an hour and a half.
The tech check out my unit, took pictures then called his boss. They told me that I needed a new compressor, a new phase-shifter and new evap coils. The tech said the coils were rusting and leaking.
The cost to repair these items was $6000- $7000.
But, they recommended that I get a new unit with a warranty for $8500 - $10,500.
I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion.
They said that they can get my unit started, temporarily, so that I would have air until the new unit came.
$700 to get it going. I declined.
Again they said, we can't have you staying here without air conditioning.  We can install a new phase shifter for $199 to get you air for now.
I declined again.
Then the GM told the tech to write on my receipt that I declined. He wasn't too nice about it either.

My AC company came the next day and after a thorough diagnostic, found that I needed a new Fan motor and a new Capacitor.
My AC unit is 15 years old and still in great condition.
I have cold air again and paid an extremely reasonable price.
