My gosh. Thad is amazing. His work ethic is unmatched. He was even patient with our yip dog. (Ug!) He really saved the day for us. He gave us an new AC system and got everything working. He even came back to make sure everything was working correctly.

Thad is the most helpful guy as well. To make sure we had AC restored he worked almost 12 hours straight! ...Up in our very hot, stuffy attic!

Can't say enough about the service and response time! We called and spoke to Tiffany and she was wonderful! Our air died 3 hours before our home sale inspection! They were able to come out and fix the issues with time to spare. Also their annual inspection is comprehensive and detailed unlike Parker and Sons.

This review is for the process so far as we have just ordered our retrofit windows, The Anlin Del Mar Expanded Series.  Steve K. is our design consultant, and he is the main reason for our purchase.  My husband and I recently attended a home show and spoke briefly with several vendors, and I did research about the various companies.  We had narrowed it down to just a few to come out to our home and Steve with AZWDS was the first out.  This is a big purchase for us because we are doing all our windows and two exterior doors.  We would typically never go with the first company out, but Steve's approach won our business.  What a nice, sincere person!  He spent quality time finding out what we wanted and educating us on the product.  (I must say the product is quite impressive and so many features are standard instead of the usual upgrade/add on situation!)  It felt like a conversation with Steve and not the typical sales presentation with pressure.  They have a beautiful showroom that we visited after our purchase that helped us finalize some colors and such that I'd recommend seeing.  Fingers crossed that the rest of the process will be as awesome as the beginning has been.

K&J Windows did an excellent job replacing my windows.. My experience from the start with Darin set the tone.. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Darin spoke to me in detail about all of my options with no high pressure sales tactics. K&J was timely with an estimate and far exceeded my expectations with scheduling.. I want to thank Jessica, Darin, Chris and his awesome install team..

Had a great experience with Imperial.From the initial consult with Ken, our sales rep, scheduling with John, the owner, and the install done by Jimmy and Dean. All were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Windows are in and look great!

We used DunRite about 3 years ago when we had a new sliding door installed; it's been beautiful and functional ever since. Our kids got something jammed in the mechanism recently that called for a service visit from Tyler who was so professional and so kind. The issue proved to be more complex and called for back up from his boss JJ, who was just as professional and kind. They fixed the issue quickly, they were so personable, and made my day with their kind service!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! I was looking to put a custom sliding shower door. I called Dependable Glass. I am so happy I did. They were very professional from start to end. Kristen was very nice and answered all my questions to help me make my decision on type of shower glass door I wanted. The installers that came Rich and Shane were very professional. Rich called to let me know his time frame on arrival. He was very pleasant answering my questions and also was very courteous asking me how tight or loose I wanted my door to glide so he could adjust it accordingly. They not only did a great job installing but they left my bathroom very clean with no mess. I will be using Dependable Glass for all my future glass needs. Thank you Dependable Glass Team :)

I ordered windows from Desert King and was initially told a 16 to 20 week build before installation. As I was in no hurry, I said no problem.  Signed contracts and about 5 weeks later was told my windows were in and ready to schedule installation.  That was scheduled for a few days later .... Christopher Garcia and his co-worker Melissa showed up and got to work right on time. They ran into a slight snafu on one of my windows, but Christopher quickly addressed the issue, fixed it and finished installing all 10 of my windows in just a couple of days. The work was excellent, he finished them off on the inside, so they look like they have always been there. The quality of the windows themselves was what sold me on Desert King to begin with.  I had one issue after the installation, with a screen being torn.... they fixed that within a couple of days.  Overall, I would recommend Desert King to anyone needing new windows.  I found the company to be very honest in every aspect, from the initial estimate, to the final measurements,  thru to the installation.  Christopher was very professional and respectful while working.

We've had a great experience overall with Windows4Less. We have an AZ room that had old windows that let all the heat in. It made the adjoining family room unbearable in the summer. We got lots of quotes from different companies but no one came even close, price wise, to Windowz4less. Not only did we get a good deal with the cost, but the windows are wonderful. They look sharp, fit perfect, and nearly cuts all the heat out of our AZ room! Mike was very nice and responsive through the whole process. Thanks for giving us a great product at a great price.

