Highly recommend!! Mike really knows his craft! Great communication skills. He either answers his phone or calls back promptly.  On time and efficient. He doesn't try sell us stuff we don't need. So grateful we found someone honest and talented!

Our air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. Based on the great yelp  reviews, we called Clark Heating & Cooling. On a Sunday, Gabe  answered the phone and sounded like he was knowledgeable and we set up a  time within a few hours for him to fix the problem. Gabe arrived on  time and he was beyond nice. Gabe fixed the problem very quickly. Thank  you Gabe !!!

I used Grand Canyon after putting in in a repair request with my home warranty company.  Initially Tatum Air was supposed to come out but they never showed.  Luckily, our next service attempt was with Grand Canyon.  Martin came out on a Sunday (on time) and quickly took care of my needs.  He didn't try to sell me any extras or up grades.  He did offer advice on newer units I may want to consider in the future.  If/when I decide to make a change Martin will be the guy I call.

I called them for chemically cleaning my air conditioner coils, they were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced.  I would highly recommend them.  Now I think I will replace my current maintenance company and hire them.

Great service, quickly made the repair and was very respectful. They were contracted with my home warranty.

Kevin, your website is being listed as a phishing hazard! If you are legit, get that taken care of.  I'm a real buyer. Are you a real seller? Fix your website and I will change my review.

These were  the most amazing people I have ever seen. Our A/C had been out for 1 week.. but we survived.. I have to tell you that hands down people, this company is the best.. Chase came to our home evaluated the situation and was straight up  honest , he told us  it might take 3 days to get everything needed to replace the unit.. He was here on Tuesday 9/1 and today,9/4.. this morning some of the most hardest working young men came to our home and worked from early morning till after 3 in the afternoon. I wanted to buy them some lunch but they declined very graciously and told me I was one of the nicest customers they had ever met..I sure hope there are more caring customers out there.. Anyway .. Our AC went out during the record heat in July of course but Jason responded asap in spite of an already packed schedule. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We felt the price was fair and the service was great. Highly recommend.

We got to know Sam before he started his own business.   We will follow him WHEREVER he is!  EXCEPTIONAL!

Bill came out and serviced our 3 year old heat pump. He was very through and explained what he was doing and educated us on a few things since we are from another state and had never owned a heat pump before. I will continue to call Bill for all of our heating and cooling needs. He is honest and truly cares about the quality of his work.

I have been using this family owned company for my home and business for years. I have had first class service from them. Jason who is the son has taken over for his father who is in remission from cancer. He also is a very kind and caring man who taught his son well. I have called Jason on crazy hours and yes even Saturday and Sunday and they always fit me in. I have sent him to my parents on a Sunday he came out and fixed the problem. He is  very reliable and very kind and caring. Jason I cant THANK YOU enough! If I had known about them being on Yelp I would Have shared this sooner!

We have our RV located in an RV park up in Pine, AZ.
Last June(2018), we had trouble with our AC unit and after calling around to different RV repair/service companies we were told they were booked out 2 weeks in advance and one RV repairman near Payson told us Pine was too far to come to work on an RV... Really ?
 So I called North Mechanical and they said Yes, not only will we come out the next day but we're certified for Dometic service. (Dometic is a common brand of RV AC units and refrigerators etc).
 The guy that came was on time, very polite and all around good guy and had our issues addressed quickly.
Tuesday 11/13/18 we arrived in Pine to find our propane regulator leaking. I found a regulator at a Payson hardware store and went home and installed it and when I turned the gas back on it began spewing propane out of the vent on the regulator. I thought I had used improper fittings after talking to just about every hardware, propane parts places, RV repair people who were as usual booked solid. Everyone had a different opinion as to why the regulator was doing what it was doing. Now I was confused and compressed highly flammable gas is nothing to mess with so I once again contacted North Mechanical, explained my situation and also I had no heat and couldn't use our cook stove. Night time lows were 20 degrees in Pine and it was a long cold night but Darin North juggled schedules and had a tech out to us that next day.
Again, problem quickly solved, another great tech who was very polite, professional and right on time.
We have heat and can cook again thanks to North mechanical.

Dwayne called first and arrived as stated and performed a preventive maintenance check-up on my unit.  He was friendly, very professional,  and documentation was thorough.  Highly recommend.

Vincent was very, very patient with my questions and explained in great detail for me how my heater was acting and why blowing cold air did not mean it was broken or out of refrigerant. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to offer a solution. I really appreciate the explanation he gave about my heat and wanted to let him know the heat is back on. That's a great employee!

We got their maintenance package on three homes.  Every time they come, they find something for me to spend money on.  Purchased new a/c unit from them 4 years ago. Had to replace a part this year for almost $1500.  Unit has gone out 3 times during hot AZ summer. Technicians have been there 7 times in last 8 weeks.  Still trying to solve this problem.
