My gosh. Thad is amazing. His work ethic is unmatched. He was even patient with our yip dog. (Ug!) He really saved the day for us. He gave us an new AC system and got everything working. He even came back to make sure everything was working correctly.

Thad is the most helpful guy as well. To make sure we had AC restored he worked almost 12 hours straight! ...Up in our very hot, stuffy attic!

A neighbor of ours had AirNow replace their central A/C system a few years back and spoke highly of AirNow on all counts. So we got a quote from AirNow, went with them for our new A/C system install this past June, and in the end, we are very happy all around with price and service and an easy all around experience. From the initial quote/consultation with Lito, he came across as straight forward and honest and there was no upsell pressure on any level which was refreshing. Lito and his associate did a good job on the install also and no problems whatsoever. In addition, I found the office staff on the phone I interacted with, Lynn, Rita, and Tiffany who I touched base with on scheduling, etc., were all very friendly and easy to work with.

Our very large wood front door needed replacing after several attempts at refurbishing.  A friend recommended AZ Window and Door and we are so grateful they did.  Their owner came to our home to measure, take photos, talk about style and even looked at exterior trim. Next, we went to their showroom where we were shown options in various materials and, best of all, could see virtually how they'd look on our home.  This capability made our decision so much easier instead of simply seeing a sample or a catalog photo.  
We selected a gorgeous new door that was installed yesterday (even 3 weeks sooner than expected!) and we love it!  The installation guys had the same standard of customer care that we'd experienced already.  They thoroughly examined the door before install to ensure it was perfect.  They took their time to protect our home with plastic sheeting and spent hours perfecting the seams around the casing.  So committed to doing a great job and not just a good job!  I obviously can't say enough about this business.  I'm so so happy I found them!

Very pleased with our new windows and our entire experience with this company. After getting 4 estimates with price ranges all over the place and disrespectful customer service at Window World, I'm glad I called K&J. Tony didn't try to oversell us. He also was very conscious of our time when he came to give us an estimate and explain the product and installation. (We have a new baby and other companies were not so accommodating.) Danielle in their office was super helpful with getting our financing details in order and went above and beyond. We were also pleased about having the installation date moved up. We asked to be alerted if installation could be moved up and sure enough they were installed nearly 3 weeks earlier than anticipated. Our windows are beautiful, our home is cooler and our air conditioning is getting to rest a little bit. I highly recommend this local company.

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home.  We had 12 windows and a patio door completed.  Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows.  He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract.  John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times.  The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean.  I would definitely recommend this company.

We've had great experiences from Tony's home visit with an easy-going, no-pressure approach; measurements; finalizing details and install with owner Sal; and installation with a brief instructions and demonstration. We're so impressed with our new sliding doors!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

It believe I was bait and switched with the height of the glass I requested. The water literally ricochets off the person showering and covers the bathroom. The install date was pushed back because they only have one supplier who provides the shower I ordered and the owner had a chance to make things right but charged me the full amount anyway. Not recommended

We had Windows installed that leaked... Caused damage to our house.  Had to take them to small claims court to get $800 judgement.

See some people talking about fraud, maybe they were just impatient?  The Windows looked great.  They were definitely on the cheaper side I'd say, but pricewise they were around 30% the cost of what Andersson wanted to extort, and about 75% the cost of the same exact model offered from another door-to-door salesman even AFTER the stupid exercise of haggling.

Lead time is really long due to supply chain issues, welcome to the new world for the time being.

It isn't too good to be true, it's just a really messed up marketplace and Windowz4less seems to be an actual honest broker.

Mark and team were nothing but good straight from the start to the finish.  They came out quickly after our initial call and gave me a very fair quote.  We ordered the 90% screens for the back of the house as well as asked them to fix our sliding screen door.  Less than 2 weeks later they were back (today) and quickly installed all 7 screens and fixed the sliding door.  I think they were here for an hour tops.  Great people, I will definitely call on them again.

If there were more companies like Garcia's Windows the world would be a much happier place.  BTW, I'm still waiting for a call back from 2 different roofing companies.  They won't get the job!

Our landscapers accidentally broke one of our bedroom windows and it's an older window, single pane, and finding someone to fix it was somewhat difficult! These guys said they could fix it, showed up on time, and had the glass replaced on both sides and out of here within an hour, if that, and did a great job! Very friendly office and field staff as well which is always a plus! I highly recommend these guys!

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I have an all tinted glass front photography studio in central phoenix. We had someone broke window glass the other night, quite frustrating as a shop owner. Tyrone the owner of apple high glass came and barricaded the area same day, gave me a quote and secured with glass manufacturer. Competitive rate, clean work all around. When other glass companies were playing cat and mouse with me and give me all kinds of dates and wrong information, Tyrone have us peace of mind. He was communicative daily. Put our glass up in days ( including weekend). Much appreciated service. Highly recommended.

I have had ECS Come out to my house for two different areas needing gutters. They are the nicest people, perfectionists in their work, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody.

Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasiva's crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work.  We haven't been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.

Bad service. Overcharged so much. Worst company. Didn't even apply the service charge to his work.