He also called before each appt to let me know his eta.
I find that there are too many service people that do not.
In addition his pricing was the best. I called several other businesses to compare.

When the landscapers shattered my back Acadia Glass Door I wasn't sure who to call to replace it.  I never had to replace Glass before and wasn't knowledgeable about the procedure.  After I called a dozen of so companies I decided to go with Apodaca Glass, and I am so glad I did.

The customer service at Apodaca Glass is excellent. From the Sales Manager to the actual installers, everyone answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was pleasant and made the whole project easy and pleasurable. The cost was very competitive and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I ordered my glass on Monday and early Friday morning my install was completed perfectly.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Made it out fast, great communication and did a wonderful job with my glass replacement. Highly recommend!!

Great company to deal with. Very organized from setting up appointment, to following up and reminding prior to the scheduled appointment. Estimate was provided in timely manner, very professional people not pushy at all.  I contacted another company and it was complete opposite. When I call the office I get the answering machine and no call backs.  we finally decided to go with AZ xtreme and the entire process went very smooth from the time I paid our deposit a week later they called for scheduling to install and our end product was beautiful! And follow up with the final payment and received an email confirmation not one not two but 3 emails. They were truly on top of it and made sure all bases were covered. Thank you AZ Xtreme! Highly recommend this company!

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

Krasiva did a beautiful job for us: we needed to replace a double front entry door, 3 French patio doors and windows in 3 bedrooms (hung and sliding styles).

First: we were looking specifically for Weathershield doors and windows, and Krasiva is the only company in the valley that installs these! After initial consults with the usual big name windows and doors companies, I discovered WeatherShield in a friend's home and decided these were what I was looking for.

The Owner: Greg Strickland is fantastic. Always able to answer questions, even about minutiae. Responds quickly to voicemail or email. Really believes in quality craftsmanship. Diligent in delivering a final product that satisfies the customer. Fair, HONEST, and conscientious businessman.

Consultation went well--2 meetings to discuss exactly what we wanted. Apparently the specific French patio doors with side vents we had were not standard, so Krasiva (with Weathershield, the company that makes the patio doors) custom designed the doors and added casement windows on the sides so we could still have the ventilation we were used to, while retaining the door style we wanted.

They were very detailed when it came to measurements. Each of our patio doors, though identical in appearance, were actually all different in dimensions because of the openings! (Our house was built in 1953 with several additions in the 90's.)

Cost: for an order that included 3 custom-built French patio doors with side casement windows, the total STILL came in several thousand dollars LESS than the big name competitors from whom we regularly receive ads in our mailbox! (I had gotten quotes on 2 separate occasions from 2 of these companies and the numbers just don't compare.)

Timing: we finalized the order in late November and installation occurred in early February. Considering all the normal production delays expected during the holidays, we thought the timing was fairly quick!

We can already tell the difference between our new doors/windows and old ones (which are only 6 years old, but do NOT have the ability to repel heat/cold and block 95-97% of UV from entering the house, like our new ones do). One whole side of the house is cooler than the other, as the temps outside have been rising. SO happy we got these installed before summer arrives! May now need to look into replacing the others...to maximize energy effiency! Greg had told me that I'd probably feel that way once our new doors and windows went in!

So happy to have found a local company to help with this large project!!

I've had patio door and kitchen window installed. The windows are great. I absolutely love them. The service is terrible! It is very difficult to simply schedule a time for them to come out and install them because they aren't smart enough to schedule through email or leave coherent voicemails. Also  if you do happen to schedule a time it has to be between 8 - 2 on a weekday so be prepared to and take another day off work when they do come out. Why don't they state this when they are selling you the windows. There should be a disclaimer, by the way, good luck simply setting a time to install these windows.

I used to have a contract with this company, but today they charged me $279.00 to install a capacitor  on a 2 ton air conditioner  they installed in 2106 that was under warranty.  Their list price is $125 for labor, so they just doubled !!! So much for honesty!  I would not do business with this company again.
